The location was good and the front desk person was very nice and she checked us in quickly which was great and the rooms were very nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Bed comphy. Room nice. Staff ok. Breakfast AWFUL.

The floors were filthy. The person on duty tried to make it right by offering a different room. All 3 rooms we looked at were worse. Someone needs discuss this issue with housekeeping. The young lady at the desk was awesome. She did discount the room for us. That's the reason for 2 stars, otherwise, the rating would be lower. Will never stay at this franchise's properties again. Very disappointed.

This was a great place especially for the price. Loved the kitchenette. Room was nice sized. Close to everything. Would recommend to everyone.

It was horrible. Even when booking 5 weeks in advanced, I get there and they claim they have no rooms available. Too bad I can't give it 0 stars or else I would.

They need to renovate some — bathrooms and showers especially have wear and tear. But overall satisfied with the establishment. They have decent rates and the rooms are comfortable. If you are planning on eating in the kitchenette is awesome.

Clean, spacious rooms in a location not far from I-35. Helpful front desk and comfy beds. Reasonable rates, too.

Always a great stay at candlewood hotels im a trucker and the room was spacious had fridge dishwasher coffee maker and directv with all movie channel. Everything very clean and everyone was extremely nice.

It was a fine place to spend the night. The Wi-Fi was good and the hospitality was great.

I had booked a reward night here while on a cross country road trip. I especially enjoyed the high water pressure at the hotel. The accommodations were very adequate and if it works out to where we will be passing through on another trip chances are very good we will stay there again.

I love the staff! They go above and beyond to make sure their guests have the best of care. My husband and I travel to Ardmore frequently for work and we would not stay anywhere else but Candlewood Suites. The people keep bringing us back!

Nice enough staff but it is not advertised as pet friendly. Because I have severe allergies to cats and some dogs, I reacted immediately to our room! After many calls to IHG customer service, we were able to switch our reward points to a nearby Holiday Inn.

The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and super nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay at this chain of hotels again.

Our baseball team was welcomed with such wonderful surprises! Cookies, treat bags, signs on the kid's doors, fruit infused water, balloons and more. There was a free laundry and shoe cleaning station. It was perfectly set up for our team. Inside was a gathering room where we could have pizza and outside was a nice patio and grilling area by the outdoor pool. Everything we asked for was accommodated and the staff was truly warm and friendly. You could tell they put extra effort in to giving the kids a great tournament experience.

Very friendly staff and the rooms are very clean an spacious, and the staff gave great suggestions where to eat an where to watch the football games this weekend. My kids love it here a true home away from home.

Candlewood hotels are usually the ones I search for when booking in a city that I am on my way to. I usually stay in one place for several days at a time. I like having a kitchen and laundry. This one has some very nice girls working front desk. The 2 guys at the desk I dealt with appear to be very slow and have no idea what is going on at all! The internet is extremely slow with a pathetic signal. Those are my only 2 negatives. There is an AF gym across parking lot which is a plus.

Great location just off of the interstate 35 with easy on one off. Nice rooms with 2 a burner stove, microwave, full refrigerator and double sink. Comfy bed. Nice shower and bath. No free breakfast, but a well stocked pantry and loaner waffle makers and other kitchen needs more than make up for that. Recommended.

It has a little kitchen, with a stove and a microwave and a fridge — the room was super clean, it had a wonderful bathroom and the front desk staff was super nice. I'd recommend it! We only stopped in for a night but I'll definitely stay at this chain again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was amicable and it was a nice location right off the highway.
