This is a nice clean facility to stay at. The management and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were a little small but very clean. The breakfast in the morning included hot foods such as fresh made waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuit and gravy and sausage links. Also included were cereals, pastries, oatmeal, bagels, juices, pretty much something for everyone. Overall, it's a nice facility and best of all it's part of the Wyndham Group and participates in the Wyndham Rewards program.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and nice this place was because it was only $60. Great facilities, right off the highway, very clean, friendly staff, pool, and a good breakfast!

Went to the microtel in miami ok. Loved it, Bobby was terrific and very helpful. 5 stars!

Recently stayed for 5 days at this Microtel and I will confess I was truly impressed with the accomodations and staff. I usually stay at Microtels and have become accustomed to a certain level of service and quality. This location went above and beyond any other locations service. The staff were always friendly and outgoing. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty. Front desk always accomodated any questions or concerns. Thank you Sarah for running a wonderful hotel and hiring great staff.

My family and I stayed here several days. I have stayed in a vast variety of hotels/motels, from both ends of the spectrum (super nice and expensive to total dumps that a dog wouldn't sleep in. ) and I can confidently say that this is definitely at the top of my list. The owner and staff are so helpful and attentive! Had some of the best nights of sleep I've had in my life! Plus, my kids loved it so much here! They didn't want to leave! I would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Thank you!

I stayed a few times through the spring for fishing because they lowered my rate. But each time I stayed there it just got worse every time! If they wouldn’t have lowered my rate, I WOULD NOT stay there! One time I stayed, they put me in room 109 which is next to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom ended up overflowing that night, under the wall and into my room. The front desk was not helpful at all. The staff seems very rude. Housekeepers always slamming the doors. And the TVs never work!

Walls are thin, heard constant door slamming and stomping around until about 1am. Could hear normal conversations through the walls. Bed was good, pillows were ok.

Animal friendly, everything was clean, the staff was very kind and eager to help. The manager guy even came out and helped us move our huge moving truck, as we were beginners and needed help. Our 2 cats were even happy. Great place to choose! Will stay again if in the area. 100% satisfied.

Room was clean and pleasant, good mattresses and we were able to regulate the heat. The front desk was helpful in suggesting a restaurant. There were a couple things that we had never encountered before. First, I called and the price they gave me was much higher than online. They said they couldn't match it, but I could reserve online, which I did. When we arrived, we were told we would need a SECOND credit card, different than the one we booked with OR one hundred dollars cash for incidentals. I will speak to a manager tomorrow.

Traveling cross country came into ice storm the girl at desk was so awesome rooms great all the staff was great and breakfast was top notch will look for this chain whenever I travel highly recommend this place.

The bathroom was not up to par! The toilet had pieces of the toilet seat coming off! The water in the tub does not drain properly, while taking a shower the water in the shower takes forever to drain ewwwww! Breakfast was nice and there were good options to chose from.

Great stay! We just had a quick overnight as we traveled across country and the room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was fine. We would definitely stay here again if we travel back through.

Santa left a used syringe in our "clean" hotel room. The neat beds in the window sill was actually a nice feature if you have one extra guest. I gave four stars becuase our room key went on the fritz while we stayed…

Overall a good hotel. I would stay here again. Clean rooms, nothing was too outdated. Staff was nice. Would have rated it 4 stars but I was told the pool was being renovated but I would be done in 4 days (which I wasn't worried about because my reservation was set for 3 weeks later) but sadly on arrival I learned it wasn't open an neither was the hot tub which was a real bummer because that was the whole reason why I booked this hotel was because of the location and the indoor pool. It would have been nice to have been told or at least some sort of compensation for that.

2 out of the the 3 times I've stayed here the beds we're dirty. The first time there was blood on the comforter and the second time the pillows had someone else's hair on them including the bed. Gross! However the staff was great on accommodating to the fact.

Microtel was very nice rooms were very nice. They even have direct TV. Beds are comfortable. Would use again.

