Review of Ala Moana Hotel - Resort Fee Included 3*

I can't believe some kind of nazi behavior will happen in a shopping center! Maybe because your security guards are way over-staffed, so they don't feel they actually exist if they don't create some BS. On the other hand, when some people got robbed at the mall (THAT’S RIGHT, PEOPLE GOT ROBBED AT THE MALL), the security are useless and incompetent! Seems all their paychecks are used for bullying your dearest customers! Starting from this morning, they prevented people using power outlet at a rest and phone charging area?!, There are simply not enough outlets, so people sitting on one side has to share the wall outlet, even so, there still isn't enough to use. And now, even this limited/poor service is also deprived! Starting from today, the security made their own brand new policy, they can kick out whoever they want, and they have the control of how long a person can sit at the rest area, where there is plenty of space and the person did not bother anyone but to surf on laptop?! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen at any shopping center at any state of America! This totally destroyed my good impression of Hawaii! A vacation place for people to relax! As a shopping center you totally do not have any respect for customers! I can't believe after I threw thousands of dollars at your shopping center, you guys treated me like a dog and I can't even use your cheap power outlet! And please also notice the language the security used "except for you"…"take all your bags, shoes and trash…" Just to insult your customer. Not sure what disease the security will carry, but they will even touch your body. No wonder the management is beside the bookstore, they sure need more education.
