We stayed in the barn for my birthday night and everyone that works at the Inn was very nice, our room could have been cleaner we found a bug in our bed! When I brought it up to the front desk they showed little concern also the breakfast was an old stale muffin and a apple with a worm hole in it, but it is a very pretty place! I just don't know if we would recommend it to anyone.

Went to an event here. Stayed in the hotel. Events food wasn’t the greatest. Then the room we stayed in was dirty. Needed dusted, smelled weird, and was very outdated for the cost. Should’ve stayed at a different hotel. Won’t return.

This facilities rooms are outdated, old, smelly, and half cleaned for them to be priced the way they are. Do not have a wedding here. They completely lack costumer service when being scrutinized for said overnight accommodations for guests and they treat their brides and grooms absolutely terrible if you must change up your plans.

What a beautiful place to explore! Loved our visit here. The gardens are amazing.

Had a Lovely 3 night getaway here. Beautiful grounds, delicious restaurant food and bar, friendly staff, nice amenities, clean and peaceful. Also location is great for day trips thru Lancaster area. We LOVED it and can’t wait to go back!

Actually enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and the spa was great. Intended on coming back for our anniversary. But when we got home my husband realized he forgot his electric toothbrush. He called and was told it wasn’t found. That’s just wrong. I’ve left things behind before and had them returned. I’m sure the thief is still employed by them. Disappointed!

Unfortunately did not get to experience a lot of the Inn’s features due to government lockdowns but 100% enjoyed all we were able to experience. Great staff, relaxing spa and a beautiful atmosphere. We loved our time here.

I had an all inclusive wedding here. Best decision ever. The staff went up and beyond. Stephanie Lambert made our special day unbelievably unforgettable. Stephanie was beyond helpful, professional and personal, she went up and beyond. I would give this venue 20 stars. The spa exceptional service, Michelle was awesome. I truly can't express how pleased we were. We will be spending our 1 year anniversary here.

If you are expecting the royal treatment then you have chosen the right place. We could not have asked for anything more. Great picture opportunities, staff were Top notch, professional from beginning to end. Stephanie was our wedding planner and she was professional, understanding, and made our wedding what we ask for.

The staff at Leola Village was absolutely terrific! Tara and Julito took care of everything along the way and any surprises we had pop up. The staff was incredibly kind, detail focused, and attentive. Instead of the horror stories you hear about not eating at your own wedding we found the opposite to be true here; we were absolutely stuffed and never had an empty glass. We got married the weekend before COVID-19 really took place so we had a good amount of people that couldn’t come and Leola worked diligently to rearrange the space for us so it didn’t look like there were empty spaces at the wedding or the reception.
The ease of having everything from the rehearsal dinner to the after party at the Inn was incredibly convenient and made the event so much more enjoyable. The food at Leola for every single event was incredible! I enjoyed everything I ate and they have amazing coffee.
The women at the spa on site are fantastic! I did not have a practice hair or makeup session since I was not local but the women were very skilled and knew their trades exceptionally well. I showed my hair dresser two different hair styles and asked her to mix and match them and she did. She looked at the image once and took off and absolutely nailed the look I was going for! It also only took 45 minutes for an updo that was curled throughout. One of my bridesmaids has naturally curly hair that is incredibly long and hard to control and the hairdresser had no problem taming her curls!

We had such a great time at the Inn at Leola Village for my wife’s 30th birthday and hope we have the opportunity to go back in the future! The whole entire Inn was absolutely lovely. The rooms were so beautiful and the spa facilities where we got our couples massage was too notch! It was also nice to take a walk around in their garden and gift shop but the highlight for us was the meal at Te. From the time we walked in until we left it was first class service all the way. Each course was absolutely delicious along with the little bites in between. The dessert was absolutely stunning both visually and taste. Hoping to make a return trip in the near future. Thanks to the Inn at Leola Village for such a memorable experience!

Mike at the front desk was amazing. He walked us to our room. The room was beautiful and the treats left in our room were delicious! Can't wait to go back.

