This was our first time at a Holiday Inn and it exceeded our expectations. Check-in experience was perfect, staff was friendly and helpful, room was perfect temp and clean, beds were super comfortable and the sheets were so soft! Breakfast was great and we especially loved the Otis Spunkmeyer muffins and biscuits and gravy. Extended parking is in an easily accessible parking garage which was perfect to protect our vehicle from the sun/heat and the elements. Shuttle service was on time and the driver was very interesting. We will most definitely be back!

The staff here are wonderfully nice. They try to help you with everything. I loved this place.

This is a great Hotel near the Pittsburgh Airport. The rooms are modern and clean and the Staff Friendly and professional. This hotel offers free shuttle to the Pittsburgh Airport. I have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed.

Had what we needed plus good help with our questions. Warranties (purchased) are only good for 2 years.

Black mold. Black mold. Black mold. This building has to be demolished down to its ground and all (including GM & District/Regional) managers must be fired. Walked in the room and there was horrible smell as someone died and rotten. While walking shoes were sticks to the “carpet” and sound “squeak, squeak, squeak” as walking in swamp. Carpet in the room probably was never replaced and its condition was much worse than the rag at the hotel entrance where hundreds guests pass every day. My wife was heavy sick and was not able to move to another room on another floor level. In a bathroom black mold is everywhere: from floor to ceiling. Gray color as never cleaned tiles and concrete filling between. Obviously rusted pipes with a lot of deposit were connected to a toilet pot and sink/faucet. In 42 years in travel business I never saw something like this. I believe only bed bugs could be worse than this hotel condition.

Was really treated great at Holiday Inn Express. Kind and courteous front desk. I won bonus rewards! Had a great breakfast in nice surroundings. Great room with lots of space. This is my Go To hotel for the Pittsburg airport. Free shuttle.

Will NEVER stay here. The only good thing about this hotel is the van driver. Everything else sucks. Management sucks. Staff sucks. Rude uncaring. The breakfast in the morning is poor. Don't waste your money. You can go to a nicer hotel for cheaper. It's not worth it.

It was very clean. The man at front desk was super accommodating. Extreamly friendly and overall I would highly recommend staying here. Got a very very affordable price on a Friday night at that. Free parking and breakfast. Excellent. Will definitely stay again.

Spent a week there for work and it's nice. Internet, TV, beds, noise level and breakfast were all as expected.

The hotel is conveniently placed near the airport. The room was clean and big, but the internet reception was terrible anywhere in the room that wasn't two from the door. The elevator is all the way to the back of the hotel, so if you got a second floor room get ready to drag your luggage quite a bit. The hotel is a little bit noisy, and you can hear the plumbing from every side around you. Fortunately, the beds are really comfy, so once you do get to sleep, it is a restful sleep.

The staff at this HI Express are the best out there. They went way above and beyond to help in any way they could. I have stayed there a few times and if ever in the area again that is where I will stay. They showed me that they do more than just check you in and then forget you. Thanks so much.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. Staff is friendly and they also offer a shuttle to the airport as well as nearby restaurants. Breakfast is offered in the morning. Overall this is a decent place and the staff help however they can.

Stayed here for a Steelers game. Roughly 15 minute travel time. Convenient. Clean. Quiet. Free breakfast. It was perfect for our needs.

We came in late so the shuttle driver "Marty" took us to Wendy's before going back to the hotel. He showed care that seemed angel like. Great place with free parking while we we were away. I highly recomend this place!

We had booked a suite and it was as spacious as an apartment… very much liked it. Breakfast in the morning was also very good.

Arrived for a week long training session, was able to check in at noon. Overall great location and staff.

Very nice rooms, well kept and clean. A nice view with a courtyard and pool. Although we did not get to use the pool. Unfortunately, as in most hotels, the breakfast is not available very late in the morning. So of course we missed that and it's not much of a benefit if it's not available when you need it.

Check in was quick an easy, room was clean and quiet. Breakfast is located right by the check in desk, so it's hard to miss. Breakfast wasn't anything special, but it's included so it's certainly not anything to complain about. I was only there one night and didn't have any issues, so I can't comment on any specifics really regarding other services.

We arrived after 130 am. When we got to our room we couldn't get the air conditioner to turn on. We called the front desk and the night auditor came and did everything he could to get it to work. It still wouldn't turn on and he immediately told us that he was switching our room and he left to get us new keys while we packed our belongings up. He was very professional and really tried his hardest to get it working and helped us when he couldn't get it to work.

These are no frills hotels with a basic breakfast. Rooms are clean & comfortable.

Wonderful. My son Pauls suggestion and its very nice. My car broke down while leaving the airport in Pittsburg to returrn home. What a comfort to have a clean comfortable room after a stressful day.

Very nice place! Nice pool! Only complaint is a kinda confusing floor plan but that's no big deal!

The staff were extremely pleasant and the facilities were very well maintained. The breakfast is hearty and has something for everyone. Our room lacked a safe, but I still rate this property a five star.

Very friendly staff especially the person who picked us up at the airport who was very helpful and kind. They all made our US experience come alive and gave us reason to visit them again. Homely accommodation and convenient location. The airport run was made easy by their quick drop off and pick up. Will go again.

Rooms were nice and clean. Cosmetics great. Pool was closed. Fitness center pretty good. Great price.

Comfortable, but dated hotel in needs of a thorough updating. Room has some very dated items such as a green sofa, gold and white wall sconces and mirrored mirror closets, with some updates such as modern lamps, a newer desk and more modern bedroom furniture. Big executive suite rooms. Also, hotel has very noisy rooms as you can clearly hear the vehicles on the road wizz by from your bed.

Very quiet hotel, the breakfast in the morning was nice, the beds were soft, and the staff was friendly. Not a lot to complain about with this hotel, the pool is a bit small and theRe isn't much in the area around the hotel. The shuttle us convenient and the drivers were nice.

If you want to get a good night's rest on the weekend, you may want to request an exterior facing room. On the Saturday night we were there, the pool was full of loud kids late into the night. Interior facing rooms have to hear all that. Rooms aren't terrible, but not what I would consider clean. In-room coffee was not good (bad flavor, brand). Toilet did not do a good job of flushing — even toilet tissue.

Got in a little later than my check in time staff was amazingly nice the room they had was only a handicapped room which was acceptable because I just needed a bed for the night. It's located around a lot of eateries. The decor was really nice though and I had a great stay. Will definitely stay there again in Pittsburgh.

Very spacious suite, but house keeping barely makes the bed and that's it, I was in there for a month and furniture was always dusty. I do have to give credit to Andrew at the front desk, he is awesome and very professional, he deserves to be the one managing that place. Even after I left, and called back in, they say "hold while I transfer you" then hang up.

Shuttle driver was extremely rude and a reckless driver, nearly got us into an accident. Hotel is decent with fridge and microwaves in all rooms. AC fan will not run on constant. Plugs by the bed was nice. Decent water pressure.

I recently was at the Robinson Holiday Inn express for a business meeting. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the hotel was bright, clean and welcoming. I will certainly be going back.

Clean room good service excellent breakfast felt very refreshed I wish the bed was softer but I had a good night rest worth the extra money compared to the other hotels in the area.

Hotel is right off of I376 close to the Robinson Town Mall. Rooms are great, and feel uptodate. Continental breakfast is fare. Check in is quick and easy.

Very clean and quite room, most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! Breakfast was warm and plentiful. An overall perfect hotel that meet our needs.

Got dumped here a day before my scheduled flight out. The staff was super nice & went well out of their way, above & beyond, to make me feel at home in a strange city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. True hospitality!
