The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. If we were to travel to Oklahoma again, we would definitely stay there again! A must visit place in Oklahoma.

Please everyone be aware of the bed bugs at this place and they will not refund you your full stay there. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with anywhere, just pay the extra $20 and go across the road to the nicer Hotel which is called the Hiway inn I’m pretty sure. My friend happen to come up and visit us for the night the day we found these in our room and her room was full of them too! So I am sure they’re all over the place. Also their towels are so dirty and their air condition sucks we had to call and get a fan brought to us because it was so hot in the room.

Very nice, attentive and courteous owners. The garden is gorgeous. Clean rooms. Breakfast foods need some help. How about toast and eggs? Those little egg cookers are the best. Fruit and little yogurts? Just saying… nice to eat before you leave.

Love there waffles! and it's cheap everything was clean! I'll be back there again!

Room was dirty. Bed was wet and sheets had not been changed and even found a fingernail in bed plus’s gritty dirt. Bathroom smelled of urine. Fix for wet Bed was leave on dirty sheets and what they called a comforter. Added more sheets and another comforter, followed by an apology and an explanation that the cleaning crew never take care of the rooms like they should. Room had not been cleaned just wiped down enough to give it the first glance appearance of clean if you didn’t pay attention. Dirt was everywhere. Some of the light bulbs were burned out probably to try to hide the dirt. If hadn’t been for other hotels full I would have left but very late at night. Worst night I ever experienced. Next morning I watched from parking lot as room was being what was supposed to be cleaned. She went in with a spray bottle and came out and got a bath mat. Bath mat was all that got replaced. Went back in and came out with only extra so called comforter. Left all used sheets on bed. When front desk was told they just acted like they were used to it. To top it off my account had multiple charges by them on it for the cost of the room. With all this and the fact that an employee admitted the rooms are not cleaned well there is no way I would ever stay there again no matter what. Anyone who calls the rooms clean apparently either doesn’t really check or doesn’t care. Rather than stay here I recommend run away fast and find a decent hotel.

Not a very good hotel… only 1 lamp was working in the room. The coffee pot had water and a tea bag left in it. I cleaned it then went to use it and that didnt work either. The towels were thin and dingy looking and you only get 2 little thin pillows to sleep on. There were also not enough plug outlets in the room. Only way we would stay there again would be out of desperation.

Would not recommend to anyone. We checked in coming just to find a bed full of bed bugs. We checked right back out even though it was super late at night and had 5 grumpy kids. We wound up finding an awesome place in Dequeen Arkansas.

Worst place I’ve ever been booked our room walked in and found bugs all over floor and sheets looked nasty. Asked for a refund and was told no. Then got charged more then original amount on my card! Will

The price waa decent, the staff was friendly, the room had a very bad odor and was not able to clear it out with any kind of spray. My clothes came home smelling like the room very unpleasant.

I was there memorial day weekend, due to my truck breaking down on the way to beavers bend… got there at 4 am, check out was 11 am which they had a fit over me being 15 mins late due to time I arrived and needed sleep… he said that 60.00 was the best he could do for room rate even at 4 am… no breakfast… and a lot of bugs in the room, we woke up with spiders on the pillow, when confronted about spiders on the pillow, he started yelling, saying I knew y pu were going to come in here griping… I told him I would review and post pictures on reviews, he said good… my advice to to go anywhere else than this place, or the ER for spider and bug bites…

This hotel was awful! We stayed about 4 hours and when we were getting ready to go to bed I noticed 2 blood stains on the sheets, requested for more then when moving the bed roaches come out, the bathroom was a mess, still dirty like they never cleaned it. The man at the front desk left a note that we checked out and wanted our money back. Then today we find out that they gave us our refund then TOOK IT BACK because they claimed we trashed the place and we DID NOT and the woman claims that she didn't see anything! this is the worst hotel we have ever been too and will not be back.

Good value for the money. Staff was interested in anything they could do to improve our stay. It is a low budget production but they are working to give a quality experience for your travel dollar. If in doubt ask to see your room before you commit to your stay. Innkeepers are usually anxious to make your stay comfortable and not cater to negative reviewers.

Cleanliness was lacking but not completely awful. Comfortable beds and good water pressure. No vending machine but next door to a convenience store.

Staff are friendly. After check-in I went to my room and it had not yet been cleaned and I checked in late that evening. However, they did give me a new room right away. They offer breakfast but you are better off eating somewhere else. All the hotels in the area, except for one, are all about the same. My new room was clean. I've stayed here before and will stay here again.

If I could leave less of a review I would. I booked the hotel through a booking site as I was traveling into town, a single female with 3 small children. We checked in and then left for a wedding, returning late. Once we were settled in the hotel I began to notice oddities that sent me looking closer at the room. There was a half gallon on milk in the fridge, trash in the bathroom trash can, hair in the bathtub, soiled tissues piled behind the chair, and take out food on the floor under the bed. This was by far the nastiest hotel I've ever entered. There was constant rif-raf at our door which convinced me to stay quiet and just have my kids sleep in their blankets on top of the sheets, as I would deal with this when it was daylight and safe. … hotel staff was nonchalant about our ordeal and refused refund saying I should have told them the night before, with no regard to our safety. No sleep, no shower, horrible experience. I do NOT recommend anyone staying here. *I added photos to the gallery.

