This place was horrible!

My grandparents went here to escape hurricane Florence from Wilmington. They said the hotel rooms are filthy. Another guy cursed the front staff out this morning telling how nasty the rooms were. They said the carpets are filthy and that there are bugs every where. Do NOT stay here!

The is a “roach motel” including the roaches. Not alone it is poorly maintained but has drug dealing and prostitution on the back upper rooms. Completely miss represented on line. Photos totally deceiving. It is a terrible place. Avoid it… drive past it!

The carpet and the rooms were absolutely hideous and that one time was housekeeping to make the beds or vacuum ever offered. I had to find my own trash bags and I was there for 10 days so that's pretty pitiful. Not to mention in those 10 days I saw police in the parking lot almost every day for one reason or another and if you get the police called on you… Even if it's just somebody messing with you they just think it's funny then they'll kick you out of your room and not refund you. Do not stay the Jameson Inn… Not to mention that we had to pay $70 a night for a room that was not anywhere close to worth it.

This is by far the worst hotel ever very perverted male staff whom opens the door without knocking and whenever you scream I'm naked and he hears you multiple times he continues opening it anyways he curses at you calls you names and tells you to kiss his ass he has absolutely no education for English and no manners whatsoever towards women especially Christian women I would highly not recommend anybody to this place unless you women like to be peeked at and try to see naked by the male Manager who also comes by in the middle of the night demanding money for a service dog that you notified this front desk about when you checked in. So don't go here they are very disrespectful not polite, perverted and disgusting rooms that are infested with flies and have drops of blood all over the floor, there is also prostitution and Drug deals all over the place. And by the way I only put one star because you have to check something if I could I would put no star.

The office manager is a very rude woman. You can only be but so nice until finally you reach that point of, "Ok fine — that's how you want it" Besides too much drug related activity going on to feel safe or get much sleep with all the noise coming from other rooms. Room was decent enough, lacked in places, but others were ok. If it wasn't for the manager, would have been ok. Would have only stayed the one night, but at that particular moment I didn't have an option.

The front desk is rude. Not good management. I got checked in a room with oil spilled on the floor. So I had to pay a extra twenty dollars for another room, would've went to a different hotel but I would be paying double for a hotel in one day and wait on money to be refunded. That has white spots on the floor looked like CUM (could use a lot of shampooing on all the floors, house keeping doesn't even clean the windows, so when you're trying to look out the window on a beautiful sunny day, looked like spitup spots on the windows or they sprayed, attempted to clean it but didn't ever get back to it like"idgaf". It's just bad service all together. I don't see how they could do people that way front desk never know s*** so I don't know there purpose Is I was actually told that I didn't have to come there by manager, I'm a manger and I think you're suppose to try to keep all your customers. But this will probably be my last time rooming here. Out to super8 superb job on you guys up grade spectacular.

Staff was fairly friendly but the rooms were inexcusable. And I'm a young college guy that will sleep on a 5 foot couch. *The light switch was broken and missing so we had to unscrew lightbulbs to turn them off *Beds were most uncomfortable I've experienced *Red stains on the floor (blood/wine? ) *Vent in bathroom was open with dust *Smelled bad *Shower head wouldn't engage fully so lack of water pressure *Housekeeping left our door cracked open while we were gone *Stick thing to move blinds was broken.

This place is disgusting… Nasty stains all over the carpet, mildew stains in the sink, the toilet was leaking, The water pressure sucks, the TV volume didn't work, had to unplug the fridge to plug in microwave. There is a lot of drug activity and prostitution going on. There was a huge fight that lasted hours below us and no one done anything about it. Honestly it was so violent that I was waiting for someone to start shooting.

It's decent place to stay. Staff is for the most part friendly.

OK as far as price but rude clerks/management and not the cleanest rooms. The clientele is scary, not a place to take the family in my opinion. Not at all.

The Jameson Inn cares nothing about their customers. When they have a complaint about a room, such as bed bugs, no heat, no air, etc. Customers are likely to be locked out with their property and/or pets inside, forcing them to call the police who cannot do anything because it is a civil matter. They also will refuse any refunds. The Jameson Inn is the absolutely worst place to stay in Monroe.

Great room and good service. If Jack is working the front you will have a good talk and laugh. We love you Jack!

The staff was pleasant; however, the hotel itself needs work. The carpet was stained, the floors in the bathroom were dirty. There was a roach in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable and the back of the remote was missing, so the batteries kept falling out.

They should call this infestation house it is even nastier than the Relax Inm across the street YUCK! I'd sooner buy a damn air mattress and sleep in the suburban!

