Great time many fun places to visit and good eating every where.

Management and staff are extremely rude. Charged my card at noon and 2pm and won’t refund me. Manager actually stated he wasn’t giving me my money back. I bet if I took $200 from them they would be pissed off too. Not sure how this man is a manger, the way he acts is horrible.

Beautiful room, loved the pool and continental breakfast!

The hotel is very well maintained. The front desk personal were very professional. I enjoyed my stay. I have been to a lot of hotels and this one is top on my list.

The only positive I have about this hotel is that it's in a safe area near a lot of restaurants and a walmart. In my room, the top dresser drawer was broken, one if the closet doors was stuck shut, and the toilet seat was broken. My room was on the bottom floor and had a secondary door that led right outdoors — if I wanted a motel style I would go elsewhere. The AC unit was so loud it kept waking me up through the night, along with the construction trucks going through the parking lot at all hours. At breakfast, I found 4 Activia yogurts with an expiration date of 8/17/18… that was on 8/27/18. Thank God I was only staying here 1 night.

Very clean and updated. Nice big rooms. Water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Overall very satisfied.

The room was spacious and very clean. It was in a good location because we didn't have to drive far to Olive Garden. The only problem was that the tub did not drain quickly.

Every thing was really clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue I had was the beds were really hard. I think they were really New beds. We used the pool which was just the right depth for my 8 year old. He had so much fun he was sad to leave. Great experience.

Most of the time I can have a great stay. This time the room didn't have a dark shade for the window letting a street light shine in. Made it hard to sleep. They seem to block the fox news channel as well. I still like Best western. Room was large, breakfast was great, and lots of places to choose from to go eat.

The Best Western Barsana is our go to hotel when we stay in Oklahoma City. It is consistently a great place to stay. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and neat, and the public areas are very well maintained.

Nice staff, decent sized rooms at good price. Small pool but nice, exercise room needs to be bigger. Breakfast is typical for hotel, Martha is very helpful and pretty. The location is convenient for airport, several interstates, good burger joint, Starbucks and other shopping.

I am filing a formal complaint with corporateagainst your front desk help that wss absolutely rude and hateful and hung up om me when I asked for the manager. I will be happy to provide the recorded phone conversation of the hateful telephone conversation. Update to owners response: First the big problem was not that a refund take a awhile. Although I tried explaining to you my credit card phone representative said they saw no said transaction with a refund, you told me "it doesn't matter what your screen says. Mine is the only one that matters". Then I started asking why you attempted to charge $180 to my account and you said pretty much called me a liar even though I have the email from capital one. Then when I said there is no reason to get rude and I tried asking to speak to your manager you screamed on the phone and hung up on me. Then when I repeatedly tried calling back to ask for your manager again, you continued to hang up on me without even greeting me and would not take the call. I can't blame you though, I would be afraid to address my behavior too if I acted like you did. You were completely unprofessional, rude and hateful and I had a van full of people that had their jaws hanging open. Please forward me your area managers contact information.

The customer service was awful. The manager was rude. When our tournament was rained out he refused to refund our money for the one night we weren't going to stay, even though other area hotels had already agreed to do so. He even went so far as to tell us he "didn't need our business; it's a big town and there are plenty of people to stay at his hotel. " The night before we complained about a lot of noise in the room next to and above us. He completely disregarded us as if he didn't believe it. Stay away. This man doesn't care anything about the people in his hotel, only their money.

Looks very nice, but the bed was not the pillowtop as I was told on the phone. Breakfast bar was not as good it should have been. Customer service was lacking.

The Best Western Barsana Hotel was a good place for our family reunion. It has many amenities and they accommodated the families so that we could visit each other easily. The service was outstanding and the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Rooms are nice beds/pillows are soft the breakfast could be better but it works the Internet works good. Unlike any other hotel they dont give you the password with your key card. There was no call after checking in from the front desk to see if our room was the way we like it. Would come here again.

It's was the absolute best hotel we picked for a last minute mini family vacation. Shane at the front desk was amazing and so helpful and accommodating to us since we had our toddler with us. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Great fast friendly service and rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. We will be back soon. Looking for a quiet and comfortable place so you can work at peace on your work trip. Look not further. No luxury added but nice, well maintained and cleaned rooms give you the opportunity for that. Lot of parking spaces. Super nice and friendly staff. (Note, I'm posting this during holiday days. I'd be upset myself if I'd to work) Small inside pool allows you to relax after work. Avoid first floor rooms.

I have never had a bad night stay at a Best Western in. Although each hotel is privately owned, the Best Western chain make sure that they have high standards to be called Best Western. This place is neat and clean, the amenities are very good, and I think you will enjoy staying here. I know I do.

Room noise is terrible. TV noise, talking, walking above is the worst I have ever experienced. Then to top it off breakfast was the worst. Apples very old and wrinkled. Muffins dried out. Food was cold when it should have been hot. When we booked asked about a pool and hot tub. You think they could have mentioned it was going to be down for long term maintenance. Not until we paid did they share that news. Had to move to another room because of noise. One more experience like this and Best Western will be on my not to stay their list! Beware.

