The only thing is we’re upset because we paid for the room in Advance then when we got in town we had to get ready and go places is what we came down here for so my daughter called and ask her is there anyway we could check in early an hour early and you’re charging $30 for one hour just don’t think that’s right. Then not only that we get here and they say you have to have a $50 deposit. We had been in the car all day and my great granddaughter is one years and needed out of the car.

Well for starters there is a indoor pool and s work out thermos cardio equipment training you know electrode Mills and stuff like that and then there's the ever positive and friendly staff that work here and the maid service is excellent and not to mention the very best part of the Comfort inn is the simple fact that they have breakfast hot and ready for you every morning sometimes before 6 but supposed to be 69 but sometimes I have it ready at 5

I give it 0 stars or better yet — 100 stars. This hotel is making me mad and I WILL NOT be ever staying here again. Rented a room on choice hotel for $70 for the night + a $50 returnable deposit & a $30 nonrefundable pet free. Got an email confirming the room. Got here to check in and and the lady that checked me in ended up charging me $180.75 for a room the should've costed $160.75 with $50 of that being refunded. Went to talk to her and she said I would have to talk to a manager. Later on went down and noticed a manager was on duty so I spoke with him all he could throw in my face is how I signed their contract agreeing to the price. I told him the contract I signed said 70.75 for the room plus $30 pet fee plus $50 refundable deposit. He proceeded to say oh I see what's wrong I'll fix it. Got back to the room and checked my account only to find he had taken ANOTHER $130 out of my account for a grand total of $310.75 taKen on a room that was only suppose to cost $110.76 when it was all said and done. People watch your bank accounts here. Needless to say I am not happy and will tell people this hotel is a thief.

Its a 3 star hotel. There is alot of people outside drinking beer and smoking which makes this property very low class apearing.

Yeah so the cable TV sucks and the signal is nearly non existent the Wi-Fi is also almost non existent, watch out when you buy things from the hotel itself, they put a $50 hold on my card for buying an ice cream sandwich and then proceeded to charge my cc again for $46 and of course no one is around to rectify the problem. Staff is nice.

We needed to book a room quickly and they were very available and accommodating. The rooms was nice and clean and they took our dog! Probably the best contenential breakfast I've ever had. 5 stars!

The most pleasant experience in hospitality industry only comparable to maybe a cruise. The front desk ladies were super friendly. One of them was consistently serving my 6 yo breakfast every morning! She didn't have to do that. I was so thrilled to be in this hotel. It's newly remodeled. I highly recommend this place. I honestly didn't want to leave.

Not a bad place. Nice room and the front desk was really nice. Breakfast consisted of warm and cold items. And they had a waffle iron.

The first night we stayed there we weren't too thrilled. Our room was nice but the lady at the desk was extremely rude and judgmental. Our friend booked the room for us and she gave us a rude look when we said his name and stared at us for a good few seconds before reluctantly giving us our room keys with an outstretched arm. The next day my fiance told the morning staff about what happened and they were wonderful about everything, they were so very friendly and apologetic for the whole experience. We ended up having to stay another night and every person we encountered that night and the next morning were just delightful.

Awesome staff and a VERY delicious breakfast. Nice shallow heated indoor pool (has a handicap lift to assist and and out of the pool) bring remodeled. Comfortable beds and somewhat noise reduction quiet rooms.

Grounds and facilities are well maintained. Lobby and halls are nice and clean. Amenities are clean and in good condition. Plenty of parking spaces. Staff is courteous and respectful.

Comfort Inn is a pretty good place to stay. I have never been disappointed whenever I stayed in one. The rooms are large and comfortable, the decor is nice. And the rooms are clean and neat. The amenities are excellent, and the breakfast is good and feeling. I think you'll enjoy staying here. I know I do.

When in Oklahoma City look no further than the Comfort Inn South I-240. It is a rarity for me to post about a hotel, but this one stands out. An excellent, modern facility with a bonus — They truly make you feel like the most important person on planet Earth!

Nice place. The rooms were clean and they had plenty of towels! The pool deck had plenty of chairs and the kids had a great time splashing around. The breakfast was phenomenal. Plenty to choose from, great coffee and there is no way you would leave hungry. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I gave this place 5 stars because the staff were so friendly and the bed in the room was fantastic not to mention the breakfast bar… but the price! I paid a little more but it was sooo worth it… Vanessa was a doll sooo helpful.

