This is in a terrible part of town. Told by employees that the motel behind them is basically a “meth lab” and that the other direction is where the prostitutes are. Also found a syringe under my mattress with an unknown substance in it. I feel like that means they didn’t clean our room. Stay away at all costs.

The room we ordered was the complete opposite then the website, the room looked amazing online but in the room itself it had holes it was dirty and a broken fan.

Very ghetto location. We booked this place because it had a pool, but when we checked in and asked about pool hours we were told the pool was "under maintenance" which really meant the pool is so full of algae it looks like a swamp… Very gross, especially since our room overlooked it. Yuck, stay away.

One of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in. Tried to back out and they said my card would be charged because I reserved the room. The ceiling is leaking and peeling and the floor is so dirty I won't let my children remove their shoes. There is no Wi-Fi and there was a pair of dirty underwear on the balcony right outside my room.

I have stayed in several Red Roof Inns across the country and have been pretty happy with their services as it is dog friendly and always been clean with friendly staff. I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The grounds are full of trash and I even saw cockroaches just a few feet outside my room. The front desk staff (both guy checking me in and girl checking me out) were rude and seemed to be inconvenienced by me. The room was filthy and yes I have pictures to prove. The “non smoking rooms” smelled of smoke and very sketchy people lurk around the hotel at night. Yes, to those that say what do you expect with around $50/night budget but again, I have stayed in enough red roofs to know that this is not how they normally run hotels. I have never had a complaint t about them until now. DO NOT STAY HERE, unless you don’t mind what I mentioned above! I hope red roof inn upper management reads this and understands this place has been the exception to what I am normally accustomed to.

Little pricey for the area but the rooms are nice and clean. And the staff is friendly and helpful.

This is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever booked. We didn't even make it 10 minutes before trying to get out of our reservation. First of all, the pictures of the hotel online have to be fake. It looked nothing like the pics. We pull in and the first thing we see is an obvious hooker working two guys and then head into a room surrounded by a swarm of "people" My wife says I don't know about this, we then sit in the parking lot and witness a drug deal go down right in front of us, out in the open. I couldn't believe it. I guess it's my fault for not reading other terrible nightmare like reviews. I go in and try to get my money back and manager says there is nothing I can do. Do not belive any 5 star reviews. They have to be staff or fake reviews. This place is a dump and should be reported.

Horrible — by far the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. The faucet wasn't attached to the counter and was inoperable. Doors wouldn't lock. Horrible and ghetto area. Very unsafe.

Room inside is a lot better than outside, to a point. Room has been updated but still needs renovation. Gap in door and around the a. C. / heater. Had to block with a towel to keep cold out. Remote won't control volume on t. V. Called front desk and he came up and turned it up but remote still won't work to adjust. Had to go down to finally get a remote that worked. People with door to their room open thumping music and others milling around parking lot. Should have spent the extra money to stay somewhere else. Won't be back when we come for the gun show again. Live and learn.

Went to pick up a friend who had got "kicked out" the room she was in with a friend and the lady at desk wouldnt hell at all. I understand you can't disclose info of whose checked in but could have at least said if seen any vlothes or anything being thrown out.

This motel is the WORST place you could possibly stay. They have druggies and prostitutes living here. The room's floor felt like it hadn't been swept in ages. We found a bed bug. The guy staff was very creepy. While walking to the room there was wet paint everywhere on the cemet floors and our AC was broken (they did fix) but before they completely fixed it we asked if we can get our money and we couldn't, we could only get a new room. Overall, the people are shady as hell and the place is nasty as hell.

Everything about the place was great. Clean, friendly staff, and very accommodating. The only thing I can complain about is spotty Wi-Fi. It had a bad habit of kicking me off about every 90 mins or so.

Stayed here last minute. After driving by a couple of $50 motels for an extra $15 it was well worth it. Front desk was friendly and laughed at my jokes. My jokes are bad. Room was comfy and had no issues. This will be my new spot in Tulsa when I'm here working.

Can’t ever get Wi-Fi to work properly and they don’t ever have my reservation correct.

No cameras working — someone busted my truck window (COST ME 200 NOT INCLUDING TINT) DIRTY ROOM WITH ROACHES-TO TOP IT ALL off the front desk people actually yelled at me. Internet was down when we paid an they tried to say I didn't pay for 2nights. Not to mention no sleep because of all the noise ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER an I travel constantly! No stars. I am adding this statement 2weeks later. I was so upset over the way I was treated an the conditions I contacted red roof quest relations — they were prompt in contacting me back. They opened an investigation an assured me that they were handling the situation an gave me a partial refund. So if u do stay there an have Any problems I would contact red roof directly an inform them of any problems. Don't try to deal with the people there u will get nowhere. Room was comfy and the bathroom was clean. Not much on offer for breakfast, but great for the price!

Renovations did this Red Roof justice! Nice! Very clean & updated room, everything in working order. Antonio (Front desk clerk) Very nice, friendly and Godly. I do believe we have found a place, we travel very often for business @ the airport. Time to let all of our friends know about this place.

Good value for the price. We had stayed at multiple red roof properties on a cross country move with pets and this was the first motel with outside doors. The room appeared freshly renovated with fresh paint. The bed and pillows were new and fantastic. Only complaint is that the area seemed a little sketchy.

The 2 stars was for the cleanliness of the room. The pool was disgusting and the people staying seemed creepy standing out and about late at night. We also, had a booking for 48 dollars And somehow it didn't get accepted and cost us 78… which was not even worth the extra money. I suppose when you travel… do research.

Was charged $150.00 more because they said that we had a cat and that we were smoking in the room. We are hear for a Vapor (e cig) convention and we did not have a pet with us they assumed that the make up box that I had was a cat box and then they kicked us out and said dont ever come back. Don't ever stay here, they are rude and charge you for stuff they shouldn't because make assumptions. I hope your business fails very soon you jerk!

Well let me tell you about this trash dump of a place! I went to complain about the ac not working. Because they had taped the ac unit pieces and parts just on the outside of the unit as pictured below. They sent a man to the room (aka) maintenance man. He came up with 50 reason why not to fix the ac and was to busy to do it right then. Then I decided to go ahead and take a deeper look at the trash dump! Low and behold one of the beds was covered in stains and black marks every where. The owner when I asked for a discount stated he was proud of his trash dump and said it was my problem not his. Well there won't be a next time trust. Sorry but this place is nasty and disgusting and a poor decision to make for a nights stay in Tulsa. It's a prime example of you get what you pay for words from the F****** IDIOT owner himself! Then I didn't even know if it was a hotel or apartment complex with home made cookers outside some rooms like they lived there. Please share so no one will ever have to experience such a HOT mess! Here's to the owner of this hotel thanks for nothing and go back home. Thanks feel free to share.

The owner is rude and his staff! The beds had mold on it when you lift the sheets! The ac unit was taped cause they where having problems with it (safety hazard) when we confronted them we where ask to leave!

Its been good can't complain.

Very clean rooms and excellent house keeping. Stayed there for a week and felt like home.

Really good rooms and excellent service. Breakfast was excellent and specially no bed bugs.
