I had a great experience over the weekend with my family. The shuttle service to Sesame Place was wonderful and the driver went above and beyond! The continental breakfast was good and I loved the mini kitchen in our room. The only downfall was that their pool was out of service, but that's okay!
We plan on coming again soon!

Normally I really like Marriott brand hotels, and even knowing that this place was going to be tied to the theme park, it was not up what one should expect to a Residence Inn. The best part was check in were as a platinum member we got a room upgrade which gave us more space for our family of 5. I was disappointed in the free breakfast which was always wiped out and the dining room let something to be desired. When I asked the front desk, I will just say that the desk persons attitude was less than pleasant. Bottom line, for the price I will stay somewhere else next time I bring the family to Sesame.

Friendly staff and nice hotel layout. Free complimentary breakfast, but get there early to avoid the 8:30am crowd. Breakfast starts at 6:30 and stops serving at 9. So basically get up and get to Sesame Place ASAP; the park opens at 10am. Luckily, there’s an on-site shuttle that drives you to and from Sesame Place all day long until 8:30pm, when the park closes. Best part is, they won’t leave you stranded and will wait til the very last person is accounted for, before departing pack to the hotel for the evening. Lastly, bring your own pillow from home, the pillows here are like pancakes! NOT comfortable and flat as a board, despite being given TWO pillows! The indoor pool is a nice feature, though I’d prefer an outdoor pool for a nicer atmosphere. They also have a nice hot tub available as well. Overall, a VERY convenient spot for Sesame Place goers. It’s only 1/2 mile away.

My family and I stayed at the Residence Marriot for 3 nights. It was all and more than expected. Everything was great. We would stay here again next year. The best part was the shuttle to and from Sesame Place, the driver was the best. She loves her job, and it shows.

Based on other reviews, we chose to stay here for our Sesame Place visit. The space and size were great, but the room itself was moldy and dirty, and we found the same in the hallways, which was gross and disappointing. On the other hand, the staff were extremely friendly, smiley, and terrific! The breakfast had more options than expected and the dining room staff were friendly, happy, and accommodating. The shuttle was always on time and the driver, Laurie, went out of her way to make the two minute trips as fun as possible. Again, like the other staff, she was always happy, smiley, and accommodating. Terrific! Therefore, for the physical hotel environment, I would give the hotel a zero, but for the staff a five plus!

This is the hotel my company puts me in everytime I go to Philadelphia. Its a nice location with plenty to eat and do around the area. The rooms are always clean and very accommodating. The staff is always friendly. It has been mostly the same people working since I started going here so I'm assuming they like working here. Always a pleasant place to stay.

I traveled to Langhorne with my family to take my grandson to Sesame Place and found the Residence Inn to be a very reasonable choice for a 2bed suite. We had a pleasant stay there from the clean room and friendly staff from the front desk to the shuttle driver who picked us up in a matter of minutes and asked how our day was in the park. I would definitely stay there again.

Worst hotel in a long, long time. Skuzzy cucumber water to start with that looked like it came out of a lake. Bed and pillows were trash. Alarm was left on for 1 AM. Shower curtain hanging on the ground. Shower was leaking water everywhere. Stay at the Courtyard up the road.

Just a wonderful place for an extended stay. Friendly and accommodating staff and a very clean and comfortable room.

Good accommodation. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast was good. 5 minutes drive to sesame place.

Great hotel, I got there late on a Thursday. No problem checking. Breakfast buffet was great. Coffee available all the time in the lobby. Only complaint is the gym was kind of dirty when I went there and they were out of sanitizing wipes.

If they offered 20 stars I would make it 20+. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. There is a manager named Tony and a front desk lady name Armani. They are there best. I stay here very often I come to de-stress. My mother was ill and sometimes I just need to be in a different space. They make SURE I comfortable EVERY VISIT. Kindness goes a long way especially when you don't know what's going on in other people's life. I thank Tony and Armani for their continued hospitality, respect and kindness they dlahow me n my 2 kiddos. So I thank u guys.

Excellent stay. Staff was very professional. Good location. Housekeeping staff did wonderful job on keeping the room clean. Like having the 2 Tv's and the fireplace. Breakfast was also great. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

We stayed here with our two small children. The rooms were clean. The bathtubs didn't hold water, so we had to use cups to stop the drain. The breakfast was an absolute mad-house, quite messy and no one cleaning along the way — so the breakfast area became a mess. The pool… it was absolutely GROSS. There were huge hair balls (visible before we got it) and a film of what looked like Baby Oil on the top. We asked management to clean it, as we stayed there so the kids could also swim. Two hours later and no one cleaned it… eventually they posted a sign the Pool was closed because it was so filthy. Maintenance cleaning would do this place well. Everyone was very friendly and we would go back, if they can get ahead of the mess.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was Delicious. The rooms are huge, well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. We stayed there on a recent visit to Sesame Place. It was so convenient. We'll be back.

