Pool and hot tub are decent. Nice new tvs in the rooms and clean bedding.

Stayed her a couple times its pretty quiet decent price!

They’re going through a fairly significant remodel now. Should look great in a month or 2…

We stayed overnight before heading to BC. The roomand restroom were clean, neat. No faul smells.
Its equiped with hairdryer, pressing table.
The beds were very comfy. Everyone enjoyed the comfy good night sleep.
Unfortunately, the breakfast area was under renovation, however that didnt bother us. Management did provide smallpastry and coffee. So that get us going.
Will definately stay again.

We booked online and we not notified that they were remodeling
In checking in we then were told about the remodeling and that there would not be any breakfast and we would have to stay on the third floor. Also they were going to shut down the elevator.
My wife is part time in a wheelchair and can’t walk up three Flights on Stairs!
They would not let us cancel and go next door because it was not 24 hours notice
They told us very rudely that we should have called to make the reservation and they would have informed us about the remodeling
Who calls anymore!
They did keep the elevator working until we left but will never come back!

This stay was terrible. When we booked on the app it was not mentioned they were under construction. When we got there it turned out the breakfast wasn’t going to be offered, the whole first floor flooring was torn up, the elevator was going to be out of commission and I am handicapped. They would not give me my money back as it was “hotel policy” that they don’t do refunds under 24hrs in advance even though it was unsafe for me to be there due to medical conditions. Assistant manager was very rude and full of attitude as well.

When I made a reservation for our stay at Holiday Inn Express, Medford, OR. Pacific Hwy. — — I was unaware that I was using a third party booking agency. On that very same day — our plans changed so I called right away-to cancel our 2nd night room reservation. The Triple A agent refused to refund our money. Saying it was company policy. I asked for the local phone number for the Pacific Hwy Holiday Inn Express and spoke to Dan at the front desk. He understood our problem and called the agent I had booked with. He was able to persuade the agent to cancel our 2nd night room reservation and have our credit card refunded! Dan is an excellent employee! He handled our problem immediately!

I like the chain, they are pretty uniform so you know you are getting a good room generally. This hotel in particular has the added bonus of 2 Pokemon go gyms.

I've stayed at a lot of IHG properties. Never before have I had to deal with drug users shooting up next to the side door of the property. Never had homeless people having sex outside on the grounds. Then I went to this property. Drug users wander about, looking into cars, checking the doors, unchecked. The hotel locks barely work, and when they lock the front doors, you often have to call to have them let you in. Breakfast was burned, and items often ran out. The carpets are stained, and my room smelled of mold and cheap perfume. Do not stay here.

We had been traveling a long time, was so tired when we got to the room we noticed that the room had a moldy smell but laid down and fell fast asleep. I told the front desk when I woke and there were no other rooms. She got some great deodorizer and sprayed the room. The next morning I told them there was water on the carpet. She gave me a discount was Kind and closed the room. It was a nice place and quiet.

Worst experience ever! My wife and I along with our three kids arrived about 2230 to the HIE in Medford, OR after being on the road for about 11 hours. We had reserved a room with two queens for the night. Check in was painful as the person did not seem to know what he was doing. After finally getting our room we went up only to find that it was smelly and dirty with fast food trash and the beds looked to have been slept on. We went back downstairs to get another room only to be told that there were no other rooms. He offered a king with a roll-away. Remember that there were five of us. I told him that that would not be suitable for us so he said that we would have to wait for him to go and clean the room. At that time another person came in looking for the same type of room and finally left in frustration as the attendant could not help him either. At that time his relief came and they both went upstairs to clean the room. They came down 5-10 minute later and told us that the room was ready. The relief attendant walked us up to the room and assured us that it was taken care of. I asked if the sheets had been changed and he stated that no because someone had sat on them but had not slept in them so they just smoothed the covers. When we got into the room it had a very heavy smell of disinfectant but looked clean. Once the attendant left we inspected the beds and found that they had bread crumbs and body hair on both beds.