Another disappointing stay. Had reservation in the restaurant which they lost so had to wait to get a table. Then went to the sauna which was not working, someone came down to look at it and couldn’t fix so said they would send someone down, after waiting for about 30 mins we left. So went back to room for a shower but there was no hot water. All night there was a clanking sound that lasted a few minutes.
Then to top it off when checking out that asked how our stay was and I said not good and there answer was ok great goodbye.

We had an excellent experience here and would recommend it! The rooms were really cool and the staff friendly and attentive. The spa was terrific and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Definitely will come back again!

We enjoyed our second stay in the Wine Cellar and look forward to a third visit. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

This place was fantastic! It was a last minute getaway for our 1 Year Anniversary and this place was beyond what we expected! The room was fantastic and beautiful! We had a very nice whirlpool tub… back yard/entrance was a garden view with their own home grown vegetables! The food was DELICIOUS! And the coffee was honestly the best we’ve ever had. The employees was wonderful and so helpful! The spa was out of this world! We will definitely be coming back very soon!

This was a last minute getaway for our anniversary. The staff was very helpful. The spa was excellent. Loved that there was a Restaurant on premises. Food was great! Beautiful Inn and nice rooms. Wish we went up on Friday since most of the shops and restaurants in Lancaster area are closed on Sundays.

This was a last minute get away. I couldn’t have been more blown away by the staff, The Inn, The restaurant and the spa. Everyone was delightful and very professional. Always with a smile and “can I help you”. I will be back! Super Inn with superior staff.

We couldn't have imagined a more perfect place to have our wedding. The staff was incredible! The whole team was a well oiled machine, and anticipated our every need. Tara was AMAZING and really did everything to ensure our day was absolutely perfect. The staff knew what we needed even before we did! They had spare room keys waiting for us at the end of the night, graciously packaged the dinner I didn't finish for me to eat after the reception, and constantly checked on us to make sure we were happy. Tara made the planning process an absolute dream. She was patient, kind, and knew when we needed her help with ideas! She went above and beyond from day 1 to the day after our wedding. Everyone cared about the minor details, and it was noticed by all.

We were more than happy with our stay at the Inn. Very friendly staff, one of whom escorted us directly to our room without prompt. The rooms are spacious and unique in their decor. Bath products were great and smelled awesome! Beautiful quiet path tucked in the back to take a relaxing walk on. Food was very yummy at the more casual restaurant on site and the bartender was very helpful. Would definitely return and recommend!

Thank you does not begin to describe the gratitude we have for you and your entire staff, especially our wedding day coordinator Tara! We had the most amazing day of our lives and we owe most of that to the seamless, efficient and professional staff you have working at the Inn at Leola. Every single person we encountered along the way from coordinator to florist, front desk staff, concierge, etc. Made us feel like we were royalty and that no request was too big for them to fulfill. Sean and I mentioned to each other how we were so impressed by how often we were checked on throughout the night to make sure everything was up to our standards, and that we felt we were being taken care of. Your grounds were beautiful, flowers were gorgeous and food was beyond delicious (not to mention that insanely good pumpkin cake). We could not have dreamed for a more perfect day and you certainly made that happen for us! We could sing praises all day about how happy we are that we chose your venue.

This past weekend my mom, sister and I flew from Georgia to PA to have some girls time together.
We come from a long line of Hotel/Motel/Inn Owners & Operators and have very high standards & requirements in lodging.
Staying at The Inn at Leola Village was the best decision we could have made! The entire property is well maintained and exquisitely landscaped. We saw several wedding parties while we were there and it seemed as if it were the perfect place for a wedding.
The meals were carefully executed and delicious. Leah, served our breakfast with class and charm. I would hire her and move her to GA, if she were willing! Our favorite front desk staffer was Gary, who was on the evening shift. He was attentive, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable.
We had a terrific weekend and would recommend The Inn at Leola Village in a heartbeat!

Couldnt ask for better staff. Mark met us at the door on his way to tend to others guests and when he returned his attention was on us and our stay. He answered everything I asked, gave us the grand tour even though it was very late at night and made sure we were walked to our room and safe for the night. Thus far I have no doubt that this will be a place to remember and return too.

