We stayed here during our trip to Sesame place, we absolutely loved it! Which says a lot, because I’ll admit, I’m picky.
The staff at the front desk were friendly, and check in & check out went without a problem.
The room was a nice size, and was immaculate
It was super convenient being able to walk to and from sesame place! No parking charges
We found our go to hotel for sesame!

A friend of mine just got home from staying there and the whole family is covered in bed bug bites will never go back and never recommend them to anyone.

I gave this Hotel 5 stars when I visited last year. This year I would give it zero if I could. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 7 pm at night, guaranteed check-in is at 4pm. We had asked for adjoining or "close as possible rooms" and initially ended up down the hall. We soon discovered the AC in our room was not functioning and would not go below 80 degrees. We then had to pack up the whole family at 11pm at night to move to a downgraded room on a different floor which had AC. We had reserved a room with two queens and got a king instead. In downgrading, the tub was replaced with a shower which was not kid friendly and was filthy. The breakfast was awful, ran out of apple juice, no fruit and the waffles makers were broken. One person working the breakfast. They stripped down one of our rooms after breakfast before we even checked out. The only plus is that it is across from Sesame Place, but this doesn't make up for all the other issues. Stay someplace else. This hotel is not run well, severely understaffed and it shows. This does not live up to Marriott standards. I would not recommend and plan to take it up with corporate Marriott.

The only reason to stay at this hotel is if you are visiting Sesame Place. It is so close to the park you can walk there in about five minutes. The hotel is typical for a Springhill Suites type hotel. The rooms were clean. They also offer free breakfast, though we didn’t partake due to crowd of amusement park goers staying there and a holiday day weekend. Though I think on a regular week or weekend it would be fine. Staff at the hotel was friendly and they have complimentary valet (though not sure why b/c parking is easy and close to hotel even in the back). My only suggestion for management is to keep the lobby, elevators and entrance way a bit cleaner. It wasn’t filthy, but it could definitely be maintained/cleaned more proactively throughout the day. Overall it’s a nice and convenient hotel for your Sesame Place visit.

The service here was great. We had quite a few requests while we were there, and the staff was great accommodating us. The room was very nice as well. The proximity to Sesame Place (walking distance) makes it great for anyone going there.

Great place to stay for sesame place. There is a walking path to the park that is just about as close as walking from the Sesame Place parking lot. The rooms are comfortable. My only complaint is that the room only had a shower, no bathtub. Our 2 year old is afraid of the shower. I should have paid more attention to this when booking the room.

I really wanted to love this hotel because of its proximity to Sesame Place, but I did not. There was food left from the last guest in the fridge of our room when we arrived. Bare minimum cleanings each day which included not replacing dirty glasses and towels with new ones. We even put the towels in a nice pile in the shower so they knew to change them, but they were not. I don’t think the bathroom was cleaned during our 3 day stay. Also, the pool was shut down for the entire stay. Frustrating when you have 3 little ones that want to go for a quick swim! Now I know that part may have been out of their hands, however, hotel employees had no answers. Literally, I asked if the pool was working yet and the front desk person responded with “I don’t know, I haven’t asked yet”

The room was clean and modern BUT the bed was horribly uncomfortable! It was like lying on a board with springs, and the pillows were all way too thick for someone with a small stature. It was like sleeping partially sitting up, so had to discard halfway through the night. I feel like everything in the room was going for 5 star material and then they skimped on the mattress and pillow variety! I still give 4 stars because for an overnight stay, the entire hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating and the free breakfast was good.

Loved this hotel, especially if going to Sesame Place. Kid friendly! We even extended our stay an extra day.

Cassie greeted us and checked us in, she was very nice and knowledgeable she even took me outside and showed sesame entrance and pointed out restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean. I'm very happy to be a Marriott member. I highly recommend Springhill Suites by Marriott.

Stayed her with my family while visiting Seasme place. This is our go to location. It has a pool for the kids and free breakfast. I may shy away as a business traveler looking for sleep. But is a great family location.

Stayed here at a whim (Arbitrary spot between NY and NJ). First room smelled like cigarettes and the gym was very, very small. Good and cheap enough to stay in though; Aside from the smell it was very clean as far as I could tell. Staff was accommodating and very nice too.

I didn't realize it was directly across the street from Sesame place but at check in they gave us the heads up to get to breakfast early the next day to beat the crowds, good advice. Room was clean. Would recommend it.

