Clean, cool, close to highway and good eats. Friendly staff, comfy king sized bed, good breakfast with great coffee. Pet friendly, quiet and decent price.

Very clean hotel, upgraded to a suite because I am an elite member. All of the employees are super friendly. The pool is indoors and heated which would be great during the winter. One of my favorite hotels now!

Great hotel! Enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was much better than the average hotel. This place never fails to be a nice place to stay.

This was my first time staying at a La Quinta Inn & Suits and it was a very pleasant experience. My room contained a comfortable King size bed, a couch, a mini fridge and microwave. Upon the bed was 6 pillows of varing sizes and adequate covers as well. Over all I would say this is a place I'll use again. L.

This place was great! It was clean, I slept amazingly and the staff was very nice! I needed an extra blanket in the middle of the night and was given one with a smile. On top of that Neek, the breakfast attendant, was a rockstar! She kept up with the demand of food… as soon as she filled it, it was empty. She kept filling the empty items all the while apologizing unnecessarily for the inconvenience. Would book again if I am ever in the area!

The hotel staff were very friendly; however their cleanliness is awful. Dirty towels left hanging, never cleaned the floors, toilet or bathroom sink.

Beds were comfortable, the staff was nice but the cleanliness and the complimentary breakfast need some serious help. First thing I noticed is when I got to my room I layer my stuff on the bed I wasn't going to sleep on and I just happened to look down and there was a big snot tissue or something between that bed and the night stand. And then I go into the bathroom and there is loose hair all over in there. Now for the breakfast it started at 6:30 and I went down at a quarter til 8. I grabbed a drink then a plate there was no utensils to eat with so I went to get some food and there was supposed to be eggs to go with the sausage but that didn't happen until I grabbed a couple pieces of sausage and made a waffle. By that time I was done eating and about to leave and then they brought more eggs out. Someone had ask the lady at the front desk for utensils and she didn't know where they were at and she said they were making more eggs when she was looking for utensils about 5 or so minutes later the kitchen attendant decided to show up. That was I believe the dirtiest room and the worst breakfast service I have ever experienced at a motel.

Staff was extremely friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick. We stayed in a pet room and it was clean and had a nice one night stay while traveling.

I stay here frequently and usually enjoy my stay. Front desk staff are friendly and will ensure your needs are met. Great job!

The perfect stop on the road to Florida. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, impeccable service and breakfast quite correct. Several small restaurants around for dinner including PHO Saigon (very good) and Olive Garden.

Hotel was sparsely staffed. We had issues with our toilet plugging and were given a plunger to take care of it ourselves. Housekeeping were minimalist and rooms were not restocked. We were there for five days the last day housekeeping did not show. We had apologies from management but I would not go back.

Neek is alwsom great breakfast person very warming an will assist in other areas if I asked her the breakfast was warm and refreshing the front desk lady was more suit an tie really quick to do a say an go but I enjoyed my stay thanks Pa.

It's a La Quinta, it's exactly what you think it is. Place is a little run down despite what looks like a fairly recent and poorly done remodel. But the sheets are clean, staff was nice and the rates are cheap. As a bonus I got to see the county sheriff serve an employee with a subpoena.

Location was good but was chosen for the proximity to event. Was easy to get to/from and had plenty of close by food and stores. No real negatives from the trip.

They overbooked king suites and have me a normal room with sleeper sofa. Took 40 dollars off the bill, but I booked this hotel specifically for the king suites. Also ran out of blankets for the sofa and ran out of ice because soccer families were filling up coolers. Desk lady was matter of fact, no sympathy. EDIT: Reduced from 3 to 1: I left my wallet in the room when we checked out. I know exactly where it was. When I called back a few hours later, the staff claimed they never saw it. My bad for leaving the wallet, but somebody on staff got $350+ richer through theft.

Great place to stop. Room was extremely clean which I liked the most! Staff was very friendly and the breakfast had a good selection! Definitely stop here if you are traveling through.

We were disappointed that our room had a faint cigarette smoke odor and that there wasn't much attention to detail by the housekeepers. In the morning, we discovered that the tub was slow to drain resulting in ankle-high water throughout our showers. When asked about our one night stay at check out, my husband let the gentleman at the desk know about these issues and was offered a $10 reduction on our bill. The one positive is the bed was comfortable.

The staff is great here and clean rooms. The assistant manager Mark will ensue that your stay is great. He is the goto guy here if you need anything.

Had an AWESOME experience. The night staff at the front desk was exceptional. In the morning, the front desk manager went out of his way to make sure my children were happy at breakfast. He was so attentive and kind. Definitely recommend this location! Our Great Danes and chihuahua were happy as well. Visited again 8/13-8/14/17. Another great experience. "A" at check-in was so kind and helpful. "M" the morning of checkout was wonderful, once again. Thank you for welcoming our dogs!

Arrived after 3AM, was told breakfast was served until 10 AM by the desk clerk, Paul. Got down to breakfast shortly after 9:30 and the eggs and sausage pans were empty. Most other things were out as well. I scraped the bottom of the pot of oatmeal to get something. Mark Thomas at the front desk was very apologetic and explained breakfast was over at 9:30. I explained what Paul had said. Three other parties heard our conversation and confirmed they also were told 10 AM. They also said they were down before 9:30 and the eggs and sausage were gone. Mark said they had run out and apologized again. Mark was great and it was not his fault. The management who is responsible for planning for food is the one who should be held accountable. The second reason for one star, we had a room with 1 bed and a pull out but there was no blanket for the pull out. I had to go back down to the desk at 3:15 AM to ask for a blanket. The best he could do was give me a fitted mattress cover… but on a positive note, the rating would have been 5 star for the room, bed comfort and cleanliness as well as Mark's attitude and willingness to try to help.

