I unfortunately never got to stay here. I booked a room to completion without any notice of children not being allowed, then in my confirmation they stated children under 12 are not allowed. I called to confirm this information and was told that we could change to a non-view room with our child, but we’re not allowed to stay in one of the nicer rooms because they are advertised as romance. Mind you, our child is 5 months old and will be mostly sleeping and we as new parents sure would have loved to enjoy this property and the beach view. Why is it okay to bring 13 year old children though to a romantic hotel I wonder? Disappointed to say the least in these policies. Discrimination against couples with young children! And who wants to bring their teenagers to this place? Lol wow!

If good service is important to you DO NOT STAY HERE. I have never received such horrible service before in my entire life. It was one thing after another with this place and yet still no resolution. It all started with being evacuated from the fire impacting the hotel. They refused to refund me. I disputed the charge with my bank and finally this hotel agreed to refund. As a upstanding business that should appreciate their long term customers you should have wanted to make this right from the start. I shouldn't have to go through a loop and long hassle to recieve a solution. your font desk reps are never on the same page ever! leadership needs to invest in some good training for their employees or maybe this place just needs new management? you lost a very long term customer and I will no longer be a walking advertisement for your facility. I will always share my bad experiences about this place and ensure everyone I know never stays here.

This hotel is a joke. The people running this place is a joke! They have absolutely no problem solving skills for their customers and do not care about their customers what so ever. They do not communicate as a team and based on my experience whoever runs the place is not empowering their team nor training them towards success. Whomever runs this place is running it to the ground! Our multitude of horrific experiences you should read before considering staying at this hotel. 1. During the PNW fires my fiancé and I evacuated due to ashes filling our room, no warm water and no electricity. We had planned a 3 night getaway and barely got to enjoy 1 night. The management refused to refund us until we disputed the charges through our bank. At this time they wanted to make things right and honored us a paper gift card that was mailed with a certificate number on it. 2. We later planned another stay. We misplaced that mailed gift certificate and when we called the front desk prior to our visit the representative said “no worries they can subtract the gift card to our owing balance when we arrived. ” When we arrived we were told by management we had to have the physical piece of paper (gift card) in order to receive credit for the gift card…. What if we lost it or it got destroyed? This hotel needs to have a better process in place especially if you’re going to be issuing ghetto paper gift certificates. Don’t you guys keep track of your issued gift certificates?

Just stayed last night. Awesome room, super clean. Hot tub was amazing and relaxing, also very clean. Will definitely visit again.

Beautiful location. Romantic setting. The ocean front suite with hot tub on the deck was worth every penny.

Very lovely romantic hotel. Most rooms have beautiful ocean views. Rooms are modern and well appointed. Staff is super friendly, too.

Our room was 99 degrees on check in, fireplace was cranked up. Concierge said to open a window. 4 hours later, room was 97 degrees. Had door and window open as well as 2 loud fans. Just "sorry" nothing else. Other rooms had chocolate on the pillows, not this one, they KNEW there was an issue. I recommend you change your plans. Unhelpful and non responsive. Could not sleep because of the heat. Mind you, the outside temp was low 60's so don't think it was a hot summer.

Easy beach access, nice cozy rooms.

We have stayed here multiple times when we go on trips to the coast and we LOVE it. The staff is amazing and the rooms are beautiful and affordable. We won’t stay anywhere else, definitely recommended. :)

Absolutely loved our stay here. It was so nice to soak in the hot tub on the balcony and watch the ocean. We will become regulars!

This place is amazing, great spot for a honeymoon, or perhaps a wedding. Staff is amazing, views are endless.

We had our honeymoon getaway. Very romantic and quiet place to stay. Our room was on the first floor just a few steps away from the sand. We couldn’t picked out a better place to stay for our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly and professional. We had a little issue when someone decided to smoke weed close to our room and the smell was extremely high my husband is allergic to weed so we immediately contacted the front desk and they took care of the issue. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay.

We stayed in the first mate room and it was awful. A horrible experience started at check in. We had previously stayed at the starfish manor and had a good experience so we came back. The room was filthy! Broken cupboards, dishes, windows, fans ect… for $250 a night you’d think you’d get better accommodations. Not only was the place dirty but there was zero ventilation. Only one window opened with no screens but the only fan was broken. We talked to them about this and there was no resolution. We booked 3 nights but only stayed 1 because the place was so gross and uncomfortable. We checked out after only 1 night and told them that we needed to speak to management. We called several times with no return call. They charged our card for 3 nights! So beyond disappointed. We gave them opportunities to make it right and they did not. Plenty of other places to stay at the coast. Don’t waist your time or money. The only thing good was the view.

