People running in rooms and down halls all night. Front desk did nothing to help. I paid double for the hot tub room couldn’t enjoy room 102 bc the people on top of us were running we called the front desk after midnight. It didn’t stop. Horrible experience especially with the cars off route 1 the. The running on top of you all night. Couldn’t even sleep. Would love to talk to a manager about my experience. Nobody should be kept up all night especially paying $140 for a hot tub room while the people above me only paid $69 plus tax and have a right to keep the whole hotel up at night running back and forth in the hallways?

I contacted corporate on this hotel. It was the worst. Corporate told me they were launching an investigation. How do you have a police official stay in your hotel and you let ppl smoke and solicit sex in your lobby? It’s supposed to be a smoke free hotel… Oh tried contacting manager and never available. Roaches own the hotel because there’s wayyyyy to many… the plumbing is horrible… they property is not kept up… Staff brings their kids to work with them… Just totally a headache…

They need an exterminator too many roaches.

The 1st room had no hot water and the refrigerator didn't work. The 2nd room still had no hot water. I was tired and just wanted a bath and to unwind. Checked out after a whopping 15 mins total in both rooms.

This place is a dump, the rooms are not clean, the shower didn’t work very well, the walls are dirty and damaged. I didn’t pick the hotel so I kind I don’t have a choice to be here, would never stay here again. You should be ashamed of the way you keep your hotels.

Friend bitten by bedbugs to the extent shes MISSING WORK! Did not even reimburse cost of room, let alone compensation for the fact there were bed bugs EVERYWHERE.

Bed bugs? No refund to the customer? What a despicable usage of people for corporate gain only! Do something about this now and refund these young people’s money!

Surprisingly modernized and updated, I booked this hotel for one night when we went to Sesame Place. The lobby of the hotel is nice and shiny so it makes a good first impression. The breakfast nook is visible from the front as well and was clean and nice. Our room was adequate — clean bed sheets and a clean bathroom. That's all we really cared about. The AC worked well on the very hot day that we were there. We all had a good sleep and the next morning breakfast was good — a selection of cold cereals, some pastries, oatmeal packets, fruit, coffee and tea (the juice machine was broken). We did not get to use the single waffle maker bc a large family hogged it for the time we were in there. Unfortunately eggs are not their forte — the hardboiled eggs were under cooked and slimy and the scrambled eggs were slimy as well. There was a hot sausage patty available that was fine. The hotel is a short drive away from many family style restaurants and only 11 minutes from Sesame Place. We didn't have time to use the pool but I did see someone in there in the morning after we checked out and it looked clean with some lounge chairs and pool toys and floats. I would stay here again.

Good place to stay in the area. Had adequate breakfast, very friendly staff, and a nice outdoor pool which unfortunately I wasn't able to try out. Would stay here again.

Comfortable beds. Rooms are a little dated but CLEAN! The Front desk staff has been very nice. Breakfast area is small, so if hotel is full plan on eating in your room. Typical budget hotel breakfast. Access to the hotel is tricky as you can only access from one direction. Parking is unique as well.

For the price it was a nice place. Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable (loved the pillows). In the mornings they serve a nice breakfast. Bathrooms were pretty clean for the most part, no complaints. Only issue that wasnt 100% is the parking situation. If there is no room on the side, we had to park in the back overflow area. It was dark (no lamp light) and a huge pot/sink hole by a drain that if you hit that with your car, you would be in trouble. Overall was decent for the price. Great location and is close to lots of places we needed to be. Wish there was a turn on off of the main road instead of a U turn but wasn't that bad. I would stay there again.

We stayed here for only one night and our experience was wonderful. They have parking, free internet and breakfast. Refrigerator and oven was already available in the room. Though I am giving them 4 stars because the iron in our room was not functional and I was really counting on it to work. They have a pool and I think for 2.5 star hotel it delivers more than expected.

Room was clean. Some wear and tear here and there but that's expected at a hotel of this caliber. An overall good place to stay.

I really couldn't tell you if the sheets were clean when I got here. But if you like the tweaker vibe this place gives off then it's the place to be.

I've stayed here a few times and each time the staff is friendly and polite. Clean rooms. Hot breakfast. The place is secure. They make you feel at home. I recommend it.

