Reviews of Best Western PLUS Tulsa Inn & Suites 2*
Easy to get to from highway. Very clean and fresh smelling.
Just checked in so no complaints yet.
Been renting rooms from 32nd and mem in Tulsa forever. Used to have hot tub rooms. Place is still clean, polite, and comfortable. Still enjoy the stay.
Was enjoying my stay until I seen bed bugs and discovered bed bug bites.
Best Westerns are the best. I always stay at them when traveling and have never been disappointed.
We check in they can't find our reservation then they finally check us in and tried to put us in a room that was already occupied.
Clean rooms, nicely decorated, friendly staff.
78 degrees in a hotel room is not acceptable. The evening staff tried to help with a box fan, a bowl of ice, and an understanding attitude. He promised a comped room. It was appreciated, but the room remained stuffy and unbearable. Addressed the issue with the front desk the following morning (which they evening staff recommended) and couldn’t believe the level of rudeness. Why is this woman even in customer service? It really shouldn’t be that difficult to cool a hotel room.
Just avoid this hotel. We had to sleep in a room with no air conditioning — the night staff was more than helpful, tried to get us another room, or hotel (NOTHING available), brought us a fan, and told us they would comp our stay. When I went to check out with the morning staff — after 3 hours of sweaty sleep — she rolled her eyes at me, and said that we weren’t even getting a discount. There is a Doubletree right next door!
I've stayed here a couple of times and got the suite each time.
They're roomy, comfortable, homey.
I definitely recommend this Hotel.
Nice comfortable beds. Room is spacious. Within walking distance of the BOK center have a great day.
Rooms are very small to be classified as suites. Had to change rooms because it wasn't the suite we reserved, but the one that was suppose to be bigger was worse because the wall blocked from being able to watch TV from the sofa. Looks more like this hotel was taken over and slapped a Best Western Plus sign on it.
Clean and comfortable, nice staff, well equipped, rooms great, near restaurants.
Team Georgia loved staying with y’all!
Incredibly friendly staff, clean rooms, and breakfast at a reasonable price! Plus it's right across the street from the convention center. I would definitely book here again.
Great location, decent price. Easy access to dining and entertainment. Room was clean and everything worked pretty well except the stopper in the tub.
The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the mornings was pretty good. They have a variety and a waffle machine.
We had a few problems I need to repairs and it took too long for them to fix it. Staff are very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The king size bed was very uncomfortable.
Very nice hotel! The key cards for the doors wouldn't keep a memory on the stripe. In four days I went through 6 cards because I couldn't get into the room. Other than that this was a great place to stay!
Overall great location if you're visiting the BOK, parking is limited and cramped. The breakfast could have been better and the elevator situation is a little weird causing longer wait times. Unfortunately we couldn't use the stairs from the garage area as the doors would not open wth the room keys as they should have. The rooms were good and the beds were comfy.
The staff and house keeping were very helpful. The rooms were clean and smelled good. The parking is a bit small, but only for a full size truck. The location is convenient.
This hotel is amazing! I have been traveling across the country and this so far has been my favorite hotel! The was very clean, very up to date, Facilities were as promised, and the staff was amazing! Especially Nathan at the front desk he was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay the best! Highly recommended!
Check in was very easy and staff very friendly. Best nights sleep I’ve had in weeks. Being so close to BOK center was a plus!
I used to manage BW hotels in California. This is a nice, well appointed hotel for a reasonable price. Bedding was comfy and overall look and feel of the room was good. Daughter enjoyed the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very good deal for the $$.
The front desk lady was very nice and informative. The pool is nice and warm although it isn't very big, right in front of the front desk with big windows. The fitness room has 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 bike and is open 24 hours. The room was nice and clean no complaints!
We've stayed here several times during the past few years when traveling between Arizona and the Midwest. Very friendly staff and clean, quiet & comfortable rooms. On a previous trip the lobby & breakfast areas were being updated, and everything turned out beautifully. Breakfast was better than we remembered, with hot dishes and a cool machine that made perfect pancakes! Looking forward to returning again and again.
Great value for the money. The one problem we had (no bathroom amenities) was quickly resolved, but we had the time to deal with it. Would like to stay more than just one night at this hotel to see if our experience would be better. In other words, we would give it another shot if we are in the area again.