Very nice for a romantic getaway. Get the room with outside hot tub. Awesome. Nice details. Rose petals and a chocolate on the bed. ♥️

This place is unbelievable, the room, the view… all breathtaking! My husband proposed in the sand while I watched from the balcony. This place will forever be one of my favorite places on earth. I highly recommend enjoying some of the most relaxing moments life has to offer.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. Super friendly staff! The jacuzzi was awesome, our room was surprisingly big as well. Huge thank you to Beachfront Manor! We'll definitely be making this a tradition.

We were really displeased with our stay in the Seabreeze room. The bathroom was microscopic. I couldn’t even turn around in the shower and the showerhead hit us at about chest height. There was no temperature control or ventilation in the room. We felt like we were cooking to death throughout the night. Would have opened the window but there was not even a screen and the full sized window was easily accessible to climb right through directly off the walkway. The quality of stay and amenities provided vs the $200+ price we paid was highway robbery. I wanted to request a partial refund the next morning. But no one was manning the office when we checked out. I emailed the general manager to make the same request and give them our feedback prior to writing this review. They offered a voucher but I’m not sure I would return even for a free night. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. We would have been better off in cheap motel.

To start, we arrived late in Lincoln City with reservations at another hotel that turned us away because they were actually sold out… even with a reservation. So about 10:00 at night with two toddlers we are scrambling to find another room This is just terrible. I mean no where on the website does it say that children are not welcome, so after booking a room and getting to the hotel at 10:30 pm I was informed that kids are not welcome here. After talking to the lady she pretty much says she going to act as if she did not know. She gives me the keys and points me in the direction of the building with no further information. We make it into the room after taking our kids out the car in 50 degree weather to make it into the room, we try to turn on the fire place (as it is the only source of heat) and it is not working. I try to fix it and after about 10 min we decided to call the front desk. The lady tells my wife that since we are not supposed to have kids, she can not send the guy to fix it because he is the owner. So here we are 10:50, cold, with kids, in a hotel that does not want our kids here, no fire place, and not enough blankets. My wife decided to run to go get blankets at the front desk, and after her being gone for 10 min she come back and says the front desk told her she is going to send Someone she found to come fix the fire place. After about 5 min the person comes to fix it.

I would like to give them five stars but… it just wasn't a five star stay. After having an absolute horrible time in seaside at the Shilo inn we decided to head to Lincoln city for my birthday. The lady who booked my room for me was amazing, I'm pretty sure her name was Carly. We had reserved two different rooms. The first night was amazing! King bed, hot tub, and a spotless room! Our second night was not so great though. We had a Standard queen room which was filthy, sand everywhere, band aids under the night stand, and no extra towels. When I had asked to be notified of my room being finished they never called me, I had to call them to figure out my room had been done for about an hour… seriously? …

Excellent service and accommodations. Stayed in a hot tub suite and the view top the coast is incredible. Even saw a sea lion wander up onto the shore! Rooms are somewhat smaller than expected, and the table in the room is a bit too small to sit at for meals. Otherwise had an outstanding stay!

We love this place and come here often. We love the view, the hot tub on the balcony, the beach access, the coziness of the rooms, the location… I mean I can't say enough awesome things about this place. This time we are in room 203 and the layout is a little different then I remember. The reason I took a star away is for the bathroom/shower. They are tiny! The toilet is in a tiny space that is smaller then a broom closet and the door is tough to close all the way and then open back up. The shower is just as small and I'm not even sure I got my legs and feet clean because I had a hard time reaching them (I tried to bend over and scrub them but my face would get smashed up against the shower wall. ) The other rooms that we have stayed in (and I thought this room in the past) have had a tub/shower and we have never had a problem. We have come here for our anniversary almost every year for at least the last 8 years and the bathroom situation is bad enough that this might be our last trip.

This experience overall has been good. The bed was comfy, the hot tub was nice, and the view was great. The front desk staff were very nice and it was a pleasant place. The only issues we had were that our room was too hot at night, apparently the people below us had their fireplace on high all night and our room was way too warm the first night. The dishes that were in the room were dirty from the previous tenants of the room. I looked inside of the mugs before I used them and there were coffee residue/smell. The cleaning people did not replace them when they refreshed the towels so we had to ask them to replace them and then they only replaced the black mugs with tiny mugs and not the glasses. (I didn't see anything wrong with the glasses but if one set is dirty…). After that room service just dropped off a pile of towels every day. At the end of the three days we spent we had an enormous pile of towels because room service didn't take the old ones away and that was very strange.