Great location. It is easy to get on and off the highway (I-240), but far enough away to limit road noise. The parking areas are well lighted and easy to access. Additionally, you have the option of inside doors or outside doors on the first floor. I would stay here again, and would recommend the location to almost anyone.

Our stay at the Best Western was fantastic! I've stayed at this location several times when traveling through Albuquerque and noticed even more upgrades in their facilities this time around. When checking in, I was greeted by a lovely woman who offered me cold water and a quick and thorough check in. She guided me to the parking area most convenient to my room. The room was very clean and spacious. The king bed was cozy — not too soft — and the sheets were soft and clean. GREAT water pressure in the shower. You know how some places barely give you any pressure? This was not the case here. The location was convenient to the airport and felt safe and close to lots of food options. I travel a lot for work so the most important things I look for in hotels are cleanliness, quick check ins and proximity to airport, food etc. This Best Western got a 10 out of 10 in all areas! I will be going back for sure!

Had a great stay at this hotel. Cozy room with comfortable bed and lots of crawling space for our baby. The crew was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast hit the spot and sent us fresh for our day. Thanks for having us!

Property was very nice. Rooms clean staff very friendly and willing to help with any problems. No riff raff around. Breakfast was amazing. Nice indoor pool everything was very nice.

This hotel was very good overall. The furnishings were up to date and the lobby was clean and inviting. The pool was good, but the chlorine was esp high, so be aware of that fact. It closed at 10, so not much time to play (it was an inside pool, unheated). The breakfast was really good. There was a lot to choose from and it was replenished when out. The kitchen staff was very nice and friendly. The lobby personnel weren't overly friendly but not rude either. Be sure to ask for a cart, no one offered one. The rooms were clean and good sized. The toilet was difficult to flush, but other than that, nothing was bad. The hallway had an unusual odor though… kinda sour. Overall, it's a good place to stay. Convenient to downtown, the highways and Walmart just down the street. Nothing major within walking distance though.

Our client Chase Williams is on tour through the mid-west and stayed here after a performance. He was quick to write how much he enjoyed being able to catch up on his laundry while eating the free breakfast in the morning! The room was perfect, clean and quiet and the staff was super friendly too!

I have to give this location a five star rate. The staff here made my wife and I feel so welcome. Like we were family. The place was very clean and there was pride in the appearance of this location. Fast and friendly check in and out. I will definitely return, this time just to relax.

The rooms were filthy the first room they put us in was just disgusting it had food on the floor there was sugar packets in the closet in the bathroom was covered in hair they were his toenails and fingernails everywhere there was puke pairs in the shower the second room they put us in after I went down to the desk and asked for cleaning supplies the second room they put us in was just as bad it looks like they start towels and made beds that was it it smelled horrible it was looking bad it just over all disgusting. We had gone to the nearest Walmart bought cleaning supplies clean the room before we even went to bed the rooms were just disgusting the staff was rude in the morning the breakfast there was hardly anything there the pool was shut down one computer worked in the business office the gym closed at 10 o'clock the lady that checked me and she was nice but she was the only one it was nice to us. It was a shame.

Nice establishment with spacious rooms. The fully disabled room consisted of a bathtub though when we expect a walk in shower. Disappointing from that perspective only. America needs to improve their standard of disabled rooms. Standardise it and make sure all hotels comply. Walk in shower with grab rails and grab rails for the toilet, along with proper floor drainage to ensure shower water does not flood into the rest of the bathroom. We've stayed in 8 hotels this trip and their all different. Staff were lovely. Oh, on the corner of this area is a burger joint called The Garage burger and Beers. Best burgers ever! Would be nice if there was a path from this hotel across. To the next one and to the burger joint. There is no curb side footpath which makes things a bit unsafe in getting from either hotel to another.

I've always been a fan of Best Western and their Oklahoma City location is no exception. A very spacious front desk area greets you with their huge breakfast area right behind it. You can also spot their awesome indoor pool. Also, they have washers and dryers available. When you are on the road as much as I am, You really learn to appreciate a hotel that has them. The rooms were very clean and welcoming. Both very spacious and at the same time cozy. The bed was super comfortable. Much appreciated when you have been traveling most of the night. The morning breakfast was fantastic and staff was so helpful. Best Western, you never disappoint.

Excellent option to travel with children, breakfast included quite complete and very comfortable rooms, the indoor pool is good option for children to enjoy.

The air conditioner is not working, and a group of minors were haciendio a lot of noise at night.

I had my daughter's reception party here yesterday and the staff was amazing! I checked in the night before and was able to get the room right across from the reception room so I could decorate early. I then got the Jacuzzi room for my daughter and son in law for their wedding night. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The air in the reception room wasn't working when we were setting up and they had it fixed by the time the wedding was over and the party began. I loved the whole experience here. I always do. That's why when I come from Colorado to Oklahoma I stay here!

