We had a great stay. The grounds and chapel, where we had daily devotions, were beautiful and immaculate. Food was above average and service good. We had a banquet the night of arrival and the food for it was plentiful and very good. The service staff were excellent overall. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

They do not have professionalism, they also have people working who do not have any experience. They are racists. The woman in charge of working renting the halls for the parties is a woman without education, without professionalism, she treats me and my Hispanic clients like garbage without knowing what more garbage they are. That said from me I do not recommend this hotel to anyone to do their activities.

We love DoubleTree Resort Lancaster! So relaxing and fun. The pool is amazing and the right temperature. The staff are so sweet and the breakfast buffed was delicious!

I got room 2036, the room has musty smell, there are kids noise at 1am and super creepy photo in bath room.

While the resort is beautiful, it is infested with fleas. We had 2 rooms, both beds full of fleas. We moved to new rooms and still found fleas. We left with multiple flea bites as well as finding them on our bodies and in our belonging.

This place is ABSOLUTELY stunning! I booked a stay last night for my man and I, as it’s our 4 year anniversary. Turns out he had other plans.

Clean spacious rooms, lighting is a little dim for my taste. Service was excellent, staff went above and beyond for us, especially Lauren at front desk. Very good location for seeing multiple local attractions. Only downside is with surrounding farms. When you step outside, the smell of manure is constant and strong.

This is a great hotel for a family getaway and convenient to Dutch Wonderland. The hotel itself is well kept and modern, the staff are friendly and accommodating and the pool, particularly the kids area, was fantastic. Our standard room was great — clean, well designed and had a fantastic shower with good water pressure. Room 2016 faced a back parking lot and was very quiet. The breakfast, while not free, was delicious and worth every penny. We will definitely be back.

I attended a training at the Double Tree Resort for week and I was disappointed to see that there was no signage in the main lobby that would help me find the location of the training. I ended up having to call a coworker to have her lead me to the correct conference room. The conference room itself was very nice and the staff I interacted with were all professional and courteous. I was disappointed by the lunch I purchased in the hotel restaurant. I ordered a pear and gouda grilled cheese and the sandwich was served barely warm and the cheese was not melted. The fries were also quite salty. It was certainly not terrible, but not something I would order again. I would be happy to attend future trainings at this hotel, but I would likely choose to eat off-site.

This the nicest Doubletree I've stayed at, and I've been to many. Very well maintained inside and out, with lots of amenities. It's terrific for families and business travelers alike. Very friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. Nice restaurant too.

Rooms were great everything clean. Location is great for tourism. We are locals and decided to go there as a staycation. Will definitely go back for a fun night for the kids. Nice little indoor water park. Nice little restaurant in the he hotel also.

The stay was fabulous. I was impressed that it was a non smoking hotel. Clean and the employees were very friendly. The food at breakfast was um um delicious. I came with my 2 granddaughters and they loved it too.

Very Nice hotel, I've been here many times to visit and for State Standardized testing. Amazing resort rooms, great indoor water park. Rooms are slightly above average and very nice-looking.

The hotel stay was amazing! We went to the pool twice because it was so great and the hotel rooms were splendid. The beds were made so well, and the bathroom was out of this world. Would recommend to anyone.

The people here are nice enough. The cookies are fantastic. Rooms are clean, like any Hilton hotel. There is a restaurant on sight as well which is very good.

The amenities were top of the line. Great pool and fitness room and all of the food was fantastic. The entire place was clean and the rooms were comfortable. I highly recommend.

Just got here but so far, so good! Took the children to the spectacular indoor water playground. Enjoying the cleanliness and the friendly staff… Beautiful amenities and spacious room.

Cool place… staff members are cordial and nice. The location's proximity is central, so u have easy access to Mcdonalds right across d facility, as well as shopping centers. Don't know why it's called a resort though, more like a typical hotel wt conference rooms.

If you are looking for a place to swim a few laps or relax in the hot tub, this is no longer the place for you. I started coming here with my family as a kid in the 80s. Grown up, I now wanted to share the fun with my family. The amenities were great, but the experience was ruined by a pool full of unattended children and teenagers. This wasn't kids splashing, this was kids running around the pool, diving into a pool that is 5ft at its deepest, and even a kid trying to do front flips into the pool in 3ft of water. Regardless of where you are standing in the pool, be prepared for someone to jump in, or get pushed in, inches from you. Several times we saw unattended toddlers walking around the pool. A group of women, and sometimes their children, occupied the hot tub while eating pizza and taking selfies. Occasionally a lifeguard would come and tell them the children were not allowed in, the children would get out, then get back in when the lifeguard left. At no point did that same lifeguard tell children not to run, ask the teenagers not to wrestle into the children wearing puddle jumpers, or follow any of the other posted or common sense rules. I am beyond disappointed. We will never return and advise anyone looking for a nice place to bring your family to do the same.

