We arrived this weekend and was treated really good! Room was clean and amazing! LOVED the location and everything. However, I woke up in the middle of the night and every inch of me was itching including my hands. I immediately went to the shower. That was yesterday. I told the lady that we got bites and she said they must be sand fleas because she gets them as soon as she walks to the grass. Said dogs are horrible for them. Went 2 take a bath noticed mold on wall looked under the toilet and it was disgusting! covered I mold! called manger she was unbelievable rude and tld me I could move rooms but I wouldn't b happy bc I like 2 pick apart the rooms.

Good room but the beds… the beds feels like they're a bunch of springs wrapped in a bedsheet and put on a frame.

Clean new paint bright rooms friendly non judgementle staff quite atmosphere well stocked reasonably priced vending machines.

A critical item was broke and although the night shift lady tried to help the next morning the gal tried to make excuses, said maintenance probably wouldn't be in, and I would probably not be compensated. Went as far as blaming guests for items not being up to par. Called corporate. Manager had 48 hours to get a hold of me. Nope. Guess they'd rather have a fine to pay corporate. At checkout I was ignored at the counter while they proceeded to complain about another customer. I tossed my key cards over the counter and turned and left and heard "what room is this? " Instead of ruining my serenity I just kept walking… Not worth the extra 50 dollars you may save. Room had chunks of something from previous guest that stayed there all 3 days and under the bed was filthy. Ew. Anyway, SEASIDE IS AMAZING! Enjoy your stay! somewhere else…

The older lady checking in my husband was rude. If my husband says that about someone it was bad. The room look nice and clean nice hardwood floors bedding was beautiful. We went to bed or say tried to go to bed. My God the beds had no cushion you laid on the springs only. If you moved you could hear the spring pop and bend like they were broken. We got up the next day could nearly walk our back hurt so bad. Please not we are not old folfs either. We could nearly walk around in pleasure due to lower back pain. We will not book again at any motel 6.

I checked into the hotel room on August 2nd 2019. The clerk gave me two key cards to Room 129. I walked down the hall to the room where I noticed noise coming from the room as if the TV was on. I slid the card into the door and it unlocked. As I opened the door I noticed multiple items on the TV stand as if someone had been staying there. I also Noticed a handgun. I called out into the room to see if there was anyone there. A gentleman came storming around the corner demanding who I was and picked up his handgun. I calmly explained to him that I had keys to the room. I walked back to the desk and explained to the desk what happened. I also made clear that the gentleman had a handgun and it could have gone bad. She looked through the system and found that I was supposed to be in room 229 then said “my bad”. With the keys reprogrammed I went to the room and then Returned to the desk and asked that I could get a refund. She said that she’d give me $40 out of the $151 or give me all the money back and “you can go somewhere else”. I decided to stay since it was the first weekend for salmon fishing and hotels where limited. On August 6th, 2019 I returned to speak to a manager about the incident. I asked to be refunded and she said that we can’t have one since “it was an accident and accidents happen”. I asked her how she would feel if she was in a room and someone walked in. With a snarky tone she replied “that’s why I always use the chain incase accidents happen”.

Stayed here, had a excellent experience, great housekeepers and staff in general, I will stay again here, clean rooms. And cheaper than most hotels near and around Seaside.

Front desk gal is extremely rude to guests! if we could change hotels we would! your front desk team needs some major training in customer service! floor was dirty, desk had finger prints on it, sheets were discolored… wont stay here again it's gross!

The room was clean and dog friendly but there was no upcharged for the dogs. They had a pet area for the dogs to go to the bathroom with poop bags and a trash can. Friendly staff and I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Always dog-friendly with no upcharge… very consistent and the price is right.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by the front desk attendant with a smile and a very warm welcome. She made my 2 year old son laugh which is hard to do for strangers. The payment was even less than our original booking price, and the payment was super easy. The room was really nice and well-cared-for. It was clean and fully stocked. The blue walls and the wood floors or a perfect addition to a room by the beach. We would definitely stay at this location again.

We were in town for the annual Seaside Volleyball Sand Tournament. Our stay was great! The room was clean and comfy. We liked the wood floors in our room. The only surprose was that there are no elevators to the second floor. Not a problem for us, but may cause issues for others if they aren't aware. The staff was super friendly!

The hotel is just as you drive into town. It's about a mile or so from the shops and beach. The room was decent. Small TV, good ac unit and good size bathroom. Unfortunately the beds were noisy when you wanted to move. Also for the price of the room, it would be nice to include a mini-fridge and coffee maker in the rooms. Free coffee is offered in the lobby during certain times. Booking it online, I had no issues. Price was honored. Parking is slim when the place is booked, but the hotel owns the property and I was able to park by the restaurant next door.

What a treat to be able to check in at 2:00. Was vacationing with two friends and their pups. Room rates were reasonable enough that we were able to each have our own room. Everything was clean with a refrigerator and microwave plus towels were good size and fluffy. The dog area was good with bag dispenser and disposal. Met several nice people there with their dogs. Two drawbacks during my stay. One, was that I could hear the persons walking in room above mine which could not be helped, I suppose. This was just during the day, quiet at night. The second certainly could be improved. The bed creaked and groaned with the least little movement. Have never slept on a noisy bed, so guess it could be chalked up as a new experience. My friends and I did enjoy our stay in Seaside with so very much to see and do. Will definitely be back and most likely stay here.

Motel 6 is perfect if you don’t need to be right on the beach. Breakfast around back at the Golf Course absolutely delicious only $8, across from the entryway to motel was a restaurant/bar with great prices too. The room was nice it had two full beds with great A/C. Would have been 5 stars IF the beds were queen not full and IF it had an elevator. Thee elderly lady at front desk was terribly rude! Younger person was extremely nice.

