The front desk worker was very polite and offered if I needed anything please don't hesitate to let her know. The rooms, Hallways & Lobby are clean and smell good. Plenty of Parking.

Me and my family made a road trip from Florida to Pennsylvania, we stayed in five different hotels along the way. This hotel was not only the cheapest but the nicest, including a heated indoor pool. The staff were absolutely amazing, so nice and helpful and rooms were clean and spacious. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone!

Stayed for a night on a trip from DE to SC. Desk staff was great at check in. When I called to confirm our reservations (travelling with another family), I was told we were right next door to each other, we werent. Across the hall and 2 doors down. No biggie. However, while wiping the room down again, I pulled the sheets back on the king bed and there were "down there hairs" in the bed and the sheets look like they were slept in. Husband went to the desk and asked for fresh sheets and told them why, they seemed less then concerned or had no care.
breakfast was good. Typical hotel breakfast, but was a nice start to the morning. When we checked out I said something to the front desk again and the girl was like, oh ok.

Only negative is I called ahead months ago for reservation, and they couldn’t find it. I will always call to confirm in the future. Internet is weak, too, but pluses far outnumbering minuses.

Very clean for a pet friendly hotel. I loved all the staff! Shelina was very helpful getting us checked in. The breakfast was delicious loved them grits are the best I ever had! Exceptional customer service and very clean rooms had a clean sent. I loved the fireplace in the lobby very romantic. Great location right off I-95. Nice restaurants in walking distance. Definitely would book here again! Thanks!

I was extremely pleased and happy on how clean and friendly the staff was. Traveling with a young kid and dog it’s difficult to find a place that accommodates pets, safe and clean. And reasonable priced.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and patient with all of our questions. (I think her name was Morgan. ) We stayed this past Labor Day. Our room was right across from the pool that's open until midnight! Big bonus. Also we didn't have to ask for a late check out since theirs was automatically 12pm unlike other hotels which normally have a check out of 11am. Very clean room and nice toiletries. They have cute waffles with a logo on it too with the complimentary breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Very very disappointed. Went there to celebrate our 16 anniversary after booking with a credit card & using 5000 of our earned points plus cash. Upon arrival the clerks told us they could not check us in because we lived 29 miles away. They won't check people in who live 30 miles within the motel. That ruined our night & we had to settle for a dump across the street with the worse beds I ever slept on. I highly recommend not doing business with this establishment or any other Country Inns & suites. I've been loyal to them by putting up my crews up there as we work all over the east coast. Highly Disappointed & there's a Sleep inn & Other nice hotels right there next to them. They were all booked seeing how it was Friday night. Hence we had a terrible experience. I tell everyone I know now including business associates not to stay there.

I have never stayed at a Country Inn before last night. I had been searching for miles to find a place that could fit 7 of us for a reasonable price. Everywhere we checked was going to split us into 2 rooms and cost us a fortune. When I called Country Inn, and they had a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch for only $142, I was shocked. I took it out of desperation… although I was concerned what we were getting because the cost was so low. I must say that we were pleasantly surprised! The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, the free breakfast far exceeded our expectations! And, I love that the checkout time is NOON! I would definitely recommend this place and I will be staying at a Country Inn again in the future. :)

Very convenient and for travellers. The indoor pool stays open late, the place is pretty clean and nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great! The bed was not as comfortable (for me). It was very firm and the pillows were negligible. I had to grab my pillows from the car. But I would stay here again.

This hotel is very clean and beautifully appointed, with high quality beds and linens. The beds and pillows were soooo comfortable! The views were really nice. The indoor pool was a bit small, but it was clean and attractive. They are pet-friendly! The staff were great, all of them! Breakfast was nice. We had a wonderful stay! Also, there are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. Right in front is a "Best 'N Burger"… I don't normally enjoy hamburgers, but these were OFF THE HOOK CRAZY GOOD! The grass at the hotel, besides looking like they were manicured daily (we stayed for 5 nights). Was so very soft that I'd take my shoes off and go for walks night and day. The area is really nice, safe, well lit, and convenient to so many things! We can't wait to go back!