Our whole family had a great time here. The staff was super nice. Even with renovations going on, the place was clean and quiet. Rooms were clean, no smells. Our kids enjoyed the kiddie play pool. They also had a regular pool and hot tub. A decent fitness center. They had movies and crafts for the kids. A kids glow party at night. All free of charge. We highly recommend this hotel resort.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. We stayed there with my youngest son (8) and my sisters family (ages 3, 5, 8). The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel was under renovations and it was still quiet and didn't affect our stay at all. The rooms and property were very clean. The restaurant in the hotel had great food and for reasonable prices as well. There were plenty of options to bring food in or have delivered to the hotel. The pool was spectacular for the kids and the lifeguards were top notch. Then each day there were kids activities planned from crafts, movies, a magician, and a glow dance party complete with games and a DJ. My son didn't want to leave! He keeps asking when he can go back to the Doubletree.

We always enjoy visiting the Double Tree in Lancaster. The location is convenient because it's close to plenty of gas stations, stores l, restaurants, etc. The room are very comfortable and clean. And with kids, having access to the indoor pool and water playground is awesome.

Fairly standard hotel, but with a few extra features that set it apart from other hotels of the same class. Inside, there's two pools (one main pool and a water park themed pool with a slide for kids), a hot tub, a 24 hour fitness room, and a great restaurant that has a breakfast buffet (although it isn't included with your stay and does cost extra). Overall, I'd reccomend this hotel.

The room is very comfortable with plenty of lights, spacious bathroom, nice TV, and more than enough pillows and bedding. The air HVAC is a little noisy as is the refrigerator, and there is no microwave in the room unfortunately if you want to reheat some leftovers. The staff were all very polite and helpful and quick to respond to any needs. The hotel itself is rather elegant and the decor for the holidays including the outdoor landscaping and lighting were very well done. The pool and hot tub were both very nicely cared for and aside from some dated and poorly-functioning arcade games, there are still enough options to keep kids entertained.

The hotel rooms were nice. The water park was closed and my children were looking forward to that. We asked for a wake-up call we never received. We also put the breakfast order on the door for the next morning and it was never picked up. There's not much around the hotel. No Starbucks within 5 miles. Only had coffee in the lobby, no hot tea. The restaurant was decent.

I deleted my previous review as I was treated very well after I complained at the front desk upon check out. They made things fair and right and my family appreciates them honoring us with a gift certificate to visit when the park is actually open. I still have to say someone from your staff should regularly check the pool area as I witnessed children and babies in the hot tub. And the children along with their seemingly uncaring parents dump water on the walkways and try to destroy the whole pool room. I believe they were doing this because of the water park being closed, just my observing opinion. Otherwise you staff is very friendly and we loved Santa Claus at Breakfast!

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The pool is great. The cafe staff is great. When we ordered room service our fries were cold. The fish sandwich and burger were amazing. When we were leaving the maintenance truck was parked at the front entrance and as we began to drive to leave another maintenance pickup truck just literally parked in front of us and blocked the exit. We had to go in reverse and exit through the entrance. The Lady that was driving was just rude.

Located about 15 mins from Dutch Wonderland. This was a fantastic place to stay overnight. Staff was friendly. The room smelled a but mildewy, but we loved the free chocolate chip cookies! Also, we had vouchers for buffet breakfast, which was delicious!

I attended a EMS conference here for two days… the place is gorgeous… the staff was very pleasant and accommodating… the bathrooms were always clean and stocked… I missed out on the stay due to registering late for the event and the house was full :) but I understand why! I hope they hub this event next year so I have the change to stay… would definitely stay here when visiting Lancaster!

Good location with other shopping nearby. Rooms are comfortable and the food is very good. My co-worker and I shared a suite and both felt we had a good amount of space. There is a mini fridge in the room which was handy, no in-room microwave but there is a common one down the hall. All in all we are very happy our company schedules our workshops here!