Don’t stay here if you value your time traveling. Evidently there had been 78 auto breaking in the past 2 weeks however when we checked in we not not informed to be cautious! So in the morning as we got to our car we discovered the front passenger window had been smashed open all of our belongings gone thru as well as of course the console and glove box. Blood everywhere as they slid thru the broken window which is why the alarm didn’t go off. To our dismay there were 8 other cars also broken into and 1 stolen. The staff said the police were notified however after waiting 3 hours we called to find they had no calls regarding this! To say the least we along with other guests were furious! So just a heads up BEWARE TULSA!
My daughter and myself were travelling. Best Western Hotel catered our needs, we felt safe and secure. Beautiful hotel and a very comfortable stay. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone. We will definitely be staying in best Western on our journey.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were in town for a wedding on fathers day weekend and my husband was jumped by one of the hotel employees boyfriends. The gentleman at the front desk would not give us the name of the employee and would not call the manager when I asked to speak to them. Completely ghetto employees who ruined what was supposed to be a beautiful weekend for my husband and our children. You have plenty of other choices in the same area and I would definitely recommend any over this hotel. Completely unprofessional. I would give no stars if that were an option.
Had a great stay here. 5 of us, one being a 1 year old, slept very comfortably in the double queen room. There was enough room for our 1 year olds pack and play as well. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and the pool was great. Centrally located about 15 mins from major attractions such as the zoo and the aquarium. Great places to eat everywhere. Will stay here again if we visit again!
I stayed here on points was a great place. Pool was awesome. Front desk lady in the morning seemed a bit distracted with her cell phone but other than that I had a pleasant stay.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. This hotel is in a great location for walking to the BOK. Clean, comfy rooms and safe parking areas! We would highly recommend this hotel!
Great location in Tulsa. Easy to get to. Clean lobby. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Decor is nice. Has furniture. In the room besides a bed, that is a good thing. Would recommend this place to anyone who is in Tulsa for business or pleasure.
The room was nice. I had a room close to the highway and couldn't hear any road noise. The bed was really firm which isn't my first choice but I've slept on worse at higher end hotels!
Comfortable beds and friendly staff. They were under construction a bit while we were there, butbi didn't affect our stay. The beds is the most important part, and they were comfortable. My kids were bummed that there was a pool, but that was my mistake for not checking the amenities. Overall, satisfied customer.
The hotel was clean, smelled citrusy. Our bed was very comfortable. The coolest part of the stay was the pancake machine at breakfast! 2 piping hot pancakes in less than a minute and they even had chocolate chips and peanut butter! There was no hair dryer or ironing board in the room.
I had a great experience! Good breakfast. Great service. Loved the food and the pool was fun for my kids as well! Rooms clean and comfortable.
We chose this hotel for its location, but the friendly, hard working staff keep us coming back. We stay here when visiting family, and over the years I have seen this property get remodeled and fixed up nearly every time I have stayed here. They will bend over backwards to make you happy!
We were in Tulsa for a concert and stayed here. We discovered the first night that our refrigerator in our room wasn’t working. We contacted the front desk and they were very accommodating and switched us to a different room. The staff was very nice and the rooms were extremely clean.
Extremely comfortable guest room, the bed and pillows were great, staff was friendly, breakfast was hot and always full. My room was clean upon arrival, and ready early. I was very please and would recommend this hotel. There is also a really yummy restaurant next door called Baxter’s and they too had a great staff and really good food!
I now have this hotel on speed dial. It doesn't get better than this. Good comfortable beds, great tv, good coffee maker, quiet room. Breakfast done right, with coffee 24/7. My hotel of choice now.
Great price. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Disappointed with the fitness room. Only one of the three machines worked. There were no weights either.
We have stayed here more than once. Rooms are always clean and very roomy. Indoor pool was warm (cool weather outside) fitness room has good selection of equipment. Breakfast was not as good as usual and the juice tasted sour but over always a good experience at this hotel. We will definitely be back.
Overall the hotel was great. Nice staff. Quiet. Good breakfast. The pool is a bit small. The bed was good, not great. Clean. Shopping and restaurants are close, some in walking distance. Highway is close. It was secure. Happy to recommend staying!
