Very clean rooms and nice and friendly staff at the desk and breakfast area. Good selection for breakfast and the housekeeping staff is nice and very helpful. The hotel lobby and breakfast area is very clean and the outside of the hotel is also clean.

Dog friendly. Very clean. Quit and friendly staff.

I stay in motels extensively. I love to find a quality stay motel with moderate pricing. In the Lancaster Pennsylvania area that becomes a piece of art. I found this motel on "TripAdvisor" upon reading the reviews and other motels of same pricing… I chose this motel… the front counter staff… the best word I am able to say… WOWWW… The price and service… the rooms… this one is a jewel.

The continental breakfast was great. Pretty clean hotel. My issue was the way this hotel appeared on the booking website was as if they had different sized rooms when all the rooms are the same size. Also the ice in the middle I fridge had melted which smelt so bad, I took the initiative to clean it myself. Otherwise good experience.

The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. It is located in a high traffic area so there is a lot of truck noise.

Checking in was effortless. Stephanie was courteous and professional as accomodating. This establishment is a pet lovers dream. At check in the desk clerk gave me a pet rule sheet, a canine door tag, a dog bag of treats. They have a dog walking area also. My dog took issue with inside rooms. While we were gone the dog would here footsteps in the hall. Thinking it was their owner my dog barked. The inside room was a drawback. The room is huge. Every amenity, plus plush linens, and a kitchenette. I had a suite which also had a sitting area. Complimentary cookies are provided. Excellent Wifi. Great full breakfast. The only thing that could of been better is laminated floors. Ditch the carpet. I am giving this establishment a 4 star. Great value and customer focused.

The hotel is a bit old and small. There were a group of guys sitting around outside the entrance that I am pretty sure lived there, that didn't help to class it up. The lobby is so small that 2 families trying to check in at the same time fills it and makes it hard to get through. You can hear everything from the rooms around you. The bathroom door in our room was so hard to open and close you had to throw your shoulder into it a couple times to get out. The second floor doesn't even have an ice machine, you have to go up or down a floor to find one. The worst part was that someone used a key card to unlock our door and try to get in our room in the middle of the night. Luckily I had latched the bar lock as well. Definitely not staying there again.

We arrived Monday, to a dinner meal. Very much appreciated! the desk staff was very friendly. The dining staff, MARTHA, was very welcoming. A breath of fresh air, all around! our entire stay (4 nights), were pleasurable!

Great location. Easy on and off the highway toi get to all the attractions around the area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Common areas and rooms are very clean and not over over bearing in scented cleaners.

I go there almost 3 times a year its a nice hotel and the staff are amazing and kind.

Great hotel room, mine was large. Very clean and well maintained. Nice large screen TV, Beds were Queen at least in my room. Large bathroom. Waffles, eggs, sausages, cereal, etc… breakfast.

First off let me start by saying the room was okay at first glance then I when I sat in the computer chair only to find out the arm was busted, there was a missing drawer in the nightstand terrible water pressure and the water gets hot for about 2 minutes then goes back to being luke warm, the night staff was awesome the one gentleman at night mader sure all of the breakfast was done early for us because we leave an hour before breakfast “ he’s the only good part about the hotel” Our last day we tell them to add another day onto one of our rooms because we won’t be able to leave until after checkout so we move everything from the second room over to one room because we are working and can not leave until the other 2 workers get back, me and my partner get back to the hotel around 1pm and the other group of guys that we are waiting on are still not back, the hotel OWNER send house keeping to our room 3 times in an hour asking when we will be leaving, and to that I ask why it matters seeing as how we are paying for another night she then tells us that we have to leave because they gave our room away mind you this is a Thursday and I know for a fact all of there rooms are not filled not even close, so the owner kicked us out because she dident want us there anymore. Besides the one night guy who works here this hotel is garbage I will never come back.

Could be fine if the room was not filthy and infested with bed bugs. Customers' complaints should be taken seriously. Staff should be trained to provide great customer service (especially when expectations are not met). We (customers) go back to places that care about us and value our experiences.

BEWARE! You are lucky if you don’t get a filthy room infested with bed bugs… Bad customer service. Staff is rude. Management is terrible. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

The front desk lady named Sue was so nice and was very helpful and very proffessional. She is awesome. Give her a raise.

Great staff, Great room… although the rooms could use a little updating. Our room was s single queen bed, but it's def not a queen, but was sufficient for my wife and I. The room was clean. The room is also spacious, has a mini fridge and microwave. The shower/bath tub is small, but it worked and was clean. You can also hear every conversation in the halls.

I really liked that hotel. It has free breakfast and dinner and very good. The beds were comfortable. And the service was excellent.

Stayed here for an overnight trip to Field of Screams on 10/21/17. Very clean all around. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast ends at 10 AM. Being that we didn't get back to the room until 3AM from Field of Screams didn't wake up until 10AM. Went down to get 24 hour coffee and the breakfast staff was very friendly made sure we got some breakfast. Definitely would stay here again!

The first night we discovered that the mattress was worn out. When I mentioned it to the front desk they replaced it immediately! Room was clean and attractive. Front desk people were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast crew kept everything clean and stocked up — plus they were also very friendly. Great experience!

Right in the middle of many local attractions. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Had microwave, dishes, everything you could ask for. Staff was very kind to offer my kid some cookies and gave ideas on where we could go as family. Awesome experience here!

I would give it a 3 but the service was good and the room was clean and large. It could use a bit of an update in style but not particularly dated. Good value for the price.

Really nice. Quiet. Price right. Nearby a lot of stores restaurants and attractions. They aloud pets I didn't like that. Over all great.

The location is convenient to get to yet hard to turn into the drive or make a left turn out of the drive durring rush hour. The rooms are nice. Free big breakfast. Staff members are friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff. Check in was quick and friendly, room was spacious and clean and even came with a vanity area and a tiny little kitchen area complete with dishes, paper towels, and dish detergent. I felt like they thought of everything. Breakfast area was nice size and breakfast was a nice selection, TWO waffle makers, and several polite attendants keeping everything filled. Used a great discount to get our room but would have been happy with it our stay even if we had paid full price. I highly recommend for something in the $100 price range.

A quick drive to Dutch wonderland, this pet-friendly hotel is clean and pleasant. We stayed for two nights with our dog and toddler. The crib they had was absolutely satisfactory and the dog walking area was perfect. All three of us enjoyed the breakfast each morning in the dining area. We also used the dining area for other meals we brought in. Shower had better pressure than I do at home. Overall good experience considering I booked it the DAY OF!

The website and front desk both claim every bed in the hotel is queen size. No. They claim queen size bed and full size foldout, but the foldout was ABSOLUTELY wider than the bed. My mother owns a true queen size bed, and I own a queen size foldout. This was embarrassingly smaller than both. One of our guests had to sleep on couch cushions on the floor because there was not enough room in the bed. The staff were either rude or unhelpful — and they charged the wrong card for our second room. Two stars instead of one only because the breakfast is extremely good for the type of setup it is.

We have stayed here several times. The staff here from front desk to breakfast room to housekeeping to maintenance people all have been very friendly and helpful. The only thing missing here is a pool. All the staff have treated us like their own family.
