Excellent hotel. Being French I am quite hard to be satisfied but here it is almost perfect. My only issue was the air conditioning too cold some time in the corridor. Maybe I will have appreciated the pool to be covered. As you see this is small details. The breakfast is excellent. You can go there.

Great stay. Staff is super friendly and will help without being asked. Cleaning staff is great, made it room feel a little more homey, made all the difference since we've been here a while trying to get it house set up to move in. Everything has been easy here at this hotel.

Our room was clean and cool with a big window that let in the natural light. It was a beautiful stay with nice amenities. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious and room service was excellent. The hotel is also in the center of all the amazing Oklahoma sites.

Newer hotel, great clean rooms. Awesome water pressure. Wi-Fi was decent. New TV's. Didn't eat the breakfast. Staff was friendly. Hotel located by great places to eat.

Can you say the best stay we have ever had at any hotel? Customer Service is impressive they are always smiling and always welcoming! And even chocolate milk in the little grocery store which was a life saver for the mom oh my moment of hotel with a baby which the kind they had apparently is better than anything I ever make cause she sucked it down in 5 mins! Lol the breakfast is cook to order and oh so good! French toast is amazing! House keeping kept our room very clean and fully stocked with extra towels and such! Even walking to the pool the front desk asked if we needed an extra towel! Very thoughtful and caring staff all the way around! Thanks so much! It was a great birthday weekend for sure!

Where do I begin? Wow! I cannot give enough praise to the staff at this hotel. We have stayed in many 4 star hotels in many cities across the world but this one stood out. Not only are the main areas beautiful but the rooms are also spacious and nicely equipped. You won’t need to make the walk across the street to the Starbucks because coffee served in the lobby is excellent. Candy anticipates every need before you could even voice it. She refilled cups and cleaned the tables as if you were at the Ritz. Denisa at the front desk always a smile on her face and she changed the room for a comfort height toilet without questions asked. They have a breakfast cook who makes custom Omelettes, poached eggs, and whatever he can make with what’s available. Very nice options at the breakfast bar. Truly impressed. Ken the manager was so helpful in keeping the breakfast open just a little longer past the normal hours so that our family could join us from Sulphur after an unexpected freeze. Special mention is the outdoor fireplace by the pool area. They offer several comfortable outdoor lounge areas. We will stay there every time we visit the area. Truly 5 star service! Kudos to a great staff! Well done!

Stayed here for 2 weeks… loved my room. Front desk staff were a blessing.

Did online check-in for a first floor room. Upon arrival, front desk person said I could not have that room as it was not ready although it was 7:30 in the evening. She checked for other rooms then said it was ready. The linens & towels were fresh but empty water bottles were still on tables. Not a huge deal, but next morning I saw that shower was not cleaned and used soap bar with empty shampoo bottle were in the shower. Spoke to the front desk person and she apologized and said she didn't know what else she could do to make it right. She said she would email me the room charge receipt. Did not occur to her to call the manager.

Bright, clean, breakfast is good if you can get it included. Wifi is also free for guests.

Wonderful room wonderful staff minus a billing error but they more than made up for it. Only place I'll stay when up that way.

It was okay, they didn't have a full breakfast. Also, my TV had parental controls enabled and I couldn't disable it, so I couldn't watch TV. Bed and bath were nice. Would stay again if they resolve the Controls issue.

Nice hotel. Modern and clean. The front desk staff was very helpful. Very close to nearby restaurants and coffee.

New, clean, great service, very friendly. For business, desk in room is too high and awkward for working. Speaker phones for conferencing are not good.

Facility was very clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and outgoing and accommodation was comfortable, but maybe a little chilly in the large room. Food and drinks were well stocked and maintained.

The room was clean. A little small for a room with 2 queens. No free breakfast here, they charge $7.50 a person. When we checked in, it was pouring rain and people parked in any old way under the canopy, so my guest in a wheelchair ended up getting soaked just getting into the hotel.

Paper thin walls, toilet wouldn't stop running, sink trap was leaking, and this is a brand new property. One person working the entire hotel at the desk, saw a maintenance guy and that was it. It was a friday night, holiday weekend, they have a bar and the desk person says the bar is closed tonight, and I felt like saying to her that might be one of the reasons nobody is here, maybe 10 cars in the parking lot. And if that is a King size be then I must be Wilt Chamberlin because that was a queen size bed all day.

Super comfy beds in this new hotel. Breakfast not that great.

This is one of the newest hotels in Ardmore. Great staff, excellent rooms, super clean. The kitchen hours can be a drawback and may close early at times.

Wow, where do I start? Our stay was nothing short of breath taking and spectacular! It was our anniversary weekend, my husband had made the reservations and with telling them of our special day, this staff went to planning! It was magical! They set up on of their conference rooms, a single table, candle light, romantic music, wine a T-bone steak dinner, a stunning 2 tier cake. Along with the stunning roses my husband had secretly delivered. Now mind you I knew none of this… my husband and staff has planned it all and it was my surprise. Nothing short of something from a movie! I don't know how we can ever say thank you enough! We reccommend this hotel 100%! A special thanks out to the amazing staff, Megan, Jamie, Leasa, Alison, Eboney, Joyce, and Ella! You all went above and beyond anything we could have ever dreamed off! Everyone we encouterd there was exceptional! The suite we were upgraded to was stunning! If I could give 10 stars if I could! Thanks for the best anniversary ever!

I took my wife here for our 8th year anniversary I never expected what was in store for us by makeing a phone call to Megan about making my wife special anniversary thanks to all the staff that made it all happen.

New, modern hotel. Soft beds. Large TV in room. Fast Wi-Fi. Very clean. Grill serves breakfast and dinner, however it is not included in price of stay. I would stay again.
