Nice clean motel but after a long day having TV problems I didn’t need. Owner said 8 more mos til his contract expires. If you don’t watch TV it’s a very nice place.

We went to Lakeview to hunt Sunstones. We booked a nearby hotel and it was a disaster. The rooms were dirty and the people were partying hard. We called the Freemont Inn and they said, come on over we will set you up. It was very late (11 pm) and the manager came right out, greeted us with a sympathetic smile and quickly gave us 2 nice upgraded rooms for a very fair price. He was kind and efficient. We ended up staying 2 more nights there because it was so good. It's not super fancy, but the service was so good. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast in the morning is adequate, there is a small kitchenette in the rooms. It was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for having GREAT customer service!

An incredible gem on the edge of Oregon's Outback! They certainly believe in service with a smile, and providing the best place to stay in the area!

Clean, nice rooms. However if you're sensitive to perfumes and cleaners this place is a nightmare.

Best Hotel I've ever stayed at! Cheaper then the Best Western and better value the room my husband and I had included a full size refrigerator and a place to cook.

It's a cool building with a large lounge/dining area with lots of natural light. The rooms are nice too! There is a beautiful patio area just outside the hotel which is a pleasant place to hang out if you have computer work or just want enjoy the outside in the shade. Breakfast has many options, cereal, fruit options, waffles, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, eggs, and more. They also provide orange juice, milk and coffee in the morning. There are laundry machines available for guests to do laundry, and a weight room. The only reason I gave this 4/5 stars is the weight room has a treadmill, cycling machine and hand weights as well as a bar to lift. The cycling machine did not work at all and the bar did not have securements to keep the weights on while lifting — so if you tilt even a little the weights fall off which is not only annoying but also somewhat dangerous. Otherwise this is a great way side stop in Lakeview for a day or for however long one might stop here.

We were absolutely delighted with the spacious room and courtesy service we received. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone. Very clean.

This is probably one of the best small town motels I've ever stayed at. Very friendly lady at the front desk, big rooms for the price. Great breakfast. Will definitely stay here again, when in the area. Highly recommend this place.

Day 5 of my road trip cross country. This is by far the best one yet. Strongly recommend.

It was alot like having a studio apartment, great price, fullsize fridge, microwave. Queen bed, closet and full size, very nice bathroom.

The Hotel was very nice, and the bed and room was perfect! However the staff wasn't helpful at all, I had to do all the legwork for billing. Calling corporate lodging, having them convince her that billing would go through. After all of this I didn't get I'm sorry to have bothered you with this, not a thank you for your stay, nothing. All because management can't read a update from one of their billing partners of which its their job to be on top of!

A very nice hotel in the middle of nowhere. Clean, quiet, and very helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who happens to be in the area.

Pick this hotel. It'll cost a little more than the surrounding motels, but you'll be SOOO glad you did. The staff is fantastic! But the real benefit is that even though you're paying 30% — 50% more, you're getting 500% more in value — — clean rooms, new beds, and. To be totally honest. The peace of mind that your room hasn't been the scene of a skanky crime or had to have been scrubbed free of whatever STD lurking around Lakeview (no offense, Lakeview).

Large comfortable rooms, well maintained, friendly staff, great breakfast included, very reasonable price. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was originally a retirement home, but was converted nicely. As a result the rooms are very spacious with tons of closet space. My room (and I think all rooms) have a kitchenette that includes refridgerator, mircowave, sink, dishes, silverware, etc. The bathrooms are also nicely sized so a person can move around without constantly bumping into things. Many of the rooms are also now air-conditioned. They were just beginning to open up their own restaurant and lounge (with wines and beers) within the hotel. At the time I was there, a person also was allowed to go next door to the Best Western to use the pool. After looking at all the other hotels in town, I believe this is the best value and possibly the nicest.