It was a very nice day very helpful when I had to come back and look for my cell phone but I have lost a billfold and don't know if anybody found it there or not have to wait till Monday.
The people at this hotel were awesome. Very welcoming and professional. I truly enjoyed my stay. Thank you very much.
Nice and clean hotel for the budget minded traveler. I especially liked the pillows — they are very similar to the MyPillow I have at home. The breakfast was good also. I really liked the self-serve pancake machine! I'd never seen one before but it was very easy and convenient… just push the button and a couple minutes later you have hot, fresh pancakes! Two thumbs up from us!
We stayed two nights. The first night there was a lot of noise outside of our room and we hardly slept. We changed rooms the next day. The new room was smaller but better laid out. We were able to sleep that night.
My wife and daughter stayed for cheerleading competition. They enjoyed how close the hotel was to the Cox center and the free parking. The rooms were nice and staff was very helpful addressing issues they had at check in.
Very nice amenities. Staff available who go out of their way to provide excellent service. Pet friendly at a reasonable price.
The hotel was clean & the furnishings were nice. Every staff member we came in contact with was very nice and helpful. Miranda & Madison were extremely wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the downtown Tulsa area. It was a great value for the price. For the price you can't beat the location if you are attending an event at the Cox Business Center. It is right across the street.
A nice hotel for a quick stop over while traveling. It was in a convenient location. This was a free night for us so the price was GREAT. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. The room was clean and quiet. We didn't use the pool or exercise room but it looked nice. We would definitely stay here again.
Very noisy — train, cars/trucks on side streets and A/C in room horribly loud! Walls thin and could hear next door TV. Did have covered parking which is good and a comfortable bed but that's about it. Our shower/tub didn't drain so you have water covering your feet before finishing shower. Exhaust fan didn't work. Didn't notice the above 2 things until the morning of our check-out so not much to do except explain to front desk on way out. Breakfast is average so if anything it's juice and a banana.
Very clean, nicely decorated hotel. Always has a great breakfast with lots of options. I'm not a fan of the pancake machines, prefer the waffle maker. Beds were very uncomfortable.
Another great Best Western Plus. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking my large truck was not a problem here. The room was very spacious and modern at a very modest price. The beds and linens were clean and comfy. The bathroom was clean and had upgraded soaps and shampoos. I especially liked the floor to ceiling windows in this corner suite. The breakfast was freshly prepared, well stocked, and provided a complete meal. All my expectations were met or exceeded. I look forward to staying here again.
Walls are paper thin, you can hear people stomping around all over the building. Anita at the front desk was nothing but rude to us for our three day stay while my dad was in the hospital. We moved to a different hotel after the third day because of her. When we extended our stay from 2 to three days, they charged my card an extra night, and because it was a holiday weekend, those charges were pending for 4 days.
The outside is deceiving. You walk in and it smells nice, it looks nice and the staff was friendly. The room was updated and comfortable. They have the anti microbial remote controls for the television. There was a great variety for breakfast. It’s a great value for the price. I will definitely stay there again!
Room was clean, neat, & the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, hot pancakes, hard boiled eggs, cereal, various pastries, etc. Coffee was good. Front desk folks were friendly and very helpful. I'll stay here again & recommend it to co-workers coming in for meetings.
I have stayed at this property 2 different occasions,, it's close to eating establishments and an enjoyable stay. I enjoy the location, it's away from the hustle but close to where you need to be. Breakfast items are good and kept well. I will stay again.
Stayed at Best Western to attend a concert at the BOK. Great location, room was excellent as were the staff. All of our needs and concerns were answered. The parking can be tricky when its an event night, just arrive early to get a good spot. Highly recommend the Best Western!
This hotel is clean, and priced right. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I try to book the corner room every chance I get, it is very spacious, and the beds are comfortable.
