Rooms are very clean staff very friendly and they have a great hot breakfast and they give casino discounts.

The showers were great. The rooms could have been cleaner. The Wi-Fi was awesome and the staff friendly and helpful. It was noisy.

Hotel was hot and humid and A/C didn’t work in room. Not to mention the room was filthy and tons of bugs on the floors. Only good thing was the hot breakfast.

Blood on air unit and in bathroom… Hair ball in bed! Will never stay here ever again. You would expect a room to be clean and not have to worry about inspection. Owner even acted as if in big deal … no redund nothing basicly blamed it on me.

Had stains on the sheets, there was blood on the ac unit, when brought to the managers attention, he was very rude and disrespectful. Ill never stay here again!

Absolutely disgusting! Mold in every room they tried to put us in! When I told the front desk lady about the mold, she said it wasn't her problem and that we should go find somewhere else to stay since every room is the same. Mind freaking blown. Don't stay here! The bed also had brown stains on it. Disgusting! They tried putting us in rooms 104 and 209.

One of the cleanest places to stay, hot breakfast, small swimming pool, great staff.

Hallways were extremely warm. Rooms were clean n tidy. Service was good.

Stay was good. Friendly staff, variety at breakfast, clean room. However the low rating is due to the fact that after getting home, we noticed charges on our card that we didn't purchase. The kicker is the fact these charges occurred while we were in a limosine on our way to a funeral! Thankfully we were able to get charges reversed but. Moral of the story, check your card transactions.

Decent hotel overall. Seemed like a newer establishment. Convenient location to the parks. Was clean and had a small pool. However our room on the 1st floor had quite a mildew smell to it that we could not get rid of during our short stay. Unfortunately, we could not switch rooms due to no rooms available, even though parking lot looked empty everyday. Luckily we spent most of our days outdoors at the parks and didnt need to come back unless to shower or sleep. We had febreeze and lysol to make it comfortable enough to deal with.

Slightly better than a motel, just barely maintained to keep up appearances. Nice staff.

It's a decent hotel located in Broken Bow. The rooms are a little outdated but they are kept pretty clean and in good order. The staff is friendly. They don't really have suites here just the standard king size or double Queen rooms.

Great rooms and continental breakfast is good. Management and staff are very customer friendly. Affordable prices as well.

It's a pretty place nice and clean only complaint is the bed was hard as a rock but it's a good place.

The room was very clean. You could easily hear all the other people in the hotel. Very loud hotel. And the lady that was working around 3-4 am could use a class in courtesy.

I came out here with two other friends to float the river and hike around. The room was great and clean which is really all that matters with hotels. A Choctaw casino across the street and its only 20 minutes away from the state park and some really good food at The Blue Rooster.

Very nice! Warm tones, great breakfast area, awesome shower. Quiet, except in the morning you can hear the hallway traffic. Bed was a lot firmer than we like… A lot. We were sore when we woke up lol but check in was a breeze and everyone was nice.

Clean rooms, good variety for breakfast, and lots of channels for TV. Room was spacious, but slightly worn at parts. Honestly your best bet for near the Casino.

It's a 1 star hotel, so don't be expecting much. About on par with Motel 6. We stayed for two nights. The rooms are decently clean, but not super great. Bed was OK. The AC worked surprisingly well. The breakfast they had was two cereal containers with some milk. All in all, for the price I couldn't really complain. But then again I really wasn't expecting much. Oh, the pool was closed. Looks like it's never open.

Nice friendly staff. Small town charm. Don't know about the rooms but staff in lounge were fantastic.

We are from Dallas, Tx and booked them for July 16th. We got to Idabel and our car broke down. We had absolutely no signal and was stranded for 6 hours with an 11 month old waiting on a tow. It was about 100 degrees out at this time. When we finally got signal to call them saying we couldn't make it (they claim to have free cancellation) we told them what happened and they said that we will be charged anyway and we asked if we could at least get a voucher for a free night since they already charged us and they said no. Only offered 20% off our next stay! That is ridiculous. They are so heartless and rude! Horrible customer service! Do not do business with them!

