Where do I begin, when we first checked the night shift desk attendant was outside smoking under the gazebo and had to call her to get her to come, it was a sign that they had made, so it seems like a fairly frequent reoccurrence. Very unprofessional from a customer’s view. Check in was smooth but soon changed when we got to our room, the wall to the right of the bed (closest to the window) had obviously had some damage done to it and the drywall is all dented and they have tried to fix it but the paint does not match the existing wall. The beds were decent but the bedding was fairly itchy. The next morning started with their complimentary breakfast. The orange juice was awful as mentioned by other reviews. The bagels were stale which vindicates that they leave them out so they don’t have to order more. When cereal came around the hotel didn’t have any milk for the cereal and they were not even aware of the milk situation. When a relative of mine made his waffle there was no syrup so the waffle was practically pointless as the waffles were bone dry.

What made this trip good was the water pressure in the shower wow pretty awesome. In a room the closet door was broken, it wouldn’t stay shut the air conditioner wasn’t working right, it was on and off and not running fully the hot tub didn’t work the air didn’t work in the pool room or the workout room the stairstepper didn’t work there were no towels in the pool area or the workout area the workout area was 84° and you couldn’t change it it was set to 78 and it wasn’t working. Told us to open the door in the workout room to get air in there. The staff was very friendly. The TV didn’t work in the workout area as well the fan in the bathroom was loud there were no dog bags or a dog station outside. The bathroom door didn’t lock. I was talking this text of course. There was also kids that drew on the wall in our room and that was still there when we got in the room.

Very clean and super nice staff. Loved our room. Hotel is quiet. You can't hear things outside your room or from room to room. Had a suite and it even had a garbage disposal! Very pleased with our stay!

Nice place. Rooms seemed to be nice & clean, well appointed, & nice that they allow our 4 legged friends as well. No extra fees for them & no weight restrictions. We had our 75Lb Pitt Bull with us. Would definitely recommend them.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. Let me start by just getting the couple of things out of the way first. This hotel is not for the faint of heart. The area is super dodgy, you gotta stay aware of your surroundings. If you can’t handle the tougher city life, you may want to keep your trip to different area. However, this is truly the only negative I have. The staff was amazing, each one has their way of making you feel like you are home. Alycia, Audrey, April and Jaden (and many others) made me feel 100% comfortable and made me feel safe. They went above and beyond the call of duty in every situation. I have truly never had such great service at a hotel. Thank you guys for making my first work adventure perfect! And my room was comfortable and clean. When I did fall asleep, it was like a baby. I could have stayed another month happily! I will be back! I’m an Elite member now! (I don’t care what my account says! )

Nice quiet hotel. In room fridge is nice and cold. HOT breakfast! Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Parking is a bit tight rvs and 26 foot trucks ok. But 53 footers should keep looking. Close to major highway but tough to get back on. Denny's is close but a five min walk. After dark some questionable people hanging out around the area.

If you so desired to stay at this hotel. Please think twice or maybe three times before making reservation. Do not expect to pay the rates per your confirmation email. The rates listed is false information in your email labeled per each night of stay. In checking my credit card receipt and the receipt mailed to me. They stole over $81 dollars. I did not get the reduced rate that was listed on site used to book room. The hotel does not honor booking sites. It was not an enjoyable place to stay anyway. Room service only came in once to clean and make the beds. The other three days we had to sleep in the linen the night before. Always asking for towels…

The girls on the front desk are very rude and unprofessional. They allow guests to block entrances and exits and park in fire lanes, which could be very dangerous in emergency situations. Public Safety should be first and foremost always. Do not stay at this Motel…

Great rooms. Rather clean. And if I do say, I will have to get a room with a hot tub next go around at this place. I… want a room with a hot tub! You do have a room with a hot tub? Is that what people are spreadingnthe word about? Correct? And I can't wait t o see what the free breakfast has in store! I'm so delighted!

Based on the surrounding hotels on the same street this one is the best. Good rates and April was very helpful with the check in. My room and bathroom was very clean. I'm very satisfied with my choice of hotels. To the owner put some pepperoni hot pockets in the freezer and get rid of those dam noodles…

They were very accommodating in letting us check in about 4 hours early, without any forewarning, and thank you all very much for that! But, now for the very dreaded, "however". HOWEVER, the bed was very hard… even for my wife, who likes sleeping on plywood-like beds. Our backs are killing us this morning! Overall, a fairly clean hotel. Their "hot breakfast", isn't very hot at all. Luke warm, at best. Location is in a trashy bad area. It appears, that this LaQuinta is located in the middle of Tulsa's slum district. Street people everywhere, bumming cigarettes, money, and "anything else", that they can get from you. Area stores are just nasty, dirty, and stink inside. A one night stay was plenty for us!