They were in the process of remodeling. It will look nice when finished and the staff was nice. They took care of a charge issue quickly and without complaining.

The staff were like zombies, they would let the phone ring and ring and ring, I was in the lobby and wanted to jump over the desk to answer it for them. The exercise room was open but had a sign on it saying that it was closed. No one was present at the front desk when we checked out so I just dropped my keys off on the counter.

Looks like they're remodeling. They were working on a half dozen rooms on our floor. Maybe replacing the old carpet with newer carpet and heard wood flooring near the entry way. The rooms were spacious, but we got one of the older rooms. Still, it was comfortable and quiet. Great location for what we were doing.

The rooms are dated. The service is decent. Breakfast is ok. Lots of fast food places around.

Things are being changed at the Comfort Inn period they are remodeling and getting things updated and renewing a lot of things. The place was a great place before but the new owners and employees are working diligently to make it a better place. The pool is awesome still and so is the breakfast as well the wonderful staff is still there and the new owners are bringing lots of new changes for the better. Always feel welcome there a home away from home. The staff accommodate you for any needs you acquire. They also have a new washer and dryer so you can wash your clothes as well. The rates are different and so is interior which is changing everyday. The rooms are getting new bathtubs new toilet and sink new furniture we coming soon along with new carpet and much more. New paint job is being done new light fixtures are being put in you could have to stop by and see when it's all done and finished the wonderful new I-240 Comfort Inn.

Is this a motel or the Ritz Carlton?!? Upon arrival I was treated like a king by the desk manager. Her name is Susie, and she has the relaxed attitude that made my day. She smiles and laughs and treats people like they are somebody. What a breath of fresh air, literally in my room too.

The whole staff is amazing. They meet all of my needs … the owner is down to earth and has a magnificent hotel and staff. Very clean great breakfast nice clean pool… when I come to OKC this is where I'll be thanks…

Track and field team stayed there for state finals. They liked it.

We traveled from Colorado to attend a graduation only to find out that the hotel "never received our reservation" even though we showed them our confirmation number and email. Front desk receptionist, Susie, had absolutely terrible customer service. With no concern or empathy she shooed us off to "help" the next customer without offering any help or solution. Also, she was very rude over the phone as we witnessed her take a call about another our reservation being lost. As we are trying to find another place to stay we overhear another gentleman in the same situation as us. Horrible experience and customer service all around.

Exceeded my expectations for what I payed. Handicapped access to pool, and facilities. Refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker in room and lobby. Will definitely come again.

Everything about this stay was excellent. Susie the lady at the desk was a treasure, friendly competent and knew how to handle her customers. The accommodations were so nice and my son and I had such a pleasant stay.

The location was perfect. It was easy to find and right off the highway. We stayed overnight in a room with a king side bed. The room looked and smelled clean. Customer service was great! We asked for a few extra pillows and the guest service representative brought them to our room for us. Before leaving the next morning, we took advantage of the free continental breakfast that was provided.

Friendly staff very nice rooms. Update, no non smoking rooms this week so I opted for a smoking King. Not too bad I've dealt with much worse and the staff made every possible attempt in offering to come spray the room and offered a deodorizer machine but that wasn't necessary.

I booked this hotel on Priceline express deals, so for the price, it was outstanding. The location was convenient, near the freeway and plenty of dining choices. They had a small pool and workout room, neither of which we used, but both appeared clean. The staff were extremely polite, and they always had coffee and fruit near the front desk, which I thought was a nice touch. The breakfast was great with plenty of options; premade oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, bacon, cheesy omelets (real eggs! ), breads, muffins, fruits, waffles, and yogurts. We happened to be there during a weekend when several high school track teams were, and with that many teenagers, I'm surprised that we got any breakfast at all! The lady down there was constantly replenishing the breakfast so that everyone was happy. I was disappointed to hear one of the teenage girls say that making a waffle was "the hardest thing that she had ever had to do", but that's another story. ;-) I would definitely recommend this place, and we will probably stay there again while visiting family.