I am giving it a two star because I want YOU to read this, and I feel like 1 stars are ignored as just being irrational people. The facility for weddings is nice enough. They charge like they are a 5 star place, and maybe they are for Lancaster, but if they were were in Philadelphia they would be a back water. We paid 219 dollars for a room on the bottom floor of building 5, below the spa, This really was not a 1st floor, this was more like the basement. It was dark and damp. There were VERY small windows and even the lamps were dim, so forget about actually seeing anything. Good luck putting your makeup on Girls. This was in fact not the worst part of this room, the worst part was the spa was above the room and at 8 AM when they opened their doors, it sounded like a dancing class was going on and it was NON STOP until 6 PM. The worst part is management know about this noise and they do nothing about it. Their response to me was no one else complains. … Maybe no one else stays there for 2 days. For 219 dollars plus tax you would expect something VERY nice, a cheap motel would be a better call. Or better yet SAVE your money and do not go here.

We just had our daughters wedding here August 4, 2018. Everything was perfect. Many guests stayed at the Inn, all the rooms were lovely. We had the rehearsal dinner at the on site restaurant and the food was delicious. Stephanie was our event coordinator and was fabulous through the whole process. She was always quick to resp Nd with any questions or concerns. We utilized the on site salon for make-up and the Village Florist. Everyone was kind, courteous and very respectful. The garden ceremony was appreciated by everyone that attending. There wasn't one complaint about the reception either. The food was delicious and quickly served. I would definitely recommend having your wedding here.

A really cool hotel. A renovated series of barns, this hotel is surely the best in the area. They also really helped me out when I needed a conference room on a day's notice. Will definitely visit again. This place is the place to stay if you are visiting New Holland.

My husband and I visited for our anniversary and had a fantastic experience. We booked the midweek getaway (which included dinner and breakfast) and stayed in a second floor room in the tobacco barn with a great view of the pool. The room was just gorgeous, with a whirlpool tub and open rainfall shower. We enjoyed some complimentary Prosecco poolside before dinner at Osteria, which was delicious. Breakfast was also savory (though we were still full from dinner). Staff were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend and hope to return soon!

Great old world rooms. Good service. Restaurant food good. 15 minutes to Intercourse and Kitchen Kettle which is quaint and full of hand made items and crafted furniture. Very interesting story of the Inn's 200 year history in Leola. Swimming pool and gym.

Well run wedding venue with excellent facilities and friendly staff. The main ballroom is spacious and offers a separate area at the entrance of the building for cocktail hour. The decor is attractive but neutral enough that any wedding color palette or decor choice should work well. The food service was efficient and the food was good.

Nice location with a very comfortable stay. A weekend here was just what we needed. The decor of the rooms as well as the landscaping outside were top notch. Also, If you stay here I'd highly recommended eating just down the street at Gracie's on West Main in addition to the great onsite dining options.

We had a lovely stay at the Inn at Leola Village! The reception staff was extremely kind and helpful — especially Darian. The restaurant was excellent and accommodations very clean, well appointed and comfortable. And I just LOVED the grapefruit scented toiletries! Very refreshing and high quality. We'll be back for sure! One more thing: Gracie's on West Main — right down the street — was a true gem of a find for a scrumptious bacon lovers breakfast, fresh beautiful salad or amazing sandwich. And I can't EVEN talk about their Pecan Bourbon Brownies!

Amazing inn with some of the best amenities around. Each room is unique and decorated perfectly. Everything that you'd need is all on the grounds, and the food is fantastic! It would be so sad to stay at a nearby chain hotel and miss out on this gem. I will certainly be returning in the near future.

Attended a wedding here. The staff was beyond great. Serving the drunks, predinner and dinner was done with great skill. They were all very attentive with the guests requests. The predinner shrimp, meatballs and mini crab cakes were done perfect. The dinner was very tasty. Parking is very ample and easy to navigate. I would recommend The Inn to others as a great spot to have a reception or party. I would have loved to have tried the restaurant that was located near them but with all the food we already had we will have to revisit.