MOLDY AND ARACHNID HELL! The decor and remodel of the room were like in the pictures but looking closer, it was very cheaply done. The room had a moldy smell to it and the culprit was a moldy shower curtain in the bathroom that was way too small. There were stains on the coverlet and the walls. Then, there were the 3 Brown Recluse spiders that we killed. We killed 2 small ones the night we stayed and in the morning killed the huge one. We couldn't get out of there fast enough! We were only staying there until we got into our cabin the next day. I later discovered 3 bite marks on my jawline and had to go to a doctor to get treatment and meds. This was NOT a lovely start to our family vacation! The manager was rude and stated that they spray every month and the hotel is outdoors. Huh?! My son had a nosebleed and they wanted to charge me for the sheets! Blood comes out with cold water and hydrogen peroxide. Anyone in the hotel business should know how to get out stains. Just saying! I would never recommend this horrible motel to anyone. I would love a refund for the medical bills I had to expend because of their spider infestation! By the way, we stayed in a cabin in the woods and didn't see a single spider or insect inside the cabin, so I highly doubt the hotel had been spraying for bugs. Oh and I highly doubt I will be hearing from the GM since he ONLY responds to the positive comments. Smh. My advice… stay elsewhere, anywhere other than here.

We rented two non smoking rooms. Unfortunately, both rooms had really bad odors, including all bed sheets. Mirrors had been cleaned with bare hands and water, leaving all the mirrors looking horrible. Toilets still had urine all over, so I had to go to the front desk and ask if they can at least clean the toilets and they said that they will send someone to clean them. So I just leave the rooms thinking that they will take care of the toilets issue, but I was so wrong. I get back to the hotel at midnight, just to find out that toilets never get cleaned. I know that many people tends to think that "you get what you pay for" but I don't think like that. If someone goes to a burger place and order the most economic burger or combo, they don't expect to get their burgers from the trash cans, they will complain because they are paying for it… This is what I think. If you are an employee, you should do your work the proper way thinking that any time you can be a customer somewhere and you will like to be treated the right way. If you are a business owner, you should ask your employees to do their job the best way they can so the customers can come back as many times they want. In general, I will never come back to this place and I will never recommend it to anyone…

Stayed at the RV Park in the back. Good sites with full hookups at $25 A night. Nothing fancy with a few older long term looking RVs. Not fancy, not bad.

The staff is great, my house just burned and they allow pets no one else does & my dog's are just like our kids. They were courteous enough to give us a discount bcuz of our fire! The rooms are clean, the maids are very nice & I would recommend it to anyone! Very nice, wonderful owners!

We stay there often. Prices fair. We think they charge too much for our small dogs. They don't do any special cleaning. They are trained well not to mess up a room. Don't like bkfast. All breaded.

Standard roadside hotel. Located just a short distance for the bustling metropolis of Broken Bow, this hotel will allow you to lay your head down for a while and be in close vicinity to any of the happenings of the town. The room that we stayed in was clean and the beds were nicely made. The only complaint that I could possibly make was that the bedspread consisted only of a comforter and sheet.

I wasn't going into the room with 5 star expectations, but I do expect things to work. The shower had some odd issues. The tub faucet wouldn't shut off during the shower and only poured hot water so quickly that it couldn't drain as fast as it poured. So you get scalded feet before the end of the shower. There was a few roaches in the room too. I'm sure other rooms could be better, but my stay wasn't the best. Only stayed one night so management never had a chance to correct issues for me.

The only reason I give this place a 4 is because it's next to a gas station where the trucks park and it's really loud at times. Other than that it was clean, up to date, convenient, and the staff was nice. It's pet friendly which is great. Would stay again if needed.

Owners are very rude. My brother was made fun of because he is gay and was told no funny business… This is absolutely uncalled for behavior and cruel treatment that should never be tolerated! View of nasty RV Trailer Park not a great site. Do not stay here.

Quiet, friendly staff, Comfortable bed, Wi-Fi! Convenient parking, easy in/out with a trailer. Cold ac, hot water. Chairs in the room are very dirty… Wouldn't sit in them. Otherwise great. Good waffles, horrible towels (small, too few, and like sandpaper). Soft sheets.

Both headboards had dust on them, and there were black hairs in both beds. The drawers all had small dead bugs in them (better than alive I guess) and hadn't been wiped out in some time. The mirror had a cloudy film on it and the corners of the bathroom had been missed many times while cleaning as well as the bathtub. Mostly seems like housekeeping doing a half assed job. The pool was clean and had more than enough chlorine but hey at least that was clean. The water in the shower has some issues its warm than it takes turns being cold and scalding (not fun for a 5 year old). I see the pictures show updated rooms our bathroom and sink area was but not the beds and furniture, TV was fuzzy at best and the bed given the choice between the bed and the floor take the floor its softer. We only stayed here because we couldn't find a camping spot at bevers bend but if you can find a parking lot with a water hose your better off sleeping there.

Spent two nights in a double queen non-smoking room on the second floor. The rooms were nice and clean as well as the pool. My husband and I along with our two very young girls were very pleased with everything. I would give this hotel a five star rating for it's price but… we all came home with flea bites all over us. My poor girls are covered! I have many but they got the worst of it. Flea bites r not fun!

Rooms were pretty small. I thought it was disgusting that they had coffee cans outside by the a. C. Units so they could drop it them, but no one would dump them out. Also wasn't pleased with the fact that I paid so much for a single room and still had to pay $4.00 to do a load of laundry.

Pleasant stay! Enjoyed it! We will be back. Rooms clean and staff is nice!

Stayed last night and don't have anything negative to say. For the price it's great! We spent most of our time at the pool, which was very clean. My children had a blast and We already have plans to be back 2 more times this month!

Clean rooms, good service I'll be back again next week.

Owners were wonderful to us. Prices were good. It was an emergency trip for us and we were unable to plan. We checked in late but checkout wasn't until 11 a. M. Room was clean, Water Hot, Beds were comfortable. We will most definitely stay again.
