The actual place is clean and rather nice. Beds were comfy, free options included weren't bad… But the staff we ran into were quite rude… I guess they thought we were out of ear-shot and started talking quite rudely about myself and partner which caused us to even bail on buying the breakfast that didn't look too bad. Kinda ruined the stay for us : (

I stayed at the Hilton garden inn for a wedding and had a great experience. The shuttle driver was very courteous and friendly. The room was clean and we had everything we needed.

Very pleased with our experience here. Very clean, front desk and breakfast staff were very nice. Pros: Clean Very nice rooms Very nice staff Con: The pool was a bit dirty but another guest had said the day before this it was perfectly clear, so i'm assuming they were working on it. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Plus, theres a lot of shopping around. Thanks for a great stay!

Decent hotel. Bed was too bouncy. Evertime my wife or I moved, the other felt it. Ac needs work. It comes on and you feel like you are in a blast chiller. We had to put a chair in front of it to deflect the air. The tub was narrow. I had to position myself at an angle to shower and I was concerned about slipping. It seemed like the bottom wasn't flat. We didn't eat there. The coffee in the lobby was weak.

Decent location close to lots of shopping. Hotel was very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend it to my friends.

First time staying at Hilton Garden Inn Allentown. We would highly recommend staying at this location. Staff is very friendly. Room was one of the best we have ever stayed and very clean. Beds very comfortable, wish we had them at home. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Best accessible room I've ever stayed in. 2 queen beds, microwave, fridge, couch. Very clean. Huge main room, roll in shower & bath seat installed in very large bathroom. Friendly staff, easy free parking. Walking distance to 2 rsstaurants plus restaurant in hotel and limited room service. Recommend!

Nice hotel with wonderful staff. The lobby is very nice and modern however I think the rooms look old and they need some remodeling to fit with the lobby style. There is an indoor pool and spa. The gratuities are not included for the breakfast so please make sure to tip your server.

I prefer no to share. Very interesting hotel -So loud noise in room 134… above mechanical room. It was hard to sleep. -No Wi-Fi in third floor. -treadmills out of order. -cold water at 7:30 am… ran out of hot water. Was not fun shower. — but they are very nice people… this is why I decided to stay…

Great stay! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern and very comfortable. Lobby has a bar and food area. The breakfast was very good with options. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Great location, lot of options in walking distance.

Hotel water pressure and temperature were variable and on the low/cold side. Beds were okay, but pillows lost fluff quickly. The heater control is still analog and causes the heater to turn on/off regularly. And it's loud. Haven't had a great night's sleep here.

This has a relatively easy on/off to Airport Rd, right near the airport. The staff are very friendly. I like that they have Coca-Cola products. The room I was in is pretty large and the bed is comfortable. I think it is a queen. The toilet flushes twice, which is a bit odd. Breakfast isn't overwhelmingly good but it suffices. They do have guest appreciation nights. I would stay here again.

Second time staying at this hotel. Convenient to everything including old Bethlehem and the Sands casino. Great staff great breakfast service in lobby. Worth repeat visit!

Wonderful staff. Comfortable environment. Clean rooms. I have stayed here two times and both were exceptional.

My family and I use that hotel every Thanksgiving weekend for the past four or five years. We fully enjoy our time there. The gym area could use some expansion but suits a quick set or two.

Front desk on Saturday afternoon helped us check in quickly to dress and get to a local wedding. Cleaning staff had rushed to prep our room. The desk clerk checked that we were satisfied. This hotel upholds the standard we expect whenever we stay at a Hilton Garden Inn. Breakfast Sunday morning was friendly and very good.

This is a standard Hilton Garden Inn. The front desk person was playing a game on their cell phone as I was trying to get keys for my room. It felt like I bothered them. I The review would have gotten 1 or 2 stars but what saved it for me was the shuttle service to and from the LVHN VIA marathon start. The hotel manager got us all to the shuttle 6:00 in the morning, gave us her business cards and told that we can call her anytime if we need something. She was very sincere. My wife and our kids stayed back. They said the breakfast was ok. They got a very good discount so, it was fairly priced. I would stay here again.