Our group spent a delightful time at the Inn at Leila Village celebrating a milestone birthday. The service privided by all of the staff that worked at the front desk and the restaurant was superb. Every employee was cordial, professional, and they went out of their way to accommodate all of our many needs. Superb customer service! We dined in the restaurant and both the dinner and breakfast foods were exceptional. Each tasty dinner dish served in the restaurant at the Inn to our party of eight was delizioso. Our comfort food breakfast powered our day. The restaurant staff on duty were all delightful! Our rooms were comfortable, charming, and clean. I recommend the Inn highly and we will be returning in the future. Thank you for a memorable experience in Lancaster.

Prince Charming and I had our wedding here recently and the venue was a fairy tale! Our fairy god-mother, Stephanie at the Inn at Leola Village helped make our dreams come true. We had the "My Tiny Little Wedding" package, which was perfect for our needs. I wanted an intimate, classy venue to celebrate with family. The space and flowers were ethereal in beauty. The wedding cake (Red Velvet, my favorite) was scrumptious and beautiful. And the FOOD! I was so proud to have such a wonderful meal served with gracious style. Guests commented that it was the best wedding meal they ever experienced. Stephanie, our wedding coordinator, was a delight to work with. One of the princess junior bridesmaids sprained her ankle the day before and was on crutches. Because of this and the rain, Stephanie made alternate arrangements for our preparation area and re-arranged the ceremony area for comfort and discretion. Communication and transparency were excellent with all staff members we dealt with. We also stayed in a suite at the Inn and were spoiled and charmed by the amenities and beauty of the room. Treat yourself: book an event or spa appointment, eat a meal, have a drink in the lounge, stay at the Inn — you won't be disappointed. Can't wait to return and visit!

The building and guest rooms are absolutely beautiful. The staff was very helpful and courteous. However the walls are paper thin to the point that we could actually hear conversations in the restaurant below our room. That ended around 11 p. M. Which we greatly appreciated. Then as we were getting ready for bed, we could hear snoring coming from another room. Save your money and stay home.

Had our wedding here and the venue was fantastic. The staff is nothing but extrodanairy in ensuring you have a stress free day. We also had some wonderful food at the restaurant and all the rooms where fantastic.

Better restaurant than hotel. Wonderful steak, great wine selection, and top shelf bar. The servers, Mindy and Kim, were friendly and attentive. With that said, the rooms are a bit dated, poor layout, and not very business friendly. Mattress a bit rough, small TV located poorly Breakfast at 6:30 but no coffee avalable in the lobby. The friendliness of the staff and charm of the atmosphere could not make up the difference. Would dine here again.

The "club" rooms are in the basement. Our room was situated under a barber shop. We heard the sounds of people's feet on the hardwood floors above starting 8:30am. Our room had a concrete basement floor with only a rug under the bed. The bathroom had no privacy because the "door" was about three feet tall and didn't go to the floor or the ceiling. We booked a room with a tub. There was no tub. We will not come back.

Stayed here many of times. Me and the wife return here often as this is where we had our wedding. The service is always top notch as is the food. My only complaint which it is for me every place is the bed. I tend to like a really soft bed. Most hotels because of the traffic have a either semi hard or harder than usual bed. The bed here isn't hard but you feel the spring. Which is a first for me at this hotel. Probably got the bed on it's way out. Overall great place for a quick get away.

My wife and I were married here and it was the perfect venue. The service was terrific and they were incredibly accommodating for all of our needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get married in an absolutely beautiful setting. Our favorite dish was the tomato bisque. I surprised my wife with a dinner here for our 2nd anniversary and due to her nursing our daughter, she had a dairy restriction. So when I called ahead to make the reservation for dinner, I asked them if they could accommodate the tomato bisque to make it dairy free for us which they graciously did. Top notch service and atmosphere.

