Was clean. Very polite staff. They wrote in the fleece blanket to make the stay more personal. The room was kind of empty. There wasn't any silverware or cooking tools in the room. But they did sell them at the front desk area for a reasonable price. Had a good experience. They offered Donuts on Friday Saturday and Sunday mornings. The location was quite good for access to most of bend it was close to good stores restaurants and outdoor activities for both people and dogs. They were pet friendly with reasonable prices.

This was a good hotel if you're just passing through. The rooms are small. You also don't get plates and forks in your room. You have to get them at the front desk which seems odd.

The hotel was nice, but very basic. The rooms were nice and very clean and the staff was friendly, however in my opinion the price was high for a hotel with no amenities. No pool no jacuzzi no breakfast Etc. This was an unusual hotel in the way it prices stuff and I didn't understand that before booking. It's in a great location if you want to visit the Old Mill District, you can walk right to it, but other than a basic place to spend the night that's the only thing this hotel has to offer.

Was hoping there would be a pool here but no pool. Is actually very nice place though. It's kept very clean. New appliances throughout. Comfortable beds. Free Wi-Fi. Location is great. Easy access to lots of shopping and fun outdoorsy activities.

Great full fridge and stove top in kitchen which is helpful for people with food allergies. Nice place and nice people work there.

Decent stay. Rooms were not equipped with cookware which made us difficult to cook dinner and had to go to reception to get basic items such as plates and forks.

We showed up on a Saturday evening. After paying the 208$ for the night, and being handed the keys to our room, ON THE 4TH FLOOR, we found out the elevator was broken! I asked f lik r a refund, because I had a wife and 3 kids plus all their luggage. The girl at the front desk was nice enough, but she had no control over th ge refunds. So I asked to speak to a manager. She informed me there was no management on the weekends. I had her call the manager. She explained the situation to him/her over the phone. The manager declined. We asked for the number above him, or corporate. As of a month ago, they are n ik longer corporate, but independently owned. And they wont give out the owners number. They refused to give a refund. This was the last room they had available for the evening. We left, and got a room up the road at a hotel with an indoor pool and hot tub, for 20$ cheaper. Avoid this hotel!

Quite neighborhood and super friendly staff. We took two queen bed room and it was clean and nice. A big fridge and small cooktop is available. On the downside the room has only thick window curtain. Having another thinner window curtain would have helped to use it during daytime. Also the cost of the room was slightly higher.

Great view, nice location and dog friendly but truly basic in every other way. Brown and white decor everywhere in and out I did not see any staff but my husband said they were pleasant.

My impression is that My Place is probably best experienced as an extended stay accommodation. We were overnighters, who stayed here because our favorite Bend lodging was full. If you are planning to eat or shop in the Mill District, this is close by and convenient. The room was fine and the staff friendly and helpful. But we were a bit disappointed, probably because we didn’t pay sufficient attention when booking. The “breakfast in bed” that is promoted is actually prepackaged microwave breakfast meals you can buy at Costco, delivered to your room to put in the fringe to prepare when you like. Although we booked through a well recognized website, we had to pay for the meal packets. Probably got some special “deal. ” But it wasn’t a special deal that we discovered that housekeeping is only every 4 days. We only stayed 2, so I didn’t even have coffee for the in room brewer the second morning. Finally, ice is only available if you turn on the ice-maker in the refrigerator. But turn it off before you go to bed or expect a regular crashing sound until the ice-maker fills the basket hours later.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. No frills kinda place but comfortable.

Good location next to restaurants within walking distance in the Old Mill District. Upper rooms have a nice view of the mountains, and rooms have helpful full sized refrigerators and electric stove tops.

I did not have a lot of choices when I had booked a hotel for work. I wouldn't say this is a bad place but there is no breakfast served as part of the room. It wouldn't be bad for short-term stay. The rooms and a structure are all new as it's part of an expanding city.

Efficiency motel. Bring your own pots and pans, silver ware. If you don't the front desk can sell you the items. Other than that this is one of the better places that Corporate Lodging has placed us. No car prowlers, druggies, or lot lizards.

