We stayed for just one night. The lobby and hallway smelled musty, but the room didn't have an odor. The linen was clean. The beds were comfortable, but rugs and walls were dirty. It was cheap in comparison to the surrounding area.

Adequate. Our room was clean, so no complaints there. Non smoking room smelled of stale smoke. Windows left open all night helped. Only breakfast choices… bagels and 2 types of cereal, juice and coffee.

How many hotels in America still allow you to smoke in the room? This place still has rooms available which are smoking. The whole top floor. Plus the guy working the front desk (Maine) was extremely helpful on the phone & in person. Clean room, clean sheets, hot shower. I have stayed in many places I won't return, but this place is a great stay for cheap.

I don't understand people that leave reviews sometimes. This Hotel is one, if not the cheapest rate you could get around this area. What would you want for around 60.00 dollars a night, This place is clean overall (not a hospital, ok! ) beds are comfortable and internet is good and yes, smoking room on third floor. Before leaving reviews people should realize this is not a 5 star hotel if you want a 5 star hotel there's one not far, around 5 min. At around $240.00 a night… stay there then!

The room my significant other and I stayed in at the time was pretty clean. We walked into a few issues though. Our toilet was completely clogged from whoever used it previous to us. We called the desk and they sent someone up with a plunger and left us to fix the mess. Which is fine but I would think you would want all of your rooms in tip top shape for your guests. The only other issue was that our window was broken and was propped open all night with no screen. We asked for a new room when we found this out and were told that they were all booked. This was the week of the Allentown fair while Pentatonix were in town. Next time… don't rent out a room if it's not met up to the full standards of your hotel policy.

The room was nice with a very comfortable bed. Microwave and fridge The heater AC is old but works good. The top or 3rd floor is for smokers and on a cold night the smell came to the second floor. The only disturbance. It was kinda pricey at $80. But better than the truck.

Clean very very nice people breakfast is small but filling. I've read reviews of this place and the reviews where false. Its quite the opposite of what people said and if I had to recommend a place with a strip of shopping places and filled with kind and positive people I say this is it the place. The price for the rooms is reasonable and it work with my budget. Again I recommend this place.

Such a disappointing stay. The window was not sealed, cold air and traffic noises kept drifting in. The toilet as well as shower had stains in them upon our arrival. The phone line outlet was coming off the wall, cracked, and had wires exposed. There were 2 faulty fire alarms that when off at 4:15 and 4:30 in the morning. The front desk did not contact any guests to inform them that they were false alarms. At breakfast there was mold on the bagels. The cleaning staff was blasting music and singing at 8:30 in the morning, which we could unfortunately hear perfectly clear from within our room. Received a full size bed when we paid for a queen. Awful stay. Do not stay here.

Good budget hotel. Mainly got room because RCN was out. Their cable was good and watched the is oscars. It is a budget hotel close to Abe airport Starbucks mod pizza and chipolte in walking distance. Bed was comfortable. Has free continental breakfast.

This hotel slows smoking, at least on the 3rd floor, not sure about the 2nd. I was in my room for about an hour, walked to a store nearby and realized I smelled like a cigarette. I asked for another room and got it but it still isn't like a non-smoking hotel. It seems they have people either living here or for long periods of time. Haven't seen the breakfast yet but from what I've heard it should be acceptable, dry cereal, bagels, muffins, coffee. Not the worst I've seen.

Bed comfortable, bathroom spacious, the breakfast is not very good, and the service is not so good.

This hotel was a bag of mixed results. My check-in experience was good. The lady at the counter was very helpful and accommodating. The room cleanliness was good, I liked the television mounted in the corner of the wall. I didn't like the fact that there seemed to be alor of illegal acctvity going on. There were arguments between staff and patrons, patrons and patrons. The police were also there twice.

This is what I expected for a Wyndham property. Clean and comfortable. Good value for the money. Door did have a gap and we had to put a towel in front of it to stay warm.

The hallway smells like weed… dingy hotel. Burn holes on the bedspread. Told the clerk n she said if we have to buy new ones they would go out of business… really! Change my room went to the 1st floor room is better but the smell of weed lights up the hallway… smh refund!