We spent two nights while visiting nearby Allentown Fair and Rascal Flatts concert. Upon our late night arrival, we were welcomed by ISAAC at the front desk. He is terrific! He was friendly and helpful and kind to wish me a happy birthday! Our accommodations were clean, quiet and comfortable. We would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn at Allentown Airport.

The first "non-smoking" room (228) we were in reeked of cigarette smoke. The staff was very accommodating and quickly put us in another room. The room was very nice and and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was nothing special, especially for the $6.00 "check-in" special rate. Nothing there you could not get at a Hampton Inn for free, except a made to order omlette. It was not a $6.00 omelette!

The rooms and service are both great, as well as the location because it's right by a bunch of shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean with comfy beds and controllable air and the bathroom is clean with everything stocked. The service is efficient and did a great job every morning. The only issue is that there is no complementary breakfast and the one offered it $10, which is just something I'm not used to at a hotel. It was okay, though, because there are plenty of breakfast restaurants across the street.

Great customer service. Pool inside is nice and the sauna. My son had a blast here for his birthday.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Very busy due to lacrosse tournament. Everything was good.

The hotel backs to a trucking company. Semis coming and going 24/7. Very loud. Do not expect to actually sleep here.

No complaints. Staff is friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious. I've stayed here 20+ times with zero negative experiences.

Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Location isn't great and really would only be recommended if you need to be near the airport. Surrounded by shopping centers, parking lots, and a handful of mediocre restaurants. Thankfully my room was opposite of the 4 lane highway about 50ft in front of the hotel. While I didn't have issues with sound myself, some colleagues have complained about it when in rooms on the highway side. For a quick overnighter after landing or just before take off, it's a fine hotel. Anything more than that I'd recommend venturing into the city.

Outdated, only free Wi-Fi if you sign up for Hilton Honours, the bath was like a bath fitter from the mall. The front desk was very good, other than that they need to update everything else.

It was OK. Everything costs extra. $11 for breakfast buffet. My room faced the back of a warehouse and I heard trucks hooking and unhooking trailers most of the night.

A fantastic stay. Best hotel breakfast in the business!

The room key works a single time, so you need to walk around the building with you bags, or down to the lobby to get keys reprogramed…

The staff is extremely help. And for 5 dollars you can get breakfast all you can eat. This is my second time here and I will come back.

The front desk staff was GREAT! Was very surprised and not in a good way with the rest. I stay at HGI's all over the country and this is the first one without a full service restaurant in the evenings. The breakfast choices were also limited compared to other locations. I left my towels on the floor indicating that I wanted fresh towels (normal hotel proto). The towels were however picked up and hung on the towel rack. On my second morning, I went down to breakfast and ordered "to go" so I could return to my room. The waitress was professional, however when I went to hand her the signed check, a gentleman from the back room came up and started hanging all over her. This was very unprofessional on his part. I believe I will stay at another location my next visit.

A little rough around the edges for a HGI. Furniture in room was wobbly. Bathtub drained very slowly. Front desk staff appeared to be poorly trained and not at the level of professionalism found at other HGIs or similar Hilton franchises. It was like I was inconveniencing desk clerk's conversation with co-worker, to check in.

Stayed here for two nights with my wife and two kids. We spent the weekend going to the Crayola factory in Easton, PA and also up for the day to the indoor water park at the Split Rock Resort in the Poconos. The location is great. Right near highway Rt. 22. There was a Red Robin and another restaurant Chess and Checkers right next door to the hotel. Both good places to go eat. The hotel was just like any other Hilton Garden Inn I have been to before. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub was nice. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok, not great. We had gotten the Bed & Breakfast deal, so breakfast was free each day. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

This was the first time I tried this hotel and a Staybridge having always used the Holiday Inn across the road before. Definitely a big step up from the Holiday Inn. Rooms are clean, bright and well equipped with a kitchenette area. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast is included and is basic but adequate. Each weekday evening they have a mini free buffet — food was not much to write home about but free beer (and soft drinks) on tap! Next door is a Bostons which give 10% discount upon presentation of room key.

My Hilton Honors reservation was ready and waiting when I arrived. The staff was always friendy and willing to offer help. Fast breakfast service with excellent choices. I was waiting for the front desk receptionist to grab my complimentary bottle water when a kitchen staff saw my voucher, came back and said "Here, have 2 bottles". Rooms were clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. (There is a pool and hot tub).
