Knights Inn Trevose Hotel

5-Star… uhhhh, staff was courteous at check in, as well at check out. Wait a minute… ya know what-knocking it down to 4-star! I did mention at check in I was going to be checking out early… before mid-night. In the process of moving south and I needed somewhere to stay till my brother could take a 2 hour ride to come pick me up, which wasn't till he got done work… and that put me well around 10:00-10:30… offering a lower rate for only a few hour stay would have made sense, but guess that's how they make their money. Fine by me, but as far as star's are concerned… you only get "4".

This place isuch cleaner and nicer than the surrounding joints and is only like $5 more. I mean, still check your room for bugs and cleanliness but like, you should do that everywhere no matter the cost or location. This is a decent place for some adult fun.

This place is horrible. Don't stay here. We got into our room and it smelled like cat litter. The other bed's sheets clearly were not changed because it had hair and crumbs on it. One of the towels was dirty. We had to ask them to clean our room. They would not refund our money. Take your money elsewhere.

When we first got in the room there were cigarette butts on the floor and cigarette burn holes in the comforters. Then when in the bathroom, there were were long hairs all over the towels and they didn't seem clean at all. Both nights there were police there at different rooms. Not a good stay and would not go there again.

It was ok will be better if u live a lil late then the time they will like us to live.

Room wasn't too bad if you don't mind getting woken up in bed by the Bensalem police for absolutely no reason at all and then harassed and searched thoroughly after I gave them my ID and my record is clean as can be and there wasn't any kind of complaint or suspicious activity etc. Whatsoever! Other than the 2 police officers who woke me out of a sound sleep in the bed at 1 AM on a Wednesday morning claiming to be making sure I wasn't overdosing on narcotics since there was not any complaints of even possible narcotics being used by or around me nor the room or any type of narcotics or drug paraphernalia anywhere inside or near my room and the other person whom I was with was outside and sober and wide awake using his phone charger in the car I guess that would make sense and give them the idea I was a drug addict and could be possibly overdosing! Not impressed and would not recommend to anyone and only gave the one star because I couldn't post this unless I at least checked one! The way the bensalem P. D. Constantly comes through the motel 24/7 begging for any reason to catch any guest breaking the law or in the wrong in any way would make anyone feel extremely uncomfortable! After that experience I don't want to go anywhere in or near bensalem!

The room was clean as well as the bathroom. Nice job there even though the covers had cigarette holes in them. However the nasty front desk man was horrible. If you dont want to work with the public then quit. His attitude almost got him cussed out and punched in the mouth. Unfortunately this was the only available place that had rooms for me and my family. The only reason why I refuse to give more starts is because of the horrible customer service. I will never come nor recommend this place as long as he is working here!

Suppose to be a non-smoking room but the blankets have cigarette holes in them, the service is average, the location is great close to a lot of stores.

Easy reservation process which made check in with no problem. Checked in to a smoking room to my surprised it didn't have a hint of the smell of smoke. The room was clean and even the bathroom. Nice and quiet room for the price. Satish, thank you for making my stay a pleasant one.

Terrible location (heard soneone got shot on the news) and terrible rooms. Went in and the room smelled like smoke asked for a nonsmoking room because my lady has asthma and they said it was a nonsmoking room and they had nothing else… Oh really went back and checked the sheets and it had cigarette burns. Didn't even want to use the bathtub. Never again.

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable, Affordable!

Was ok for a cheap stay. First room they gave me had bed bugs. They gave me a different room & everything was good. Not the cleanest place.

Nice room for an inexpensive price. Only 3 miles away from the Marx Casino and restaurants close by. Our room was clean, except for a cigarette burn in one of the blankets. The man at the front desk was very nice.

Had to take a something for tooth abscess got a room the nosey neighbor came out every time I did and the told me the next day she watched a guy who the front desk let walk on the premises and steal my car with everything I owned in the trunk as it doubled as my home. I'm now a homeless vet oh and I also lost my job because I have no way to get there. Bad security and they wouldn't even at least give me a refund. Very bad security for a place that big.

The room was clean. Cozy place to stay at a good price.

Enjoyed the stay. Very clean, loved the microwave and refrigerator.

Well where do I start, first the person the phone priced the room lower than the person who took the money and threw a fit that they cant go that low. Then when we got to the room the heat was completely on, and this is a motel so it was right out there for 9°f temp to seep in. After we finally got in I rolled down the bed to tons of little curly black hairs staring me back. I was so tired I didnt want to mess with the indian guy up front so I picked as many of as I could and crashed. There seems to be no breakfast. No shampoo and the tissue ran out only after a few. Thank gawd there was a second unused toilet roll. So if dont mind stray hairs and haggling your price to just get a place to crash then enjoy.

This place seems ok on the outside but the inside is ehh. I stayed here because my company picked up the tab. I would never have picked this place. Looks like they tried to re vamp it but the mattress is awful. I didn't feel clean even after I took a shower, that wouldn't drain by the way. While we are on the topic bring your own shampoo cause they wont be giving you one here. I didn't sleep honestly because I was afraid that someone might be trying to come into the room.

Do not ever go to this hotel, I was told the room would be $62 plus Tax. When I arrived at the place I went inside to get my room. The front dest told me that the room was now $70 dollars pluse tax because I was staying the one night. When I made the reservation is was for only one night. This place is a rip off, and I am extremly dissatisfed with my experience. I drove an hour from Jersey at 11 O'clock at night and was too tired to go look for a new place. Don't waste you time with ths place the service is horriable and I will never come here again. I hope this place goes out of business because the customer service is horriable.

Quality Excellent Facilities very good Service Very good Been coming here for the last 8 months. The room has always been clean, service has always been good. If have a complaint it is the location because it's on a divided highway. My other complaint would be there is no TV channel guide, if you don't know the channel you want you have to run through them all to you find the one you want. I stayed at other motels in the area and they all had channel guides. Other than that no complaints. You have to remember it's a Motel and not a Hotel, I'll return there again and again.

I was a little worried about bringing my son here for our trip to sesame place but it was the cheapest hotel in the area and we were on a tight budget. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised! For $54 per night, we got an AMAZINGLY clean room, crisp A/C, flatscreen TV with cable! I will definitely bring my son back here. It's a hidden gem.

The Hotel was moderate if you do not wish to spend alot of money for the weekend. It is only 10minutes from Sesame Place and there are tons of Restaurants and Walmart and Tareget are nearby. But overall it was ok.

Stayed for two nights while visiting Philly. The room had a microwave and minifridge which was nice and convenient. We arrived before the check in time and had to pay a twenty dollar early check in fee. The entrance/exit isn't the best. Located on a divided highway so if you miss it you have to turn around and that's a pain. I was expecting a mediocre hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Great value for the money.
