Really enjoyed my stay. The staff was attentive and spoke when you are leaving and returning. The room was extremely spacious with a quaint living space, although it was unused due to my schedule. Unfortunately while I stayed I didn't vist the pool or work out center. Even though the location is across the street from Dorney Park it was surprisingly relaxing and quit during the day and night. Overall this Hotel is great for family or like me great for business trips.

First time visitor. Staff was courtious and helpful. Check in was easy. Had continental breakfast with a variety of foods. Had an issue with my room card and it was taken care of quickly. Pool was a little cold but otherwise if was nice. My sister had a issue in her room and was quickly to another room and they comped her 2 days for her inconvenience. I thought that was nice. Will Gladly recommend to others.

Room was fine, clean and comfortable beds and a nice shower and TV. After returning to our room that night, our rooms still weren't cleaned (which wasn't a big deal). Staff were pretty helpful and friendly, check in and check out was quick. The only complaint I'd have is the breakfast which was not very good, I'd recommend going to a nearby restaurant for breakfast. If you're just looking for a place you can comeback to and get a good night's sleep, Comfort Suites is a reliable choice.

The location was convenient if you're going North and surprisingly quiet for being across from an amusement park. Staff is friendly. The most memorable part of the room is the giant tub, which will apparently be replaced "in long-term" as the sign on the bathroom door states.

Me and my family booked a reservation for this hotel 3 days in advance from their website. On our way to the hotel we get a call from the manager saying that the hotel is sold out. How the hell do you charge me for a room and then call me a few minutes before my arrival and tell me you are sold out. Absolutely ridiculous! This hotel certainly does not know how to deal with customers. I will never go to a hotel made by this chain ever again. If I could I would give 0 stars!

Good price for the room provided in this locality. The staff is friendly. The attached restaurant has a decent selection is above par for an "attached" restaurant.

This hotel need renovation asap. For the price not worth the saying "dont let the bed bugs bite"… sorry. Comfort suits other place id stay. But not this anymore. Too pricey.

Rooms were veey nice and spacious. We had 2 queen beds. Room had coffee pot, microwave, & fridge. Pool is very nice though we didn't get to use it I accept that was very clean and staff was super friendly breakfast was also delicious very happy with our stay we would recommend and stay again.

We love staying at the Comfort Suites. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Over the weekend, I stayed in room 406 and it reeked strongly of cigarette smoke. Although the hotel claimed the room was a nonsmoking room, it smelt as though someone smoked a carton of cigarettes in the room immediately before I arrived. When the bathroom vent turned on, the cigarette-smoke odor became even stronger. On a more positive note, the front desk clerk was polite.

There was a problem with tge ordering last night way overpriced and way too expensive and I know that there's a "VOID" button on the computerized register at the restaurant. And also ibwent for breakfast in the morning and there was no milk for the cereal. Then a false alarm fire alarm went off this morning at 5:30 am.

Well equipped and quiet room. Pillow and bed really comfortable. A less good for breakfast or the appliance to make the waffles and pancakes did not work… a little disappointed.

Blanca was super nice and helpful but the hotel was dreary and was surrounded by a concrete jungle and super food. Might be better in the summer and still confidently located for college vists and such.

The beds seem to be ok but the bathroom had hair in the tub on the floor and the toilet from previous guest. Limited toilet paper in bathroom but they took the time to shape into cute little triangles.

Reasonable price. Nice rooms. Attached restaurant. Pleasant staff.

On 3/4/18 my son and I stayed overnight due to a power outage from a snow storm on 3/2/18. We weathered the cold with no power or heat for 2&1/2 days but on the 3rd day we had to leave our apartment as the landlord was shutting off all water so pipes wouldn't freeze. We checked out the following morning at 9am. The next morning at home we realized we had been bitten all over our bodies from flea bites. My son was the worse than I. We have no pets and aren't allowed to have any in our apartment complex. There is no excuse for this. This is unacceptable. If you allow pets then make sure the room is cleaned thoroughly and defleaed. Never will I return.

The hotel was nice. The room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend.

It was cheap and something old but the people were super friendly!

I’m a pretty easy going person and don’t expect the world out of any hotel, but I do expect the room to be clean. There were stains on the chairs and carpet, and the shower was clearly not cleaned. Front desk staff was nice, but would have preferred to pay extra to stay somewhere cleaner.