Beds were comfy. Room was clean and smelled good. Security latch was broken on door. Breakfast was ok. Parking was so so.

Clean, comfortable rooms with a good rate. 5 stars for everything. Couldn't be better. Stayed at another Comfort Inn in Mercer, PA the night before and had the same experience.

Good hotel. Room was fine and well maintained. Electric heating… quiet! The Continental breakfast is good and is enough for the start of the day. Nearby there is a bus stop from which you can start with line 14 in the direction of Philadelphia. In the immediate vicinity there is a shopping center and several shopping malls.

Staff was great! They were very personable and made sure we we're comfortable. Thanks Comfort Inn! And Thanks Choice Hotel!

I stayed in one of the jacuzzi suits and it was very nice. The bed felt like a cloud. I would definitely recommend this room.

We had a very nice stay, the rooms were clean, the beds were so comfortable, and breakfast was very good. I will stay there when I go to Philly. I do recommend the comfort inn.

Location was perfect for our needs. Staff was very helpful and very nice. Unfortunately the room we were first given smelled heavily of smoke. But they moved us. Room was large, with very comfortable King size bed. And decent breakfast in the morning with many options, including fresh made scrambled eggs. All good.

One of the hotel staff that checked us in, wasn't hospitable at all, but he alone wasn't enough to put a damper on the weekend. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. There are some things that could definitely be improved on; especially in the handicapped accessible room and parking. The way the room is currently set up, it's really not wheelchair friendly at all. It would be virtually impossible for a wheelchair bound person to maneuver at all in the room, mainly because of the furniture arrangement. The door to the bathroom is also on the wrong side opening incorrectly. The door handles should be lever type. Overall, our stay was enjoyable.

I have always enjoyed visiting this location and hotel. The management is great and staff is very courteous and attentive. Great soot for a quick get away, overnight stay or just about anything. You will not be disappointed.

The best hotel for the price in the area. Same clean and comfortable rooms that I've come to expect from 95% of Comfort Inn's. This one has had exceptional front desk service twice in a row; when it's genuine hospitality, that makes all the difference…

The staff were rude with us from the beginning for no apparent reason. When we asked to cancel our rooms before the check-in time, they refused to let us cancel. We called Expedia to confirm the cancellation (because on their site it says we were allowed to cancel), and Expedia allowed the cancellation but couldn't do anything on their behalf. They told us that it was the hotel that had to cancel the reservation on their side. However, the staff did not allow us to cancel after talking with them for about 2 hours. Then, they put us in our rooms in the third floor, the rooms smelled like urine with urine stains all in the toilets, and there was a used condom by the air conditioner. The rooms were very hot and muggy, and smelled terrible. We were later put to the first floor where my daughter stepped on a big glop of mucus on the floor. Very disgusting! Very disappointed! We will never stay at this hotel or any other Comfort Inn hotel again.

I am a hotel Choice member and I always go to Comfort Inn in different places. But this place it's definitely not a good place to go to it's very disgusting their carpet is ripped off the walls are not clean and Scratchy they need to paint all the walls. They need to do a whole lot of changes in this hotel if they're not going to do anything to It it will be a motel not a hotel. This message is for Comfort Inn as a corporate company you definitely need to go to this hotel check it out and you need to be well maintained this place because it's very disgusting and not clean and it's just not a place that you would wanted to sleep in.

Dirty, dirty, dirty… awful. From the lobby to the room to the breakfast area. Elevator smells like dirty laundry. Staff unfriendly.

The room is basic, nothing extravagant but fine for a one night stay. Breakfast was not that tasty. Great location though.

This is the second Comfort Inn I've stayed at in two consecutive nights, and compared to the previous one (Harrisburg, PA), this was very similar. As the 4/5 rating would indicate, it was pretty good overall. I'd stay here again, but it wasn't perfect. Pros: Free parking, free Wi-Fi, acceptable continental breakfast. Cons: It smelled bad in the hallways and elevator, and the bed very uncomfortable. Also the hotel is located right beside a major road, which was loud even on the third floor.