When we got to the hotel and registered, I was handed a receipt. I noticed that the charge was $3 higher than what was on the receipt. I was told that they charge a $3 key fee; per key. Whatever, fine. But it would be nice if it was on the damn receipt. We get into the elevator. It stinks of weed. Nice. We get to the room. It is very small & the bathroom stinks of weed. Fantastic for a smoke-free establishment. They changed our room to one on the first floor. You could still smell weed but not nearly as strong. No iron or ironing board, nor a coffee machine. At the end of the day, I wish I would have booked the Hilton Garden Inn across the way. It was just an overnight stay. If it were longer than that I would have asked for a refund & kept it pushing. Not impressed. Will not stay here or at any other Knights Inn. Had I really looked at the reviews, I would have not booked here. Any hotel that has constant complaints of smoking & smoke smells, be it cigarettes or weed, and does absolutely nothing about it, will not be receiving my business. Period. You obviously do not care enough about your patrons. Therefore, you do not deserve my business. Well done. The only reason you got 2 stars is because the gentleman at the front desk at about 3.30pm on October 28 was friendly & accommodating.

First big fan in the room. Sketchy people in here. The front desk girl nice. My kid is having fun as long she has Wi-Fi…

Was woken up at 130am to a phone call from the front desk saying "the fire alarm is going off in your room. You shouldn't be smoking in there". The problem with that statement is twofold. First off, I don't smoke. Secondly, even if I did, how could I do that while I'm asleep. So I go to the front desk and explain to the person who was working at the time, Mane (sp? ), that he woke me up and that I would have woken up to the alarm first before a telephone call. I invited him to check out my room to see that there was no smoke or hint of smoke in the room. He was not interested in leaving the desk, and promptly told me that I had broken policy and that I needed to leave. Not only was he rude, but very unprofessional about the situation. Completely unfounded and just goes straight to "you need to pack your things and leave sir". So I went and checked in at the red roof inn and chatted with the front desk lady over there. Come to find out that they have a reputation for doing that I to people, and Scottish Inn (right across the street) is known for partying and drugs. People, if your considering staying here because of the price, buyer beware. You get what you pay for. I'd recommend the red roof inn which is a 5 min walk from this POS place. Much nicer rooms, a better pet policy (no extra fee for pets) and staff who aren't there just because it's a paycheck. I will NEVER consider a stay here again. I will update this review with how the refund situation plays out.

Just went to visit a friend who was staying there, didn't stay myself… Not the nicest place overall. Friend's room was mostly clean/maintained, but had large carpet stains, yellowed wallpaper, etc. Plus the hallways reeked of weed. There were employees at the front desk when I walked in but they didn't even look up/acknowledge me. This wasn't a big deal because I wasn't a customer, nor did I need assistance, but from a customer's point of view that would be a little unsettling — that literally anyone could just walk in and go right up the elevator without a word. All in all, certainly not the worst hotel I've ever seen but definitely not a place I'll be staying myself.

Place is fine for an overnight stay. It was clean but there was no iron or ironing board in the room and the bath fan didn't work. Could use an update on the decor desperately. The location is great though with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby including a Starbucks which you'll need because what they offer can't be called coffee or real breakfast.

Had a comfortable experience here. The place is clean and comfy. I loved how cool it was and the breakfast in the morning. Staff is also really friendly. Only thing I don't like is that the lady that serves the breakfast and cleans up that area watches you with hawk eyes.

I would avoid this place at all costs unless you're trying to solicit a prostitute or drugs. One of the nights I stayed here had a Prostitute mistakenly knocking on my door. The first floor has the smoking rooms and the second floor is no smoking rooms. Really dumb considering that smoke rises, and my room smelled like cigarettes the whole time I was there because some degenerate didn't have the decency to walk outside to smoke. I would have liked to open my window for some fresh air but the screen was broken so that wasn't an option. Like other people have said in their reviews the shower has very low water pressure. The breakfast is terrible, just cold cereal and mini bagels. The only redeeming quality of this place is that it's in a good location with plenty of shopping/food nearby. Don't stay here unless you have no other option.

Not the best, but not the worst either. Decent for the price. Continental breakfast in the morning.

Towels were really small for some reason. Building repair state was a little shabby but not unexpected for the low rate. Everything else was pretty alright. Hope you like a giant mirror taking up the a whole wall in the room.

