I was there for a banquet wonderful staff.

Great place for family’s with small kids.

We stayed here with our family a few weekends ago. And we have stayed in the past and loved it. But this time was definitely different. My son's feet were dirty within minutes of walking around on the carpet. The bathroom door super heavy giving off wood on the floor from the door. My husband towel after the shower had tried blood on it… you lost our business. This was address with the hotel and all they did was vacuum.

We just got back from our stay, we loved the resort, better than we expected. The villa we had was super nice and we loved that we could bring our puppy along. There was so much for the kids to do but so relaxing as well. The staff was very friendly. I think the only thing that would have made it better for our family is that we expected the water at the splash pad to be warmer as it states on the website "heated" pools and splash pad, which was a big reason we chose the resort for our stay, but the water was freezing at the splash pad, and pretty cold in both pools most families are good with that, but our daughter has a hard time with colder water, so it was hard for her to enjoy the splash pad and pools for a long period which kind of took us away from enjoying the pools. We really enjoyed Splashers, would love to see Garfields open up again to give more options for food. Over all we really did enjoy out stay, and we would definitely come back again.

We have stayed multiple times at Eden and very much enjoy it. The location is excellent with plenty to do in the area if you decide to leave the resort. The resort itself offers several amenities as well. We love the outside pool and the Splashers food and drinks were good and convenient. Our room was spacious & conveniently located with direct access to the indoor pool. I enjoy the texts from the staff giving you the option for housekeeping. We had a minor issue with the TV which was immediately addressed by staff. We plan on staying again in a few months. Also the staff itself is very friendly!

My husband and I was gifted a romantic getaway here and it was amazing! Arthur’s terrace had delicious food and service (thanks Ryan) …with champagne and dining credits!

My Husband and I enjoyed our stay at Eden Resort & Suites. This was our second visit. It was even better the second time around.

Always a great time at the Eden. Love that they keep kids out the hot tub. Room was 20 minute later than the 4pm check in time so we got 10% off our final bill. Nice gesture. P.

The customer service here was amazing. Every single employee was amazing to deal with. The villas were perfect for a family of five and being able to bring the dog made it even better! Will definitely come back in the summer but was not at all disappointed with this place!

The customer service is exceptional. The accommodations and pricing is worth a stay. Easily accessible to area attractions, dining, and shopping. This will be my go-to place to stay in PA.

Do not do your wedding here! The management is awful! The best thing about this hotel is the pool lifeguard and maintenance men. We expressed our concerns we had about multiple guest rooms of sewage coming up out of the pipes, the bridal suite was not cleaned from the last guests, The hotel claimed 1 of our guests were smoking marijuana in the room asked them to remove their items, gave us the keys back that night and charged a $500 room cleaning fee but the room was never cleaned. The unprofessional wedding coordinator asked me for vendor numbers when I was in line to walk down the isle, my wife carried a clipboard the whole time she was getting dressed because the bridal coordinator was not available stated she had other duties to attend to, we rented the restaurant for the night but then the banquet manager rudely informed us no alcohol is allowed and we would not receive a refund. Hotel management asked us to give up our seat in common areas if other guests wanted to sit down like we were second class citizens. I had high expectations from this hotel but after we spent our money their true colors came out. The worst part is when we expressed our concerns to management they let us know everything that happened was our fault and we should be paying them more money. Very disappointed.

For the price you pay I would not expect to have a door that would not open, to have to get a new handle on the toilet, only one restaurant that only serves buffet which was 30 dollars and the only good thing was the prime rib and charged 12 dollars for a 6 ounce glass of wine.

I had a wonderful time. The staff is amazing, very accommodating, professional and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The ballroom is gorgeous. The pool area is aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. We will definitely visit again!

We stayed on February 26 and at three in the morning our air conditioner was so loud it sounded like a vehicle was in the room we made it to go to the front desk until the morning and we were offered a breakfast to compensate would not recommend!

I recently stayed at Eden Resort and soon after checking out realized I forgot something in the fridge… not food related. I called right away and spoke to the lost and found manager. He informed me that he would check into it. The manager called me the day after to let me know my item was not found. He was very short with me and kept telling me that he already told me it was lost. It was my fault I forgot something, however it should be the honesty of the housekeepers to find lost items and turn them into the front desk. Dont try to tell me my item was thrown away … it was stolen. That manager was a total jerk and had no customer service respect. I have stayed at this hotel for YEARS and have never been treated so poorly. I would stay here again … but I would not trust having my room cleaned or forgetting a thing.

A wonderful place to get away, friendly staff, and prompt curtious service.