Got a ground floor King size bed for $65.00 a night. Air-conditioning was wonderful. There's restaurants all around. Parking was great. It was huge and lots of room to turn around. People were nice. Didn't have the breakfast, but there was plenty of coffee and restaurants all around (a couple of blocks). The TV was new and lots of channels. King size bed was just right. About 9 miles south of Beavers Bend Park. Just right. I asked around and we really got lucky getting to stay here. People get the wrong idea about the star rating of motels. It's a great place to relax…

Broken Bow Inn wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. The staff was all very nice and quite helpful. They were accommodating and pleasant. Everything in the room worked and the hotel was very clean. The room did have a microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee maker so it had a few amenities. I didn't care for the location of our room as we had to park quite a ways away from the room and make several trips to carry our things to the room. They did allow pets for an additional daily fee. The exterior of the building looked dated and a little rundown. The included breakfast was pretty much a fail. All they had was 2 containers of cereal that looked like they came out of the desk clerk's kitchen cabinet, and a display with some pre-packaged muffins and some danish with orange juice and milk. The pool wasn't open but it is February so that is understandable. I read a review that said the pool was closed in June so I'm guessing the pool isn't ever open, but it did have a decent covering and it was fenced in. There was a game room/arcade that looked like it was straight out of the 80s. None of the games were turned on and everything was really dusty. It looked more like a storage room than a game room. Overall, the price of the room ($69 per night) was in line with the quality of the facility and I would probably stay here again but it would not be my first choice. I've stayed in much nicer hotels for 1/2 of what I paid here.

Free Wi-Fi? More like free dial up split across 50 people. Took me an hour longer than usual to do homework via Wi-Fi and forget gaming… Last time I spend $1200 here for a 2 week stay. Hope you don't need to upload any files because there's a good chance it'll take u 20x longer or you won't be able to. Oh and the $25 per night pet fee is ridiculous. I'm sure my 10 pound dog really caused 350$ in damage… Not to mention my room went uncleaned for three days.

I grew up in broken bow I know this best western is the newest hotel built there. We had stayed at this best western 3x and twice our experience were great but this last time our bathtub was filthy and was not noticable until u get into the tub and I had two kids to bathe. I do think its the nicest hotel built in town but next time I will definitely inspect the room's cleanliness before settling in a room or bring my children in. That's my opinion and advise but my fiance says we won't be staying there again. I'm glad he said that too BC I want to go to comfort suites from now on!

I have lived on the road in hotels all over the world for years now. And I have stayed in a lot of 4 and 5 star hotels. When I found out I was coming to Broken Bow, Oklahoma I didn't have high expectations. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff greeted me with a wonderful smile and thus began a delightful two weeks. The lobby is beautiful with large leather sofas and chairs to sit and relax. A nice dining room is adjacent for the morning breakfast buffet which had an amazing array of choices including fresh fruit. I was also very happy to see the nice exercise room. The treadmill is awesome! My room was large and extremely spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the decor is very modern and well appointed. I was impressed with all of the marble on the entertainment center and in the bathroom. I read some of the reviews and I'm not sure what happened with the other guests but my stay could not have been more pleasant. I live in New York City and I'm used to gruff and rude. None of the staff were ever rude. They always greeted me with a smile. If I need to come to Broken Bow, Oklahoma again I will definitely stay here.

We stayed there with 7-8 people (7 rooms) for 3 weeks, spending over $11, 000 and the owner was rude the entire time. He kept trying to raise our rate while we were there, saying he was loosing money on the government rate ($70). He argued with us constantly about the rate. If he doesn't want to honor the government rate, he should not offer it. He asked one of the group to change rooms so he could sell that room for more money on the weekend. The man did, but then the owner tried to charge him for 2 rooms for the same night. The owner would actually yell at us. This place is not worth the trouble.