The staff was so friendly. Great breakfast. A very comfortable setting. I would highly recommend this hotel. They really care about their guests.

I don't really want to give a bad review because where it counted for us, it was great but for others it could have been bad. The beds are firm, the pool was cold and the hot tub was like warm and didn't turn on. If you get cool easily, there are no heavy blankets, and the air from heater was cool. The breakfast wasn't very good. The good stuff was that the coffee was great, the rooms were very clean, and it had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The pillows were comfy too. I can't say we would stay again but not all was bad.

It is a good place for a business trip, located near the Tulsa airport, the rooms are very comfortable, perhaps some of the additional facilities require maintenance.

We were in town visiting family in the area. We had a issue with our first room but they took care of it right away. The staff was very nice and helpful. They were not just kind to me but to the kids too. John went out of his way with us. He was super helpful and extra nice and not the fake kind of nice but he was legit. The hotel is very nice, clean and well kept. We use the laundry room and the indoor pool was quite nice. The kids were happy to be able to swim while it was 20° outside.

I stayed at a la Quinta in OKC, and was far more impressed by the quality of the room. 2 reasons I only give 2 stars: first, upon arriving there was a cop responding to a situation, which immediately made me doubt the location; second is the bathroom, which was horrible. There was so much water damage from the shower head to the tile in the tub, it appears nothing more than patch work with visible mildew/mold. The shower curtain is just not long enough and a ton of water leaked out, creating a fall hazard on the tile floor even with the towel mat provided. There are other la Quinta locations in this area, and I will seek them out before returning here in the future. I love that la Quinta is cheap and normally of high quality for a 3 star hotel. Plus, pet friendly!

I travel for business and need the convenience of an iron and board. My room didn't have the board and requested one from the employee diwnstairs which they never brought. I decided to walk to the front to receive assistance and the employee took me to another room to "steal" their ironing board.

Affordable, clean, spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Very close to the airport.

Really nice la Quinta, doesn't smell like wet dog. Has a decent weight area and high quality indoor pool. Near hotel, not near many restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast. Coffee was cold at 7pm.

I just stopped for a few hours of sleep on a long drive, but the staff were super friendly and the rooms were really nice and clean.

Could use a remodel, and the rooms are a little thin. You can hear all the noise in the hallways. Breakfast is decent and they take CLC.

Hotel had been remodeled recently and was very tasteful. Rooms were spacious and we'll equipped. Only cons were the air conditioner was loud and the beds were not very comfortable. Breakfast was provided for free and was decent. All in all a good experience for the lower price point.

Was a nice place to stay, friendly staff. Will be better if/ when they update the rooms like many other LQ's have. I'll stay again when in the area.

Very clean. Staff very nice. Only thing. My lock didn't work. But it was very late when I got in. And used the latch. To tired to worry about it. Told staff in morning, they said they would have put in a different room. Would most definitely stay again.

Room was decent size not all that clean. Sheets and pillow cases and stains on them. The sheet on the bed had a hole in it. Wish I was little more tech savvy so I could post pics with review. I was told card would only be used for hold since I was paying in cash. On my way home I found out it was not a hold the processed the card for payment. Therefore they were paid twice. On Saturday I asked cleaning lady to give us a few minutes to clear out so she clean. She never cleaned room at all that day. You could not pay to stay there again. Front desk people were nice.

My husband recently stayed at this hotel. His experience was fine, upon arrival he was asked to put a card down for accidentals (we expected this) but later we noticed some charges to his account. I contacted the hotel manager and they explained they made a mistake but due to that mistake we aren't able to be refunded the money for a week. I am very disappointed in this hotel and the bank. The hotel stated there was nothing they could do and the bank stated the hotel set the date for the refund to be deposited. So we were getting two different stories and I'm not saying the hotel is at more fault than the bank I just think it's insane that it takes 10 seconds to take money out but forever to get refunded. I was disappointed with the service I got when I called. The lady I spoke to ended up being the manager when I asked to speak to one. She said it's cleared out of their system and nothing they can do. WRONG… you are in the customer service industry and back in my day you would do whatever you could to please said customer within reason. I was spoke to like it didn't matter. It sure matters when it's your money! The charges didn't come from my husband there were no charges for incidentals… the card never should have been charged by accident. She continued to state "accidents happen" and I am usually understanding to that but when I have to pay over draft fees due to THEIR mistake. It should be their problem.