We stay here when visiting our daughter at college. Convenient location. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Breakfast is good. Plenty of parking. Staff friendly and efficient.

Clean and friendly service. Good water pressure in the showers and no complaints. Nice and quiet.

For the most part Hotel was fine. However room was a little bit dated and carpet looked old and dirty with some cigarette Burns. Also the couch was kind of worn, the material on the arm of it was cracked and worn out. Not exactly a first class Hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bar is nice enough. The bartender was friendly and food was good.

Was on a second floor room. Our room was not our original reservation room, that was given to someone else. My wife and daughter checked in around 10 at night, but the hotel was informed of that ahead of time, family had to wait for a new room to be prepped, and ready for guests. We had some lighting issues, only part of the room lit up. Otherwise everything was fine, good breakfast option. Room was spacious, plenty of space to park my scooter. Curious as to why the bottle opener is located in the bathroom.

The place is old and showing it’s age. Staff is not very attentive, especially housekeeping. It is obvious that they could care less about doing a thorough job. The AC in our room did not do a good job keeping the room even cool, let alone cold. There were long hairs on the “clean” towels, no linens for the pullout sofa, and only half a roll of toilet paper left, with the other dispenser empty.

I've stayed here several times over the past year. Everytime has been pleasant enough for me, but I do not like the bar attached. There are always cigarette butts about the front door and it stinks like smoke because of it. Creepy drunks hang out out front and often stare you down as you approach the only entrance. The rooms could use a bit of updating, but they are nice and clean. The staff are pleasant and accommodating, and the breakfast is decent. The price vastly fluxuates daily, but the other hotels in this area do as well. I'm not sure why. They would get more stars from me if they closed the lobby bar.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. Coffee is served 24 hours and there is a new pool. The front desk staff are some of the friendliest I have met. The quality of the breakfast wasn't great, but it was complimentary. The bathroom in our room was slightly dirty. I like that they are starting to incorporate eco-friendly practices.

Staff was wonderful and the location is amazing in relation to Dorney Park. Fast check in and the breakfast was more than adequate. The room needs some improving rho. The tubs are old Jacuzzis that have mold growing in the jets; needs to be updated badly. Super yucky. But clean sheets, bedding etc… A dated property overall.

Our Airbnb host cancelled on us last minute and we had to make last minute arrangements in Allentown, and the Comfort Suites hotel was very accommodating. However, when we arrived late (1am), we were given a key card to our room and when we opened the door, we found ourselves intruding on a sleeping couple who were understandably both terrified and furious. Apparently they had been given our room when they had complained about noise near the lobby, and it had not been recorded. Imagine how guilty we felt, scaring them half to death! The late-night hotel receptionist was friendly and apologetic, but neither we nor they were offered any recompense as a result of this embarrassing mishap. We were finally given an empty room, which was clean, and we were just relieved after a long day at work to have a place to lay our heads. Breakfast was forgettable "school cafeteria" food.

If possible I would give zero stars. Lobby is nice but not the rooms. Rooms had burnt cigarette marks on pillow cases as well as hair balls in between the blankets. Won't be surprised if there were bed bugs.

We only used this hotel as a short stop while heading home from Baltimore. It was clean and had friendly service. The free breakfast was sub-par at best. They did have some gluten free options, but the eggs looked oddly fake so we skipped them. For a quick stay, it was fine.

Where do I start, stayed at this hotel this past weekend for 4 nights and had a horrible experience. Our first night I inspected the room as I always do at any hotel I stay in, the room was very dusty. Thank God I already had my Lysol disinfecting wipes and spray so I was able to wipe the room down and spray our bed (which I shouldn't have to do if it was properly cleaned). The bathroom shower curtain smelled like old urine and the frig was dirty too. The Next morning we went to breakfast in the lobby (it was not good at all) and was too packed, got back to the room took my shower and upon me putting lotion on my arms came across a tick attached to my arm (it was not there before). My husband was able to remove it but it left me traumatized the rest of my stay. We contacted the manager (he never returned our call) but the front desk was very apologetic and gave us another room and reimbursed us one night stay. My overall experience is that I would never stay here again if it wasn't a holiday weekend and a lot of hotels were booked we would have left that day. They need to keep this hotel more cleaner.

Really chill place. You can drink at the bar late. The bartender is kinda rude. The little store they have inside is expensive. They sell a cup of Roman noodles for 3$ apple juice off 4$ water bottle (not the good kind even) 2$. The rooms are nice. I would stay here again.