I'm giving the Inn at Leola Village 2 stars because of a misleading website and broken promises made by the clerk at the desk after check-in. Typically I don't comment on hotel stays or review anything, but this places is not exactly the Motel 6 and should held to a higher standard. The room I was provided was under "The Amish". Despite the pictures shown on the website, or the fact the Wine Cellar is under "The Amish" heading, you will NOT be getting this room. Instead, you will be shunted to a cramped, single queen room. When I notified the front desk of the discrepancy, the clerk apologized, lowered my room rate, and stated that I would be receiving a complimentary stay in a suite at a later date. I'll get back to this later. The room was freezing when we entered (seriously, you can't turn on the heat for expected guests? ), but the heat worked well, and within about 30 minutes, the room temperature was high for us to remove our coats (it was 14 degrees outside). The room could have been a bit nicer. There were black marks all of the walls, the edges of the carpets were dirty, and the "fireplace" was just a plug-in light that looked like flame, but provided no heat. Why have a fireplace at all? The night was pretty uneventful and there was plenty of towels and hot water for showers the next morning. When I went to check out, the clerk behind the desk had no idea I was promised a lower rate. He also had no idea that I was promised a complimentary stay either.

Beautiful interior, very rustic. Pleasantly different than chain hotel rooms. The heating/cooling is finicky bc of how old the system is, but it was a lovely place to stay for a wedding.

The first room we stayed in had the thermostat break. When we woke up in the morning, it was 58 degrees in the room. They were very nice about things and upgraded our room, but we overheard a management meeting where they said they had known the room we were staying in had thermostat issues. In the new room, there was a climp of hair in the shower drain and other small debris in the bath tub. They did not provide a "Do not disturb" sign for our door, so we ended up with people entering our room three times in a span of as many hours.

I attended a Christmas party thrown by my employer, it was a breakfast with Santa and my kids thoroughly enjoyed the food as it was fully catered, the decor was rustic country but had an eloquence to it, I'd like to explore more of the Inn At Leola.

Was in a "coach room" for 2 nights to attend a wedding. The room was toward the check-in area, during the first night the bar/restaurant was so loud that their music was heard through the midnight hour. It was so loud that the bass could be felt through the floor. It kept me awake until I had to use headphones to plug my ears to sleep. The second day there was a wedding in the same bar so the music was again but louder this time and could not even stay in the room. The clock in the room was never corrected for daylight savings causing much confusion. However the room was very nice and was relaxing in the morning. They have a beautiful wedding venue.

Good start to looking for the perfect place to get married. The staff was friendly and our tour guide was very nice. Can not speak much to anything else as it was just a tour that I was given. With that being said, I am interested in returning to talk further about all they can offer for a wedding.

The rooms are large, clean, and well appointed. We stayed for a friend's wedding and had a great time. The food was good but from what I could tell costly. It is located in the middle of Leola but is difficult to spot. It is a well hidden gem.

Amazing venue for an indoor wedding! Very professional and responsive. The food was outstanding (multiple people said it was the best they ever had at a wedding), and the service was top notch! If you're trying to keep the cost low, this may not be the venue for you, but you definitely get what you pay for — 5 stars! We also had our rehearsal dinner here in the smaller venue, which was also over-the-top fantastic. Fancy family style — yummy food kept coming! Stephanie Lambert was awesome to work with and always on top of things!

The restaurant is very nice. The food is always good although it is not a place to go when you are in a hurry. I've been there several times for business lunches and loved every time.

Destinations is super overpriced. I got a haircut and a massage. The haircut was nothing that I asked for even when I told her to do more the first time she let me see it. I ended up going somewhere else to have it redone. I didn't realize how bad it was because she wouldn't give me my glasses, ended up tipping and spending $55 for nothing. Then the massage was charged to my card on top of that and I never saw the price until it was on my statement. They charged me $10 more than their website states a 30 minute massage costs. The masseur was amazing and taught me some valuable stretches to maximize my body comfort along with making me feel comfortable with my first professional massage. The place was gorgeous and quiet, but I wanted to pay for the services, not to keep their fancy lights on.