This hotel exemplifies southern comfort, the lobby serves fresh baked cookies and coffee 24/7. I checked in 6/3 and checked out 6/7. The guy at the front desk was very professional and had a great attitude all around. When I checked in my room, the A. C was leaking, I called the front desk and he sent some one up quickly to take care of it. The breakfast here is great filled with hot and cold foods and the attendant is a lovely lady. The only con to my visit came on that Tuesday and Wednesday the housekeeper didn't change the linen and left our pullout sofa a mess and when asked to fix it she had a whole attitude and through the pillows around right in front of me. I don't know if I would stay here again just because of the housekeeper but everything else was great.

Overall one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The bed was perfect. The pool stays open until 12 am. Not many hotels allow the pool to stay open this late. They also have cookies available all day and night available in the lobby FREE OF CHARGE with coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. Not to mention the breakfast was a hot and cold mix! Omelettes, potatoes, sausage, and waffles on the hot side. Fresh fruit and a variety of cereals on the cold sight. It also had toast, muffins, bagels and last but not least grits! They even offer sliced cheese to put in it. All of the is included with your stay. I loved my stay and to top it off the customer service was perfect!

My visit has been pleasant. Very friendly staff and the room is very nice. They also take pets which helps out a lot when traveling with our dog. Definitely worth a stay, don't pass this place up.

Very Nice Staff, very large suite, extremely clean and very comfortable beds and pull out sleeper. Breakfast was good and had no problem being granted late checkout. I would highly recommend to anyone needing accommodations, I would definitely stay again Lovely!

Very very clean. Staff very nice. It was very busy and all was efficient. Room really clean. Lament floors new to me but great idea! Tile in bathroom. Free breakfast bacon eggs cereal all kinds of juice yogurt make your own big waffles. Good coffee. Place was packed and never ran out of anything. I was impressed.

Nice looking new hotel. The staff were very accommodating with our late check-in (after midnight) and told us up front about the pet fee and all other charges. The rooms were nicely furnished and the bed comfortable. I'd stay at this location again.

AWESOME! Pet Friendly DONE RIGHT! Genius… No carpet, it is either tile looking hardwood or hardwood laminate flooring. Extremely clean, our little Chelsea Girl was immediately right at home as opposed to our previous stay while traveling down I95 where she couldn't settle down because that 4 star hotel smelled like a kennel. Very close to restaurants and fuel, seconds off 95. Very Friendly staff as well, Jeff really took great care of us and even booked us within 3 feet of an exterior entrance as requested. STAY HERE with or without your Furry Family Member!

The place was very clean and everyone was helpful. The only problem was a repeat from our last visit. The noise is annoying, you can here every door open and close around you. The last visit was the first floor so, we requested another floor this time. Not as bad but, still very loud. The breakfast was great.

Drove 12 hours from Florida to new York we wanted to stay and rest * the price great clean place but VERY WEIRD HOW THE ROOM FEELS LIKE YOUR IN WAVE POOL ON THE 3RD FLOOR … YOU WALK AND IT MOVED.

Very nice place. Big spacious rooms and clean. Breakfast same processed foods found in other hotels. Area too small for the breakfast crowd. Tables weren't kept up and cleaned between dinners. Had to wait for coffee to be refilled and wasn't the best tasting but have had worse. Not enough handicap parking. No usb ports in the room. Pool was clean and refreshing. Cookies were offered which was nice. Price was very reasonable.

Stayed 1 night on a work trip. The staff was friendly, room was mostly clean. Breakfast was average. I used the fitness center (no bench or dumbbells) and it was ok. I would stay here again since it met my needs.

Have stayed here on a couple different occasions for as long as a week at a time. Always friendly! Great breakfast and clean rooms! Indoor swimming pool is a great pleasure as is the gym!

Upon arriving and getting into my room, I noticed that my hotel door would not close and was then upgraded to a bigger suite. The lady at the front desk that assisted me was awesome, friendly and very helpful. However, this was the only staff that displayed great customer service. My second nights stay was not so great. I went to get ready for bed and realized that my childhood blanket that is 23 years old, was now missing. The same lady that upgraded my room was very respectful even though she was not in the position to do much for me. The next morning I spoke with a different staff member, including the office manager who was rude and laughed in my face when I explained my situation. I asked to search the room I was staying in as well as the laundry room and was denied access to both. I am not sure why the house keeping staff thought it was appropriate to remove my belongings but I will not be back to this hotel.

First class facility; great location. Clean room, no bad smells, comfortable bed and pillows. Great breakfast for people on the go. Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

Pretty clean and quiet rooms. The breakfast is typical but nothing special. The price seems reasonable compared to the other places and the quality is better than most.

