Elevator situation is ridiculous. Have to wait forever for them and when they arrive they are full to the max with staff with carts or kids headed to the amusement park across the street.

Probably one of the nicest hotels I have been to. The room was much larger than expected from the pictures. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Sue was the morning shuttle driver to Sesame Place, She was GREAT! She gave everyone a run down of where everything in the park was along with some tips and tricks. She even helped load the stroller in the back when we were the only ones riding so that we didn’t have to fold it up. The pantry didn’t have any ice at one point and the staff immediately went to the kitchen and got some for us. Honestly the only improvement I could see was that some TV channels were grainy, which in the grand scheme of things didn’t matter. This was worth every penny and I recommend that if you are going to sesame place you absolutely stay here!

Just a great place! Everyone there is great. Having our meetings there is one of the BEST decisions I made. Donna, Nicole and Colleen made it a great meeting. Also, it doesn’t get any better than hearing “Welcome Back” when you see Daivon, Jovan or Sam when you walk in the door!

Worst hotel experience EVER! Do NOT STAY HERE! First off, the room was filthy; there was stains on the comforter, sheets, pillows, and bed skirts! There is NO WAY THEY WASH THESE BEFORE THE NEXT FAMILY COMES IN! OR WASH IT EVER, there was old food in our refrigerator that’s been there for who knows how long, no microwaves, floor was filthy! And the power went out in the middle of the night!

Location was great, very close to shopping, restaurants, and park. There is a shuttle that goes every 10-15 minutes which is extremely convenient. Rooms was very large, modern, and clean, though the bathroom was very small. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely stay here again.

Great location if taking your family to Sesame Place. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is real friendly. Free shuttle provided easy access to the park.

Great staff clean rooms right next to sesame street park. We were able to book same day with joining rooms for kids. After are trip to Hershey park went wrong when park flooded. Can not say enough after how friendly the staff here has been. We will be coming here again. Only half hour from six flags so great, If you plan on doing both parks.

This hotel could not be any better! Staff go above and beyond. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and everything is nice and clean. The indoor pool was very nice and my grandson enjoyed it so much. The breakfast buffet had lots of hot and cold choices. The shuttle to and from Sesame place was so nice too! I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Out of 3 elevators, one was out of order for my whole 2 weeks stay. The other two got broken at random intervals. One night the 3 of them were out and I had to climb the stairs to the 14th floor. My key card got demagnetized every couple of days, even though I kept them in different places to avoid this (wallet and backpack). Room was according to expectations. No breakfast included. Nice bar. The parking in front is small, but there is a huge one in the back. Front desk was always willing to help, although they cannot do much about the state of the premises. TL;DR it had better days a bit run down.

The building itself is very nice and fancy and the service is kind and extremely helpful. I only passed in to deliver pizza, but they told me where to go and had a smile on their faces the whole time. Very friendly. And the top of the building has a gorgeous view.

Nice large common area with lounge and Bar. Hotel has recently had a facelift with new carpets and room decor. The bathroom could be improved as it is still a tub style shower. Comfortable beds. Plenty of parking.

Went to the mother's day brunch today. Was very disappointed when came to find the layout was subpar couldn't get my drinks. On top of that the sausage was undercooked which in turn made me violently sick. As I'm writing this with food poisoning. The social media website said it was 28.95 yesterday. Then when we went to pay it was 34 plus tax and gratuity. I ended up paying 85.00 for a breakfast that woulda been better at a corner diner. I will never come back to the mother's day brunch nor will I tell people to go. I'll advise against it.

The bucks county sheraton is a beautiful hotel. The pool was very nice. The conference rooms were Clean modern and comfortable. The front desk staff was Friendly knowledgeable and helpful and All staff were friendly to children (and adults). There was ample parking and the hotel is Walking distance to a variety of restaurants. It is also extremely close to Sesame Place. Highly recommend for both professional and family travel.

Amazing hotel and staff! We were there for a dance competition and the hotel was very accommodating. Dressing room spaces were ample and even the boys were treated well! The performance space was large and they let us keep the doors open! This was important since it was very hot and if they kept the doors closed we would have all died! I would gladly attend any event held here and I would highly consider spending the night to get to sesame place extra early sometime!