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. First room had dead bugs and smelled of marijuana smoke, second room appeared as though it hadn't been cleaned in months. Tar/sweat in the carpets, various burn marks on the sheets. The hotel fee was $80 + a $50 deposit, and the person on staff refused to give a full refund. Total waste of time, money, and a health hazard. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

The Maids don't know how to clean that good. There was hair in the shower and some on the towels. The carpet in the room was very dirty. Plus there is a $50 deposit when you check in. Staff was very friendly. Experience noted… next time I'll stay at Quality Inn, down the road and spend the extra.

The worst hotel! The front desk lady was extremely rude. She claimed you could make an extension but NO! She kicked us out of our room claiming she never said such a thing! She charged my husband anyways and she did it in such a rude manner. Blood stains and smell of Marijuana filled our room. It was disgusting we have visited hotels way better than this. The so called melissa was extremely rude and the man in the front desk was rude and seemed to mock us! They are a poor image for the hotel I wonder how do they even have a 88.5 rating for sanitary, the rooms were absolutely horrifying, dirty, disgusting, the tub was gross, the smell was unbearable, and the staff was rude! They shouldn't even allow this hotel to operate! Next time I'll go for something that's worth my time and money and not having to come home with allergies from all the unsanitary conditions that was presented in that horrible place or the so called hotel! If I was able to give no stars I would but giving one star still helps it seem appealing to the other victims.

Worst hotel ever. Drugs everywhere, bed bugs and nasty rooms. They changed our room 3 times before finally getting us a halfway decent one. Rooms are nonrefundable and when you book online they make it look much nicer than what it is. We left more tired than when we arrived. Loud music all night and people were constantly outside talking loudly and yelling. We will never stay here again. Worst hotel experience ever hands down.

Bugs drugs blood completely disgusting should be condemned.

My go to stop when I am in the Charlotte area. It is a plain motel but it is a great place to enjoy a great night's sleep. I have been staying here for almost five years now. I have watched them clean the rooms. I have even been here for routine pest control. I have never had a problem with the hotel.

Never stay here! The room had bed bugs and carpets was nasty. I had them switch me to other room and that one didnt have AC. I complain again and she said well she has no more rooms You are more than welcome to leave. I called the police because they wouldnt give me my money back. The police was able to talk them into giving me my money back. I have a child with a medical condition and they was no way I was staying in a room with bed bugs or no AC. We ended up at the Best Western which qas way better! I will never ever stay here again!

They are idiots! They have roaches in every room and thier rooms are dirty and nasty. And they have the nerve to charge you $50 because they had to vaccum the room when we left. When we got to the room there were food stains on the carpet and roaches everywhere and they didn't even clean out the refrigerator. There's mold all in there tubs and on shower curtains even the toilet wasn't clean. So if you plan on staying there I advise you not to it is nasty and disgusting!

This not the place where you would like to stay. Maybe for 1 night is ok, but not nire than 1. They need to clean their rooms, especially carpets. One day housekeeping did not opened room door, when I went to the front desk they told me that there was do not disturb signt on the door handle, which is bullshit. Oh, and one day houskeeper was drunk!

My bed ia covered in bed bugs and have to go spend my hard earned money to go to a laundromat I requested a refund and was told no because I'm not a professional so how would I know what a bed bug looks like wow how stupid can we get.

This hotel sucked ass like the short stubby guy kicks kids out the pool and the chick I think I seen her on the news for fraud they both are very rude amd I would never stay there no matter how nice the pool is if u come to visit ur family they cant come to the pool with u because its so limited if they aren't spending the night in the infested lil motel that u have to spray spermicide on the bed just so u wont get pregnant they are rude and kno nothing about customer service if I were u quality inn or knights inn are more affordable n the pool set up is more descreet shadey and more public and family oriented.

I will say one that though I did have the help I requested the overall concierge was rude and condescending. If this is any indication of how people are greeted I will stay away. I love that for someone so ZEN is arrogant and pretentious when speaking to future customers that is one place I know my energy will be negative.

Wosrt ever! Who in the world would stay in a very filthy place! Didnt even put our bags down to stay! Pillows were yellow, mold everywhere, floors were very nasty, run down place, entire place smelled smokey. I would not even think about looking to stay here. Stay away! Hotwire even assured a clean place and this is the 2nd nasty place hotwire has booked us a reservation. Just a rip off! If I could put a negative star, I would! Sitting in the emergency room because of the horrible conditions as I am typing!

Awful service, rudeness, 3 days no hot water, goes on and on… try the relax inn across the street… don't ask for towels or toilet paper at front desk… just go buy some… bed bugs galore… no hospitality, just you need to pay sir, at 11 every day, been here 3 weeks… heh…

I'm very pleased with this hotel nice n good shape no fighting no bugs we love the pool we stay alot here jus 2 relax & swim love Carlos always try 2 check n after 4 when he's here good guy… Only thing we used 2 get noon check out now new owners won't do no extra time r u pay but I still come I'm very comfortable here dnt have 2 check room h& stuff feels like home.