My sister and her 2 fur kids stayed overnight in a pet friendly room. We loved the flooring and so did the dogs. It was nice and cool for them. Very clean and no oder of other fur geusts. It is very easy to find and the front desk people are friendly. I also recommend the Big Foot steak house right next door. Plus the cute gift store across the highway. They have wine! All in all a very pleasant stay.

Just a place to sleep. No coffee in room. No shampoo, just two bars of soap. Bed linens were very out dated and pillows were pretty worn out. The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. Stayed there four years ago and seemed like the room was nicer. The lady at the front desk was very nice, though. She gave us two extra pillows. Not sure why my daughter's name is on this review? Please remove her name. Thanks.

We got called up by the front desk at 2am accusing us of walking around the room and were informed that the room below was "wondering when we were going to stop walking around. " Uh, nobody WALKS around a hotel room just for fun. Not to mention that we were sitting quietly in bed watching TV the entire time with nearly no walking at all. The front desk said "It's 2am in the morning, please be considerate. " and hung up on us! Without even asking if we were doing the said walking around. Or apologizing for calling so late. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not sure if it is standard hotel policy to believe the words of one guest but automatically discredit another's, or to berate guests with zero clarification. There are a million politer ways to inform someone of a noise complaint, especially if thin floorboards are the chief culprit. Our entire stay was ruined by that staff.

My experience at seaside motel 6 was good. The attendant was friendly, the beds were nice, the rooms were clean. The attendant was cheerful and joked with us as we checked in. Our room was clean and our beds were very comfortable. I recommend seaside motel 6 to people looking for a very cheap but acceptable motel.

Front desk person was great and helpful. My room was clean and had everything I needed and expected. Its a bummer that the prices get raised whenever there’s an event in town.

The room was quite adequate. The beds were very noisy when moving on them. They kinda sounded like an old truck seat with rusty springs. Despite the squeaky beds, they were actually pretty comfortable. So all in all a pretty good stay.

The staff was fantastic! Loved that the floors didn't have carpet (perfect for traveling with my dog! ). It was awesome that they had a little back grassy area for taking the dog out and that they had a pet clean up station that was well taken care of. The bed could have been a bit softer but aside from that it was exactly what I expected.

I usually have had no issues at Motel 6, I choose it most of the time if I'm needing a place to stay. Our stay this time though was different, the bathroom was pretty dirty with what looked like something spilled along the baseboards and there was also a patch of dried dead bugs along the ceiling above the light. The floors were also sticky in our room and was surprised to find no table in the room or mini fridge and no screens on the windows. Upon checkout there were 2 employees at the front desk and one was being pretty abrasive with the other who was just trying to accommodate a guest that had an issue, telling her she wasn't doing it right and that some of the things she was offering were things they wouldn't let her do. Again this was not the usual that I've expected from Motel 6 and I'm not letting this sway my decisions to stay at Motel 6 again.

The cost for one night was great for my wife and I. Being disabled it's difficult to find affordable lodgings that permit service dogs. The hostess was wonderful and friendly with a nice sense of humor. Rooms were clean and even sound proof. We never heard any of our neighbors.

We decided to check out Motel 6 located at 2369 S Roosevelt Dr, as we were in Seaside Oregon for the weekend. We are always on the lookout for family/dog friendly places to stay for friends/family. I had called and spoken with, Sandy, the week before we were to visit Seaside and made arrangements to tour the motel when it would not be busy and the rooms would be unoccupied. Our friends went with us, one of them has cat/dog allergies. Our "Guinea Pig"… LOL! What we liked an…d compelled us to drive the 1.5 mile trip from Shilo Ocean front location, was the price! As we all know beach town motels can be a bit dated, but, we'er at the beach with our dogs/kids, we have sand in our shoes, beach hair, great seafood/drinks… who really cares!?! The sine out front of Motel 6 was easy to spot and they have a nice off street parking lot. The outside looked fresh and clean. The large windows made the front desk light and airy. The Motel 6 had done a few things right with their most recent remodel ~2015/2016. They removed the carpet in the rooms, put down beautiful spotlessly clean hard guest room floors, new guestroom sinks, new mattresses, new hallway carpet and paint! Our "Guinea Pig", as well as, the rest of the group were surprised by the lack of doggy order in the pet rooms! We loved the fact we could bring our x/large 75-135 lb dogs with us. We have had issues at some "pet friendly" hotels when we travel as our dogs are well over the often 40 lb limit. Not here!

Lady at check-in was very nice and friendly. The beds were creaky and uncomfortable. Cute doggos at checkout.

Had such an awful experience here last night. The staff were the most unfriendly people. They didn't honor the Expedia price, I really would have stayed somewhere else if I knew a $66 room would turn into a $88 room. I was really looking forward to this night away. Life has been tough lately and it's not easy planning time away from it all. Seaside is a place we have always enjoyed going. I tried to not let it get to me, but the way the staff here treated me truly ruined my night. On top of that, the room was dirty, there was no parking, the bed was so uncomfortable and loud, the pillows were flat. The bedside lamp was broken, I went to let the staff know and she asked me if I plugged it in. Then told me she can't replace it. The room smelled so strongly of marijuana. The walls are so thin we could hear every time someone came up or down the stairs. The sheets were dirty.
I really would appreciate a refund, but this place wouldn't even honor the Expedia pricing… I am super disappointed and do not recommend coming here.

Was 1st given a room that wasn't ready, smelled, TV playing & window open.
2nd room pills on floor and stuff under beds. 2 beds but only towels for one. No bathmat. No water pressure. Beds extremely hard & noisy with every movement. Heater extremely loud but did give adequate heat.