The location is nice. I stayed in the main building. Room was large and very clean. I think the beds are on the older side, they sank down as you would sit on them. Pillows could be a little firmer. Had a microwave and mini fridge. Ice machine is in a different building but still close by. Wifi was lacking a bit great for general browsing not always great for streaming videos. Also has a lovely pool.

Exceptional! My wife and I were married at the Inn At Leola Village several years ago (highly suggest! ) and we returned for our anniversary as a nostalgic evening. We were pleasantly surprised with a gratuitous upgrade to a poolside suite like we had stayed in on our wedding night (thank you Christian! ). This was completely unexpected and enjoyed. Always a pleasure staying here from unique decor to professional & helpful staff.

Easily one of the best places we've ever stayed. My wife and I went there for an overnight visit to celebrate our anniversary and it's exceeded our expectations. The suite we had was amazing! Our Jaws literally dropped open when we were let into our suite by the front desk staff. Every detail of this in is impeccably maintained and decorated, maintaining a classic look that holds true to the property's origin. The staff is both extremely professional and gregarious in their demeanor, you will feel comfortable the moment you enter the lobby. We dined at one of the two restaurants at the end and where just as delighted there has with her room. The food was five star quality, the service excellent. Our server Angela Davis his full attention and excellent recommendations. The following morning we took advantage of services at the spa located at the end and we were treated like royalty. I can go on and on about the exceptional quality of this establishment but it will never equal the experience. It is seriously that good. Also worth noting is the fact that their restaurant Tè is one of only four Forbes Magazine Five star rated restaurants in the United States.

My boyfriend and I spent a night at The Inn. The front desk clerk was very professional and exceeded my expectations. There was a wedding there that weekend and he apologized right off the bat for the system running slowly. When we were finished, he walked us to our room, something I've never seen any other hotel clerk do. My boyfriend went back to ask him where the vending machines were, and he himself brought us 3 sodas, free of charge. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful and kindhearted.

Stayed in the parlor suite for a wedding event. Very spacious, clean, with a rustic feel. Staff was very polite and attentive to our needs.

Had a beautiful stay in one of the whirlpool suites. Leola is rustic and inviting, and the staff were some one the most pleasant people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The attached radiant and bar were also a big plus and prices were affordable. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed there with a tour group. Everyone loved their rooms so much, we had to visit each other's rooms. It was amazing. From the furniture, to the gardens, the staff & food was all worth it. Definitely a place to go back to. Even though I live in Australia, I can't wait to go back & also see the rest of PA.

This is the second year my fiancée and I have been here for our anniversary and it surely never disappoints. The staff is extremely attentive to your needs and will go above and beyond to meet your requests. The rooms are gorgeous and well-preserved. I will surely spread the word to friends and family.

We stayed at the Amos King Suite for a weekend, the room was beautiful and the service was amazing. I felt like every employee there would bend over backwards for you. I would recommend this to anyone who was looking for a quiet weekend getaway.

We got the room through Groupon for a special birthday evening. It was beautiful, cozy, and romantic. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone!

The parlor suite is gorgeous. Has the old colonial style feel with the modern day amenities. Rooms are very large. The Wi-Fi is the only caveat, it is very slow. This is not really a deal breaker as most have people have portable hotspots now.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable and the grounds are very impressive. More there to do than I thought it would be. Great place to stay.

Higher up-scale place in NH if you are looking for such. They do have a nice lunch menu with lower prices and yet the same up scale service and food. Try it, you'll like it :-).

We were immediately greeted by a friendly bellhop upon arrival. After check in, the bellhop took all of our bags from our car up to our room and told us the layout of the facility. Great rooms with plenty of closet space. Large bathrooms, too. The walls are a little thin which makes hearing the neighbors a common occurrence. Excellent restaurant with fantastic food. The bar is pretty nice, too, but there are not enough beers on tap.