I travel for my job and stay at new hotels every week. This hotel is in my top ten for worse hotels I have stayed at. First of all, from the moment you walk in the door all the way through the lobby and then all the way through the hallway to your room, the hotel smells very strongly like old body odor. The rooms carpets are stained, the furniture is old and falling apart. The couch has huge dark stains. The bedspreads are dingy, and the pillows are squares, half the size of a standard pillow. The bathroom had chunks missing from the wall. Second of all, I have found all of the staff to be rude. It seems like anything I ask for is a huge imposition. For example, they are supposed to have fresh baked cookies, and when I came back from dinner one night, there weren't any left but I could smell them baking, so I asked the front desk person and they went to go check and see if they could get some. I could hear the other front desk person and some other hotel staff laughing at us saying that they weren't bringing any more cookies out, then they proceeded to walk out with a stack of those fresh cookies and ate them behind the front desk. There were several other similar instances during our stay, I will never stay here again. I have stayed at several other Country Inn and Suites and have only had nice things to say. I did notice that this is an independently owned franchise, so it's likely local management that is allowing these things to happen.

Manager was rude on the phone with me and I filed a complaint. After coming to the hotel and went into my room, the chair was torn apart, juice stain on the floor and roaches on and behind the couch. Maintenance was called to my room only to say "if yall aren't staying, I'm not going spray" I received a call from the manager, only to be told she wasn't being rude and "if you thought I was then sorry". Was that an apology? stay away worst hotel in the area.

Room was extra large and very clean. Bathroom was immaculate! Bedding was fresh and very comfortable. Rates where good and came with a full breakfast that I would have paid $30-45 for a family of 4 elsewhere. So an extremely good deal. Young lady at front desk was very polite and attentive. Great Job! Will visit again.

In town from Atlanta on 08/08/2015 for a wedding. The young lady at check in was very nice and professional. Me and my wife dropped our bags and headed back out the door. Upon returning I was extremely tired and ready for a hot shower and relaxation. As I get ready to hop in the shower I notice hair in the tub. After examining closer I can clear see the tub has not been clean. This is where things go down hill. I go down stairs to inform the front desk clerk who was a young lady who didn't seem to want to be at work about the problem. Her solution to this problem was to go get me some cleaning supplies so I could clean the bathroom. For a 137.29 a night I would expect better customer service then this.

We pulled up to the hotel and there was two police officers out front chatting with people in and around the lobby. There were people drinking beers sitting outside on the porch (it's around 10pm) We walk up to our floor and the hall smells like body odor. The room is cramped and there is people right below our window talking loudly and also drinking alcohol. It was so sketchy we left and just drove all the way home through the night.

First of all, It didn't Have no TV in the Breakfast Baffet, & there was This huge empty space For extra chairs for people to Sit down. And there was Only one waffle maker, seriously, & throughout the whole night there was Noises and bangs and all kinds of sounds In the night it was horrible. I would never recommend going to this hotel if you want some peace and quiet & sleep. Plus the Rooms and beds were filthy, thanks for the "best"night ever.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Antwanett (not sure of the spelling). Breakfast had plenty of options. The only problem I had was the decor in the indoor pool area, very drab and dark, not in the least inviting.

I absolutely love this inn! Everyone is so nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The rooms are clean and spacious. I have stopped here twice in 2014 driving from NJ to my daughter's house in SC. At Christmas time the inn was beautifully decorated and everyone felt as if they were part of a big family. I highly recommend it.

Always willing to give you the discount especially for Carlson Club members. Breakfast is great but the Internet is not. T mobile users use your phone cellular service as the Wi-Fi goes in and out.

Rooms Dirty. Walls / floors so thin you can hear the people above you every step they take along with their animals scratching all night. Worst stay at any hotel in my whole life.

Loved my stay there. Staff was nice. The fitness center well maintained. Thank you for the nice coffee creamers. I wasn't a big fan of the breakfast. It would have been better with more variety. All in all, a great stay.

We had a family cousin sleepover here and I can honestly say that it is one of the best hotels I have occupied. The clerk made us about 5 batches of cookies throughtout the night and because of our awesome behavior, she was lenient of the pool curfew! It was peaceful with older couples everywhere. I highly recommend it.