We had a very nice stay. Melissa was very helpful with all our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Room is very clean and modern, seems to be recently remodeled. Free breakfast was enjoyable. Location is close to local businesses yet far enough off the main road to be quiet.

Great place to stay! Mark at the desk is fantastic and so helpful. Stayed here just for a night as we live local but wanted to do something fun in this cold weather. Renovations look great, breakfast was great! They do have a 3 strike and your pout policy so if you have a problem with someone don't hesitate to call the receptionist or just walk down. Wish I did the second night we stayed.

Terrible hotel. Completely in the middle of construction. Hall to room was littered with trash, construction debris. Room itself had a pungent, unbearable odor. I had to cancel the reservation after getting there at 9pm and go look for another hotel. Choose any one but this. Outrageous to sell rooms in that condition. Needs an inspection from a health department or similar.

Absolute awful! In middle of renovation and they are still open? Place should be closed while they renovate. Have tools and construction material all over. First few rooms they tried putting us in had no running water and plumbing was not connected, no electric and room carpet with caulk all over it. I feel bad for staff that has to put up with all of the dissatisfied guests! Owner should be ashamed of himself for keeping open!

THEY ARE NOT WASHING SHEETS WHEN THEY CHANGE THE BEDS! They don't even clean the rooms the correct way and the manager there doesn't care. He knew and let it keep happening. This hotel and Microtel are both just horrible. I used to work there and saw first hand how they operate. Managers will also lie to cover their tracks. Very untrustworthy, dirty, and don't care. you can find better. Don't stay here.

I don't know where to start about this hotel so Ill start with the bad stuff. We stayed at the hotel on Friday, and Saturday. There were many unsavory individuals staying at this hotel. I believe they are living in the rooms. Saturday morning we went out the side door downstairs to our vehicle, and a black man was hiding back behind the bushes, talking to his self. (weird) he then moved out of the bushes, and ended up at the continental breakfast area. I don't even think he was staying at the hotel he was just homeless and drug addicted and was there to eat. Someone also had the side door jammed so ANYONE could enter that door and get in the hotel without a room key… To make matters worse, Saturday night we realized the room across from us was dealing out drugs all night long, there was someone knocking on that door all night long, we overheard one guy ask if he had any "rock" … so yeah that's what we dealt with all weekend, the black guy in the bushes hung outside the hotel all day and night, all weekend. I believe he was sleeping under the stairwell because there were blankets there. *WTF*… then we went down to get drinks from the vending machines by the front desk,. Apparently the front desk people don't mine drunks hanging out, there was a group of drunk people in the hall area that wouldn't move so we could get through, then got belligerent with us. REALLY!?!

Nice, no frills, hotel. Nice lobby, very friendly and courteous staff. Room was clean and only the carpet is a bit outdated. Granite in the bathroom, comfortable bed. Can't forget the pool and hot tub. This hotel is a very great value! Highly recommend.

I believe the front desk gentleman was name Melvin, he was great and super helpful in our time of need, we got a great rate and great service. Would highly recommend! The rooms were clean and neat, the bathroom tub was a little dirty but nothing crazy. Breakfast wasn't great but overall the service was great.

Better than some of the one-story motels… they have a pool and a jacuzzi, but I can't disagree with many of the complaints that I keep finding from other ratings given to the Baymont.   Baymont seems to be ignoring complaints that the ice-machine on the third floor is broken or that the continental breakfast always runs out of whole milk.   The televisions in both rooms I stayed in, would shut themselves off a good ten times per day. Both tubs were missing large chips of the white finish.   The Wi-Fi kept losing the connection, when I was lucky enough to get connected in the first place.   The laundry facilities for guests, is broken. There are just so many things that should not be left in a state of disrepair.  Terry and Moses are both GREAT to deal with, but some of the other workers need to check themselves.   Now I see why this hotel is 90% empty.

They need to update there photos. All the rooms are brand new. Entrance is also brand new. Breakfast"free" is pretty damn good. Waffles you make on your own. Fresh. Bagels. French toast. Coffee cereal. The rooms are clean. The indoor pool clean. Even the Jacuzzi was great. 5 min drive into town where restaurants are. They also have washer and dryer… I will stay again!

The air was really loud and I could not sleep so I turned it off and the room became very hot.

Staff is nice. Free ice. Free breakfast, indoor pool. Conveniently located in close proximity to a highway. Wi-Fi is extremely slow. Nearly impossible to load a web page at times.

We stayed the middle of July, pool is small 4 foot at the deepest, people very VERY friendly and helpfull but, pool was COLD and not very much food in the am lots, of kids staying and they did not restock like they should, rates were EXCELLENT and room was clean but, not spotless, beds were very hard, and hurt my back but, overall not a bad hotel, just head my warning that pool was cold, too cold, and only 4 feet deep, I did enjoy the hottub though not to hot, not to cold.