So much construction next to the hotel the walls shook. We also had to wait at the front desk for 30 minutes before any staff showed up to serve us. It's definitely not worth the amount they charge. Spoke with the Manager about compensation for a sleepless night for $200, and manager Josh Bressman, blew off the request completely and never got back to us. The whole experience was expensive and horrible. Wouldn't stay there again or send anyone there that needs a nice, peaceful place to sleep.

Great staff, excellent location and amazing value. We travel with our Aussie and everyone sleeps well at My Place. The beds are comfortable and the linens are white, fresh and soft. My Place is our hotel pick. Our family feels very comfortable here and most often we are in town for events at the Les Schwab center which is a short walk from the hotel. Things to consider — The kitchenette does not have cooking essentials. Bend is filled with outdoor activities and a place to soak would be great after a day on the mountain or trails. This My Place does not have a pool or spa.

I enjoy staying here when I come to town. The location is great, putting near good food and shopping. The room itself is nothing amazing but it's not bad in any way. My only complain is the Wi-Fi. It's terrible. On the flip side of that, there is active Ethernet ports in the room for getting work done. Will stay again.

My Place is ideally located, super clean, and incredible staff. If planning to use full kitchen available for extended stay, plan to bring dishes, silverware, pans, etc. Needed. Lobby store has all needed for purchase. Alternative eateries are available from front desk. ☺ K&J — Napa, CA.

Nice modern place. No free breakfast but within a couple block walk are cafes in the Old Mill area. The hotel has a good do-your-own laundry facility that is not expensive. Dogs are allowed.

Clean room, convenient location, at an excellent price for Bend. Room had a kitchenette with a full fridge. Staff was pleasant. Close enough to dining. Easy choice to stay here again if passing through.

Great rooms, friendly staff, comfy beds, and a full refrigerator with icemaker! I didn't have to wander the hallways in the middle of the night in my underwear looking for ice! Located across the street from a nice movie theater too.

Great Rooms. Great location of you're in town for a concert. Expensive AF, but similar to other nearby hotels.

Clean rooms that are spacious and have a stove top, microwave, and refrigerator. Super nice staff doesn't hurt either. We will definitely look to stay here again.

This is the 2nd time. Ive stayed at a MP and they are consistent and accommodating. Super clean (even being pet friendly! ) And very friendly staff. Keep up the good work!

I stayed at this hotel one time previously, so I decided to stay a second time because I was familiar with it. — The price for a double queen room, overnight stay, on the weekend was $199.00. I felt like this was a little high considering there isn't a pool. — There is a full kitchen with fridge, microwave, sink, and cooktop. Beware though, they charge for any cutlery, cookware, cups, or flatware — so bring your own. — The bathroom is very small — vanity counter space is nil. — The floor in the bathroom was not cleaned either time we stayed. There was dust and hair behind the door and around the baseboard. — The door slams if you are not careful to hold the door. — The floor/walls are quite thin as we could hear children running up and down the hallway as well as in their room (we were on the lower floor). — There is no free Continental breakfast; however, they do charge $4.99 per person for breakfast and will deliver to your room. There are better options around Bend. — The garbage can outside was overflowing the day we arrived and the next morning. I had to alert the front desk.

Nice new clean place. Nice staff. Bring your own kitchen utensils if you plan on cooking.

This hotel provided everything we needed from a relatively basic room. It was clean and nice.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Only complaints would be it's not very close to things in bend and with a full refrigerator in the room, it was a little noisy. Would definitely stay again.

This place is accommodating. Friendly staff. They allow pets and have rooms for disabled people along with deaf. It also has a cheap laundromat and a small convenience store. Love it!

This hotel is a very nice and clean hotel to stay in especially if you are looking for a small kitchenette and reasonable rates. If you decide to check it out you will need to bring your own cooking utensils including pots and pans as there are none in the room. You can purchase cooking utensils in the lobby. Front desk clerk was very pleasant and answered any questions I had. Neighbors were a little noisy. Not sure if they are elderly or have a hard time hearing. TV seemed rather loud. Bed was nice and comfortable I got a good night's sleep on it. They don't have free breakfast in the morning but you can order breakfast for around $5 and they will bring it to your room at the time you request. They do have free coffee in the lobby which is nice. This hotel is also near a lot of shopping in the Old Mill District in Bend. Right down the street from the Regal movie theater and Red Robin burgers along with several other shops. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to bend.