The rooms were nice, the staff was friendly, the property was fairly well maintained. The pool looked green with a film on the water covered in hair. The shower had what looked to be pubic hairs in it. The bed was excessively firm. While I wasn't upset by the other things as I wasn't planning to swim anyway, not being able to get a good night's rest being a thin man on a mattress that felt like a pile of rocks. I ended up getting a couple hours on the pull out couch.

The place was nice. The building wasn't taken care of, and you could see tear in some places like stairs and corners of rugs. We got a suite with a "fire place" that was fake and was very disappointing. Especially after coming from a different residence inn, and having a gas fire place in the suite. It had fake logs and an old screen behind a mirror showing flames, and a heater above it, getting a little warm air out. I'm sure it's common, and people are used to it, but I think it would have been better without it. Not getting people's expectations up, then disappointing them.

Professional and pleasant staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Minimal noise in halls and good walls between rooms. An excellent place to stay, particular for any extended period of time.

On paper, this looks like the ideal place for families — pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, free breakfast… However, lack of attention by the staff makes it dirty and uncomfortable. 1) breakfast — over several days and at least 60 minutes at each breakfast, I did not see a staff member restock anything unless someone asked. Every day the coffee was empty. When I went back to the kitchen to get someone, the woman was playing on her phone. She then brought it out and it was so hot that my husband burnt his hand when the spout was dripping after turned off. No yogurt, someone had to ask, no bagels… 2) Dirty — trash over flowing in breakfast area, floors covered with food, tables not cleaned… 3) Room — pull-out couch incredibly hard with springs poking through. No linens for the pull-out couch (had to go to front desk after driving 7 hours and arriving at 1am). Our room was on the first floor so the hallway and our room smelled musty and like pool water since we were close to the pool. 4) Pet friendly hotel — again, this seems like a good idea but there is no separation of rooms with pets and without. I am allergic to dogs so I itched, sneezed and wheezed throughout our stay. Not cleaned well enough to mitigate this.

Very nice hotel. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Room was much nicer than I expected. I needed sheets for the sofa bed and all I had to was call the front desk and the sheets were delivered promptly. Breakfast was nice as well, my kids loved the fresh fruit. Checkout was easy, handed in my room keys and said bye. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was good. Carpet is a little old so it has a smell to it. Some of the staff seemed to be to friendly with each other and not concerned about making sure the guests have a good experience. Also if you are coming here because of the shuttle to Sesame Place, go to a different hotel. There are about 3 other hotels in the area that have a shuttle. My wife and I waited for almost an hour for a shuttle to bring us back to the hotel. In the meantime we saw other hotels picking up their patrons about 3 times. We called and kept being told that the driver was in the way, but the driver was not on the way. We waited so long that another hotel's shuttle driver asked who we were waiting for be ause he saw us sitting there for so long.

Great Room and Service. No complaints. I would stay again. This hotel offers a shuttle service to the Sesame Place for free. That is awesome.

Overall the stay was average. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately upon check in we had to wait nearly 2 hours to check-in to our room. We showed up after 3pm, and didn't get settled into our room until 5pm. The staff was very friendly and offered a 20% discount to account for the inconvenience, which was much appreciated. We utilized the grill area which was convenient to prepare the food we brought. The grill worked great, but it has definitely seen better days. The overall cleanliness of the grill and grill area were sub par. The grill itself was very dirty and the area around it contained many cigarette butts.

I was only there for a few minutes because a friend who is staying there had to get something. Seemed nice. Insanely expensive though.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. We were OK n town for Sesame Place, and the location of the hotel was less than a mile away. Despite the number of children running around, the rooms are sound proofed enough to not hear anything. Amenities were great for families.

Very clean and comfortable. Had a 1 bedroom suite. Free breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, muffins, cereal, etc. Free shuttle to sesame place. Indoor swimming, pool table, and outdoor basketball court.

Visiting a guest here. Residence was modern and clean. Plenty of room.

This hotel is conveniently located, very clean, the staff is very nice.

The room was lovely. I would have appreciated an oven, but my suite didn't have one, the way a previous one did at a different location. I was there for over a week with two cats. Best in the area & extremely pet-friendly. The bed was supremely comfortable. The one morning I went to breakfast the food was good. I'm told it's generally quite good, but it's obvious that availability is based on time. I liked my room and wish it had been under better circumstances.

We were here on a combination of personal and business and traveling with or dog. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly to our dog. We were upgraded to a larger room without asking which was very nice. The only reason I am not giving out 5 stars was the fact that every evening when we were coming back to the hotel there were a group of guys in the parking lot smoking marijuana. I know it's not the hotel's fault, but I did not appreciate that.

Wifi was garbage and the key locks would break.

Dirty! My room needed a good cleaning! Floors were dirty with stains as well as debris. Bathroom had hair on the floor upon checking in, tub floor was filthy, so much so I placed a towel down before showering. Furniture had a lot of wear and tear. Staff was not pleasant upon check-in either. I noticed a $20 charge on my cc today; there is absolutely no reason why that charge should be there. I have tried several times to contact someone and get it resolved, however, no on will answer the phone. I most certainly would NOT recommend staying at this hotel!