Great location. Easy access to all major highways. The property has a restaurant and bar. With many alternative options within walking distance. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

The most unaccomodating hotel I have ever stayed at. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. First I requested a crib not once, not twice, not three times but 4 and it was still not in the room when we arrived for a late night check in and we had to call down to the front desk after we asked for it when we arrived and the mans said 'he forgot. ' Anyone with kids knows the urgency. Then we unknowingly didn't receive our breakfast vouchers and were assaulted in the dining room about it. A simple request would have been more appropriate. Then I wanted to use the pool an hour before it normally opens and when I asked they said no. Well thanks for making my stay so pleasant. Not!

Myself and my husband come here atleast 5 times a year and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Plenty of good places to eat in the area. The rooms don't come with a microwave but one call to guest service is all it took within minutes someone was at my door with am microwave never had to leave my room. Only con is the walls are paper thin could literally hear everything and anything in the hallway and in the room across from me.

This review is for the Easter buffet. The buffet included breakfast options including scrambled eggs, bacom, sausage, and made-to-order omelets. A carving station offered ham, lamb, and prime rib. In addition, lunch options were offered including chicken, fish, potatoes, and string beans. A salad bar provided the usual items. A deli station provided smoked Nova, white fish, bagels, and all the fixings. Sweet baked breads were also available. The dessert offerings were massive and, fortunately, they were displayed at the entrance so we would know to pace ourselves. All the food items were good. Service at the table was spotty. Beverages were not refilled without effort and plates weren't cleared until we requested. However, all the staff were pleasant and helpful. The 18% tip built into the bill seemed excessive considering this was a buffet. The room was a large, undecorated gray meeting or event room. In other words, there wasn't much atmosphere. There's plenty of on site, free self-parking. For a weekend brunch, this is a good option in the area. I'd go back.

Nice hotel, ate at the bar every day after work. Food was good. Room was clean and up to date, maid cleaned up room nicely everyday. Was here for a business trip.

Okay experience. Staff was helpful. Ice machines are non existent on the floors and going down to the lobby bar was only option. Food available at the hotel was okay. Rooms were clean and not too beat up. Streamlined checkout did not seem to be available. Meeting rooms were nice but the bathrooms by the meeting rooms were small and inadequate for the function.

Pretty sure no one has ever once cleaned these elevators. There is zero noise reduction in these rooms… You hear EVERY step, sneeze, elevator ding or whisper. Literally no difference if we just kept the door open. The bathrooms are depressingly tiny. The room comes with no TV guide and the remote doesn't work properly. It's cold. It smells like a moldy basement on the 12th floor. Stains on the bedding. Bedding so wrinkled and "hairy" that there is zero chance it was washed before we checked in. Disgusting, overpriced, and all around disappointing!

A weekend getaway since we weren't able to get accommodations at ski resorts. Reasonable accommodation were afforded three bus loads. Plus an abundance off site activities. I like it especially the spaceous rooms and amenities.

Total misrepresentation on my room. My reservations promised a microwave. No microwave although the front desk offered to heat my stuff for me or get the maid to bring one up. I was promised video games in my room. No video games, not that I'm a gamer but it would have been nice since it was promised and I was only there for 1 night. No TV station listings in the room, had to go to the front desk who then had to get out their paper and print one from the copier. I was promised pay per view channels. I guess HBO Family, 1 channel, was considered the pay per view channels. Immediately upon my check in it was brought to my attention "there are no vending machines or ice machines on the property", only a food pantry next to the main desk. Tried to get a $3.00 machine made, 12oz Starbuck coffee from the pantry but it was see through. Front desk did offer to make me a cup from somewhere but that seemed like the same theme, it was promised and not delivered until you had to ask and then someone had to offer go do something instead of just doing it right and honest. Room was clean I can say that.

We checked in at six in the evening. The girl at the front desk greeted us with cheerfulness and excitement. She explained to us the necessary details about our stay briefly yet complete. Our double bedroom was roomy and the space was just right. I could see the Sheraton Hotel Housekeeping took a very good care of the cleanliness. The hotel has a fitness center and heated indoor pool my son loved so much. Thank you.