Stayed in a handicap accessible room. The room didn't have some pretty basic amenities, and the shower was pretty pathetic. It was adequate and we got a good deal on price but I wouldn't recommend it.

I left my iPhone 6 here one night during the holidays. The same morning I checked out, I contacted the hotel to tell them I had left the phone in my room. One lady, an employee, mentioned that they would put the phone in the lost & found. I tracked my phone and it went from the hotel to a short distance away from the hotel. I assumed it was at either this "lost & found" or an employee's residence, because it's more likely an employee would live near the hotel rather than a guest. I called a day or two later and the same lady who answered the phone told me they never found a phone and couldn't help me. I filed an insurance claim for a new phone, and during the setup, I found three other Apple IDs that I never had seen before somehow linked to my Apple ID. Besides that, the room was dirty, the walls were stained, and the breakfast bar was awful.

Nice place. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff.

I only give them one star because none is not an option. I found a hand full of dirty needles in my room and they decided that 10% off should cover the fact that I may have been stuck by one. For your own safety don't stay here.

Housekeeping staff were excellent. They were very diligent in keeping the room clean. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast area was very clean. Overall rooms were nice.

Worst place to stay. The front desk receptionist was very rude apon check in. Then we get to the room and wow the walls had brown stuff on them on both sides of the bed, the sheets had stains on them. When we went to turn on the bathroom sink the handle came off in my hand. Will only stay there if I am desperate.

I came with my family to this trap. The worst hotel I have ever been in. The walls are dirty, the room smelled like cigarettes and there was a sign that said non smoker. The AC was old and rusty. Don't expect a pool. I was very uncomfortable I I checked for bedbugs but my body was itchy all night. It was mental. Don't come here. This is motel quality.

My husband has stayed there 7 nights in 3 weeks due to the bad weather. Clean room, pleasant staff. Only one complaint-they will not give any kind of discount.

Room was small. And the smell of smoke was everywhere.

I did not stay the whole night, the smell in the room was horrid, it smelled like a sewer full of dead bodies. It was a handicap room at the end of the hall on the first floor. On the left side of the bed the carpet was soaking wet and that whole left corner of the room was a puddle of slimy water. The curtains were torn and the bed had metal springs that you could feel through the top of the mattress. The lighting was also horrid. I will never stay there again. I can't believe that I spend more than ninety dollars for that dump.

Don't believe its pet friendly I bring my cat and caught Hell it was booked thought Expedia they were helpful on the other hand this hotel I would never recommend to anyone there is one person that works then lets just call her R she kept on asking for money for the pack and yet she wanted me to leave she harassed me 20 thumb down to be continued I need to do something about this as being a guest in that raggedy ass hotel something needs to happen they treated me unfairly I am going to call the Better Business Bureau and find out what else I can do.

Ok, in all fairness, I did NOT stay here. I had reservations to stay here. Based on the other reviews, It looked like a good place to stay for the money. So I made my reservations. As luck would have it, I now no longer need to stay there. So I went to cancel my reservation. I called the number for this hotel. Phone rang about 20 times. No Answer. So I called the main number to cancel reservation. An operator answered who had a hard time speaking in clear English (possibly oriental in origin). I am not complaining about foreigners, just that it makes it difficult when you cannot understand what is being said. Anyway in the process of canceling, she offered to "Reschedule" my hotel room. I thanked her politely but declined, So she offered to help me find a car rental. Again, I politely declined. Then I was offered a discount on a future reservation and she could transfer me to someone to discuss it. Again (maybe not as politely) I declined. Before I got my cancellation number, that was at least 2 more "Up Sell" attempts. Ok. I am CANCELING my reservation, why are you trying to "UP SELL" me on something. I would have considered using Knights Inn again in the future, but now I am thinking twice about it. So I waited for the email confirmation of my cancellation. When it finally comes, it is confirming my reservation and there was NOTHING about the cancellation (other than their standard cancellation policy blurb). So I called again just to be sure.

The hotel was quite decent for the money u pay. They have clean rooms and bath. Breakfast was a good spread. We primarily wanted to halt the night and get going after breakfast the next morning. This place proved good for our needs.

Great location near shopping and food. Everyone in the staff was nice and helpful. The Wi-Fi was helpful. Would stay again.
