We stayed for five days nice staff decent breakfast but a little lax on housekeeping. From what we found out, if one is staying in a suite only one light cleaning is done per week. I would have expected more but that was our fault for not checking earlier. Everyone at the front desk and breakfast room were great. Would stay here again if in the area. Reasonably priced and close enough to downtown and the airport.

The floors are very thin. I have three children that weigh 35-40 lbs. A piece and we were called because of nose complaints. They went making much noise, other than walking around the room and an occasional giggle. The breakfast was not great, as the French toast was cold, and the bread had mold.

Clean rooms and good location near downtown. Everything within 20 minutes of downtown Pittsburgh. I also liked having a TB with HDMI and VGA connections so I could hookup our laptop to the TV for movie watching after sightseeing all day! The only complaint (and it's a minor one) was that the bathroom fan didn't seem to work. Overall, I would recommend staying there!

This hotel charged a $160 charge after we left and never said anything. When called to ask she said there was a smoke in the room. We don't even smoke! I called the next day and talked Nilesh Vadalia and was told it was a mistake that they charged our room on accident and the charge would be removed. Said it would be off by Tuesday, it was currently Sunday morning. So we waited and waited… Here it is almost a month later and the charge is still on there. I made a 4th call today and was informed that the smoke charge was still on the card and the GM lied to me. Not sure what scam they are pulling here but it seems like they think they can just charge cards and no one will notice because they are traveling. I wouldn't stay here ever again. They are a ripoff and I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Double check your balance after leaving this place.

Great rooms, affordable and has some pretty awesome facilities including basketball court and gym that's open 24hrs! Breakfast served is pretty good too.

I've worked in hotels and I've never had a manager go into my rooms so this feels more like social profiling of how we look. I'll never stay here again.

Clean rooms. Suite is a good size. Works well with 4 people and moving suitcases around.

Wonderful hotel! One of the best I've ever stayed at. It was Tuesday and it was free for dinner, so nice they do that for their guests! Thursday nights are free burgers as well. Staff is top notch and friendly! Rooms are comfy, clean, has a little kitchenette in each room. Don't miss this gem!

I stayed at the Sleep in and Suites in Pittsburgh on April 08th, 2018. The free shuttle from the Airport to the Hotel was great. Driver was very nice and helpful. Once at the Hotel, the lobby was nice and clean and the front desk employee had my reservation and room key all set and ready. I did get the room I reserved which was clean with newer carpet and bed sheets. After checking the bed, mattress and sheets for bed bugs all was clean and ready for a good night sleep. This room was designed for wheel chair accessible and was in fact well design for it. Bed was comfortable and the suite was nice. Free hot breakfast was nice good selection but eggs were a little over cooked but still fine. Maybe scramble eggs would solve that issue but then again it was a fine hot breakfast. Employees were helpful and did help me out with my reward choice card and points. Morning shuttle to the Airport was on time and very helpful and dropped me off at my Airline check in area. I was Satisfied with the price, cleanliness, hot breakfast, Airport shuttle service and employees. I recommend this hotel.

Parking deals for long term are great! Rooms were adequate and airport shuttle was good.

Comforable bed, clean room and a reasonable breakfast selection. Fine for a stay over.

I had a brief visit. The facility was extremely clean. The kitchen and dining area are very welcoming and well lit.

Very nice room, but was very annoying to get someone else's wake up call at 3:30 am!

Ok place to stay. Friendly staff and convenient to shopping malls, airport, college. Just need to check cleaning of coffee pots and tub before use. See photo of coffee pot.

Wonderful experience! I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Best value for the price. A budget hotel that's like home. Updated amenities, clean, modern, functional. Great breakfast! Even a basketball court! Great for a short or extended stay. The staff will quickly become family. The owner/manager was accommodating and helpful, as was his entire staff. Love Miss Bernice! And it's close to everything you'll need while traveling (shopping areas, Walmart, Best Buy, Costco). Right on a bus line too and they have an airport minivan.

Highly recommend this hotel! I booked this originally due to the affordable rate but was pleasantly surprised when I arrived that it was clean, up to date, the staff was super attentive, the breakfast had a wider variety than I’d ever seen at any other hotel, the room was very spacious and clean, and they even offer specials on tuesdays and Thursday nights where they have free food! I feel like it provides a great experience especially for people traveling often who want to feel at home. It’s also in a great location super close to any food and beverage as well as any stores that you may need for shopping.

What an amazing experience! Getting to travel is one of life luxuries, but finding a great place to feel safe and at home is a rare blessing. Spacious and clean room with very comfortable bedding. Breakfast was served as a wide variety buffet, with friendly attentive staff who made sure I had everything I needed. Located just off the highway and minutes from tons of local food less than 5 minutes away.

As a previous hotel night audit, I know the ins and outs of the choice hotels. This one was definitely 5+ stars. Every staff member I came into contact with was helpful, courteous, and professional. You can tell the manager knows what he is doing and treats his employees right. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs one in the Pittsburgh area. Keep up the good work, it really shows!

Was a great hotel. Suite was clean and comfortable. Tv was hard to see from bed by window. This was due to shape of room and it being closer to sleeper sofa. Service was great and breakfast had lots to chose from. Would stay here again.

We were attending a concert at the key Bank pavilion and this was a perfect location. Great staff, easy check in and check out, newly renovated rooms, clean — overall very good. Only complaint was our key cards were hard to use, had to have the magic touch to get the door open. Otherwise, great!

Overall, stay was fine. Breakfast could be better. Came in pretty late and caught the employees right in the middle of a shift change, so it took a while to actually check in. Nothing else notable, except that there was no vending machine that I could find on the premises.

We came here to go to a concert and to visit the city. A 2 night stay in Pittsburgh area. We were on the second floor. The room was clean. There were extra blankets for the pull out couch. Only issue was the bathroom door stuck a little, when it was closed. Great stay.

The room was very nice. The only thing I didn't like there wasnt no pool. But love the stay.

Looking for a good night sleep? Look elsewhere. Spent two sleepless nights listening to the people staying above us run around and stomp on the floor. I'm not exaggerating, this went on during our entire stay. Ceiling must be paper thin because we heard everything. Called the front desk and attendant said she'd call and ask them to "quiet down. " Nothing. Resorted to standing on our bed and banging on the ceiling myself. Did everything short of going upstairs and approaching the people. If you've ever stayed in a downstairs apartment you'll know how it feels to stay here. Would never stay again.

This place says that it is pet friendly. But when you call to confirm it, they say they're not. Called choice hotel, and tell them. They tell me they have to call the hotel. This place and choice hotel are a joke. It falls under false advertising. What a joke. Besides all that. Front desk staff very rude. Take your business elsewhere, unless you like being treated like crap.

Great rooms. Nice staff. The night auditor was great and went out of his way to meet our needs.