Absolutely wonderful experience! My mom and I stayed here on New Years Eve and had a Girl's Night: The entire staff was so warm and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed, and sending us off to out rooms for the night with a cheery, "Happy New Year! " Our room was perfectly simplistic, divine and cozy, in exactly all the ways that we loved and needed (clean to the brim too). The beds were toasty and just the right size. The heater worked like a charm and the view from the window was a delight to eyes. We watched twenty-five-to-fifty different fireworks shows light up the sky, all around, below us and stretched accross the horizon, when the clock struck twelve. It was spectacular. Breakfast was delicious, just as the first meal of the day should be, we ate up to our eyeballs, and once again, the staff was wonderful (I think we might have over-chatted a few, hopefully we didn't get anyone in trouble, sorry). Needless to say, 2018 has already started out as a brilliantly beautiful, inspiring and hopeful year, much of it thanks to the team at the Sheraton of Bucks County. Thank you so much for all of your smiles, cheerful attitudes, good hearts and hard work. May you all have a wonderful year, Happy New Year.

Fantastic overall experience. The Sheraton is an amazing choice for any event — a holiday party, wedding or any other gathering. It has an elegant and professional atmosphere, the staff was wonderful, the food was delicious and I definitely look forward to the next time I can attend an event there.

I was here for the Reedman-Toll Christmas party last weekend and the place was great. Every part of the hotel was clean, and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. I live locally, so I doubt I'd ever need a room for any trip, but I would not have a problem coming back for another party or function.

My family loves the Sheraton Bucks County hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated and beds are soft and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and stocked with toiletries. There is a nice flat screen TV in each room. The hotel is nicely decorated throughout and is very nice during Christmas when we go to Sesame place amusement park which is right across the street. There is parking up front but also in the back in like a parking garage. The pool and fitness room is nice. The staff is very nice and friendly. Especially the manager Fernanda at Sheraton Bucks County hotel remembers us every time and is so nice. She goes above and beyond.

Came to see the Doug Church Elvis show and enjoyed it immensely! He is very talented, engaged with the audience, patriotic, and very kind to all that want a picture, a hug, or a birthday wish! Thank you for a memorable night!

Beautiful Hotel although the staff is easily overworked. We booked our room a week in advance and paid for it in advance. When we checked in that night we were told they didn't have the king size room we had rented but have us a equal size room that was handicapped friendly. Thinking nothing of it we went up to our room and began to unpack only to realize there wasn't a bed for our 3 children! We go down to the front desk and was assured they would have a cot sent to the room. One hour later… No cot. After calling the front desk from or cellphone (house phone didn't work) we were told they couldn't find a cot and so we had to accommodate our kids by having them send up blankets and pillows for them to sleep on the floor. Wasn't a great experience. But aside from that the room was pretty. Although they were a little dirty. The staff was very polite and I felt horrible that the same older gentlemen had to carry up all the items by hand, by himself. I hope this experience was a fluke but I'm doubtful we'll return to this hotel.

Free Wi-Fi. Non-smoking. Great for families. Closest hotel to Sesame Place. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking in the front of the property is limited. Additional parking is available in the back. Room were well appointed and clean, same goes for the bathroom in the room. There is a business center available 24/7 and gym. There is also a bar/restaurant inside the hotel.

Several issues. First, we checked in early (11am) although check in is at 3pm. In the meantime, my family and I took the shuttle to the park for a few hours and was told we would receive a call when our room was available. We left my husband's number, as well as mine, to be sure we would not miss the call. I called the hotel at 3:45 and was told there was still no room available yet, and the guy on the phone was terribly rude and inconsiderate. Upon returning to the hotel at 5pm, we were told they called and left a message that our room was ready a couple hours ago, but let's be real, neither of us received a call or message. Second, although the room was nice and spacious, the refrigerator had a loud humming sound all night, the TV signals often went out, and we could hear when the family next door was in the bathroom taking a shower. Lastly, some of the workers need to not work in the customer service field because they are not personable at all. Upon checkout, the lady at the front desk was very nice and apologetic for what we had experienced. Definitely coming back to Sesame Place again, but never staying here again.

Pretty fancy place at a good rate. Nice pool. Delicious breakfast and great desserts at the restaurant. Fun staff, it was right before Halloween while we were there and they had a pumpkin carving contest. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Its also across the street from the Oxford valley mall.

Loved, loved this hotel. We chose it because of its proximity to Sesame, its great reviews and it's free shuttle. The hotel is clean, the room was small but super functional. The wait for the shuttle was only 5 minutes going and coming. They have an amazing *kiosk/store that has everything under the sun. After a day at Sesame I needed Tylenol. Every imaginable convenience item can be found here. The staff was so friendly, helpful, the shuttle drivers were so nice. I would stay here again.

