Great ocean view room, but tight on the parking. Rooms are clean with small a kitchen.

Excellent beachfront in Lincoln City.

How can such an amazing Inn be so economical? They also offer a military discount.
I stayed over the weekend and my room was immaculate and comfortable. The view was breathtaking.
The representatives at the counter were very pleasant as well. Even the night manager was nice when I accidentally parked in a handicapped parking spot!
How much more fabulous my next stay will be when the pool is open and they can serve breakfast again.
I highly recommend the Nordic Oceanfront Inn. A+

Fast and easy check in and check out. We stayed in a queen room on the first floor and it was nice and clean. The ocean view was amazing. However we didn't feel safe leaving the window open at night to hear the waves because the windows have no screen might be the normal but it felt strange lol a parking spot was also a little bit of a hassle to find during the night. We didn't get a full experience since covid-19 restrictions are in place but definitely would consider coming back in the future.

We had a 1st floor queen room, the view from as AMAZING! The room was super clean! The bed was so comfortable! Be nice for the price! Will definitely be back 5/5

We just spent a wonderful week of vacation in Lincoln City at the Nordic. Wonderful view from the room, easy walking to shopping and dining in Lincoln City proper. Excellent free breakfast included each morning. Clean rooms, friendly staff. There are many reasons we return every year and stay at the Nordic. Those are just a few…

Specifically drove down and made sure rooms were by each other. When we checked in we were in opposite ends of the hotel. The staff was rude about it. Then when one of our rooms had ants again they couldn’t accomadate. They sprayed on them then didn’t clean up. The Best was we found used cotton swabs and tissues on the floor and when we showed them the picture they said “we will make a note of it”. We finally had enough when we asked to speak to a manager it was the same rude person. Paid a lot for the rooms. This hotel is not worth the price. View is gorgeous, front desk staff makes it not worth it.

My son and I just stayed for 2 nights! we had a lovely time! The view was breathtaking, the room was clean,. Breakfast was good and staff was polite and helpful! Thanks for the part you played in an unforgettable trip! We will be back soon to make more memories!

The inn was pleasant. The room we had on the ground floor with a king bed was small and quaint. It had a microwave and large mini fridge. The windows did not have screens so leaving them open at night was weird for us, we felt vulnerable since people could walk along the windows The room had a beautiful view. The pool is salt water but really dried out my husband's skin so I skipped it. The breakfast was nice but could have used more protein. All in all, a pleasant stay but wished desperately for a patio and a few chairs and screened windows for the rooms.

Out standing, beautiful weather, and the walk down to the beach is a good stairway and slope! easy for the average person! we have bad knees and ankles and it was still easy for us to go down and back up! Rooms were clean and dissent! It's the first week in August and we dont feel cramped with people around us! We will be back! There is only 2 places that have access down to the beach and this is one! All the rest have to drive down to the city beach entrance to get to the beach! My 72 year old mother can get down and back up with out issues! If your in a chair or with a cane dont consider the path way a Escalator! I read the prior remarks before I came and was nervous at what I read on the path down to the beach @ now I feel they are just trying to find a issue that could be wrong with the place and there are no issues! it wonderful here! We will be back sooner then later!

We stayed with our two small children recently. The view is the best we’ve experienced anywhere on the Oregon coast! They have a deck area with that same great view that’s awesome complete with lounge chairs and a picnic table. The in-room mini kitchen was helpful. It was a little different in that you have to wash your own dishes, should you use theirs… but not the end of the world. The beds weren’t too bad. The pool was great; a nice size and warm so that was awesome. The continental breakfast had limited choices and overall wasn’t ideal, to say the least. (I chose to skip breakfast because of it). It’s at least nice that they offer a little carb breakfast at all, though! The staff was courteous and we had no issues. Overall we were satisfied. When we return to Lincoln City, there’s a good chance we will stay here again.

I love this place! Great staff, all the simple amenities you could ask for. Beautiful views, sleep with the ocean waves lulling you gently to dreamland. Next time we come here, we'll get the room with the huge tub overlooking the beach!

Great place, decent prices but it is a little dated. Free continental breakfast is decent but for the love of God, please stop putting the butter on ice. My waffle was ice cold before I could even attempt to spread the butter. Also the butter/no stick cooking spray next to the waffle iron, is a chemical treatment spray. It should not be used to spray between each use. It really should not be sitting next to it. It is misleading. I saw so many guest spray it before pouring their waffle batter. Not good!

