Family friendly. Very clean.

Weren't there very long but it served our purpose. It was clean comfortable and good breakfast.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good happy hour.

We've stayed here several times and always been pleased with their comfortable suites. They have a manager's reception with wine, beer and soda Monday through Thursday. They've added a hydromassage chair which was great to relax in after a long day on the road.

I was in Wilson, NC for Two weeks on a Fire department Training Class. This Hotel was by far the most Hospitable place I believe I’ve ever been too in my experience. The staff here were more than accommodating to our stay. So let me fill y’all in. Monday-Thursday the Nighttime Manager Johnathan Host social Hour from 630-Until supplies last. This Man cooks an entire meal for you to eat FOR FREE. When you are outta town and about to spend countless dollars in meals, this guy throws down JUST to ensure his customers are taken care of. And when I say service with a smile, I mean it. The Embodiment of customer service in the upmost professionalism. In these two weeks he made myself and fellow class mate like family and took extremely great care of us. I truly feel at the end of these two weeks I will have a friend at the Wilson Comfort Suites. I will be recommending him and his staff to my training staff for any upcoming stays in the immediate area for classes or stays. In a class that test your limits of sanity and not being able to go home, this is absolutely the next best thing. I truly cannot express my gratitude and appreciation to this hotel. 10/10 Stars. Go make a friend when you stay, and crack a joke with Johnathan,

Comfort Suites have an extremely tasteful breakfast. Staff members are polite. Also, the Suites are very clean in addition to comfortable bed with extra plush pillows. Great location where there's a variety of shopping malls. More than that,
plenty of most popular restaurants. With much more. You wouldn't certainly enjoy your stay as a special guest. Overall, welcome is extended prior and upon check In. Janice Allen.

This Comfort Suites is located right off of 95 and has clean rooms with good customer service. No complaints.

Nice stop on our way to Murrells Inlet. Stayed at the quality Inn right up the road last year both places are nice but I think the breakfast at the quality was better.

We booked this hotel based on previous reviews. We were excited for the outdoor pool and were planning a night of rest on our drive further south. There was evidence of construction in the lobby as well as the ice room but none was being done. The outdoor pool was locked. It had been drizzling earlier and the staff said it's usually only closed for thunder or lightening but they had no ability to access it. The manager (offsite) was the one who could do so and they would text him. Our first room had old stains on the carpet from the front door to the back wall. Various spills from different times. In front of the AC unit the carpet was soaked, slimy soaked. I requested a room change and the second room had black mold across the entire window treatment that rested on the AC unit. I requested a refund and was told they could check me out but the elusive offsite manager would decide if I get a refund in the morning (when I was long gone. ) Third time was the charm, we wound up with a lovely room on the fourth floor. Obviously, I wouldn't stay again and don't recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable though it was obvious they've been used hard. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was really good as well.

Gorgeous room, amazing breakfast and pool was perfect for the kids! Just going thru renovations so I couldn't get ice but other than that, I highly recommend staying here! If I had gotten my ice, it woulda been a 5 lol.

Very clean, even while in the middle of construction. I would have given them 5 stars if the ice makers had been working and the beds had been a little softer.

We only stayed overnight at the Wilson Comfort Suites, however this has to be one of the best hotels we stayed in so far. It's listed as 2 star hotel, and that is not accurate. During this weekend there was a major basebal tournament in the are and seemingly all of the hotels we witnessed from Rocky Mount to Wilson were nothing short of a three ring circus, including this one. Regardless of the chaos, from what I witnessed the staff maintained patience and professionalism, the interior and exterior were always clean and neat, and the breakfast even endured the crowd extremely well. This appears to be a newer hotel. The room was excellent, clean, and presented exactly as the website pictures show. Well lit, ample parking with space for larger vehicles or trailers. Located immediately off of exit 121 on Rt 95, 30 minutes south of Rocky Mount, and within a short drive of shopping and restaurants, this is a hidden gem. Highly recommended. Side note… consider checking out 217 Brew Works and/or Whirligig Park. The Park comes alive after dark.

Very nice, comfortable, very reasonably priced $ (better than other high end hotels). Very clean, breakfast, (ok) great coffee, cozy, VERY comfortable beds, huge rooms (suites) large screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, good service… recommended!

I stayed in room 438 from March 1 to March 3. Jonathan (supervisor) deserves 5 stars and the cooks were pretty nice during breakfast but I didn’t like the fact that turkey sausage wasn’t offered during morning breakfast and only on certain days. I don’t eat pork however pork is offered every day. This should change. And everyone should be accommodated.

It wasn't as good as our last stay. The refrigerator in our room didn't work, but the man at the front desk went out of his way to get us another one. The breakfast looked awful, watery eggs and something that was supposed to be ham. So we went across the street to Cracker Barrel. They say to conserve water, to reuse the towels, which I would do if they had any towel racks. Just not what I remember. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom.

Nice hot breakfast with eggs and ham. Comfy bed and loved the block of outlets and USB to charge my electronics. Definitely will recommend! Price was great when I booked online.

Room was clean. Lobby was nicely decorated for the holidays. However, was some sort of machinery noise next to our room that kept the adults up all night. Also, when we asked the attendant for ice water to fill our containers, we were told to use the water fountain. For almost $100 a night, I don't think ice water is too hard to give.