I wanted to get away to celebrate my birthday. We booked three nights and extended an additional night. We stayed in the studio king villa and we brought our Corgi, who loved it just as much as we did. The Villa was beautiful. However May I suggest a walk through before renting the room. The closet door was off it’s hinge thank goodness it did not fall on me. You can tell the room was vacant for sometime, because there was a little dust on the furniture no biggie but something to keep in mind when renting vacant rooms. I also extended my check out to 12pm and was hoping to check out at 1pm, but when I contacted the front desk Nick said he would be able to accommodate the extra hour for an additional fee and put the room out of service. I declined that offer after all I paid for an additional night and did not feel it was appropriate to pay more just because I wanted to check out at 1pm. This is my feedback but loved the place itself. We plan to come back again.

Canceled my reservation due the covid19 pandemic and still was charged $300 for a night because someone didn’t cancel it correctly. Spoke with Nick front desk manager he was very rude to me and had no compassion being I have been out of work since March. Normally we have a really good experience here and have second thoughts of ever returning.

Had the pleasure of staying overnight. The outdoor pool was amazing, clean and staff were friendly. I felt like I was on vacation. Looking forward to renting the Villas soon.

I love Eden! Resort is beautiful and immaculate. It is kept very nicely feels like a 5 star resort. I booked this resort for a 2 night with plans to spend minimal time there, I wound up cancelling all of my outside plans and staying at the resort the entire time. I was a part of a party of 50 and we have not one single complaint. Only issue I had was it was too short of a stay and for me personally the beds were rock rock hard! Other than that this place is great you feel like youre on vacation from the kids splash pad, to the poolside service to the cleanliness of the rooms. Loved it.

I've only ever been here for professional events. Their rooms for events are very nice. The atmosphere and decor are great and welcoming. Not much else to say about it. The location is great, too, being right off Route 30. It's easy to get to and has a Sheetz right next to it, as well as an in house restaurant.

Just back from 4 day stay for the 4th time at this resort. Excellent resort and immaculate inside and out. The outdoor pool area is amazing especially the kids water park type area. Pools are beautiful the outdoor pool is like being in a resort. We ordered food from Garfield’s for lunch that was delicious. Actually far better food at resort than we had off the resort. Stayed in a suite room this time and loved it. Room was amazing and immaculate highly recommend Eden! Missed the Prime Rib buffet this time as it wasn’t open weekdays but love the place.

Have seen many awesome reviews for this hotel, but my experience was anything but stellar. Customer service was lacking and the hotel was completely understaffed as evident by the wait at the front desk and at the pool with food attendants. I wanted for my room to be ready for hours and was told to expect a call which never came. Upon calling the front desk, I was told that my room had been ready but nobody had reached out. My room was never cleaned for my 2 night stay. Housekeeping came way too early and when asked to return an hour later, I was told yes. Returned to my room 5 hours later and was still not made up. Loved having the flexibility of the villa. Overall, it was an average experience.

The hotel room looked just like pictured online. We were thrilled to be able to check in early as we arrived to area earlier that expected. Check in was very quick and easy as was the express checkout. We loved the quietness of the adult only floor and the convenience to the parking. I am giving 4 stars only because we didn't use any of the amenities that the hotel offered so I can't comment on those. And the complimentary take out coffee from the restaurant in the morning as we were heading out was great!

For the money we spent to stay there for the weekend. I didn't think it was worth it. It was a nice place and the room was a hotel room nothing to get excited about. The bed we had was not comfortable at all. I woke up both days with a major back and neck ache. For $250 a night the bed should have been more comfortable. The grounds were nice and the staff was helpful and courteous. It was just to pricey for a hotel and that's all it was a hotel.

I would recommend this hotel to any of my family/friends. This hotel is absolutely 5 Star. From all the amenities they offer to the friendly staff it was a wonderful experience. We have been to many hotels and this one is the cleanest and most comfortable place to stay besides your own home. From the moment you walk in at checkout until the moment you leave staff is always available to assist you in anyway possible. We can’t wait to go back.

Attended a family wedding here and it was very nice. It reminded me of a casino without the games. The reception was held in the main "hall" which had rooms looking into the event. It was funny watching some of the children observe our party and the entrance of the bridal party, but it seemed less private/personal. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival at the property I was told my room was not ready, I was not given any further information other than that it would be ready shortly. I believe it is reasonable to say that the room is paid for for the hours between 4pm and 9 am. It is a service that was paid for, I was not allowed to check in until 6 pm. I had two small children with me and other than telling me that my room was not ready I was given no other information. No direction to explore the grounds or other things I could possibly do in the mean time. I honestly wasn’t upset and just wasted time. I requested late check it, because it would have been helpful and figured I had lost 2 hours of time in my room and maybe they’d allow me to spend some extra time in the early afternoon to get my children ready to travel around the area after the weather warmed up. This request was denied. To be honest I paid for a service and did not receive it in totality. I didn’t think I was asking for anything special and figured I didn’t make a big deal about the late check in or ask for compensation that I might be afforded the balance of the 19 hours I had paid for in my 2 bedroom villa. Everything else was good, it was just marred by a lack of hospitality at the beginning of the stay.