Very humid inside the building. Service and breakfast were excellent.

This place was so nice. For only $40 more from the super 8 across the street we got a bigger room. Better smelling room bigger bathroom. Better service. Friendly faces and met with a smile when you walked in the front door. I would highly recommend that you stay here if your contemplating prices. $40 more from the Super 8 across the street. Hands down far better and we'll worth the extra money. A huge huge plus for me was that it's a NON-SMOKING Facility. I'm glad I decided to cancel super 8 and go here. They most definitely have a new customer wherever we go.

Loudest 2 nights ever. : (No sleep. Walls are paper thin. The staff yells at each other down the halls at all hours of the night.

The hotel was being renovated while I was there so it didn't look great but everything was lovely in my room. Someone should mention, however, that this hotel is located in a section of town where women traveling alone might not want to stay. The parking lot is brightly lit at night (looks like it's day time) and I was told security drives around the lot several times in the evening. I had no problems, but as a woman traveling alone, I like to be aware of the location of places I'm staying. I've protested at Ferguson and slept in my vehicle in Wal-mart parking lots, so I'm not scared of traveling alone to places others might not go — — but if I could have, I wouldn't have stayed here. My reservations were made on-line site unseen — otherwise I would have kept driving when I saw this. (Father and daughter ahead of me opted to go elsewhere. )

Cheap rates — room was of great quality jacuzzi room for $90. Bathroom was bare however, no soaps/towels/shampoo nothing at all. Front desk girl apologized and immediately provided the necessary items. 10 minutes from Tulsa Airport but no overhead flights — would stay again.

Felt very inviting when I got there, but changed quickly once I entered my room. My remote did not operate my TV. I called the front desk and no one answered, I went back down to the lobby, where they gave me 2 batteries to replace in my remote. Returned to my room, still didn't work. Called again to front desk, no answer again. Went back to front desk to be givin another remote, plus the programming instructions to program the remote to the TV. NO LUCK! Called front desk, no answer, went to front desk and demanded another room. Moved all my items to new room, and the next two days I was the joke of the staff! I got upset to find out from a staff member that my room was not to be rented because of the TV issue. The management refused to acknowledge the problem, or make it right by me! Pay the extra $10 and stay 2-3 miles south at a nice chain hotel.

Very nice clean up dated. The house keeping teresa was very helpful at breakfast time. It was a great deal I will recommend. If I ever come to Tulsa I will spend my night there again.

Stayed here when taking mother in law to the airport. Went to utilize the pool and the swimming area was full of people drinking and intoxicated. There was pizza everywhere. The motel guidelines clearly state no drinking or food in the pool area but yet this was being allowed. The people were so loud and obnoxious that could not allow my children to be present. The staff did nothing. Also the comforter smelled like urine. The facility is supposed to be 100% smoke free but on a number of accounts had to call front desk because of the reek of cigarette smoke. Was offered half my money back if I wanted to leave. Horrible experience. I am normally not a complainer but this was the worse experience I have had when it comes to customer service! Being a veteran I honestly feel my accommodations in military barracks and Iraq were better than this.

Just a great place to stay.

Very Clean and up to date. I cant believe how nice the room and facilities were. This was a GREAT bargain. But I hope I never see Tulsa again after that snow storm. But I recommend it to anyone traveling on a budget, Its a value. Very plush.

I stayed for two nights while working in the area and I was pleased with my choice of hotels. I loved the bright decor and contemporary look. I enjoyed the pool and laying out on the little side deck. Their pool is actually long enough to swim laps in! The staff was very personable. The hallways had an odd odor, moreso the first night, like fresh spackle. It could have been better ventilated. The room was perfect: hot, high-powered shower with marble type walls and vanity, flat screen tv, microwave and refridgerator. VERY comfortable bed! Good breakfast spread with cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, muffins, breads, juice, coffee and a waffle maker. I will definitely stay again! The area around the hotel is a little rough, but seems to be on the upswing. Just a few blocks from a super walmart, and any fast food you could want.

This is one of the lovliest La Qinta inns I stayed in while on a road trip from the west coast to the east coast. It is new, hence clean and very modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to the highway. The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed making my own waffles.