Just back from another stay at this hotel. We have been coming here since when it was just the Willow Valley resort. Clean spacious rooms. The water park is fantastic for kids. It's location is great for hitting the local tourist attractions. Good value for the money. The only thing a bit off is the food. It's not bad but it is nothing special. There are a ton of other places in the area to eat. I'd suggest checking those out instead.

The hotel was really nice. Everyone was friendly and the facilities (the pool and splash pad) were clean. The room was nice and comfortable and the layout was perfect for my husband and I and our two young girls (we had a suite). The only thing that was below average was some of the cleanliness in the bathroom. The sheets, bed and rooms were clean (we took a black light to the bed and it passed lol) … However when we arrived there was a contact lens on the floor in the bathroom and it stayed there for the 3 nights we were there, which questions how many corners are cut while cleaning. There was also mold in the shower and the shower seemed to be clogged because the water would fill the bottom up pretty quickly and wouldn't fully drain until the water was off. Overall, we would stay here again, but only at a discounted rate.

We booked 2 rooms at the Double Tree. My inlaws stayed in their own room. My family of 4 stayed in the other room. We had a wonderful time. The grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed the pond and playground area as well as the indoor pool. I would highly recommend this hotel to a family looming to entertain kids. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel has lots to keep kids busy. We had a great time and plan on returning again. Thanks.

Wow! What a nice place. Unexpected. This is not your normal Hilton property. In a lot of ways it's like an embassy suites. There is an indoor pool which is fairly large and a second indoor pool with big water slide and some kiddie accoutrements, including a lifeguard. The property is large they have a big Conference Center, and are suitable for having a big wedding, Etc. If you need to go anywhere near Lancaster this is the place to stay.

It was A pleasant stay. The staff, the wait people were helpful and nice. THE room was also very nice.

We stayed at this hotel with my family, I have a six year old and a two year old and I have to say hands down, one of the best hotels because it is so kid friendly! The pool is so amazing and clean, they have activities for kids every night of the week for an hour and a half. We will be coming back here next summer! So beautiful and spacious and CLEAN! 5 stars all around!

The hotel is beautiful! The outside and front desk employees could've been a little more welcoming. But, we were only there to check out the location. We didn't see inside any rooms and didn't eat there so I'm unable to describe those experiences.

Our room was a good size. Beds were clean and comfortable. In room Jacuzzi worked great. Took our 5 year old daughter to the kiddie pool area and she loved it. Water was warm. Staff was all friendly. They do host weddings that can be heard from your rooms if you have an interior room on the first 3 floors.

We had a family dinner at Double Tree Resorts in Lancaster, PA. For my son's college graduation on Saturday. The food was very good, but the service was even better. Our wait staff was outstanding. They were friendly and very knowledgeable about the food. They were able to answer any questions and steered us all in the right direction. The drinks were good. Everything came in a timely manor, was the correct temperature. The crab cakes were great, especially for PA. We were all very pleased with our meals and we had a great time. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed here for a friend's wedding and we had a great time. The hotel is nice, the employees were helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. If we ever have to stay in Lancaster again this is where we'd go.

Out of all the hotels in Lancaster, this is the best. All the staff is very friendly and helpful all the time, just like a hotel should be. It is kept very clean and is especially great for kids due to the fact that they have an indoor water park. The event staff is nothing short of excellent, they will provide you with anything you need for any type of event you may want to hold there. In short, if you're looking for a place to host a wedding reception, prom, or a corporate event, then look no further than here. Or, if you're looking for a hotel to book for your Lancaster vacation, this is the place for you.

DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hotel is a great hotel for family & events. It is very homey & has a indoor Waterpark for kids to boot. It was an epic experience.

We stayed at the DoubleTree Hilton in Lancaster while participating in a Volleyball tournament. The accommodations were really nice. The outside was nicely landscaped and the rooms were very clean and nice. We ordered breakfast the night before to be delivered since we had early morning starts. The first morning the breakfast did not show up. Upon calling room service they aplogozed and promptly brought up breakfast and offered us complimentary dinner due to the error. Everyone there were very helpful and nice.

Nice, clean, casual hotel. Off the main drag and away from touristy locations. Friendly staff. Nice rooms.

Went here for a kids birthday party at their pool. The pool was a lot of fun for the kids and we'll kept. Facility is very nice. Would recommend to anyone.