Only thing that makes this motel great is the view, which is the reason they get away with the price they charge for a very basic room. You can't bring breakfast back to your room, the AC is a joke. No unit with dials you can control, just a wall thermostat. It was incredibly hot in the room during the day. Only 1 tiny shampoo and small bar of soap for 2 people. Fridge is kept off to conserve electrical costs so if you move food into the fridge when you arrive it will get warm until the fridge gets cold. Tub flooded while taking a shower, pipes are obviously not cleaned. I'm not impressed by anything other than the view. Certainly not luxurious for the price. I'll be looking for a different place in Lincoln City next time.

The Nordic Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms and amenities are excellent. The office staff are accommodating with professional service. If I had one critique it would be the walk down to the beach is a bit far and a uphill climb. However, it was a nice short work out. I've stayed here a few times and I love it every time!

Shabby tacky rooms. When asked to do a late check-out because my fiance would be fishing until noon they would only extend it by 30 minutes to 11:30. In the room it says if you'd like to do take out for the breakfast it says to call ahead but when I called ahead the staff argued with me that they only offered that to people with disabilities. Why would I want to sit in a tacky cafeteria when I could be looking at the ocean in the comfort of my room? The pool area does not open until 9:30 a. M. So you cannot take an early morning swim. And it closes at 9:30 p. M. Overall this Could be a decent motel despite the tacky decor, if they were willing to be good hosts. I will not be back.

Service was amazing, fast and friendly. The view was to die for. Location was good and walkable. Only problem was the shower: showerhead was about shoulder height to me (6'2"). The path down to the beach was a little treacherous, but manageable. Will be there again next time!

Nice room, great views, reasonable price. Beach access is challenging as it's a long steep winding stairs — I have limited mobility. Great otherwise. I'd go back again.

I love coming here, I've stayed twice now and both times have been amazing. The rooms have a lot of room in them, I love the gas fireplace, we got the room with the small kitchen area and it's great if you bring your kids with you.

Love this hotel. We stay here every time we go to Lincoln City. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The view is spectacular. It's a good deal for the dime!

Very disappointed in the quality of the room for the price we paid. Staff was a bit rude and even called us to see if we were smoking on our deck because we asked where smoking was allowed. Ignored us as we stood waiting to check in. The room was not appealing at all and the housekeeper even left old coffee in the pot. The only good part was the view of the ocean, but on the bottom floor it was not the best. For Lincoln City, find somewhere else to stay!

From what I read previously, they must have improved thier service. All staff was helpful and courteous. It is difficult for people that are physically challenged, but most motels on the beach are since you have to walk up and down stairs to get from room to beach. The view from rooms are spectacular and windows do not have screens. I would recommend this place and would stay there again if in area.

Pretty good place to stay for the night or couple days. Been coming for several years, and have had pleasant experiences each time. Really solid ocean view from each room on every floor I've been on, and good route down to the beach. Steep walk, but good.

Great ocean front rooms! The Employees are great. Parking is good and there is handicap parking.

Love this place. We've been coming here for the last 20 years. It's a short walk down to the beach, some places don't have any access. Love that the ocean is lit all night so you can enjoy the view after dark. Also love that there are no screens on the windows, you can open the window take beautiful pictures and feel like you are out on the sand right from your room. Customer service was friendly and helpful. We'll be back soon.

Been staying here for years when we come to Lincoln city. Nice rooms at fair price. Have pool and hot tub. Good ocean views.

The staff is always helpful and friendly, the rooms are always clean you always have a great view of the ocean, it's a easy walk down to the beach, 2 nice little decks on the way down to the beach to stop and take a rest and view. Not far from main street shops or the casino, overall it's a good place to stay in my wife's and my opinions.

Front desk was very polite and welcoming. The room is spacious and clean overall. Ocean view was great to see especially when it's good weather. The shower was a good pressure compared to some other hotel showers. Free Wi-Fi was nice for getting home too. Definitely would come again.

Dude, I loved this place. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the ocean views are CHOICE and the price is definitely right. My girlfriend and I loved our stay here and look forward to coming back again soon. Also free breakfast, can't beat that.

I really liked most everything about this place. Should be 3 stars but with the great views and customer service I had to give them at least 4. Note: better to have non smoking staff. The smell lingers and it's hard on asthma. But I'll definitely be back.

Great place right on the ocean. The rooms all have a view of the ocean. We left the window open all night to listen to the waves. Room had a gas fireplace and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is nothing to write home about. They do not allow pets.

The property seems to be kept in great condition, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the coffee was excellent. Though at $210 w/ tax/ night, it was a little more than I usually pay, I'd definatley recommend.

This is an older hotel, but was very clean, well maintained and great customer service. Breakfast was a great add! All rooms have a great beach view and there is a large sun deck and beach access.

Fun. Cozy. Interesting (Viking statues greet you everywhere! ). Pool for the kids. Ocean view from room. Private beach access. Waffles for breakfast. My fam of for had good fun here.