We came from New York and spent one night after visiting grandparents between playing at Dutch Wonderland with our 3.5 yo and 16mo kids. The weather was hot so we were looking for a place with a pool and this hotel was exactly what we needed. The outdoor pool had great spots for kids all ages to play, and the indoor pool was accessible from our room which made the stay and morning swim super quick and easy. We only stayed one night and were exhausted so didn't make it to the restaurant (s) but we ordered in from Garfield's and it was very tasty. Everything in the hotel was clean and comfortable! I would definitely visit again next time.

Great place! This hotel has the most comfortable beds out of any hotel I've ever slept in all my years! I do not want to get out of bed in the morning that is how comfy they were. The rooms also had every amenity I could have asked for. I especially appreciated having a fridge and a microwave. I could bring my own breakfast and eat comfortably in my room with my tea. Everything was Tastefully decorated and the staff was super attentive. I even loved that I could go to the bar and get a beer on tap and in a tall glass and bring it back to my room. I will definitely be back!

Seems very nice for a conference center style hotel. Rooms are very nice for the price in the off weeks. Staff is rather helpful and outgoing too. We stayed in two room suite for less then the price of a two queen bed room in the area. 4/5 because the area is like a major metro area which is a plus if you didn't come out to visit Amish country.

I worked with the Eden to host a school prom. They were absolutely wonderful! The price for our room and meal in the Crystal ballroom were very reasonable. We didn't have to spend much money or time decorating because that room is just breathtaking. The staff were very accommodating when we were having difficulty hanging our banner and said that putting a few little tacks in wouldn't be a big deal — maintenance could always go over the holes if they showed. They weren't even phased when a balloon filled with glitter popped. What a relief! Our school chose to do the dinner buffet which was a great choice. You know how sometimes the buffet is overcooked or dry because it's been prepped early? Ours was fantastic! I was especially impressed with the top sirloin. Can't wait for prom next year!

Elegant interior that feels very removed from the busy area around the hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and volunteered help when I appeared lost. They kept the coffee filled during the meeting and the lunch buffet was above average. I definitely recommend it for meetings and trainings. The one complaint I had was putting too many people per table. The room was large enough to let us spread out, but instead we were very close with our neighbors.

This is the best hotel in the world! Best people, best rooms, best food! Welcoming to our group and the front desk manager knows us all by name. So does the manager of the breakfast place and the Garfield's. Value for money is outstanding. I have friends who come up from New York to stay in this hotel!

I stayed here as this was the host hotel for the conference I attended. My room was booked 3rd party from my employer. When I checked in I was kind of sad that I didn't have a room in the main building but rather in the villa right next to it. Can I say I was PLEASANTLY surprised! This was even better as I thought I was missing something but not at all! I felt like I had my own space without having to worry about people on opposite sides of me. I don't have photos of the conference areas but it was comfortable and accommodating. Staff was nice and polite. I definitely plan to be here again next year for my conference. The only downside was what appeared to be a villa that had caught fire at some point and there were minor detours to get around it, otherwise it was an awesome place to stay!

This may be a lovely hotel but we never got past the front desk. My adult son and I had traveled from out of state because a loved one had emergency surgery at Lancaster General Hospital. Eden Resorts was recommended by the hospital staff as a welcoming place and to just let them know we had someone at the hospital. They were supposed to have discount rates for family members traveling a distance. When told we wanted to get a room, that the hospital had recommended them and that there would be a special rate, they were rude, dismissive and said they didn't have discount rates. Then proceeded to ignore us. We left.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Eden Resort and Suites for one night during a one night getaway. We stayed in the room which opens up right to the indoor swimming pool. The pool was beautiful and the water in the pool was a nice temperature. The jacuzzi was also nice. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was a little on the small size, but for one night, it was fine. The remote control for the t. V. Was a little confusing. My husband must have pushed buttons he should not have pushed, and we were billed for 2 movies, but I called the hotel once I got home, and told the m we didn't watch any movies. We were told we would be refunded the money. We thought the hotel was very nice.

This is a beautiful facility that seems very welcoming to family, business, and travel groups. Our room was on an ADULTS ONLY wing. It had lots of style and amenities and was quite comfortable. The restaurant where we went for the breakfast buffet (not included in the cost of the room) was very nice; the staff were efficient and pleasant and the food choices were terrific. Usually in Lancaster we stay with family, so we may not ever go back to the Eden. But we wouldn't hesitate to suggest it to others as a place to stay.

This is the second stay for me. The room was nice, as another person stated quiet hours are not respected or enforced. I was exhausted after a 4 hour drive and working all day. Specifically, asked for a room away from the pool, and busy areas. Still had children and intoxicated adults in the hallways being loud and obnoxious at nearly 12:00 am. The staff is friendly though and the room was clean, not the best place to stay if you're looking quiet this isn't the place.

The rooms are very clean but there is nothing here.