My husband decided to surprise me with a night away for our anniversary. He booked a jacuzzi suite. We didn't get checked in until around 6ish and that is when the catastrophe started. Our key didn't work 4 different times and we were blamed for putting it in my purse next to my cell phone. Then after laying on the bed and pillows for 3 hours watching football we discovered blood all over the pillows and bed. We were horrified. We went to the front desk and were told that there was no housekeeping there that night. What that means is they hand you another set of sheets to change yourself! We were livid! Finally after throwing a fit and crying we were switched to another room about midnight because I refused to sleep on a bloody bed. Their excuse was that housekeeping probably cut their hand and didn't know it! What?! We moved our own stuff to a new room, not a jacuzzi room, and finally got some sleep. Did I mention this was our one night away for our anniversary? Also no manager was even called until we threw a fit. The next morning we received a receipt showing our night was free but who cares. They should have paid us for having to deal with that disgusting crap that night. I did not receive one apology or phone call from anyone either. We walked out the next morning to see housekeeping sitting against the wall playing on their phones. I called corporate today only to get told no other compensation would be given since they already compensated our room that night! WOW!
Great place to stay. Very close to the convention center and several places to eat. Loved the fact that parking was included and the room had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good-lots of choices! Thanks for a great stay, we will definitely be back!
It was easy to get to, ample parking, and actually lived up to the pictures. The bed was absolutely amazing! The continental breakfast exceeded expectations and didn't end way early so we actually got to sleep in before eating and then check out.
Lovely hotel! Fresh, clean and updated! Mattresses we're so comfy and different pillow options. Love how they did the bathrooms and the extra vanity area just outside the bathroom. Breakfast area looks very nice! Will be staying here for over a week, so happy I picked this hotel. Front desk staff were very friendly! Lots of parking. Nice area with restaurants near by.
Great place to stay if your visiting tulsa. Modern style, clean and accommodating staff. Good breakfast and warm smiles. Will stay here again when I'm back in town. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good hotel.
Lovely hotel! Fresh, clean and updated! Mattresses we're so comfy and different pillow options. Love how they did the bathrooms and the extra vanity area just outside the bathroo. Breakfast area looks very nice! Will be staying here for over a week, so happy I picked this hotel. Front desk staff were very friendly! Lots of parking. Nice area with restaurants near by.
Great hotel! Very clean. Friendly staff. Awesome shower heads & water pressure! Breakfast is very good! Will stay here again!
Did a reservation on Best Western's website for this hotel via the Best Western Awards. When we arrived at around 11 PM we found out that the whole reservation had gotten screwed up when it transferred over to the hotel. Thankfully the person working the front desk was very professional about it and worked with us to get the correct info as well as the correct room for the correct price. The king beds are firm like most hotels and the room was really nicely done. Being in downtown, everything was a short driving distance away and the free parking was a huge plus. Breakfast was a little sub-par granted both days we went towards the very end. But with that aside I would definitely visit this hotel again!
Would stay again. Rooms comfortable. Beds a little variable between soft/hard. Breakfast a little sparse, could have a better variety. Pool indoors, not heated, but clean. Cleaning folks were very nice and friendly.
Thanks to all that write reviews, we were happy with the reviews and decided to stay. The front desk staff was extremely professional and polite… kudos to management for hiring an excellent 'director of first expressions'! The lobby was clean and inviting, our room was very clean, modern and the AC was turned on before we got in the room! Breakfast was decent, standard hotel breakfast, but much better than the other place we stayed at the weekend before. Unfortunately the bed wasn't great and seemed to bow in the middle. If they get new beds, we'll definitely stay at this location again.
Shows a bit of age but overall clean and very courteous staff! Good quick breakfast also.
Very clean, modern design. Comfy beds. Delicious breakfast. And super friendly and personal staff. Would stay here again.
We requested to switch room, which done quickly. We like our room and internet speed. Room is clean and the bathroom is large in our suite. Everything works but the business center printer. Vincent, the front desk clerk helped to fix but we were unable to print. He went out of his way to print at the front desk for me so I could use my contract document that morning. I would not be able to find any other printing shop on a Sunday morning. Thank you so much, Vincent.
This is a nice spot! It's not as luxurious as the Best Westerns of my childhood — too many cold white LED lights — but everything else was perfect. The rooms were attractive, the breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast area clean and well maintained. My dad enjoyed the exercise room (which was spartan but perfectly functional) and small pool.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! My experience with Best Westerns in the past have not been good ones. This hotel was looked nice, was very clean, the staff was helpful, efficient, and very kind. The rooms are spacious, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is within a mile of several really good local restaurants. It was centrally located to everything I wanted to do and see and close to the airport. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in Tulsa.