Stayed here for a 2 day conference, choose this location because while I was at the conference my husband and daughter could use the amenities such as pool and hot tub to fill their day until I came back. I was told upon check in the pool was going to be closed but hot tub was available and pool would be back up again the next day. I stressed how I chose this hotel and location because of the amenities and if it was not available I would go to another location. I was reassured. The next day, the pool AND hot tub was not in use. I was very disappointed and now my husband had to find other ways to entertain our child with me gone and no car since I took it to drive to the conference. Of course my conference was pushed an extra 2 days and when I asked again would the amenities be available which would depend if I booked for the extra days I was met with very little professionalism. I was told I could book elsewhere. As a customer who was looking to add business to this location because I had fellow coworkers looking to stay where I was at as well, I felt more could have been done or said rather than the cold shoulder of I can cancel your reservation and you can book across the street. I understand that maintenance needs to be done at times but this should have been reflected on their website, as not available on these dates. I would have certainly booked else where had I known.

The staff was friendly and courteous, despite being busy. The room was very clean and the breakfast buffet was well stocked. Great hotel!

Hotel overall was great. Highly recommend for overnight guests at sesame place. Great to walk back for a nap and saves on parking. Lots of shopping nearby and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

My family stayed here to visit Sesame Place for the weekend. It was great! Friendly service, complimentary valet parking and so convenient for the park (a short walk across the street and we were at Sesame Place). They had menus at the front desk to order local food delivery directly to the room. We had a great time with our 2 toddlers =)

This is a small hotel, but nonetheless a good one. The staff here are really friendly, and make you feel at home.

Rooms are absolutely amazing, pool is small but good for the kids. Great staff and great breakfast. I'd give 5 stars if the beds were bigger and more comfortable.

The staff at the front desk seemed like they were to busy glued to their phones instead of helping newly arrived customers. Also kept getting knocks on the door while sleeping. Even with the Do Not Disturb! On the door handle. Not very helpful!

Have stayed here multiple times. Rooms have always been clean and comfortable. Hotel is quiet with the exception of summer when Sesame Place is open and parents don't parent their kids and allow them to run around the halls and be loud and anxious. Breakfast is good but they need a new toaster.

It was a nice and clean hotel with friendly staff who were always willing to assist me! The rooms where nice and modern with a large bathroom+ a sofa bed and normal bed. Besides that the highway location made it easy to get gas and such.

Excellent accommodations. Awesome value. The staff was above and beyond friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was very spacious and did accommodate 5 people comfortably. Everything was clean and modern I highly recommend staying here you won't be disappointed.

Very clean and nice rooms. Friendly staff. Easy check in/out. 12:00 pm check out when a lot of hotels are 11:00 am. My family and I had a very bad experience with another hotel up the street from this one but was delighted with the experience here. My only con would be the quality of food at the complimentary breakfast buffet. The eggs were a bit watery, no bacon and limited variety. I frequently stay at different Marriot Hotels when Traveling for work and have had the same type of breakfast but of higher quality. Not a very big issue and certainly not one that would deter me from staying here again. If the variety of food offered at he complimentary breakfast is the biggest issue… I’d say this hotel is doing something right.

The rooms were very nice, I love Springhill suites hotel because they think of everything for you. You get a fridge and microwave but you also get plates, cups and silverware too. Most hotels don't think of that. The beds were comfortable and the room was very modern. I would stay here again if I'm in town for work.

Great location if you are taking children to Seasame Place. Rooms were smallish and the breakfast too simplified. Maybe a better assortment and meat options would have been nice. Staff were nice but are only focused on the direct operation of their facility and do not tend to be knowledgeable much of the options of things to do around them.

Hotel has sidewalk straight to Sesame Place. Room is nice overall, but only has a shower and the bathroom door is a barn door style with frosted glass with no lock, neither of which are good with small children if you value any privacy or not getting wet trying to bathe them. The living area itself is set up with a desk and glass divider between the bed and the living area. Living area had a wrap-around couch and floor space was big enough to fit a pack and play without issue. Breakfast is free and decent. There's an indoor pool but it was closed the weekend we were there.

Very nice hotel… Marriott SpringHill standard layout. Love the big room and the sofa. Front desk is nice and fast check in. My team love it here and free breakfast is great.

The bathrooms are in the middle of the room and have a transparent door so when you turn on the light it lights up the whole room… Not ideal for multiple people in a room. If you want to be able to stream videos you have to pay an extra $5 a day. The staff was friendly, with the exception of one young lady who set out the breakfast. The breakfast was never set up on time and very poorly restocked. The best thing this place has going is that it's within walking distance from Sesame Place.

Decent hotel very close to sesame place and the free valet parking was great. We had to go out of our way to ask for more towels and pillows when it was three of us staying. The valet guys are great and all we're very friendly. The front staff wasn't that warming in my opinion. Breakfast was also decent (pretty standard) but it can be a madhouse depending on the time. The fridges in the rooms suck. We had milk for our daughter getting way too warm so we ended up just putting it on ice. I would recommend staying here but it isn't the best hotel I've stayed at.