My husband and I stayed thee for our 1st wedding anniversary June, 14, 2009 — — It was given to us as gift. We had romantic wonderful visit. He (the love of my life) just married at age 79 and 73! W e were best friends for 50 years even living states apart. I will never forget our time here still have pics. I am lost now he passed away here in our home March 18, 2015. We recently had the pleasure and privilege of working with Kaci Willerth, wedding coordinator, for our daughter’s wedding at the Casa di Fiori of the Inn at Leola Village on 6/6/15. During our almost 18 months of working with Kaci, she worked diligently to ensure that our daughter would have the wedding of her dreams at the Inn at Leola Village. With about 25% of our guests staying at the Inn at Leola Village, the wedding was a 3-day experience for many and we have nothing but accolades for all the personnel we encountered. Although a joyous event, a wedding is not without its moments of stress, but Kaci did her utmost to ensure that nothing under her control added to the unavoidable stressors. Even the weather cooperated to ensure a lovely ceremony in the Inn’s outdoor garden. The transformation of the already lovely Casa di Fiori into a truly magical “indoor garden” really had to be seen to be believed. The result exceeded even our highest expectations and there honestly was not a single thing that could have been improved upon. All at the Inn at Leola Village went above and beyond to ensure what was truly a wonderful experience for us all. We had three wonderful dining experiences at The Inn at Leola Village: the rehearsal dinner, the wedding dinner and departure brunch and in keeping with the overall experience, the cuisine was all exemplary in quality, creativity and presentation.

This place is so beautiful and peaceful a very nice place OMG.

NO STARS, Had dinner in the Osteria Restaurant on the 7th of this month for four, it was terrible from decor to service to food. They have not option for you to check or hang your coat or they did not offer so you take your coat to the table. In winter I had a long overcoat that I had to hang on the back of my chair resting on the stained carpet. We waited 40 minutes for a bottle of wine we ordered from their wine list. The one and only waiter in the room was waiting for the manager to retrieve the wine from a locked cabinet. Finally the wine came and the waiter had no idea the proper pouring procedures or just good common sense to serve the woman at the table before the men. Also the waiter poured all of our child white wine into the four glasses almost up to the rim. So there was nothing left in the bottle to put in a wine chiller. Appetizers were terrible, worst Antipasto I have ever been served, hands down. Pasta entree came to the table in a parchment paper and dumped on the plate, hiding the shrimp that was part of the dish. Taste was bland, no seasoning. When I told the manager we waited 40 minutes for wine he said "that unacceptable" and walked away. Stay away from this place, we were visiting from Philadelphia, maybe this is considered good food for locals but this place could not cut it in a city with finer culinary options.

Very nice place, great food, and quiet. Came here for my sisters wedding and it didn't disappoint. Her venue was stunning, the food was amazing, and her wedding coordinator was a sweetheart. Our accommodations were very nice. The staff was extremely courteous and bountiful. You could always find a kind person to assist you. The only thing I did not like was our room bathroom which had saloon style doors, so privacy in the bathroom is nonexistent. Otherwise, this is a great place to hold a wedding. They did an excellent job at making her wedding beautiful.

My husband and I just returned from a two night get away at Leola Inn. I do not understand some of the hateful reviews. Something is not right here. From the very start the staff is the most hospitable that we have ever encountered. Nothing is too difficult to accommodate you. The property is beautiful, the food is excellent, the staff is beyond compare. The rooms are decorated first class and the price is more then reasonable for this quality. I have stayed in many properties in Lancaster area and this is is definitely first class. I have also stayed and dined in many fine dining establishments in this country and abroad. Leola Inn can hold their heads up high and stand with the best.

I was surprised after reading all the positive reviews to be disappointed in this hotel. The lobby has cobwebs and looks worn. With so many travel companies rating it as 4 and 5 diamonds/stars I thought it would be in better condition. I was given a basement room in the back building. I am sitting here listening the a crystal clear conversation in the room above me. I have yet to be able to load anything using the free Wi-Fi. I am here on a work trip and will not be able to complete my work given the terrible Wi-Fi connection and speed.

Greatest hotel I have ever slept. I felt right at home. They also serve great food for an Applebee`s price. Very luxurious.

Wonderful! The rooms were spacious, very clean and well appointed. The food at their resturant as well as at the wedding we attended was phenomenal. Grounds were beautiful, not a far walk to anywhere. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.