My stay here was excellent. Very friendly environment & overall a great place for the price. Would recommend this place to anyone for a fantastic stay & enjoyment.
Thanks Best Western Plus in Tulsa Oklahoma.
I loved my stay it was awesome clean everyone friendly. This was my redo honeymoon comfort inn fucked my first one up and didnt fix it. Best western was amazing thank u … we are from moore people are rude im white my hubby black he said all these tulsa people are nice he said all the white people speek to me and very nice u dont get that in moore.
Very cute, very clean. Amazingly comfy beds. Helpful and friendly staff, and free breakfast to grab on the way out. Have stayed there in the past and will definitely stay there again in the future!
Upon making our reservations via the internet while driving, the clerk gave us very good driving direction as how to arrive at the hotel. After checking into the hotel, the clerk directed us with helpful hints for our dining at a few of the local restaurants in the area. Those offered gave us a very good selection to make our dining experience gratifying Upon check the clerk was informative with helpful hints about our route to proceed to our next destination. We wish to thank each one in making our stay enjoyable.
Wow! I couldn't have been happier with my room. It was extremely clean and the decor was very chic. The bed was so comfortable. The prices were reasonable as well. Very happy!
Worst BW Plus I have ever stayed at. We got there a little after 1am on the Friday of Easter weekend. Long drive from Dallas. To a hard bed and itchy feeling sheets. The hot water was barely luke warm. The A/C was barely cooling. We were tired and thought we would address it when we got up. Well around 845am in the room right next door to us the maintenance guys are drilling and hammering. As if we dont have a Do Not Disturb sign on our door. So I call the front desk and they… acted like they didnt know what was going on at first. Then said they would take care of it. Took awhile before they got up there. But the noise finally stopped. But It really didnt matter much. Sleep was horrible. The floor might have been better. My fiance goes down to tell them of the problems. She gives him like 4 other card keys to try the beds in. They are all the same. Hard. She finally credits us for the upcoming night. But will have to check with her mgr for the previous night… really. Check in was at 3pm we get there at 1am and left before 11am check out time. We went to the Days Inn… SOOOO AMAZING! Hot hot water, nice and cold A/C and the beds are Temper Pedic. They actually had a full continental breakfast there. BW Plus did not offer that. A guy actually come over and askes to eat. I had to nap before the wedding. Sheets were nice and silky smooth and cool to sleep in. Where BW Plus made us itch! I do not recommend this place. They need to worry about upgrading their beds and sheets.
Good value hotel. Don't let the Soviet-bloc architecture and grey paint put you off — — it's modern and fresh on the inside. Breakfast is typical nothing special. Workout equipment looked in good shape. Miranda at the front desk is super. She can give you some excellent options for local lunch and dinner spots.
My initial impression of the hotel was great. My room included covered parking at no additional charge which is huge for downtown Tulsa. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was surprisingly spacious. The power went out at some point during the night, which caused the air conditioning not to work. After speaking with the front desk staff they said it happens sometimes, and they would get it fixed. However the biggest issue was the cockroach walking across the shower wall. Again, the front desk staff seemed very embarrassed but not surprised. They said it was due to the age of the building, that they treat and so on. While I can see their point I guess, I can't recommend a hotel that has cockroaches. The staff let me check out two nights early without penalty, and offered a 10% discount on the one night I stayed. I thought that discount was pretty low considering the circumstances, but I understand they can only offer so much.
I went to The Best Western Plus downtown Tulsa, Because My Mother Passed away across the street at OSU Medical center. When they discovered that was why I was staying there, they had genuine care and concern. They did everything to make me feel welcome. I was very impressed with their Continental breakfast too.
My experience was good. The room was clean and open with a nice view of downtown. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. There was a bar restaurant right next door. The parking was interesting and I did not feel very safe with my late arrival. It could use more lighting. There was easy access to the elevators from the parking lots for coming and going.
Always love staying here, it's new, modern, is close to everything downtown. The employees are always nice and very helpful. Plus it's one of the only hotels downtown that have a good free breakfast and they have full kitchens.