A really great place to stay especially if you are going to Sesame Place with your kids. The rooms are incredibly clean and recently updated, the rest of the hotel is very clean as well. The staff are very courteous and make sure that your every need is met. There is a nice sidewalk to go to Sesame Place from the hotel so save your money on parking and just stay at this hotel instead. The hotel is geared towards families and kids so that was a huge plus for me with my two kids. I would stay here again!

Bathroom didn't have a lock but a sliding glass door that projects the bathroom light onto the beds where people sleep. Design flaw. Besides that they have breakfast in the morning, exercise room, pool, free valet and laundry room. If you go in the pool and have kids make sure they don't run on the pool side AT ALL! It is very slippery. The breakfast is simple and will save you if you have a big family. One great perk is the hotel has a walking path to Sesame Place. Staff was very friendly except about towels. Towels are gold to the hotel world.

Extremely child friendly. Had a play room available from early morning till 10 at night for the kids to play in. Had a surplus of toys in the room as well as a pool for everyone to play with. A very extensive breakfast bar and best of all it is right across the street from sesame place.

Much worse this time thanext previous visit… TV screen was covered In prints and I had to wait a long time for the room… their app didn't work either.

I would advise people to beware before booking a room at this hotel. It looks like a very nice hotel and I can't speak on all the staff but as far as the housekeeping staff — they hire ex cons & people with criminal backgrounds that can't get jobs elsewhere — some may think that's an honorable thing to do but maybe you should consider that these people have theft & credit card fraud in their history. Maybe even worse cause they don't do background checks I know because 2 people I know with shady backgrounds work there cleaning rooms. These people are in your rooms when your not there around valuables & have known criminal histories. Do you feel safe leaving your room to a person that committed credit card fraud & theft because I know for a fact that one of the people I know there has that in their recent past so recent the case is still in the early phase of court. She stole from residents in a nursing home & now ages cleaning hotel rooms around people's wallets, purses, money & credit cards. They allow known criminals access to your rooms. I would think twice about that before staying here. They also don't do drug testing cause the 2 people I know are actively doing drugs regularly. & it's not just those 2 I heard them talking about someone that just came home from prison & got a job there. I think it's insane to give those kinds of people access to rooms where people keep their valuables & bring their children — whos to say child molestation isn't in the ur background.

Stayed for the proximity to Sesame Place, they were well suited to deal with a lot of young guests, very accommodating. Needed some extra help here and there, and they were more than willing to lend a hand.

Perfect hotel to stay at for Sesame Place. Clean spacious room right across the street from sesame place that offers free breakfast. The fire pit and indoor pool is a nice touch. I would stay here again for sure. Sheraton across the street is similar in quality but the fact u can easily walk to sesame place in 3 minutes gives this place the edge.

Fantastic rooms and amenities! Comfortable 2 bed suites with a pull out sofa, indoor pool and hot tub, exercise and laundry room are also available. Located walking distance from the Sesame Place amusement park. The service was amazing. They were more than happy to help with anything we needed during our stay, and the free continental breakfast had plenty to offer!

Stay here often for work related events in the Trevose area. Very friendly and clean hotel. Breakfast included. Many shopping locations within walking distance and several more via transportation.

Everything was very pleasant with the saty at this hotel. Room was quiet bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast each morning was nice. The bagels could use some improvement but that is a very minor issue. The water pressure in the shower isn't that great, but this is an issue with most hotels. Would stay here again o n next visit to Langhorne provided it wasn't peak Sesame Street kids park peak time where there may be a bunch if screaming kids. Sesame Place is walking distance from this hotel.

Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Close to shopping, restaurants and the highway. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Only for price and convenience of being just a five minute walk to Sesame Place. But again I was dissatisfied with the stay. Having two small children, our room lacked a bathtub, instead, it only had a stand up shower. Our reservation was for two adult, two children and when we arrived, the second bed wasn't ready. We had to prepare it ourselves. And I am very disappointed with the in-hotel dining. There is not enough seating, and where you get your food is very crouded.

Nice Hotel… quick and easy check in and cgeck out. Staff was friendly. Great Room. I did however have a problem with the TV and the instructions I was given to try and fix did not work. But overall I was there to visit Sesame Place with my grandson so TV wasn't really a priority. Park right across the street was soooooo convenient, especially with a 2 year old. Being able able to go back to hotel for nap time was awesome. Room was cool, so was pool and the outside fire pit so pretty I want that exact one. Will definitely stay here again when I return.

Very good rooms and enviroment. Plus complimentary breakfast and besides the fact that this hotel is in a good area this is overall a very good place to stay at. No regrets Thank you.
