Stayed here on my drive back from Chicago and had been on the road for over 10 hours at that point, we arrived at the hotel at around 4am and the desk clerk was one/if not the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Even after the small printer issue she helped speed up our check in process. Since I didn't have all my stuff together lol. The room was a very good size, the beds were comfortable, the parking wasn't terrible. For our 9hour stay it was perfect.

Stayed here for the NF concert last night at the Brady theater. Great place. I would definitely recommend. Close to the theater and tons of restaurants and bars.

Loved this spot. It's right next to all our favorite areas of Tulsa — Chimera, Prairie Ales, and other new favorites like Lotus cafe and the nearby record store. They have all the amenities you can ask for, and the front desk folks are the best — kind, friendly, helpful. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Very friendly staff. The rooms are clean, but on the small side. It's a very noisy hotel, you can hear people walking around upstairs and down the hall. You can hear all the doors slam. So, if you need quiet, you might want to pass. Free breakfast is a plus.

No complaints from my stay here. Lobby is on second floor. If you need shaving cream ask at the desk. They have other stuff including beers at a corner shop by the desk. Located near lots of cool stuff in the Brady arts district including vegan places, museums, and bars. Nice hotel seemed to be worth the money.

Our stay was nice. Had a small guest parking lot that had a security gate to get in and out. Breakfast was good, about the same as any Fairfield, except staff kept everything stocked. She was like a ninja and was everywhere. Filling coffee carafes and restocking eggs and meat. She kept busy! Thank you.

The rooms were very nice, and the parking lot was easily accessible. Free breakfast, guest laundry, and being able to be right in downtown were a plus. The only negative was that their ATM had a credit card skimmer in it, and we notified the front desk, and they said they'd called a repair person… but it hadn't been touched when we left a day and a half later. I'll be back again, but I'm definitely making sure I have cash for any expenditures.

We had a great stay at this Fairfield inn. Beside the usual accommodations and high standard of Marriott, we enjoyed live music at the park next door, great dinner at LAFA restaurant downstairs, and lunch at Mexicali across the street. You can't beat this location when staying in Tulsa! The hotel is very clean, and has a good vibe to it. Good breakfast is included. But the best of all is the customer service. Everyone is helpful and with good attitude, especially Tyler at the front desk. He was nice, responsive, accommodating, and all with a smile. Thank you much for great hospitality. We will be back!

This is an excellent hotel in an unbeatable location. The rooms are nice and quiet and we have nothing but good things to say about the staff. It is just a block away from Guthrie Green that features live music and the Woody Guthrie Center (an absolute must visit! ). There are tons of great restaurants and coffee shops within an ready walk. If you are visiting Tulsa, I can't think of a more ideal location!

I paid for my room online and had my confirmation, but when I got to the hotel they wanted an employee 'friends and family number'. I told them I don't have a number, I bought my room online. They proceed to tell me that the rate I got was an employee discount and unless I can give them that number I can't have that rate. Eventually they honored the internet rate. Also, we were on the top floor and were woken up by the bar goers leaving the bars that night.

I’m a senior at OSU completing my internship down the street. As circumstances have it, I stay at this location once a week. I’ve never been treated any less than wonderfully. The staff has all taken the time to learn my name, greet me every week when I come in, and always provide the best hospitality possible. All of the staff (especially Patrick and my favorite night front desk receptionist who’s name I can’t remember — she’s awesome) have done their best to make me feel as if this is my home away from home. The rooms are spacious, always impeccably clean, and comfortable. Great place to stay! I highly recommend it!

I'm surprised Google ranks the Fairfield a 2 star hotel. They provide a 5 star service. Ginny and Patrick at the front desk are always great. Thank you!

Great room, very comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast. Perfect location for downtown concerts.

Close to numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops and art galleries. Parking was a bit confusing at first as there's no loading/unloading area and their free parking requires your room card to access. If you don't get a parking space in their lot you're forced to use street parking. The free breakfast has your standard fare of waffles, eggs sausages and breads, but if that's not your thing there are nearby coffee shops that serve breakfast foods. Easy access to downtown and the nearby highway. Rooms were quiet, comfortable and had all the usual amenities.

Was a quick overnight stay on my way through. While the hotel is clean and we'll up kept, the room I was in was at the end of the hallway and very small. If I had been staying longer, that would have been a sticking point for me.

We had a corner King room on the 4th floor in the view was nice. The room was an adequate size and was very well maintained. Staff was great as well. Also, parking was with a key card and it was nice to have it so close and available. We were very satisfied with our stay. We would stay there again.

Stayed overnight in a king suite. The service was great — we had a small issue with the room when we arrived and it was taken care of quickly. The location was very convenient for our event at the Performing Arts Center a few blocks away. Our bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and everyone was courteous.

Good comfortable room. Near lots of good food downtown. Great if you're working downtown. Fitness center is treadmills and free weights + pool.

Good location to explore downtown, Cains Ballroom and lots of restaurants and bars close by for easy walking. Rooms and hotel are clean and comfortable.

Very nice place close to alot of bars and restaurants. Very clean. Front desk person was extremely nice and helpful. The only down side is that there seems to be quite a few homeless people in the area. Not very busy right now so there isn't many people walking around. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, free breakfast, and in a GREAT location! Easy walking distance to Guthrie Green, lots of good dining, and cool art district attractions.

Stayed at this hotel for the Route 66 race weekend. Exceedingly convenient to Guthrie Green. Room was clean and well kept up, the staff were outstanding: friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and willing to recommend places to eat and visit. Breakfast was standard fare, but hot and well stocked. Will stay here again!