I attended a conference. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I had a wonderful time. It is also very clean and everyone was very professional.

Our space was clean and quality. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly. Great experience.

Still checked in and staying for another 3 days. The woman that was at the front desk when we first came in was WONDERFUL. Very accommodating and friendly, and let us check in early after telling her we just drove 8 hours through a snow storm from Buffalo, NY. The hotel seems very clean, and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, our morning was not so pleasant after my husband went to the front desk to ask a billing question. The gentleman working was very rude, inturrupted my husband while talking, and just had an overall awful attitude! Later on, my husband went back to the desk and asked where the closest Wawa was and with an attitude, the gentleman said "I don't know, why don't you look it up on your phone. " Well we did just that and saw there was a Wawa just minutes away. This gentleman should not be working the front desk because he just ruined our morning with his awful demeanor!

We came back at night to find room never cleaned, moved to another room to find AC not working and smelly carpets. Instead of moving to a third room at the same night, we decided to leave to Spring hill by Mariott which is just a minute away and way better. Two elevators out of 3 were working, wirepool jets out of service, no electrical fixtures next to beds to charge phones, no microwave in rooms but they got friendly staff especially the shuttle drivers. I don't think I will come back, SprinHill is the one to go if you are here for Sesame.

Nice hotel across the street from sesame place. Very family friendly. Nice pool in atrium like setting. Nicely renovated room. Only complaint is that they ran out of the main parking when we came back after dinner and secondary parking is kind of far away and confusing to find.

I see a lot of negative comments here and that's unfortunate… I really question some of validity of some of these comments — especially those that call to question the hospitality of the staff. Since March of 2015, we have been planning our wedding at this hotel and we've experienced nothing but the VIP treatment by the entire staff on every occasion that we were there. They have been extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process. Given the hospitality we (and our guests) have received thus far, it's just hard to believe some of the sub-par reviews from that perspective. The look and feel of the hotel, from the lobby/bar/ballroom/etc area to each and every room, has been remodeled and looks incredible. This hotel is an incredible value on all levels and we have nothing negative to say… We look forward to a great day on the 24th of Oct. — Thank you management and staff for making our planning so seamless.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. The only problem is the walls are too thin, I could hear everything outside. Other than that it's a nice hotel right across the street from Sesame place.

2 out of 3 elevator worked and no sign. Waited 20 mins for an elevator… Had to run shower water for 10 mins to clear out the black water… 2 star hotel at best.

One of the worse hotel experiences I've had in my life. Staff was ok. Walls were paper thin. We were awoken multiple times in the morning due to the commotion coming from the other guest. Almost nothing is readily available, everything is upon request. Best thing about our stay was probably the coffee. Overall, not worth the price. I recommend looking elsewhere. I wish I had dished out the extra 40 bucks and stayed down at the springhill suites.

We stayed at the Sheraton Bucks County a couple of years ago and it was just okay. Wow what a difference a couple of years makes! Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. The entire hotel is remodeled, and they did a great job. It's modern but warm. The service was fabulous. Sue, our shuttle driver for Sesame Place, was very friendly and helpful. And Fran and Viana in the restaurant were exemplary waitresses. The food was outstanding — — get the breakfast buffet. The hotel room itself and the beds were cozy and comfortable. They cannot improve anywhere or on anything. Great experience and great place to stay if you are visiting Sesame Place. Very family friendly. We will be back soon! We noticed the negative reviews here, which did not match our experience at all. We are SPG members and stayed at the club level, so perhaps the quality of the rooms is a little higher as a Starwood Preferred Member?

This hotel was terrible. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby ($3.00 for a cup? ). The bathroom was so small you could not open or close the door if you were on the toilet. There was no room to move. The faucet in the sink was leaking. The floor in the pool area was very slippery, my 2 year old fell and hit his head. The white blanket had yellow stains all over it. I had to ask for blankets and a pillow for the cot for my son. The luggage carts were non functioning. There were no ice makers on the floor we stayed on. The continental breakfast was terrible, the french toast and waffles were hard as rocks, the pastry was stale and dry, the eggs were rubbery, the bacon was laying in grease. Will not stay there again.

I spent the weekend of March 21st in room 1103 with friends and left belongings in the room after checking out. Over the past week starting the day I checked out I have made many phone calls, spoken to, provided detailed description and left messages with contact information at the front desk and to lost and found. I have offered to pay to mail my belongings. I have yet to be acknowledged. Shame on you Sheraton Bucks.