BW Plus is supposed to be the best of the 3 levels of Best Western hotels. Stayed here 1/20/17 and was very disappointed. King bed had a small blanket that didn't even cover the top of the mattress. Window had a large crack in it and was "repaired" by sticking clear packing tape over it. Very limited TV channel selection & the remote didn't even work. Cheapest quality soaps & toilet paper. No Kleenex. To be fair, shower head and towels were decent. Breakfast bar was fair. Waffles were good, eggs mediocre and the sausage patties were the greasiest I've ever encountered. Biscuits were cold. All in all, a very disappointing experience.
“A Nice, Quiet, Clean Stay” The entrance to the hotel was a bit tricky to find, but it is clean, neat and well-kept. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was good with a nice number of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The Best Western Plus Downtown Tulsa was an excellent hotel. Our sweet was large, clean and well decorated. It was located very close to the BOK center. The breakfast was good, and the employees were very nice. I recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in downtown Tulsa.
Beautiful Hotel. New, very new all, good breakfast and good attention. Of the best if you are passing through Route 66.
We stayed at the Best Western Plus Downtown Tulsa when making a quick trip to visit family. Our room was clean and accommodating for us and our two small dogs. Although it was a very hot day, the room temperature consistently stayed at about 71 degrees no problem. Beds are very comfortable and bathroom was clean. (Hotel maintenance was very friendly as we rode the elevator with him. ) Parking was a little tight. We were worried about having a space when we got back to the hotel late at night, but there were no issues finding a spot. Overall a very good experience. The only thing we didn't like was the amount of people gathered outside the front entrance; especially at night. Luckily, there was a convenient elevator right underneath the hotel at ground level that we could take to avoid the loud cursing and smoking going on out front. We were little surprised the hotel would condone that activity right outside of the main entrance. (The next morning when we went to check out there were two police cars at the front entrance. )
Gorgeous mid-century style with ample modern comfort. The Best Western Plus Downtown Tulsa / Route 66 Hotel is one of the coolest and nicest hotels I have ever had the privilege to sleep in. From the architecture, to the lobby to the large, mid century styled rooms I didn't want to leave. The bed was so comfortable, fast internet, well designed and ample bathroom, the room had everything I needed and beyond! Highly recommended whenever your in Tulsa as the place to stay! #Tulsa #greatnightsrest #route66 #bestwesternplus #midcenturystyle
We were there with a couple friends for a wedding at a nearby church, so my fiance and I weren't the actual guests there but we did get to see the rooms. Overall, the hotel was very clean. There are 5 floors, and when you first walk into the entrance to check in, you're already on the second floor. The guest rooms may seem a little small for some, but I actually thought they made great use of the available space. If I did need a place to stay in downtown Tulsa, I wouldn't mind checking in here.
It was okay. Breakfast was fine. I mostly just slept and left.
Internet speed slow than other location They are give to me disbility room I am not disbility If bad about that.
Room was double booked (easily fixed) and clean. IF you are an exsmoker or have any sensitivity to smoke DO NOT let them put you on the third floor! It reeks of smoke! Breakfast was less than appetizing but Jimmie's Egg was outstanding! I usually love Best Western, but if you stay at this one, be sure you are aware of your room location.
Location was easy to find and get to. Parking was simple and plentiful. Directly outside the front entrance smelled like cigarette smoke. Front desk clerk was friendly enough, albeit a bit strange. Lobby was clean. Elevator was a bit finicky, so we mostly opted for the stairs. Small indoor swimming pool available, but we didn't use it. Our room was a HUGE disappointment to be honest. The A/C was completely off upon arrival, and the room was stuffy and hot. After turning on the A/C we opened the curtain to find that we had a spectacular view of a roof. Like, couldn't see ANYTHING except a shingled roof. We didn't care though, as we weren't going to be in our room except to sleep. It was clean… at least we thought it was clean until we came back to the hotel to go to bed. My 10 year old son turned down one of the beds to find a noticeable dark yellowish orange stain. It was about half the size of my palm. I called the front desk and requested a clean set of queen size sheets. To their credit, they had the king sized sheets to me within minutes. (not queen though… sigh) I am sure they would have brought me another set, but… Seriously who wants to drag it out anymore when its 9:15 at night and you have kids to get in bed. Who expects to have to strip and make a bed when staying in a hotel? Not this gal. Anyway, A/C cooled the room down nicely, and the water for the shower was hot. Grout in the bathroom was broken and loose in several places, and really dirty.