My friends and I stayed the night at Fairfield. It's in a very nice place in downtown Tulsa and in walking distance to several restaurants and bars/clubs. It has a pretty nice pool too. The lady at the front desk was also very nice.

I'm sure your experience will be more pleasant than mine. I have the pleasure of maintaining the roof at the Fairfield and many others downtown Tulsa. As far as my opinion, I have to say I've seen nothing but a look of satisfaction by the guests here. Comfort and convenience are within these walls. Many things to do and see outside, all within an enjoyable walk. I'd have to give a 5 out of 5.

I'd rate the hotel higher if they didn't close the pool every year when the punk rockers come to town. It's a comfortable hotel with a lot of amenities. I come and stay here every year. Every year I make a reservation early and ask about the pool. They say it'll be open and then they fake some pool maintenance. I was a front desk manager for a different chain for a decade… so I get it. I get why you would do it. I know some of the punks can get rowdy but if you're gonna take away the biggest selling point at least make up for it in your room rate. Housekeeping is pretty aggressive too. Nothing like going to bed at 5am and getting a knock at 8:30 and every hour after. Why?!

We stayed las night for the Chris Stapleton concert. We were very displeased with the sound of the maid knocking on our door at 8:15 a. M. Only to ask when was we leaving!?!? Are you serious? Checkout time is noon and you're waking me up at 8:15 to oust us out already? Found out it happened to several customers as well!

Just stayed for one night but it was nice and comfortable. Very nice front desk staff. Very convenient to the area and those going to Cain's Ballroom. I would recommend using the Do Not Disturb sign if you don't want housekeeping to rush in or knock to ask you 3 hours early when you are checking out. Good complimentary breakfast that ran later than expected.

By the convention center. Not much right next door. Some restaurants and shops about ¾ mile away. Clean, comfortable beds. A cookie with check in.

If you want to stay downtown, this is a great location. The hotel is clean and nice. The rooms are comfortable. The staff who checked us in was very kind and personable. The complimentary breakfast had lots of options. Our only complaint was that the staff told us the hotel had been pretty empty over the holidays, so we knew there weren't a ton of guests, and yet out of 18 floors, we happened to have a room next to some really noisy people. We could hear everything. And the fan didn't provide any ambient noise to cover it up. But overall, we were pleased with our stay.

The rooms are great, hotel is beautiful. But the staff… maybe it was because it was New Years and the good ones took the night off but the staff was devoid of personality, the girl who checked us in never once smiled and barely looked me in the eye, we ordered a drink from the bar with hopes it was where we might spend some of the night but after we had to chase the bar tender down to pay. (only 5 people at the bar at the time) and we finally took their attention they acted like they had never served us in the first place we realized it would be more fun to go chase down liquor in a city that has none… later in the night we went down to buy snacks and the same bar tenders were working, much to our dismay and when we asked where to pay for the food they basically looked at us as if we were the dumbest people on earth. Now we were let in by a very sweet cleaning lady when the doors wouldn't open but that was the extent of the hospitality. I have more or less felt like a inconvenience and never felt comfortable to go anywhere other then our room. Hopefully this was just the fact that the ones with a personality were out for the night! I would love to enjoy the rest of the hotel but I don't think I'm wanted. But again the rooms were very clean and large and the pool was open late.

Very nice facility. The food was good and the wait staff was efficient and friendly. Parking was abundant and convenient. Front desk on all of my encounters were also very helpful. The cookies were a big plus. Would definitely recommend the Double Tree to friends and family.

This is a slightly older hotel, but very worth the value. Our service from the front desk was outstanding. We arrived very late after a long day of traveling and everything was set up in our room and our check in was complete. We had several rooms for or whole family. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here for a family wedding. Loved the accommodations and location. Just wished there had been a hot tub! Staff members were kind and helpful.

With the location being downtown I appreciated that they had parking in the back. The hotel was nice and had plenty of things top do very close. My room was also nice.

I'm staying on the 4th floor with a great view of the BOK Center. The bed is amazingly comfortable, the AC works better than in any hotel I've ever been in, the water pressure is great, and the overall atmosphere is wonderful.

We stayed here overnight. We loved the stay. The room we had was large and the decor was interesting. The staff treated us well. Check in and out went off without a hitch. The hotel itself was in a fun area. Close to a concert venue, lots of food choices and close to a green space for my son to play in. The indoor pool was cool but not cold. It was a fun way to start the day. If I went back to Tulsa, this would be my first choice to stay.

Stayed here for new years eve. Hotel is great, however, they don't have a whole lot of parking. If you get here and their lot is full, you're on your own to park elsewhere. Other than that, the hotel is in a great location and there's plenty to do in walking distance.

Great view, great location. There are things to do in every direction from the hotel.

I stay here often due to the great location and nice facilities. The only problem is that the staff here is rude and unprofessional. I have had negative encounters with almost every member of the front desk staff as well as the hotel manager. I never feel like a valued guest and they can't wait to get you out of the hotel. I have stayed in Marriott hotels 120+ nights this year across the country and haven't experienced the consistent lack of service at any other location.

Stayed weekend of April 25-26 2015. Came to Tulsa to see Phantom of Opera, First night was fine, second night was Prom Night hotel was over run with a lot of teen age kids running the halls at 3 and 4 am Sunday Morning. I heard other guests discussing this at Breakfast Sunday. I heard some of this which woke me from sleep The parking is also an issue. If you do not get there early you have to hunt for parking. Hotel needs to look at getting more parking spaces for guests. Overall for the price paid and 3 guests good value only down side is parking issue.
