Very good Hampton. Pool had low water level and some rooms being remodeled. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was newly remodeled and very good.

Friendly staff, convenient location, and clean rooms make this a perfect place for a weary traveler or dedicated businessman to obtain some much needed relaxation and rest.

Not disappointed. Our favorite chain to stay in. Pool was closed due to bad pump. Always clean.

Hampton is our favorite place to stop in at while traveling. You always get a nice room and soft bed. Miami's Hampton is very new and very nice. Great Handicapped room. They didn't have as much furniture which made it nice for the wheelchair.

The staff was very nice, the hotel is ready for some overall cosmetic updates but it was clean and quiet which is always good!

We just moved back from Arizona. When we got in it was late. I called and spoke with the front room to ask if they had a room available. As they started taking my information when she got to what my address was in gave them the address we were moving to hear in town. They then proceeded to tell me that they DO NOT let local people stay the nigh th there even though we had just got to town and no where to stay they said no. The manager did not allow locals to stay there. So we went across the highway and got a room and was welcomed home with open arms. Needless to say we will never stay at a Hampton Inn again.

Great front desk staff, Priced well. I travel a lot with my work and always look for newly built Hampton Inns but on this one the bathroom is a bit dirty and AC emanates a foul smell like urine when you first turn it on, maybe dirty and moldy filter? There might be better rooms in this facility but I was certainly not given one.

Great front desk staff, HORRIBLE! hotel. Not sure why there are so many 4.5 star reviews on this but I'll upgrade from 1 to 2 cause the front desk staff is good. I travel a lot with my work and always look for newly built Hampton Inns but boy was I wrong on this one. Feels like I'm spending the night in bus station: Bathroom is disgustingly dirty and AC emanates a foul smell like urine, maybe dirty and moldy filter? There might be better rooms in this facility but if you are given a room on the second floor, 205, to be more specific… definitely check it out before accepting.

I stay at a lot of Hilton rand hotels in many different states and this hotel is beyond pathetic. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable and the ac unit would not cycle properly I didn’t sleep at all last night. The next morning when I checked out I let the person at the front counter know about the issues and she told me the manager would be back in 30 minuets and that she would more than likely take care of the room for me and when the manager called me she just accused me of lying about the ac so I told her I would just call corporate and she hung up on me. I would not stay at this hotel if I was you. This is the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at.

Nice quite hotel. Really clean and the rooms nice. Breakfast is so good and the staff is so nice and helpful.

It's a pretty nice place. Nice and clean, but it needs some attention. The closet latch in our room was defective so the door stayed open a few inches so you could rip a toe off during a midnight bathroom run. I was concerned that the loud drone of the bathroom vent might disturb my sleep. Surprisingly it didmnt, but the road of the a/c was horrible. Forget trying to go to sleep with the TV on. If you turn it up loud enough to hear it over the a/c, it would be e, cessively loud once the a/c kicked off. The bed in our king room was comfy. I think I would try another Hilton property were I to stay in Miami again.

Really friendly staff. Well maintained. Nice breakfast buffet. Beds are too soft for me, so I use pillows to help keep pressure off my shoulders.

Fantastic hotel, my go to for my trips to and from college. Exceptionally clean rooms, wonderful breakfast in the mornings, and some of the best hotel coffee I've ever had. Also very welcoming staff and good parking.

The hotel is conveniently located off of the highway and it's easy to access from the road. The rooms are really clean, staff is really accommodating, and the appliances in the room were clean and functional. The sheets and towels were clean and the bed was comfortable. They serve a descent breakfast too (some hot items as well as traditional continental breakfast)! Overall, I would say it was a 4 star experience!

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is surprisingly​ good. The rooms are spacious, and provide modern amenities. The house keeping crew does a great job. I've been here for quite awhile​, and my room always looks like it did the first time I arrived. I would definitely say this is the best hotel in Miami.

Hotel was quiet and clean. Bed was very comfortable as well. The staff was also very nice, especially Bonnie, the night clerk. She was fabulous! If we ever pass through again, I would definitely stay here.

The location is right off the turn pike. Has nice beds an the rooms are very clean a pool that opens at 6am and close at 10pm. 24/7 fitness center and the staff are great!

Extremely thin walls. With ear plugs, you can hear next door guests going to washroom. Doors slam hard and can hear everything above you. Really clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and cookies at night.

The staff was very warm and welcoming. The room was very clean. The breakfast was hot and fresh even at 9 a. M. There were fresh cookies when I arrived at 7 p. M. Excellent hotel. I will be staying there again!

Stayed for a week and a half. Room was clean, staff were professional.

Rating a little lower. Shower base had no support, felt like you would fall through the bottom there was so much flex. Towels very thin. No channels were available on tv, all pixelated. Other than those items, room met Hampton expectations.

Excellent. As expected (no) above excellence. I am fan of Hilton group and tried to stay at Hiltons (if possible). Nice comfy room, comfortable bed as expected. Staff is courteous and professional.

Let me start by saying that I have giving this Hampton every chance, BUT if your in to BEDBUGS / Spiders then this Hampton is for you. It was so bad that the bites in the middle of the night lead to the larger bites on my neck and back. I took pictures of the blood spotted sheets and the spiders I killed. After notifying the front desk and having them come to my room to validate they suggested I go to the ER and they would take care of the charges to make sure the spider bites were not poisonous. But now months latter I'm finding out they did not pay the Bill and I'm left paying for there substandard bedbug / spider hotel.

If your looking for a hotel with good Wi-Fi go somewhere else. Its an ok signal on the first floor but absolutely horrid on the second and third floors. The staff told me there was nothing they could do about it.

Consistent with Hampton's above average motels and reliability. Nicer than most motels and a little pricier. You're getting consistency across locations and a premium bed. In my experience from Seattle to Duluth to Fort Benning to Long Island, Hampton Inn is a safe bet for clean and comfort. With other chains, you're subject to more variation.

The hotel is very nice, new as has been stated. Probably the nicest thing around here as there is nothing in this town worth staying overnight for. Stopped because I was tired from driving and upon walking around a couple of spots had idiot locals yelling out thier car windows at me and my girlfriend. Not a higher education area for sure.