This was the nicest hotel that we have stayed at during the past few years. Rooms were updated and clean. Front desk was friendly and helpful. We definatively will be returning.

We were very impressed, the rooms were clean comfortable and spacious, the breakfast was very good. It is not gourmet quality, but the cheese omelets actually have cheese in them albeit yellow processed cheese, they give you a choice of bacon or sausage, waffles and danish. The service was good, the people courteous. For under 100.00 per night we would definitely go back.

Really nice rooms. Rooms well equipped and breakfast is amazing for being included! Beds are comfortable, everything was clean in our room and had a special touch. Welcoming to our kids too!

Having had a two night stay at this fantastic hotel last weekend (Jan 15-17th 2016) I suggest that anyone looking for a clean, well run, friendly staffed hotel book this hotel before they are full. The breakfast is hot including fresh bagels, danish and of course waffles are all included for all guests. Various juice along with coffee and tea ensure there is something for everyone. FIVE stars to this great hotel.

Absolutely recommend this hotel! From the moment we stepped in the room I knew this would be a great visit. NO… I mean NO smell of old cigarettes! That's a five star right there! Then the couch that pulls out to a bed… The kids actually fought on who would sleep on it! My daughter won, and said it was the best night of sleep she's had in a long time. My son slept on his own queen and me the same. We all slept really well and it was incredibly comfortable! We needed and extra pillow and my daughter called down and the woman was there in less than 5 minutes. She was tipped with my daughters allowance… That's how appreciative she was. The next morning we made it to breakfast. We stayed here before and slept right through it. The waffles were great! Later in the day, instead of taking the shuttle, we walked across the street to Dorney park. It was to save the $20 it cost to park. The walk is simple for those of you going. Not to sure about having a stroller though. The shuttle is only $3, but you're at the mercy of their schedule and we like to do vacation things on the whim so we only took it over the first day. I know this is long, but it's truly a great hotel and the renovations they made in the year between our stays was great. I can't wait to stay there again. (we stayed in the NYC Comfort Inn was just as great! ).

Love this hotel the bed are amazing also the pillows dont forget about the room is big and clean and were going to dorney park were you can see the view.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I am a frequent traveler working with hospitals meaning the cleanliness is very important for me. The lobby is beautiful. Workers are attentive and supportive. There is a restaurant on-site with free breakfast. It is very rare for hotels with restaurant to offer complimentary breakfast; this one does. The location is also perfect, easy access to my work with free and ample parking. The rooms are clean, and the Internet is fast.

Looked this hotel up online prior to staying for business for 3 weeks. Upon arrival I knew the 4.5 stars were a JOKE! The rooms are not updated at all! My bathroom was terrible, blood stains on the shower curtain, shower and toilet with paint droppings on it. The floor was not grouted properly just a poor poor appearance. The staff was just ok. There was a bug in my room which it took the front desk 10 minutes to address. Stating "can't leave the desk, I'm the only one here" I could care less if you don't have anyone to man the desk as there is a BUG in my room. You should want to address this issue. Had to call down three times. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am sure they get the business as it is right across from Dorney Park. SO disliked this place.

During our recent stay at Comfort Suites in Allentown PA, our great experience began during the check-in process with Amanda Bumbera. It was our first visit to this hotel chain and we weren't really sure what to expect. Amanda was professional, friendly and informative, and made us feel like we were welcome and part of the family. We travel often and will now make a point of considering Comfort Suites as our first choice, where possible.

Large, clean suite, plenty of room, VERY quiet, clean, nice breakfast, nice staff — this was our second time staying here, and the service and quality was very consistent even though one of our arrivals was in the middle of the night. We will continue to stay here on our trips out east.

Loved it! The hotel has just been upgraded. I asked the staff about the upgrades and they said everything in the hotel has been upgraded in the last 6 months! The Lobby was beautiful and the staff was welcoming! Check in was really easy and when I got up to my room I was surprised at how spacious the suites were! I had two Queen beds and a living room area with a sofa and dining table for two. The pillows and comforter were really soft and comfortable! I slept really well which normally doesn't happen when I am away from home. In the morning the breakfast buffet had eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and everything else you could think of! I traveled for work this time but I would definitely bring my family back to stay at this Comfort Suites in Allentown! Great Job.