Quaint motel overlooking the beach. We had a balcony but there are also patios on the first floor. Indoor pool and sauna. Both very kept. Clean rooms, helpful staff and continental breakfast. Rates very reasonable. We will back next year.

Great little room. We got a jacuzzi suite. Now it's not a hot tub. It barely fits two people. But it fills quickly, the water is as hot as you want it and the tub sits right at the windows looking out on the beach. We found this room small but one of the most relaxing visits to the beach we've had in a long time. Staff was super friendly. We will be back.

We have been visiting Lincoln City for decades and have stayed at many mid — to high priced lodgings, but this is far and away our favorite place to stay when we want to overnight in this part of the coast! The rooms are comfortably appointed, the beds are great, the view is… well imagine you are standing on the prow of an ocean-going vessel at sea! The Inn is perched on a cliff whose base is the ocean beach, and short of being on an island, you can't get a better ocean-front view than this! The continental breakfast has excellent choices, the staff is EXTREMELY helpful and friendly, the location is perfect with about equal distances to Lands End and the south end of town. Mr. Lee (the owner) and his staff though are the real treasures. There's not a better hospitality team in Lincoln City! Five Stars… end of story!

Horrible customer service! The toilet in our room didn't work and when I told the manager on duty she questioned how many times we used it. I have never been treated this rude in all of our experience on the coast. The arguing and eye rolling and talking under her breath in Spanish was absolutely uncalled for! Save your money and don't stay here!

Don't be fooled by the corny outside decorations and paint color. The insides of the rooms are very nice and the view is amazing! We stayed in one of the jacuzzi suites and definitely feel we got our money's worth :)

Plumbing in room (toilet and shower) didn't work properly and was never fixed despite the fact I made it known to the management. I asked what was wrong with the Jacuzzi and they said it worked fine it just didn't have blowers (? ) Rooms are very outdated and have needed remodeling for many years. They are advertising a "remodel" but that appears to only apply to the lobby. It's sad to see this motel continue to go downhill. I hope things improve there as it was a favorite for the past 25 years.

Very clean and conveniently located on the beach. I had requested a certain room and we got there has been given away. They offered to move us after a night and gave us a free roll away bed for my son! Very friendly.

Quick ck in, great location, rooms are very clean. However small. We had the kitchenette w/fireplace if you do not clean your dishes they will charge you. Overall it's a nice place extremely clean. Breakfast is only a 2 hour (730 — 930) window basics wafle, fruit, yogurt, cearal, bagels toast juice. Again very clean.

My husband & I brought our 3 grandkids here and loved it. The staff was friendly, the room was very nice, clean and comfortable. We loved the complementary breakfast. Kids loved the pool. We had a great time and will be back again soon.

Clean, decent rooms. Nice oceanfront view. Price was right for what I got. Would of given 5 star but late check out gave us only 30 extra mins. Office called a hour before normal check out for us to close windows so they can be washed. That disturbed Me a little. Staff not to friendy, breakfast is nothing special.

I can vouch for the other reviewers that have experienced a less than excellent vacation experience. We stayed at this motel for Valentines day 2015. Read the reviews before you choose. A beautiful weekend at the beach was ruined by a staff member of this motel entering our room and stealing prescription medication.

Upon driving up the facade left a bit to be desired, however when my wife and I opened the door to the room we were floored. We have stayed in many hotels that were recently renovated but this was the first where the owners and management put the emphasis on the room, where the guest will be, and not the exterior. We will be back.

While we were checking out, an employee went into our room, ate our food, including some ripe peaches, and left the door wide open with our luggage and gear still inside for anyone to steal. When we complained to a woman at the front desk, she was so rude to us that we will never stay at the Nordic Inn again. No apology for putting our camera, clothes, and luggage at risk, and no apology for an employee eating our food. We've never encountered anything like this. Very disappointed.

The view and the rooms are awesome as long as it's not on the main floor. The pool and surrounding areas are awesome. Pricing is also VERY reasonable Me and my son LOVE IT.

We stayed there the end of June and had an absolutely amazing experience! The location and view are breath taking! The continental breakfast was great for the items that were served! And the bed was extremely comfortable, which you can't say for very many hotels! We will definitely stay again.

The best part of our stay in the Nordic Oceanfront Inn was the view. The staff was also very helpful. The room needs to be upgraded with new furniture, especially since the chairs are threadbare. But, I would stay here again.

Old, rooms look like they were furnished from the 70s. Way overpriced. Pictures on their website are very deceiving. Room was musty and cold. We saw our room and went back to the front desk got a refund and left. Saved $50 and got twice the room at The Inn at Wecoma, it's where I'll stay from now on.