It was a wonderful stay. Comfortable and quiet, pet friendly (most important), a complete success for stay at a motel.

We checked in with no reservations, got the front desk girl to suggest a good, inexpensive restaurant, it was her personal favorite, El Vallarta, large restaurant, with even larger portions of Mexican cuisine. When we got into the room for the night, the television was not working, again the desk clerk came to our room, and after a few attempts she managed to get the unit working fine. From my encounters with the rest of the staff they all were very helpful and courteous.

Everything about my stay here was absolutely great besides one little incident where they accidentally gave someone else my room after I was already in it. Imagine if I hadn't been inside the room and came back to people in my room. Lol they were really nice people and just went and got a different room but they actually came inside the room while I was in there I was uhm ok are you with the staff. They just apologized and left. The room was clean the bed was made and their were plenty of towels and soap. Great time staying here other than the above incident which is the sole reason for the 4 and not 5 star review.

Sorry if the star is misleading, but that's the lowest rating allowed. I made a reservation almost a week ago for a room on the first floor, handicap accessible, raised toilet, etc. And paid in advance. When I arrived, all the handicap rooms had been given out to other people. I was told, after trying to explain it away, that she had a deal for me. She said there was only one room on the ground floor, she could put us in there and put a box fan in there because the A/C didn't work, but she would knock some off the price. SERIOUSLY? About 15 minutes later, she said there was another room on the ground floor, but said she couldn't take any off the price. Meanwhile someone else came in without a reservation, but wanted the internet price, which he got. The room we finally got was actually a nice room, but the hassle was unreal, and apparently reservations mean nothing. Don't look for me to stay here again!

Me and my son were on a road trip and we had an awesome experience. The rooms were very clean and neat and the staff was fantastic. Everyone always ready to help always having a smile and super friendly. We couldn't have ask for a better place to stay. Very good breakfast and great coffee, lobby and dining room was very clean and neat. The staff went above and beyond there duties to make sure everything went perfect for us. I've never seen such a perfect staff they're a well oiled machine. We have been in many states and many many different motels and this place by far beats them all. Thank you to the staff for making our stay fantastic.

I've been on vacation for the last week, staying in different hotels, 2 of which were in this area. This hotel has been awesome, the staff is great and very helpful. They helped fix a reservation issue and helped us find good places to eat around town. The rooms are clean as well which is a must for any good hotel.

This is one of the best hotel I have ever met in Oklahoma. I highly recommend.

Tried to get a room price by phone and got put on hold until I finally hung up… I had drove completely through miami. I stopped and tried again only to listen to it ring between 10-15 times… trust me they don't want your business!

Stayed from Friday through Monday am. A few issues that Ryan — though tremendously busy Friday night — gave immediate attention to. He had to come back about 4 times regarding no Wi-Fi-no phone service-needed a microwave & a refrigerator and a chair. He was cheerful every time, gave us instant service and treated our concerns professionally & courteously. Very impressed. The rest of the staff, including Heather who made up our rooms, Stephanie & her 4-some team were dashing about the place, keeping everything in order — getting breakfast out on time, answering phones, questions & running errands, were fantastic! Never seen a hotel with staff this service oriented or moving so fast. Can't stand it when you request something & they move like turtles or say come back later. Not so with this staff! Amazing! Beds were GREAT — so comfy. Would definitely stay here again! and again! and again! There was even a gal working outside picking up debris — paper that blew onto the property, etc. Very clean at all times! They vacuum the outer lobby several times a day! Thank You — — Thank You! Never noticed any religious pictures, but if there were — wouldn't have minded at all. Nice new TV — lots of channels to choose from! Iron, Ironing board (which I used & worked very well! ) Has a blow dryer and will even provide toothbrush & toothpaste if you forgot yours.

The rooms are really nice loved the comforter on the beds. The night person was always helpful and was always cleaning something. They have a nice breakfast as well.