While the hotel itself is reasonably clean and comfortable, the experience of staying there is neither. Unless or until Management takes responsibility for their exterior, this location is uninhabitable. Their ready acceptance of vagrants as a fixture in their community is in direct conflict to the safety and comfort of their paying customers. It seems they have an agreement of some kind; Don't come inside and we'll pretend you aren't 15 steps from our main entrance. Unfortunately, this doesn't diminish their presence and only serves to shock when the imaginary line is crossed. I'll have the unwanted image of two drug addicts in their worst state, in my head forever. And I put the responsibility on the city of Medford and property management that ignores it. I didn't stay there to see the most tragic consequences of the homeless crisis and wonder, does anybody?

What a great hotel. Met Mila who works in the breakfast area. We were running late and she was insistent that there was no rush to get our breakfast. It's people that make the difference and this Holiday Inn goes above and beyond for their guests.

Nice affordable cleanly. The staff was kind. Breakfast was decent. Overall a good place to stay that doesn't break the bank. Will definitely stay again.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Typical Holiday inn breakfast of eggs, bacon, oatmeal and yogurt. Close to decent restaurants.

Had a very relaxing time the staff was super nice I'll definitely stay there again next time I'm in medford.

April 7, 2018 The Pro's — Nice location. Parking for trailer Food nearby The Con's- Old style room Poor Wifi Hard Bed No free water for Spire Elite Members.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Room key would not stay keyed. Had to be rekeyed to get in the pool, then again to get back in after dinner. Would have had to have it done again in the morning had we not left. We could hear the guests above us walking around very heavily and were awoken by a toddler having a meltdown in the hallway at about 7:15am.

It's a good place to stay. Clean and the soap and shampoo are from bath &body works.

Very clean and quiet. On the ball when things need to be done.

Room smelled of stale cigarettes but they gave me a different room and apologized. Kept running out of breskfast items. Had to ask for more to be put out. Building is set back from road and is easy to miss. They need better signage. Overall I liked staying there and will stay at this Holiday Inn whenever I'm in Medford.

The customer service from Josie and the night manager was very unprofessional and unfriendly. We had a group check in with names on each room. Instead of giving each person their assigned room and checking ID, they gave all the keys to someone not even listed on the reservation. When we addressed them about the incident, they were not apologetic, remorseful or concerned. They even turned the blame back on the reservation holder! It was a huge mistake on their part and their service was below one star. Here’s to hoping I don’t walk into someone else in my room!

Very good place to stay! Friendly staff and clean rooms! Great location in relation to the I-5 and other amenities as convenience stores major stores and restaurants! Excellent stop just before the Siskiyou Summit! Oregon and California border! Over night here quite a few times, never disappointed!

A quiet hotel muh. There's a pool. Precious reasonable. There is Walmart outside the hotel and restaurants. Very clean.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Only stayed overnight, but it was very pleasant. Would recommend.

Nice Motel to stay. We Just used this as a Place to kick in for a night on our way to California from Seattle. This is approximate 8 Hrs Away from seattle.

Clean rooms and public areas, attentive and cheerful staff. The breakfast food was good and plentiful. Holiday Inn Express is our preferred place to stay when traveling and Medford lived up to our expectations.

This is a clean and well-maintained Holiday Inn Express. It's pretty conveniently located relative to I-5 and it's proximately halfway between the Bay Area and Seattle. So it makes for a easy overnight trip from the Bay Area to Seattle with only one stop.

Kennedy at the front desk Is wonderful. Very helpful and enthusiastic about his job. It's people like him that make me, as a customer, want to keep coming back:)

I only stayed here for one night as a stopover Place between Southern California and Seattle. The place was perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful and their room quiet clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and fresh and generous with two types of eggs and fresh hot cinnamon rolls. Could have not have asked for a better stop off and I will probably stay here again on my next drive to California.

Very nice Hotel. There is a Veterans Memorial park in front of the hotel. Jason checked us in, he was professional & helpful. At breakfast the next morning a young lady was polite & helpful, kept busy cleaning and re-stocking food items as needed, couldn't see her name tag because it was under her apron. There was a small indoor pool with plenty of towels available to dry off. In the room I really liked the quietness of the air conditioning unit. A professionally dressed lady checked us out don't know her name, she was not wearing a name tag. I would stay here again, and recommended to others. ☺️

Good staff, pleasant stay. Breakfast food is hit or miss but hey, it's free. Nice indoor pool area.

