Friendly young lady at the front desk and that's the only good thing I can say about it.

Very nice staff, clean, quiet, and I stayed when it was daylight savings time and they had no problem letting me stay until noon. Casino near, plaza, subway, and they have a pool. Love the rooms!

Amenities and comfort are tolerable. Breakfast is very basic with no protein. Has a feel of a motel. There aren't many other options in this town.

I had a cancelled reservation get charged by this hotel and they DENIED charging me when I see it in plain view on my statement. The management is extremely rude and was very confrontational when I inquired about why I was charged. I cancelled my room well within the time frame of free cancellation. I would spend my money elsewhere. People who are automatically so defensive are more than likely deceitful business owners.

Rooms were very convenient with all the amenities. No closet, small head high wardrobe. Everything looks like money was saved in finishing work, but very functional. Shower was nice but handicap accessible and still step-in with fold down bench. Air worked great. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Cleaning could be stepped up but nothing exemplary. First stay in the area.

Decent for a few nights stay, nothing super fancy. Staff is really helpful and pleasant. Clean, well kept. It's not the fanciest, but I've stayed at the competitor next door, and this is way better.

Helpful receptionist at the front dest. Accepts CLC Room are nice for the price Overall pleased.

Staff was nice and hotel was convenient to Casino, but room was very very small and not of the best quality. Hallways were like ice lockers with no heat running while temps are freezing outside.

Terrible staff! Worst hotel I've ever been too, and the worst experience of my life! First of the front desk lady very RUDE, MEAN, and surely NOT POLITE! When I asked for a spare key, automatically rude saying in a low voice "You people make me so mad, and ask for too much" why be so mean, we are paying to stay here. And to top it off the cleaning lady stole $100 of my room. I confronted her and ofcourse she denies it, I asked nicely like 2 times and she kept denying it, once I reported it to the front desk, the said the cleaning lady was a honest person who have worked there for 5 years, NOT TRUE! The cleaning lady told my cousin she's only been working there since January. UH HELLO THATS ONLY 1 YEAR! I was done with that hotel We will not be back ever again! ✌✌I hope no-one goes thru that.

Clean room, comfortable bed, free breakfast but they mean it when they say "micro. " Couple managing it seem to be doing the minimum. Surprised Wyndham allows their name to be associated with it. Casino across street.

The room smelled really bad and we had to change the room. Bathroom sink was not working properly. The breakfast was pathetic.

It was clean! Very small room, but everything was nice. My only complaint was the walls are thin and you can hear sounds from the rooms around you! Would stay here again though.

Nice accommodations and friendly staff. The room reminds me of the space saving hotels that I have read about in Japan. The room is pretty cozy but with all of the amenities that you would find in a regular sized room. What surprised me most to see was the windowsill mattress; but as it was only me and my wife, I have no idea what it feels like to sleep on such a bed. The only complaint from either of us was the wall of mirror behind the bed which was reminiscent of a two way horror mirror (creeptastic! ), but if you are into that sort of thing it could provide for a sexy hotel time.

My husband stays here whn working out of town. Great clean rooms. Soft beds. Kitchen.

Where do I start. Front desk clerk was completely rude at check in, we had had reservations for 2 weeks prior and were never told nothing was accepted but credit cards, which wasn't a problem but they need to make that known! We had 4 adults and needed a luggage cart, was told wasn't an option and didn't matter because we were upstairs. Asked her if there were side entrances or any besides front door she said only front door and there was an entrance right by oir room that we discovered! The TV guide in the room was a month old… half the channels were fuzzy and didn't work. The phone didn't work in the room. The bathroom had some sorta brown splatters on the wall. We were given 3 towels for 4 adults for a 2 night stay, when asked for more I was told yea but never brought more back. The pictures on the website do NOT match the room quality by ANY means! We will not be back!

The clerk was very courteous and helpful. (First impression). The traditional decor an cleanliness was satisfying. All my expectations were met, and I plan to add Microtel Inn on my top 10 list of top rated accommodations.

First off, I thought we had the crib reserved for our child when we checked in but they informed us they only had one and it was already in use. The staff was very unfriendly and had an attitude when I told her I needed a no smoking room for my wife and child due to their breathing problems (there was no option for this when reserving the room through the website). The whole hotel felt like I was in the desert because it was so hot. When we got in the room it was so hot we had to sleep in the heat because the tiny window unit (which they leave off during 90+ degree weather) took forever to finally cool the room down to a comfortable level and we still ended up having to go to Walmart and purchasing and oscillating fan. Then the towels smelt like cigarettes and when asked for new ones they made it sound like there were only enough towels for each room and refused to bring us new ones. So we smelt like cigarettes after every bath. This place is utterly disgusting and will NEVER be back. Also, while they have handicap parking I did not see handicap accessible ramp and they DO NOT have an elevator so if they are out of first room floors like when we checked in you'll have to take the stairs. Not a handicap friendly place. If I could have given zero stars I would.

Budget hotel that's mostly satisfactory for the price. It was one of the smallest hotel rooms I've had before, which isn't necessarily a negative. However the room was little more than a bed with about 2 feet of space around it. Small desk at one end, built in couch in the window nook, and just enough space to squeeze a fridge and microwave in. Few amenities outside the rooms either; there's a kind of dismal pool outside that's kiddie size and a basic continental breakfast. The staff I dealt with were polite but mostly apathetic seeming. Overall I'd stay again if I was on a tight budget, but I think generally I'd rather spend a few more dollars for a more complete experience.

Checked in (staying with our company), door to the room says $99 for one to four people, still got charged extra for 4 people! Then the next morning the manager just walks into our room at 7 am, I'm half asleep and freaked out! He said sorry and backed out, Dillon called to ask why he told Dillon he knocked, but checks the rooms before the house keepers enter. (That I can see but he didn't knock)! Fast forward to our next day I go out planning on being gone until the guys get in, and it's 80+ degrees out side (guys are out in it all day) I made sure I left the air on as low as it will go! Come back about 30 mins befor the guys get in and it's off and 80+ degrees in our room! (House keeper turned it off) The hallways have no air on just a cracked window! The next morning (manager knows we're in here, still 6:15am knocks loudly on the door and even though I answered (from the bed it's 6:15) he still tried to open the door! (Luckily I got up and locked it as Dillon left)! But now my kid is awake and I'm pissed! Other than that pools closed, breakfast is okay at best, rooms could be cleaner and the lady at the front desk likes to argue!
