Awesome retro hipster motor lodge feel. Completely renovated and very cute. Lots of outdoor spaces for safer social distancing. Beds are very comfortable and service is top notch.

Love this place! This is our 4th stay at this location and it is our favorite place to stay (sans kids) in Wilmington. The rooms are adorable and it’s nice to be able to walk up to your room, especially in the Covid era. They are doing a fab job with extra cleaning. The restaurant is amazing, but it’s the courtyard that keeps us coming back. We have stayed at other Arrive properties too and they are all unique and fun.

Had such an amazing weekend here! The rooms were so cute and clean… holy home inspo goals! Dram Yard was to die for and I love the courtyard area with fire pits.

We loved our stay! The courtyard, outdoor seating/fire places, bar, etc. Almost made it feel like a resort. The rooms were super cute (and smelled great! — like a spa) and the staff we interacted with was very helpful.

Wonderful hotel, decor is beautiful, rooms are lovely, walking distance to eateries, riverfront and shops.

Great location! Walkable to a lot of restaurants and breweries. The rooms are spacious and have great amenities.

The Wilmingtonian is located near Front Street in Wilmington. An easy walk to the best of what the city has to offer. Homey country chic decor with beautiful wood floors. Great value and great service!

The Wilmingtonian is a great nice old classic downtown hotel. I visit downtown Wilmington and this is been one of my favorites to stay at. It’s in a perfect location. Safe and easy to walk everywhere. Only 1 block of Front St. The rooms are suites so you have full living room, kitchen, oven, fridge and private bath and bedroom. There is even some rocking chairs in front of unit for you. The complex is nice with outside seating area and Gazebo. The units are brick walls so very quiet for being downtown. It was very nice on the inside. More like a small apartment than a hotel room. They offer free drinks (soda, water, juice) and snacks and muffins and pastries in the AM with coffee. Only con may be bed was decent but soft and the kitchen was sparse with cooking pans and things like that.

Sooo glad we found this place about 3 years ago! We NEVER stay in a chain hotel when we go to Wilmington now! Wonderful boutique hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff! Complimentary goodies (fruit, muffins, soft drinks, water, etc. ) in the lobby. Rooms are like your own 1 bedroom apt. Stackable washer/dryer, kitchen, eating table, sitting area, rocking chairs on the porch, pets welcome! All of this just a very short distance from Front Street! Wonderful gem in Wilmington! ❤❤❤

Great older hotel. We had a studio with a kitchen. Very comfortable and quiet. Within walking distance to town.

Stayed here for a graduation. Very cute place with clean rooms and super friendly staff! Would recommend to everyone and will stay again!

This is a old hotel it does have charm to it (according to my wife). Some of thr rooms and in need of updating and have a musty smell. So rooms are nicer. The hotel is very convenient to Front street with lots of restaurants etc.

The Wilmington was amazing. The cottage was cozy, relaxing. I didn't have troubles with checking in or out. Great place to stay. Great location.

Great spot for exploring Wilmington by foot, and the local beaches by car. Slightly pricier but the included sitting room and full kitchen in our suite was worth it. Cinema House was decorated with old movie posters and Asian inspired images. Busy streets at night a bit noisy but mornings in the rocking chairs on the porch was perfect. Reception offers snacks, coffee, and water all day to guests.

We stopped here on a whim upon arriving in Wilmington. After a quick conversation and a tour of the room, my husband was thrilled. Apartment style room with comfy beds, tvs, and a full kitchen made it so easy and comfy with 2 littles under 6. Staff has been super friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

Nice place. Full kitchen in our room. They also have a small snack and drink shop in their lobby but you get the stuff for free as a guest. Shower and tub had seen better days but it wasn't a problem for us. Over all, a really good place and smack in the middle of so much to see and do.

Our go to place when visiting Wilmington. They have dog friendly suites that are awesome! I love all the original wood flooring and classic decor. The courtyard is gorgeous. About a block from the strip, and consistently the best price downtown for a nights stay. Incredible service. Pastries in the morning and complimentary water, juice, coffee, and soda 24/7.

This is a very comfortable hotel with just what you need for your stay. It is in a good location for walking downtown Wilmington. The rooms are not state of the art updated but it's very charming.

The room was very clean and nice, if a little outdated. I love the room themes in the Cinema House. Great location with a store and restaurants across the street. Walking distance to the Riverwalk. Receptionist was very nice and welcoming.

Great hotel. Rustic feeling but felt just like home. Tremendous amenities including free soft drinks and snacks. Room was huge and included a kitchen, laundry, living room area and large bedroom. I will definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the front desk clerk was exceptionally joyful. The grounds were well kept and the little places to sit and relax were enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet, cozy hotel within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. The front desk help was very welcoming and informative. She gave great dining recommendations.

Just a wonderful spot with a direct walk to everything. Super friendly staff and excellent room. Parking was a cake and included. There is a free trolley to take all around or for a few $ you can take the horse drawn one. Loved this stay.

Staff is great, the rooms are not like you cookie cutter hotels. They provide snack all day and coffee not only in the rooms but in the snack room of a morning as well. With soda, water and juice being free all day. Never been to a hotel that did not charge for drinks or water during the day. How nice is that. I even had a full kitchen in my room. I will be back.