The best hotel I've ever stayed at a reasonable rate. Rooms are conveniently located near amenities: first class dining room with full breakfast; indoor pool and large hot tub; laundry facility; lobby with computer and printer; TV, and couch seating; rooms have everything and hotel is located among many stores and businesses like ATT. Very quiet and relaxing. The only thing I would change is the see through curtains in rooms on the 1st floor. I gave 4 stars. A 4+ or 5 stars is more accurate.

Very nice. Spacious room and a lovely breakfast. They have a rewards program that let us check out at two pm the next day :-)

Two nights in room 408. Room was very clean and neat. Wi-Fi was good, breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, cereal, muffins, etc… much more than I expected. Shower was good height (I'm tall and appreciate that) & bathroom was good. Nice property, good location. Overall a good stay, would stay again.

Stopped here on a road trip to Portland as we were too tired to keep going at 1am. Nice hotel, but not without flaws. We got the last room available for points use and it was a handicapped room. That was fine, but the shower handle didn't hold up and constantly slid down after lifted, making showering difficult. There was also some machine on the other side of our wall that hummed all night making it difficult to sleep. Then in the morning there were people talking in the hall and I couldn't go back to sleep with their constant chatter. This hotel was full of families and next day sports teams, so not really a place to relax in. The breakfast is pretty standard low quality stuff that will make you run back to your hotel room toilet.

I stayed for one night while in town on business. The front desk staff were very pleasant and quickly checked me in. The rooms were well appointed and clean. Two complaints: 1. No blackout curtains (seriously? Just the white sheer curtain) 2. The outlets on the nightstand lamps were very loose and wouldn't reliably charge my phone. Overall a nice place to stay. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Service was excellent. We pulled in around 3am after a long day if driving. We were upgraded to a suite, and were also told that because we came in so late in the morning, to not worry about the checkout time and said we could stay till the following day for free!

This Hotel took money off my credit card for a stay that I did not have, on two separate occasions. They are stealing credit card numbers and running them at their own discretion. They got my # from a stay back in July 2015. They are doing it, when you give them a credit card in case you mess something up. So they are keeping credit card and running them months later. Do not stay hear unless you want to run the risk of being a victim of fraud. I would give this hotel no stars if this review would let me.

I've stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times and have never been disappointed. The location is easy to get to. They renovated the rooms a few years ago and it was a great improvement!

It's a little weird to get to. Clean. Friendly. their government rate is high for the area but it was very busy when I was in town.

I liked the hotel. The customer service could be a little bit better. They need to have people who can speak pure English. And they lost our reservation.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Holiday Inn Express in Medford, Oregon. I made my reservations for my hotel room 2 weeks in advance to stay at the Holiday Inn the night of 7/25/15. I wasn’t able to get in until late that night. Normally, I’ve never had any issues with other hotels if I needed to check in late. Around 9 pm the night of 7/25/15, I get a phone call from the hotel. The woman on the line asked if I was going to be coming in to the hotel that night. Yes, of course I am coming. Why the hell would I make reservations for a hotel room and not show up? She said my room was given to someone else and there were no other rooms available for me. She then said she was going to try and find a room for me at another hotel. We hung up and a short while later she calls me back. She said all other hotels are booked and the only other hotel with a room available was the Econo Lodge. With all due respect, if I wanted to stay at the Econo Lodge in Medford, Oregon, I would have booked a room there 2 weeks ago. This whole thing was incredibly frustrating. The Holiday Inn was accommodating in that they were working to find me a place to stay. If they found me a place to stay that night they said they were cover the cost. They were apologetic. I said if I don’t want to stay at the Econo Lodge and I am not getting a room at the Holiday Inn that night, then what can you offer me? The woman said she made a note on my account to give me a credit for a room at that hotel.

I really like Jason. He is just a very nice guy who was working the front desk. He was very helpful when our reservation didn't show up.