I've been coming to this hotel since I was a kid. And I have such fond memories of it as Willow Valley. When I recently took my family including my two children to what is now DoubleTree I was pleasantly surprised that all the charm of Willow Valley was still there. The hotel is spotless and updated beautifully. The staff was super friendly and helpful. And the pool was amazing. My kids and I had a amazing time playing in the kiddie pool area. I love that they keep the water nice and warm so it's comfortable to swim for extended time periods. My kids never wanted to leave the pool or the hotel for that matter. Thank DoubleTree for a wonderful family vacation and we will be back without a doubt. Really outstanding!

We are a family of 7 with 3 kids and stayed here the weekend after Thanksgiving. The location was very good and easy to find in a safe area. The hotel was clean and provided plenty of nearby parking spots. There are plenty of carts to bring your luggage in but did not offer concierge service for that. They offered crafts for kids and a movie for kids in one of their rooms. Was very well organized giving kids something extra to do which was nice. The pool area was clean and lots of fun for the kids. The chlorine smell was a bit strong but other than that no complaints. Great stay! I highly recommend this hotel.

I have visited this location twice within the past three months and have never been happier with a hotel experience as I am with this hotel. Not only are the rooms beautiful, clean and the hotel well located with wonderful amenities but their staff is absolutely fantastic. I work in a home supporting individuals with developmental disables and needless to say some times can be challenging but the staff at the DoubleTree were more accommodating then necessary. Two staff in particular really stood out to me. Erick and Stacy, they both work in the cafe and have forever left an imprint on my heart and the heart of the ladies I support. Obviously they were attentive to our needs while dinning but they went beyond that, asking about the plans we have while in town, where we are from and what the ladies are interested in. The next day they both asked how we enjoyed out planned events and wither or not we needed anything. Stacy has the heart of an angel and seems to really enjoy her life and shows it though her work, not only was she over the top kind to us but her other customers. Erick had remembered me from the first vacation with the ladies and really welcomed us again — he works very hard and really knows how to present himself and the hotel in an outstanding manner.

I stayed here in March and it was one of the best if not the best hotels I've ever stayed in. It was so clean and just an overall beautiful hotel. Perfect for families, couples or people who travel for business. Its in a great location only 10-15 minutes outside of the city of Lancaster. Cafe 2400 has amazing food and great drinks and the servers are very nice. I would definitely stay here next time I come to Lancaster.

I might be going there, I still don't know. But after hearing the reviews, I now actually REALLY want to go. After seeing the pictures, I really was interested in the "little" waterpark and how the rooms were really organized and neat! But after hearing that the people there are friendly, and they keep the places nice and clean, I now am interested in seeing a hotel that has friendly people, great organized rooms and much more! Can't wait.

I stayed at the hotel two years ago with my wife, we stayed in room 2009 which was on the same level as the pool and the room was a suite. We had a great time, I felt the hotel was super clean and staff was very pleasant. I told my wife that we need to come back to this hotel with the kids so two years later we book the hotel via Telephone. My wife told the hotel we wanted to stay in room 2009 (not hard to remember the room when its the year you got married) My wife explained that room 2009 was so accommodate because it has a big tub for the kids and its so close to the pool. My wife told the hotel if they did not have room 2009 available we wanted the SAME TYPE of room. The hotel tell my wife they will be able to accommodate us because we booked the room two months in advance. We arrive on Friday around 5pm, we check in and the room number is 1020, I told the front desk girl Carrie that its not the room we requested, she assures me its the same type of room just not on the pool level, I say ok. We proceed to the room, and realize its a totally different room, no where near the room like 2009, NO BATH TUB, just a stand up shower. How am I supposed to give two kids under 3 a shower? I call the front desk and speak to Suzan, Suzan tells me its the room you booked, I explained I need a bath tub and its not the room I booked.

Clean, friendly, updated Selected a 3.5 star property in the Lancaster area via an online bidding site and was happy to see it was a Double Tree. Pros: Staff was friendly, clean room, updates, quiet and comfortable. In room individual coffee cup of coffee maker and refrigerator + free Wi Fi. Would stay again.

Very nice place. Food was good. Rooms were clean. Asked for 2 cribs at check in (we checked in at 9:30pm) as we got off the elevator the were putting in the cribs. Staff was great.

The hotel is magnificent and has very comfortable accomodations. The king size bed was awesome and I slept like a dig in front of a fireplace on a cold night! One complaint of mine is that I noticed the bedsheets were somewhat stained. They smelled clean but the stains were obvious. The whirlpool in the room was awesome! Very clean and worked great! My kids loved the water playground and we enjoyed the adult pool as well.
