This is a inexpensive hotel and not that big. Its close to the interstate and our room was on that side so it was a little noisy at night. I wasn't impressed with the service at first but we stopped by the office and they corrected the problem right away.

Decent enough. No late check out, but staff is friendly. The sandwiches were delicious.

The rooms were clean, and the front desk clerk was very friendly, however there was no ironing board or iron for me to use on my wrinkled shirt. Also, the house keeper walked in while I was still in bed only a few seconds after knocking.

Best sleep I've had in a long time while traveling. Very clean rooms, great service, nice and quiet lol hide away. Wanted to keep this one a secret place myself but I couldn't, so enjoy.

Checking in 2 cop cars out front. Walked in room and pulled back sheets and cookie crumbs everywhere and hair went to lobby and they told me no other king rooms available so I took sheets and made my own bed. Got charged a 1.00 for having phone in room. Breakfast is a joke we checked out and went across street to hotel.

Terrible customer service! The lady at the front desk had a terrible attitude. Didn't wanna help us book a room. She needs to leave the attitude at home! Don't waste your money and time at this place.

Stayed here a couple times a year for Charlotte race track events, not the best place, but clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly.

This would be a last resort for feature stays. The Microwave/Refrigerator was missing from the room. The room was supposed to be a Non-smoking room, but smelled of Smoke and had a ashtray on the table. When addressed with unpleasant staff, they Responded "Well That is a Non-smoking Room and No One Has Smoked in it before. " And That they didn't have any rooms available to change me too! And the Shower Head had pink and black mold embedded in it.

Non smoking rooms very nice. Non smoking Not so nice. Quiet and friendly.

Pretty clean for a days in its not a Hampton but like I said it’s clean for a days in we stay here a couple time a year.

Horrible staff and laughable "continental breakfast. " We arrived super late at night in below-freezing weather. Put the kids to bed immediately. Turned the heater on to get things warming up. It never worked. Woke up a few hours later cold as can be, asked the front desk for a partial refund or credit due to the heat not working. She refused and said we had to call the front desk in the middle of the night to complain in order to be eligible (we arrived at 1:30 am! ). Just miserable. But hey — if toast and cereal is your idea of a breakfast spread, you may like it anyway.

Probably the nicest cheap hotel in the area. Right off the interstate and easy to get too.

Not the best motel I've ever stayed in, but not the worst either. The cons: sheets were stained, staff wasn't friendly, breakfast was mediocre, walls in the bathroom were damaged. The pros: clean room, ac worked great, plenty of towels and pillows, good water pressure.

This place was old and smelled bad. If we weren't so tired from traveling, we would have left. The ice machine was only on the first floor and only stairs to get all our luggage onto the second floor. Not horrible, but we are staying a much nicer hotel tonight.

The bed dipped into the middle, the toilet seat was filthy. Good thing I had cleaning/disinfecting stuff. Was a stop to sleep between NY and Atlanta, and I was tired, so I I've with it.

Someone who obviously is getting paid to work there around 7 am answered my call and sounded as if they were barely cognizant and angrily answered my questions about rates. I have been told it is very loud there because of interstate traffic. And their rates were high compared to the other hotels which were better situated off the interstate. Save your time and call the others. Always hard to understand why someone who gets a paycheck be hostile to people who call. Dont they get it. Guests pay her salary. Forget this place.

I just have 2 minor issues with this hotel. 1 (I can't stand) is the lights are on a motion sensor in the vanity area. This is a dumb idea. Also you have to go to the front desk to get an iron and ironing board (ironing board is a table top) which is harder to use.

Not a good hotel, right next to a loud strip club. Road to hotel horrible and hotel needs serious updating. Housekeeping knocked on my door 3 times with a Do Not Disturb sign on door.

They try hard to help people feel comfortable an safe they do the best they can with what they have to work with every body cant be perfect but we try our best an thats all we can do thank God.

Average hotel. Nice clean decor, microwave and fridge in room. Nice Wi-Fi and bathrooms. No smells. Nice place to stay if passing by. Quick on and off the interstate. And quiet.

Air conditioner is full of mold. By the morning, I was so congested from a mold allergy, I had to go visit a doctor. The room was clean otherwise.

Room was fair, kind of dated, but fair for the price. Very nice to have truck parking and cheap price. Center place for restaurants and shopping. Staff was extremely nice and helpful!

Bathroom had mold on the walls, room also had mold which had been covered by paint but was coming through again. Property in bad need of maintenance, brick piers around pool crumbling, driveway full of potholes, a/c in room iffy.

The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They seemed happy to have us there. The room was tiny. There was dust on the handrails in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable and had deep body impressions. On the first night we had a visit from a mouse that helped itself to some of our snacks. I probably wouldn't stay there again.

First room had ants, moved to a different room, had rat poop going across our pillows. One of the employees at the desk were totally rude. Never will I go there again.

Three words: Dirty, smelly, bad.

This place is DISGUSTING! Ceiling is black with god knows what. Lady at front desk was extremely rude! Absolutely pathetic service!

Stay at the hotel for 6 weeks. HELL would have been nicer. From the first day there were problems. Doors not locking durty carpets wanted non smoking. People move the chairs and couches outside to sit. Moved rooms 3 times last time they put me in a room that I could not see my car. Every time I left for work I would get locked out and had to go to the office everyday. They have no compassion. Spend the etra money STAY AWAY.

Please find another hotel, there are plenty in the area to choose from. This hotel is the worst, we work out of town 5 days a week and this place is in the top 5 of the worst places we've stayed. Had to switch rooms 7 times for one reason or another and simply got tired of looking for adequate accommodations.

WORST HOTEL EVER! It started with check in, we booked two rooms and we told the front desk clerk we wanted the single room with the king size bed. We get to our room and its two double beds. When we get to the right room the first thing we notice is the dirty carpet and the yellow colored linen. We wanted to go for a swim in the pool and we were told the pool was closed due to the ph balance. When the pool did open there were rust spots all over the bottom of the pool. That evening we went out to dinner and came back to no cable. It finally came back on two hours later with no explanation from front desk as to why it had gone off. The next morning housekeeping came by and we told them all we needed was clean towels. The housekeeper explained she had none but would bring them back up and leave them outside the door in a bag. I told her that she could knock on the door when she brought them back. Two hours later and still no clean towels so we called the front desk to be told that the laundry was being done and we would have them by the end of the housekeepers shift. We came back that evening to two towels laying on the bed and the two dirty towels still laying on the floor. Upon check out no one asked us how our stay was so my fiancé told them it was not very good and they gave no explanation or acted concerned. Lastly my fiancé asked for a receipt and was told since it was booked through Hotwire they would not give us one.

Stranded in Mooresville, picked up a room on the fly. The room is spartan, but clean. There's chairs and a table and a bed. Everything is neatly cleaned and organized. There's a microwave and a refrigerator and a TV. It's everything you'd expect from a motel-type establishment. Front desk was friendly and helpful. If you're expecting the Hilton, this is not the place. But it's clean and happy.

Adequate would describe this property. No frills. Just don't count on your gps to get you there. My room was clean. A/C worked hard to overcome gap under door. TV was old style. For the money? Not a good value.