Very interesting hotel, clean and well located at exit 121 of the I-95. This Comfort Suites hotel chain is a must for those who prefer comfort. No pets are accepted, and it's great for people who don't appreciate pets… or have allergies to those animals they say are company.
First choice bedding, the hotel is well maintained, the staff very courteous, the American breakfast is included.
This hotel is a pleasant stopover, several restaurants around the hotel are also very accommodating.

If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay the night, close to the interstate, impeccably clean, with a warm welcoming staff… this has got to be the place. The rooms are a very good size, with great working/relaxing furnishings. Our stay was made perfect because we happened to be here on one of their happy hours nights (tue-thurs) After a long drive in the pouring rain we were met by the charming staff and had a wonderful happy hour which was basically a small complementary thanksgiving dinner with beer or wine. Really… what's not to love?

There were several other hotels in the area. The location was okay. The rooms were decently sized, had mini fridges, and a microwave. The service could have been better. I asked about an upgrade and the front clerk asked "why? They're all suites. " The housekeeping was slightly annoyed when asked a question. The only one that seemed helpful was the guy at the front desk upon checkout. No one was pleased with being at their jobs. They all seemed bored and seemed like they wanted to leave.

Comedian Frankie Paul recently stayed here while performing in Wilson, and was very happy to tell us about how awesome the property is! The room was perfect, clean and quiet, and the staff was super friendly. There was a free breakfast in the morning, as well as a laundry room to get some fresh clean clothes on tour!

Decent hotel l, decent hot breakfast, horrible staff. Staff very unprofessional. The manager had an attitude and was very cold. I encountered one staff that had a professional demeanor. We had a double queen suite. When the sofa bed is out it blocks the bathroom which is completely weird. Overall I would stay here again.

We arrived after 7 days on the road on motorcycles, The staff treated us like friends. They were having Happy Hour with complimentary food and drinks but it was ending about the time we arrived. They kept everything out so we could enjoy the food and drinks after we got our things settled. Dennis made us a plate and served us some cold drinks. Everyone was nice our room was clean and nice. Real breakfast in the morning. Next time I head that way I am going back. Thanks for making our one night stay seem like a mini vacation!

Needed a place to stay on our way to SC. We found Comfort Suites on Google Maps with over 4 star rating. Most hotels in same area were $50+ more a night. We are glad we stayed here! All reviews were accurate and definitely a nice hotel! Would I stay again? Yes! Would I recommend it? Yes! Rooms and beds were clean, bathrooms were clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok nothing really to brag about but it's free. Didn't really expect much from a free breakfast. If your looking for a place to stay this is it!

It was very acomadating the room was awesome The fresh Hot breakers was great. The service was exalt. The night manger (Tim) was very professional about informative about the area to get a great meal.

Everything was nice, breakfast was good. Only thing was a/c unit in room couldn't be turned off, or we couldn't figure out how.

No vent in bathroom, wrong tray in microwave, wet carpet by the AC, hair dryer not working, stain on floor, food like goo next to trash can… I'm not impressed…

I was stayed there for one week and they are absolutely friendly and have clean room. They offer free breakfast and also they have mangers happy hour every Tuesday and Wednesday from 5:30pm to 8:00pm. They serve different kinds of foods and drinks. If that is not true then blame me.

My husband and I have stayed there for 5 days in April, and we liked everything about this hotel. Everything! And we are world travelers, usually at least one of us would not be happy about something, but this time we both agreed that the hotel and the service was great. They let my husband stayed longer in the room…

One word AWESOME! This place is amazingly priced. The food is Amazingly made. The rooms are amazingly comfortable! and THE STAFF IS AMAZINGLY AWESOME! Night desk person Johnathan was professional and Amazing! Sad we were just passing through We would have love to stay longer! I highly recommend this hotel its worth every dime! This is fantastic. A great room all around. A great front desk staff. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and smelled fresh. A true step up from other local hotels. I am beyond satisfied. Thank you!

Spacious room, quick check-in, and great location just off I-95. One weird thing was that the towel shelf was actually in the shower. But still a great hotel.

The room was huge clean and very comfortable. Staff was awesome as well and very courteous and helpful. The only complaint I could register is that the water pressure was pretty bad in the shower head.

The price was right, and we were very happy to find this hotel had vacancies after coming upon many filled hotels on our drive north from Florida. The staff was very friendly both when we checked in and when we checked out. The room was spacious with high ceilings and a separate seating area, complete with coffee table, microwave, and fridge. It was mostly clean, but there were stray greasy handprints on the furniture and walls. I prefer not to think about the origin of those prints. The a/c unit seems to have had two settings: freezing cold and off. I tried several different temperatures on the thermostat, but couldn't adjust it. The vent in the bathroom never turned on. When we checked in, there was a nasty thunderstorm raging outside. We couldn't hear that from in our room. However, we could hear the other people on our floor opening and closing the doors to their room. The first time we heard it, it was so loud that my husband thought I slammed the bathroom door. No noise seemed to make it through from the other rooms, by the hallway noises were unusually loud. The Wi-Fi was a joke. It was so slow that I ended up shutting it. My phone was faster running off the cell towers. There is a breakfast buffet, but there are only enough tables for about 10 rooms to be seated at a time, so it gets crowded. All that said, I would stay here again on a long drive.
