No smart TV in room so can't watch what I want. The fitness center is closed. Stayed here on points so it's a complete waste. Honestly I don't even want to stay but it's booked and we are here, just a huge disappointment.

Says pool is open till 11, closes at 10. Says heated, it’s not. Lists a hottub, it’s closed because of “covid”. Yet the pool is the size of the hottub. Rooms are outdated, no USB ports, very small non smart tv. Turned AC down, and it turned off. Over all, bad experience. No towels at pool. Also I tried to chat via their chat on their app, tried correspond starting at 630pm, arrived after 930pm w no response from front desk, hotel is empty.

Improve the hotel rooms, to include new mattress which was very lumpy. New furniture to include dressers, TVs, new carpet, new bed spreads, etc. Just not a very good experience. Very disappointed with this hotel as being part of the Marriott chain. Very disappointed.

We stayed 2 nights and I will definitely stay again. The staff was extremely curtious friendly and very helpful. The room was clean The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. Thanks for making our stay a great one considering we was there for a family medical emergency.

I just wish I could have taken a bath. My bathtub wouldn't hold water. I had a medical procedure and needed to relax. My parents and I were in a handicap accessible suite and it had plenty of room for 3 adults.

Can I give less than one star? Staff is so rude. They work at a customer service oriented place and suck at it. Staying here for 4 days for work. Regret booking it. Stay clear of this place! It's a newer build so you'll think it's nice from the pics… but it's not!

We loved the hotel. However, if you choose this hotel, I am telling you — get their GPS address by phone from the front desk or Maps will take you to a very incorrect location! Really nice place for $84. Bed, linens, pillows and bathroom over the top wonderful!

Missing in action! My family came into town for a medical emergency. After traveling all day, they simply wanted to drop their bags at the hotel and go see the family member in ICU. There was NO ONE was at the front desk. NO employees were in the hotel! Anywhere! We looked and waited for 45 minutes! We were about to call 911 when we FINALLY discovered a maintenance person who let us into our guest room so we could go to the hospital. NO apologies were later made by management. NO offer of a discount or anything! When I later asked why my family hadn't been offered anything, I was told they had said there was no problem! REALLY?!? That's what you call customer service?!? Another family member was charged TWICE for their stay during the same family emergency. They were assured that a refund would be made to their credit card in 2-3 days. It's been 7 days and he's STILL waiting! It's convenient to the hospital, but NOT worth the aggravation!

I don’t know where to begin. We checked in late, they gave us a handicapped room which meant that someone who is physically challenged couldn’t use that room. When I asked for a different room, I was told all rooms were designed this way. When I pointed out that our door said it was for physically challenged and no other door had that sign, we were told there weren’t any other rooms available. I went to make coffee in the morning and realized the only plug was in the bathroom. And then I opened the coffee maker and found an old moldy packet of coffee inside. The shower rod is broken and has sharp metal points that are painful if you hit them. And then the light in the bathroom keeps shutting off. But this is the only room available.

Room 221 needs a new mattress, it's just plain worn out. Otherwise your typical Marriott stay. Everything in place, clean rooms, nice staff, normal breakfast they've had for ever it seems like now, decent location near the highway, not near anything else significant expect for some health Care facilities.

Love the place neat clean staffs are friendly and helpfull breakfast are the best I would highly recommend this place I am definitely staying in here again keep up the awesome service.

Decent pricing but it's ok decor.

We loved our beautiful, clean, comfortable and quiet room. The bed was great for sleeping and the furnishings in the "living room" were comfortable too. Spacious room. No road noise at all. We sitting outside the pool area was fairly quiet. Only less desirable issue was how hot the pool room was. But that's a small issue to have. We will be going back. And Carson at the front desk is great.

First of all the 2 stars is the only positive part of the experience. This is because (Ms. Smith) front desk was really nice and welcoming and on check out day was assisting with breakfast but yet still checking out customers. I think she could have used some assistance on Sunday. The weekend as a whole seemed a little off for the Fairfield inn. I heard they might have been oversold on rooms as one gentleman checking in before me was a little heated over that situation. They absolutely let me down on the overall experience. I am a Marriott rewards member and choose this hotel chain based on positive previous experiences. I have started staying with the Hilton chain most recently… and might go exclusively with them. (Due to numerous mistakes on attention to detail) Down allergies are a real thing… and can get serious quickly. I choose to inspect all pillows before heading for the bed. And when checking into the room first thing as I can't trust Marriott properties to look on the reservation where it reads down allergy. Feather free room. On arrival to room… you guessed it — 3 of the 5 pillows with duck feathers/down filling. Steamed at this point I took the pillows and placed outside the room. Front desk was called and informed. Was told that new pillows would be brought up. As we left for the evening pillows were gone from outside the room but no new pillows. I notified staff again and was told replacement pillows would be placed in room.

Very cozy hotel. Enjoyed my stay there. Staffs are very friendly and courteous.

We attended a youth conference in the area. Fairfield Inn and Suites met all of our needs. We booked several rooms each to hold 4 people. Some of the rooms we were given were King suites, the couch made it possible to sleep 4 but it was less comfortable. All in all it worked for one night.