The rooms were clean and breakfast was ready earlier than advertised (which was very convenient). Everyone was very professional, I would definitely stay there again.
Friendly staff. Miranda is awesome. Nice continental breakfast with good variety of fresh fruit. Room was very clean and nice decor.
I stayed at this hotel three times in the past 2 years. Our first stay at the hotel was just after they opened up and it was a pleasant experience. Friendly staff, clean hotel with the basic amenities. The next stay pretty much the same except next door guest were having an all night party that we contacted the staff twice before they really took care of the problem. I thought we would give them another try thinking OK we just had one bad experience. Stayed at the hotel one more time and it was like a college frat house, totally out of control. College students partying all night, slamming doors, yelling, cussing, and running up and down the hall all night until 4am. The staff was called several times and did not do anything about the problem. I had went down to the staff counter to chew them out to no avail. They are more concerned about putting heads on beds than trying to curtail any bad guests or addressing unruly guest. Never again here!
Great place to stay. Downtown and close to many activities!
Room was clean, compact, quiet. Good beds and pillows, decent flat screen tv. Accomodated us for route 66 marathon weekend.
Only smoking rooms available and they stunk. In fact the entire 3rd floor smelled really really bad. The breakfast was hot but rubber. I would not recommend staying here.
My overall experience has been good. The staff has been great. The place could use a refresh. Hallway carpet is worn and needs replaced. The silky bed cover has holes. Not very classy.
They lost our reservation on a very busy weekend. We luckily found out the day before, but they offered no assistance or compensation. I politely explained that we would be in town and had no accommodation now (we searched on our own prior to calling Best Western). I am not so much upset that they lost our reservation — a worker there made a mistake and that happens — I am upset at the horrible customer service I received in regard to this. At first I was provided with the phone number to another Best Western without them even offering to call for me. I called and they were booked. I called back I asked to speak to the general manager and she offered no assistance or help other than saying she would reserve a room for us should there be a cancellation. There was no apology for the inconvenience or offer to make it right at any point.
Thank you Penni for helping me and my Family when we were stranded in Tulsa Oklahoma. You and your staff was very helpful when we need it most. You all went above and beyond and we appreciate everything even the cookies! THE JOHNSONS Westland, MI.
Fairly new. Pleasant friendly staff, very clean. Room was very comfortable. Great location.
They lost our reservation for our anniversary on the weekend of july 17 so now we have to struggle and find a hotel.
I was there for the Holiday and I was nice to see a smiling face greeting me when I checked in. I asked to be on the first floor close to the pool and they made it happen. I just can't say enough about Penni at the front desk. She was so on point with her job she took so much pride in making everyone feel at home. Overall I would stay at Best Western Inn next year when I come back to Tulsa. Keep up the good work.
All the amenities, and they are super friendly.
July 4th weekend, had a very relaxing and refreshing stay here. Staff very attentive and professional, responding to every request we had (which weren't many). We will be back.
Aside from the heater/AC unit sounding like a jet turbine, this place was really great. The sheets were clean, the clerk was friendly, and the shower had awesome water pressure, although the shower didn't get too hot; probably a safety thing so you don't scald yourself. All in all, I enjoyed it.
I'm grateful for this place; we arrived at midnight with no reservations and tried a number of seedier motels before finding this place. Luxurious by comparison, great breakfast, and a stack of Wi-Fi passcodes waiting for you.
Best Western needs to put more effort in distinguishing the "Plus" line of hotels versus their standard hotels. I've stayed at nicer places than this that did not have the "Plus" label. The A/C unit in my room sounds like a jet engine. I thought the fan must be on High, but no, it was on low. Other than that, the place is fine. There's a small indoor pool, open until 11, which is nice. The check-in clerk was friendly and prompt. Price is also not bad.

Only problem is as I registered with 2 children and our bathtub stopper was broken so not baths! Showers were not the best choice for us.
