Everything was awesome from start to finish. The place is very clean, friendly staff, and it's right off the highway close to downtown. We will definitely stay here again. Set in a quaint spot away from traffic.

I Stayed here with my family. The hotel is clean, quiet and family friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing anf refreshing. We enjoyed the breakfast, coffee, pool and hot tub. The hotel is a 5 minute drive to dorney park.

Nice hotel, a little outdated in the bathrooms and stairwells. Jets on hot tub didn't work. Bed was super comfy, nice breakfast, and clean and spacious room.

Overall a decent hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Small imperfections but priced reasonable. The free breakfast is not so good. Waited over 30 minutes for a waffle. Safe traveling for you all.

We had 2 rooms on the 3rd floor, each with 2 queen beds. They were very clean and comfortable, had nice TVs with many channels, and larger mini-refrigerators. The service was impeccable. Every time we needed anything, all staff were more than happy to oblige. The person in charge of the breakfast area was so gracious and wonderful and there were MANY breakfast options! Our only complaints were the cleanliness of the pool area and maybe that the eggs were too salty. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!

Currently staying here… The best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel! The beds are like home and the pillows are wonderful! The staff is spectacular and very helpful! The pool gym and hot tub are a great inclusion! I suggest this place to anyone!

Pretty rough experience. We had high hopes at check-in, until we were charged a second for a pre-paid room. That was fixed shortly after. In our FIRST room the AC was busted and would only recirculate air. They moved us down a floor and the SECOND room had long black hairs on the bed and bathroom, broken tiles, and the Whirlpool tub was missing a plug (rendering it useless). In our THIRD room everything was fine, but we had then moved from the top quiet floor to the bottom loud floor. In the morning, breakfast was supposed to start at 6. We rolled out of bed and waited until 6:30 to go out. To our surprise there was no breakfast staff (never showed up) and one poor overnight staff guy was running around trying to figure anything out. He managed to get some bagels out, but around 7 we had to be on the road and ended up leaving. We typically stay at Best Westerns and decided to venture out of our comfort zone; needless to say that won’t happen again.

I would rate — 5 stars. I can't believe they put someone in this room! Wet washcloth left on top of shower from previous guest? Gross! Mold in the shower they couldn't bother bleaching. No toilet paper holder, everyone just has to handle it when they go? And more… see photos. Won't ever be staying here again or recommending.

It is a very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a real good breakfast. They are close to the highway easy access. It is very clean.

Birthday party event… pool was small incredible hot. Hotel itself was fairly nice looking it is in a run down area off the main highway. Inside lobby was nice the have a what looks like dinning area with a coffee bar area. Did not see amenities in rooms. Older people were hogging the hot tub and not letting birthday party kids in saying its adult time go away. The staff was notified and they told the group they cannot say who uses hot tub. But the group still didn’t let the teens in and disrespected hotel staff. Personally I would only stay at the hotel if I was traveling and needs a little quick stop. It is not a high end establishment by any means. Give it a try you results may vary. Thanks.

I've stayed at this hotel before. On this particular visit which was a 7 day stay everything was fine except for the cleaning service. I was surprised that it was pretty inadequate, besides making the beds it often seemed like nothing else was done. Towels were out and left on the chair where I had put them to dry while usually I expect that they are moved to the bathroom and folded, whether or not I am given new ones. Sometimes towels that I had left on the floor of the bathroom specifically so that they would be replaced were simply left there, though they brought more new towels so I ended up having way more towels than necessary. The room also had a problem in that the bathroom door would not close, and therefore cannot be locked, which was somewhat uncomfortable as I was staying with a friend. I had reported it to the lobby staff and they promised to send someone to repair it but that never happened, I didn't bring it up again because I was very busy and couldn't be bothered. Perhaps it was because I had asked on Easter Sunday, but even if they didn't fix it that day, they could have fixed it some other day.

Yooo Im so pissed off right now. I go to this hotel with plans on staying the weekend. Long story Short, 230am I get out the shower, lay down, 5mins later my left side has 4 bite marks. Immediately I get up, inspected in the bed, and what do I find? What appears to be a “Bed Bug” so I go to the teller inform them. They give me another room I go in the room to inspect I check the Bed Immediately, what do I find? Management said they had to investigate I got pictures of both bugs and the bite marks.