Check in was quick and easy. The guy was really friendly as was every one of the staff we encountered. The room was clean and quite large with a mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom is also large, clean, and had great water pressure and plenty of towels. The only downside was the bed was super hard and so uncomfortable and the blanket was slippery and kept falling off the bed. The pool was a great temp for a night swim. It isn't huge, but worked for what we needed from it. The breakfast was warm and fresh and tasted really good. The space was bigger than most hotels so that was great. They had laundry facilities too for longer stays or kids who pee in their britches (ha, I had kid in progress of learning). All in all, other than the hard beds, it was a really good stay.

After a terrible experience in Amarillo the night before, this hotel provided cleanliness and a comfort that we desperately needed while on the road. While it's location was a bit odd, not too far from a Chick-Fil-A, it felt tucked away from the highway enough where there wasn't a lot of noise. The bathroom was big and extremely well kept. The beds were comfortable but the blanket was the kind of fabric that slips off the bed in the middle of the night. The breakfast was comprehensive and in the front area which almost felt like its own little diner. Also, thank god for the pool! Perfect temp for a swim at night. All in all, we were very happy with our stay at this hotel and would absolutely stay here again on our way through town!

Wasn't excellent, but it was a place to sleep. There was a used bar of soap still on the bathroom counter, there was some construction going on outside my window early morning, someone had unplugged the mini fridge in my room and during the night I was jolted awake by what I later determined to be ice falling off the inside of the fridge. Now, all that aside, room was clean, sheets were fresh, towels didn't have that stale smell to them. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about surrounding areas. I didn't go back for a second night because of the construction going on, otherwise I would have considered it again.

This hotel was nice. The rooms were nice and easy to maintain the temperature (we've had a few lately that ran either too hot or too cold) and the beds were comfortable. I saw a review saying the beds were hard and I prefer a hard bed so keep that in mind. The room was quiet and spacious and the shower had excellent pressure. There is what appeared to be an excellent breakfast (waffle maker! ) but I didn't wake up in time for it. Convenient to the interstate and downtown, I will definitely stay here next time through OKC.

The hotel is clean comfortable bed, nice staff etc. Giving 1 star for extremely slow Wi-Fi. I can't do any work on my laptop.

Horrif BEST WESTERN PLUS Barsana Hotel and Suites 7701 c Henderson blvd, okc, ok I rented room 303 around 3am and requested a non-smoking room. The room was clean looking but our reeked of smoke. I was only in room about 45mins before I started hanging shortness of breath and began to have an asthma attack. I was taken to ER at Community Hospital on sw 89th. This has been the most time consuming morning already and I have not rested before my drive toTexas in a bit. I am completely appalled at the amounts of money I have wasted in this emergency room visit. I stay with best western in Norman usually and have never had any issues. I am asking for you to refund the room amount of $108+ tax, or don't charge account and release the finds on my credit card.

So. Called on my anniversary 10:12pm 9/17/2013 to get a room and this is what I got? She said the hotel name and location and proceeded to put me on hold immediately. OK waiting. Well I wasn't on hold she just set the phone down. Heard her checking someone in and then some sounds of a video or TV show? I thought OK? Well I listened for a minute asked hello several times load to get attention but nothing. Hung up called back. She answers again no name of hotel and when I explain who I was she says " oh yeah I was watching some you tube videos". That's it just that and then silence? What kinda business is that? Wow! Just lost me who usually stays at Best Western but not anymore sorry but that is uncalled for! Will take my friends and family and my business elsewhere.

I booked my reservation at Travelocity and the front desk said they didnt get payment so I had to give them a card to get to my room. I talked to travelocity and they straightened it out for me and the hotel removed the authorization from the credit card Otherwise I would have given them a poor rating for service. The room was very large and very clean. Everything worked fine. I paid $99 for a king size bed with microwave, refridgerator and a 40 in LCD TV. Free breakfast was included but I didnt have time to check it out. I would stay here again anytime. It was very nice, my friends who are from the area said Its not in a good neighborhood but I didnt have any bad experiences or stay long enough to find out.

Me and My fiance Just checked out and it was a TERRIBLE experience and WHAT AN INCOMPETENT STAFF! First the room we checked into had a wall unit that was busted and Rattling, so we changed rooms with a wall unit that wouldn't shut off. Finally at 3:00 am after no sleep, freezing then Sweating hot, get up to call to see if there was another room, and the ph woundnt work. Then this morning I let the "management" know how our stay was and this incompetent "assistant" Justin Ates says "The best we can do is give you $10" I didn't take the $10 I wanted the # to the Owners "SRM HOSPITALITY" and The other moron Shari says that she is going to call the Police?! WHAT?! All I can say Is there Slogan "Where you stay with people who care" Should be "Where you stay with people who could give a crap about your stay".

We stayed here on night while driving to Arizona. We got in around 10pm and had our German Shepherd. Shes a service dog so they allowed her no questions asked. The rooms were clean and the beds were good. This is a good choice if your looking for a clean nice hotel for a good rate.