Have been here four days and the sheets haven't been changed, tub and shower haven't been cleaned. Just clean towels and new soap. I shower every day, so no dirty sheets, just haven't been changed. I have recommended this hotel to other work relationships, but probably not again.

Great service and pool. Wonderful jacuzzi. Clean rooms. Lobby was neat. Breakfast was normal.

Absolute wonderful stay! Booked through the app, was able to make requests for items and service before we even checked in. When we got there we did have a little trouble because housekeeping had apparently marked our room clean and ready so we piled the kids out of the car, as well as all our luggage to unlock a door to a dirty room with housekeeping in there saying no it’s not ready, 30 minutes after 3:00pm normal check-in. Went to the front desk and the assistant manager ruskka (spelling? ) immediately apologized and assisted us by getting us in a better room ASAP. We needed a crib for our 6 month old son and the manager called our room to check if it had made it yet, it hadn’t so about 2 minutes later he personally delivered and set it up in our room for our baby. This man continued to go above and beyond for us our entire stay! The hotel was very clean and although breakfast was about 25 mins late it was pretty decent and hot! The pool is very clean and hot tub as well, felt great! Honestly it was the best stay we’ve ever had in a hotel all because the manager is the best at his job! After the mix ups we really were unsure if we wanted to even stay here but he seriously made it worth staying! If we return to Tulsa we will always come back as long as it stays clean like it is and the service is still this amazing.

The price was low, but a nice and newish hotel. The location is quiet but close enough to everything we need. The breakfast was not good. Wi-Fi was great. We'll stay again.

Very nice, well maintained hotel. Location by several highways can be loud. Seems to always be empty with very low rates.

We had 3 guests and one bed when we reserved a room with double beds. The manager said sorry there's absolutely nothing he could do for us besides giving us extra sheets. I ended up sleeping in my car for 2 nights while my married friends slept in the room. They did not compensate us in any way and didn't even make an attempt to find us another hotel. I was very disappointed and will not stay in a Fairfield Inn in the future.

Staff is super friendly and awesome and helpful. Room was extra clean, smelled perfectly like a hotel room should smell (ie. Clean). A/c was great, window opens if you want. Free parking, standard Marriott breakfast. Will stay here again if in Tulsa. As it is it was great, I used it as a base to drive all over Oklahoma, and parts of Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas.

Best value in Tulsa area for a Marriott property. Been here several times and never disappointed. Location is just a little out of the way but easy to access from freeways.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn &Suites by Marriott Tulsa South suite 404. The beds were soft. Nice rooms. It's was a great stay, except for the attendant. We have been at the hospital all week with kids and they would wouldn't make an exception so that we could go swimming at 10 pm when we got there.

Staff and facility were very good. My stay was destroyed when I went to shower at 7:30 AM and there was NO HOT WATER. What a way to ruin the day! Shame on you Fairfield Marriott, trying to cut costs by cutting off the hot water!

Clean comfortable rooms, reasonable rates, indoor pool hot tub, jacuzzi spa bathtub, great confidential breakfast bar, friendly professional staff! Out of the way quite beautiful location but but jump on hwy 15 /20 minutes to downtown! Highly recommend!

Not so great location as far as things to do but it is a nice looking area. Beside a hospital complex so that isn't the best but the staff and rooms were great. Comfortable beds and great pillows! Hot tub and pool were sorta small but well kept and enjoyable.

I loved this place. We had fun in the pool very friendly all. The service excellent. I was celebrating my husband's birthday. We only came for 2 days and ended up staying 1 more day. We loved it…

We were in town for an overnight get away and the hotel was everything they advertised. It was clean and updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I even was able to take advantage of a nice paved trail next to the hotel for a little evening jog. The area is nice and plenty of eating options near by.

Our first time here! Excellent service, greeted very warmly by the lady who checked us in and we enjoyed our stay so much we stayed another day… All for our 26th Anniversary!

Ok. Given the number of other local Marriott properties, I'd suggest the Courtyard or Springhill Suites on 71st St.

They are rude the manger dose not like anyone who is not white they follow me around telling my kids are broke a pipe in the sink that behind the wall and that he gonna make me pay for something we did not do I am very upset save your time and go somewhere better they are not up to Marriott standard will with staff like this they we never be.

Price was exactly as advertised, desk clerk was extremely friendly, professional and prompt. We didn't get to enjoy the indoor pool or hot tub unfortunately because of our schedule. But it looked great. The room was extremely clean and quiet, the housekeepers here are on point! And they actually had a name brand HD TV. As a former hotel employee, I definitely recommend this place. This is my new hotel whenever I'm in the Tulsa area.

Four nights on the road and this was the best by far. Pool and hit tub were a much needed and relaxing. Breakfast, real breakfast! Super! But the bed… Omg!. Slept on a cloud. Don't even sleep that good at home. Great rate! Great place to stay!

Very nice indeed! We stayed here on a cross country trip from new england to southern nevada. We got in kind of late, but the service from our front desk agent was stellar. All of the employees that we encountered during our visit were very nice. The good: quality of accommodations friendliness of staff quality of breakfast ample parking security felt tight no noise from fellow guests great night of sleep the bad: nothing — stay here! You will not regret it.