Overall the hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly. But there was a few things about this hotel that will stop me from staying there again. When we first arrived the first thing we noticed was how clean the room was but after going into the restroom, I turn the lights on and sparks went flying everywhere causing the circuit to pop. So I reset it and lights come on. After an hour or so I decided to take a shower and sure enough it happened again but this time it wouldn't reset so I had to use my cell phone as a flashlight just so I can take a shower (It was just as dark as having nothing). We went out to dinner and after returning, all the lights in the hallway and our room were completely out. I called front desk and they stated they had a power outage. Ok fine, so now I get to use the restroom in the dark again. We returned to the hotel early so we can watch a movie but we couldn't even do that. Overall the stay was very poor for that reason and I know this issue wasn't in the hotel's control but I do know some other floor/rooms had power because we saw lights on and heard TVs. So for the fact that we weren't offered to be moved will result in a negative feedback and will NOT be recommending this hotel to anyone I know. And the only reason I gave it an extra star is because the room was very clean.

We stayed at club level. The room and bathroom were very nice and very clean. Love the thermostat. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. My overall stay was great. No issues at all.

The staff was very pleasant which was a plus, although there were some downfalls to this hotel. Upon entering the room I noticed the light did not work, so the room was a little darker than what I would have liked. The towels were in low supply. The iron did not work properly. I ordered food and the pizza was by far the worst pizza I've ever tasted. It was so terrible that no amount of salt or hot sauce could mask its deficiency. The wine that I ordered was so-so. The upside was the rooms were very clean and I appreciated the hot tube, pool and fitness center. All-in-all, I would say this hotel is "okay. " I would stay here again and not enter with as high of expectations.

We arrived at noon and the staff allowed us to check in early. We went to our room and my daughter hopped on one of the beds right away. I went to change her clothes and noticed multiple, small, red stains on the comforter. I quickly took my 3-year-old daughter off of the bed and was shocked. I started to look around the bedding a bit more after this and noticed huge stains on the bed skirt that appeared grease-like. My husband then looked at the other queen sized bed in the room and we were disgusted. There were small black curly hairs on the bed. I'm sure you can imagine our horror. I called the front desk right away and spoke with a woman named Sue, who was very apologetic. She offered to change the bedding and sent someone up to the room. Around 6:30pm we came back to the room from Sesame Place and the bedding was clean, but our room had another issue, ladybugs. They were crawling all over the ceiling and by the air conditioning unit. Later that evening, we decided to order some room service. We looked over the menu and tried to place an order for two cappuccinos, a slice of red velvet, and two bowls of vanilla ice cream. We were told that there weren't any cappuccinos, so I asked for two lattes only to be told there weren't any lattes either and I could have a cup of coffee, which I reluctantly agreed to. A few seconds later we received a call in the room informing us that there wasn't any red velvet cake either.

Sheraton has lost its touch in quality and presentation in recent years. I am a die hard Hilton fan, but we needed a stop and this was the only hotel that had a room. We were sent in to a room that we didn't book at first, the person assisting us was too new to be left for check in alone. I understand that things take time, but we were at the check in desk for ten minutes and we were the only people in line. The room was not clean and the shower was filthy. The bar and food closes down very early and the bed was very old. This was one of the worst stays on the entire book tour.

I am very pleased with the quality, comfort and serivce this hotel had to offer. The location was terrific and offered a frequent shuttle to and from the hotel to Sesame Place The rooms and the hotel lobby were neat and tidy. The staff was very helpful, accomodating, easy going and cooperative. One employee who stood out is Alicia Johnson. She was very helpful, friendly and professional all the way from the time I made a reservation with her till the time we checked out. Ms. Johnson defintely made us feel like that this was our home away from home. We will defintely back here next year when we visit Sesame Place again.

Let's just say it was so bad they comped us the two nights we stayed. Management is lost. Their staff is very friendly and for the most part, ready, willing, and able to do what necessary if given direction. Hospitality leadership is lacking and their cleaning staff needs a serious make over. Its as if they are purposely driving business out or down. Considering their location, they should have residual business from Sesame place visitors with out lifting a finger. The care for the hotel and the rooms looks like they are taking the "not lifting a finger" part pretty seriously.