Smells great when you walk in and the staff is awesome, room is nice and comfy too. Great price highly recommend.

Room was decent. Other guests were not so much. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Nothing bad but nothing great. Good price for a nights stay though.

Quiet and clean. Great breakfast layout. My only gripe is that the door swing latch was faulty. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Reading some of these reviews makes me laugh because people can be so petty. First of all, this is a very nice place to stay, especially considering the price. The room I stayed in for 2 nights was modern, updated, clean, and in my opinion, lovely. The beds are comfortable and you have everything you need for a brief visit. There is a mini refrigerator, a microwave, an ironing board, blow dryer and even a coffee maker. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and you get a full breakfast in the morning, with several options. These include eggs and toast, cereal, donuts, yogurt and a waffle maker. There are also several juice options and coffee. It's very quiet, if you are someone who appreciates that. There is a workout room, which is wonderful, and you are only 20 minutes away from Philadelphia. I really enjoyed my stay, and was very impressed with the quality of this hotel. I would highly recommend it.

The king sized bed was worn down it sinked to the middle 38 TV channels. Worst sleep ever at a hotel. Breakfast and service was good.

Rooms were clean, turn down service good, staff friendly. No frills location and no frills hotel. For the price I may be legally inclined to look elsewhere next time until they update the units.

I didnt actually stay there. I got lost driving with my sister in law and just pulled over to it to look up directions.

Staff was friendly and helpful plus this hotel was clean beyond my expectations. I stayed here one night and the ambiance won me over.

The front desk is courteous and helpful. The breakfast area is kept clean, but there were no bagels or cream cheese and sometimes the English muffins weren't fully defrosted, so I just went to the Wawa I passed on my way to work. Housekeeping is very friendly and they do a great job. The microwave and mini fridge were spotless. If you're not a smoker make sure you do not stay in one of the smoking rooms. The nonsmoking rooms were over my company's limit and I mistakenly thought a smoking room wouldn't smell that much (because who smokes regularly anymore and in a hotel? ), but it was noxious. I would've kept my window open the entire time, but there were no screens on the windows. My suitcases and clothes still smell like that entire smoking floor.

Called and spoke to Mr. Ash regarding a training room for one day on August 15 for a date in December. He assured me that he would email the proposal the next day. It is 9/1/15 and I still have not heard from him. Each time I have called, he was away from his desk, he would return in a half an hour, he is gone for the day. You can't handle business like that. And the front desk lady DOES NOT speak good English. And I wanted to give this place NO STARS but I had to in order to publish it.

Stayed 2 nights. First night had two of my tires slashed. Management could care less. Still didn't have time to look at the cameras after 24 hrs. DON'T STAY, it will cost you a lot.

The staff here won me over immediately, as I had just came from competition down the street that would not accept my cash. The gentlemen was super friendly and helpful. Hotel is a bit dated but for the purpose of late night arrival and needing a room was very comfortable. The biggest draw back for me personally was that the beds weren't to my liking. However clean and with frig, Wi-Fi, and comp breakfast. Would stay again.

I stay here often, I have many more choices and always go out my way to stay here. Half hour ride is worth it. Friendly staff, rooms always clean comfy beds, pillows. Always a pleasure to stay here.

AWFUL! This hotel is run by liars and thieves! We reserved it to two free nights with points, and two nights paid. Every day we came back they thought we were supposed to be gone. The desk clerk used a pass key and just walked into our room about 11:30 pm to see if we were there. That was enough for us, we checked out the next morning. We asked for a receipt and the desk clerk refused to give us one saying he had to wait for the day manager to come in. We made reservations to say elsewhere. They charged is for another night as a NO SHOW and for the nights we used out points as well. I have paperwork to prove every bit of this is true. And choice hotels lets them get away with it! if you choose this dump. Good luck.

The room furnishings were brand new. The beds very nice. The breakfast good and service excellent. My family was happy. I would definitely stay here again. (June 3, 2013).

I don't understand why people complain about this hotel. The stay was soo comfortable. When I went to sasmeplace with my falily. Front desk staff was polite and helpful. Housekeepers. Were soo friendly. it was connvinient from every way. I will definetly stay. In this hotel. Next time I visit this town.