Overall it's a nice place to stay for the money. No frills but a good breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Nice sized parking lot if you have a larger vehicle or are pulling an RV. Easy on and off the highway too.

I recently stayed her with the family for a weekend getaway. The staff was very friendly and informative. We spent tons of time in the hot tub and pool. I think the room was decent but the bathroom needs a makeover. It looked very used and unclean.

We enjoyed the stay for the most part. The pool was freezing, and the heater in our worked when it wanted to. But the staff was amazing. When I booked my reservation the women I spoke to was so nice. I wish I would have gotten her name.

Mold was the first smell that met me at the door. I made the reservation mainly for the whirlpool in room and the pool; however we got there at a time when no hot water was available and the pool was closed. Later on, the hot water was fixed but only my pre-teen was eager enough to get in that murky pool. (I made him shower longer than usual when he got back to the room! ). One saving grace was the morning breakfast: Very tasty, hot, and the coffee couldn't be anymore perfect! I felt a bit sad for the woman who was replenishing the items in the breakfast room; she had no help and was running back and forth like a horse. The location was too isolated for me; couldn't walk to anything closeby. Isn't a place I will visit again.

The rooms were very cozy! My only complaint would be that the walls are fairly thin and you can hear the guests staying in other rooms. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and worh the price!

Location is good. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Whole Foods is just 5 min away. 2 ski resorts within 40 min. Friendly desk staff. Rooms need updating. Not terribly dirty, but not very clean either.

Great location very close to a highway exit. Room was nice sized and clean. Only complaint were noisy neighbors the hotel had no control over.

Hotel was ok, but I hoped for more emotions. I booked 2 rooms for me with family and for friends with family. We checked earlier than they, so I ask women on reception two rooms close together. When friends came two hours later, there was another women and she said that no room close to my room. They they were 10 rooms from us. In their room the microwave and fan was broken, so they need to come in our room with some food and drying hair. We said that on reception, they just said "ok". The pillows were not comfortable, so cheep. The pool was really cold, so my husband and son didn't want to go in, so they went to very hot jacuzzi and wet their feet. The hotel looked old and stuck in the time. Need renovation and fresh paint. One thing that we like it is coffee and tea 24 hours in lobby.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Upon check in, the staff met us with a smile and answered all of our questions. The breakfast was yummy with something for everyone. We will definitely be staying again. Jeannette and Ethal treated us like family!

Paid $139 for a night. Room was what you would expect form a budget hotel. Some mold on the bathroom door. The walls were worn and a little dirty. The mattress was comfy and the pillows were okay. The free breakfast was adequate. In all I would say this is a bit over priced.

I woke up at 3 am, and worked in the sun all day, an hour and a half from home. Wasn't in the attitude that the front desk had to offer. Internet is terrible, shower head was broken. Rooms were decent other than that.

My cable box was connected to the light switch circuit, so I couldn't watch TV before bed. People also smoked outside my room, and the AC unit didn't filter it out enough to make it clean. Could smell a faint smell of smoke throughout my stay. Bed was comfy, but that was about it.

We enjoyed our stay. Friendly people and staff. Pool area was big and fun for kids but there were towels laying all around and people's clothes so it didn't seem like it had been cleaned.

I like this hotel a lot. It's convenient location off the interstate make it ideal for stopping during a busy traffic time or to refresh before taking on Jersey. Great breakfast in the morning, but gotta have delivery to get any other meal. The staff are friendly and very helpful, it is always a pleasure.

We got there for the exact check in time, which is 3:00 p. M. And our rooms where not ready until 4:45 p. M. The first room we got the AC was not working, and it smelled. The second room was much better. The first night at the pool the lights kicked off, so we was swimming in the dark for an hour. The water was cold, but it was very hot outside so we didn't care about the pool being too cold. Nevertheless the kids enjoyed themselves. I felt bad for the one employee that was there, he was trying his best to accommodate everyone. There should be atleast another staff member with the night shift crew. The breakfast is best described as "what you pay for is what you get". The hotel is some what clean. The only plus side is its a 5 minutes drive to Dorney Park, and the water pressure in the bathroom is amazing. It wasn't what I was use too, but it was ok… I cannot say it was a 4 or 5 star rating, but it was fair for a two days stay.

We stayed for 2 nights and never will come back to this hotel. The door of the bathroom was warped and moldy, another room we had was given a plunger to deal with a clogged toilet themselves because there was no matinance on duty… The third room we had had pubic hair in the tub which we had to remove. In order to lock our door for the night we had to physically lift our door in order to get it to lock. The pool had 2 working lights. Housekeeping did not come and clean the rooms while we were gone and we ended up having to go to the front desk looking for toilet paper and fresh towels. There were also several lights that did not work in the rooms we had rented. The ice machine on our floor was out of order which forced us to go to another looking for ice, and that machine was so overworked that it barely did anything. This was probably one of the worst experiences of our trip. We definitely will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating, downfalls were beds were absolutely horrible, I would invest in new mattress and comforters, our comforters were dirty, mattresses were unbearable to sleep, stayed 2 nights and I'm exhausted because I slept horrible on the beds. Had a hole in the wall by the window. Our friends room had a tick crawling on clean towels in the bathroom. Your cleaning staff need to clean the tvs off with right material, tvs in many rooms were streaked. Just the beds alone I won't be staying again, guests should get good night's rest and we certainly didn't and a lot of our groups who had rooms said the same. And the elevators weren't working last night so everyone in hotel had to use the stairs. Thank god they worked when we checked out. Shower curtains won't stay where they are supposed too they slide to the middle so water goes everywhere. Very disappointed and I hate that I spent my money on this hotel.

Nice rooms. Pool water was way too cold but the kids all loved it. Staff was polite and friendly except for the woman at the desk this morning. I think she's probably better suited in a different position, her customer service skills were very much lacking. Breakfast was decent and well stocked. Could see Dorney park from our room but we were there after having gone tubing. Easy to get to from Blue Mountain.

Couple of plumbing issues and the towels are rather coarse. Otherwise, nice. Breakfast is good, has all the amenities you would expect.

Not bad, clean rooms, good price… staff member (middle aged woman at front desk) couldn't be bothered by our needs however which was annoying. It was quite clear she would've rather been somewhere else… Likely a flea market or Nascar race I'd guess. The younger women that greeted us the night before were great (Alexa I think) though.

Used this hotel for our wedding guests from out of town. They were very accommodating and the process for getting a room block was vey simple and straight forward.

We had a pleasant one-night stay here and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Better than most choices in the area. Free breakfast included and reasonable rates. No complaints!

Had an unexpected stay last week due to a business trip. The hotel was in the middle of some serious renovations, outside and inside, even though I had to duck under a ladder, the construction crew was so friendly and nice, and the Hotel staff was very accommodating. My stay was not interrupted and even got to enjoy the pool, gym, and breakfast. I have stayed in hotels before when remodeling was going on but I never had one of the remodeling crew offer to help me with my bags! Good job Wingate! you made the best of a situation you could not control! I will be back to see the progress! Also, I was so pleased to learn that the hotel had hired a local company to do the work instead of outsourcing. Points for the Wingate Manager for hiring local and keeping jobs in the Lehigh Valley.

Clean room, comfortable bed, considerate staff at checking in gave me a room that was sure to be quiet. It was. Breakfast buffet had good variety. Location just off Route 78 was very easy to find. Gas stations and restaurants a mile or two away. I was there two nights.

The rooms were clean and facility spectacular, but more than anything, the staff, especially Rita, were very helpful in straightening me up. They were courteous, kind and helpful, with some personal family matters. Rita went above and beyond and out of her way to make sure not only my stay but also my personal family business matters, that I was in town for, were taken care of promptly and respectfully by the front desk staff; especially Rita. But also would like to send a big thank you to Amy, who was very informative and helpful in making future reservations. I recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and personal touch. A clean place with big rooms and awesome friendly staff, right from housekeeping to the general manager, always eager to help you to make your stay absolutely comfortable. Highly recmmended.

We had a quiet and relaxing night here after a long day on the road. Room was clean, staff was very friendly, and check-in and check-out was a breeze. Wi-fi signal was strong in our room. Much better than I expected for the price. Would stay here again.
