Stayed here last night and I wish I could give it a zero star! My little dog was eating dirt and food off the floor! The floor had never been vacuumed. I went around and picked stuff up. It’s was almost midnight when we arrived or I would have never stayed. The bathroom floor was dirty! We are in a serious pandemic and this place was filthy!

Do not stay here! The hotel is poorly ran! Jasmine the manager charged me an extra $50 for my stay last night! I called and booked the room at $101 a night a few nights before my stay, when I checked in they charged me $150. It was in the middle of the night and the lady said I needed to come back in the morning and speak to the manager jasmine. That’s exactly what I did and Jasmine explained the mix up was because when I called to book I spoke to a reservationist and not an actual person at the front desk! For one why would that matter and second how was I suppose to know if it was someone at the hotel or someone not at the hotel!?! Jasmine said that I had a good point but refused to refund the money back! She told me to to call the reservation number back and I did. The person (David) said they would call the front desk and have jasmine refund me the money. Well he puts me on hold comes back and says no one answered at the front desk. So I told David to try again and I would go down there. I went down there and jasmine was just sitting there so I told David to try calling again. Well he ended up hanging up on me. Called back and spoke to Jonathan and practicality same thing happened he ended up hanging up on me when he said he was calling to speak with the manager! So here I am. Out $50 and stuck in a run down. Smelly motel! I wish I could post pictures because this place is gross. There is blood on my curtains dust on everything!

The hotel is in need of updates and the breakfast was not a breakfast. The first room we were in had a broken air conditioner and did not cool the room but we were given a different room that was cool but had a very noisy air conditioner. The staff did not acknowledge us at check out. They just pointed to a basket for key drop off. No “Have safe travels” or “Come back” or “Hope you enjoyed your stay”. It was the most impersonal check out I have encountered in all my travels! We will not stay here again!

So we stayed here for one night and their Wi-Fi kept kicking us off and we had to go back and rejoin. The curtains aren’t very dark they let light and street lights in. Very disappointed in how small the rooms are and I expected the place to be more cleaner than what it was. I have mixed emotions about this place and probably will stay at other locations next time.

Pet friendly, clean, convenient, reasonable price.

Dirty dirty dirty. Found trash under couch in room and old food. The AC unit wasnt working, so we left our window open and thankfully I brought my fan. Without, the room. Was around 75 degrees. The pool inside is the size of two hot tubs, very small. No mattress protector. Shower takes five mins to get more than luke warm.

Nice clean, friendly convenience.

I'm writing this as we stay not after we leave. Thus far everything is great clean rooms no smoke smell no dog smell comfortable bed spacious rooms and very friendly staff. The best part is I was looking for a pet friendly room and everywhere else was charging 150 to 200 for a deposit and this one has a zero per deposit. Also they let me check in at 1130 am and didn't make me wait. I was not expecting that. But being in the summer I wanted my fur baby in the air. Would highly recommend this place if you have your fur baby with you. Our room is very nice. Very impressed!

This is a pet friendly hotel and that's fine but if you don't like dogs don't stay here. It seemed everyone had a dog and we Did not. The bed was comfortable. The covers were pulled up and clean towels but the floor was not swept. The outside needs a lot of yard work. It is not attractive at all grass needed cut badly and weeds in places over a foot tall. We will not stay there again.

Very clean. Our room was great. The indoor heated pool was very nice! The breakfast was great, much more than expected! And location was great! Very pleased with our stay!

We liked this hotel really well! They’re 100% pet friendly, with NO EXTRA CHARGE for your furry family member! We appreciated that immensely, plus they have free treats for them at reception! We had a clean room, with no indication other pets had ever been in the room. No hairs, no odors! The decor was nice and breakfast was great! They kept the buffet filled even though breakfast was close to being over at 10. There’s a nice selection of snacks and drinks available very reasonably beside of reception. All staff were friendly and welcoming and the price was good. The only downside to our stay was that they have just one elevator! We waited quite a long time every time we had to ride. We stayed at the height of summer travel season.

Our room was clean, smelled good and spacious. I LOVED that pets stay free. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and the free breakfast was pretty good. Close to shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

LOVE THIS SPOT! Away from the hustle and bustle with reasonable prices! I get FANTASTIC deals via Priceline for them. I will say the staff smokes TOO MUCH but they are typically very friendly. It is a great spot to bring our little 4 legged family member as they don't charge a pet fee. Great feature offered by La Quinta that is rarely found!

I’ve stayed here before a few years ago and stay at La Quinta frequently. I don’t like this hotel and will not be coming back. After a long drive from Alabama all I wanted to do was check in and get some sleep. Instead I checked in to a room with an odor I can’t describe. The TV didn’t work. The bedside alarm went off at midnight. Not a good a good night stay. If I was the owner or manager I would ensure the staff were checking these things daily. If this was my first stay here then my first impression would be less than satissfactory. Since this is my second stay, I’m out for good. In fairness, the hotel lobby was upgraded since my last stay. The rooms may have been updated. I can’t tell or remember what the last room was like. Overall I think the hotel rooms are dated. I’ve stayed in other La Quinta that were.

Nice and Clean! Good Breakfast! Mattress too firm for me and my husband, but that was the only thing.

If I could give them a zero star rating I would. I have been calling for over two weeks to book room blocks for my wedding no response. Every time I call he's gone, out on vacay, has morning hours, has night hours but no time for a response. The owner of this property is never there. I have left multiple messages and he has not returned my calls. It's sad, we are pulling out all of our attendees from this hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend La Quinta Sevierville. I had a very clean room. It was a very relaxing room, decorated lovely, high ceilings give the room a large open feeling. The staff is very welcoming and I had a speedy check in. Easy to access outside to let my pets out. The bathroom is very clean and shower was high pressure and hot. Was very pleased with my stay and will be back.

Ants in first room — immediately moved. First day — — housekeeping skipped our room. Beds were hard as concrete, indoor "pool" was TINY, breakfast was less than pleasing compared to other hotels.

Pets can stay free. Staff was friendly. Inside pool could be bigger. Rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast good! 8-25 minutes from shopping and entertainment. Overall nice experience.

Nice, clean hotel for the money. Breakfast was great, friendly staff. Comfortable beds and linens. The pool was a bit on the small side but clean. This is a nice place to stay.

Just stayed here 26th-30th. Our room had ants from day 1 including in our beds biting us at nights. When addressing the issue with a staff member my husband was told they are fully aware and waiting for the bug man to fix the problem. The pool was over chlorinated and caused chemical burns on my child as well as respiratory issues. When my husband told a staff member she ignored the issue and continued to ask was our stay a good one… On the plus side night staff are a++. I've stayed here before with a++ service but was grossly disappointed this time and won't be back!

We got to this hotel around 12:00am. We are here for the volleyball tournament. This is not what I expected from the photos I saw. The staff were not in uniform and no name tags. However, the staff that I had encountered with were friendly and helpful. The hotel is older which you can’t tell from the photos. It has an older hotel smell. I hadn’t noticed that pets were welcomed, (kid with asthma) I would chosen a different hotel. When I went to take a shower there was (still is) a used wash rag hanging on the shower rod, so disgusting… I really want to leave but I hear most hotels are booked due to the big volleyball tournament this weekend. So not happy!

If I could give this hotel 0 stars then I would. This week, my mother and I drove over from southern Indiana to enjoy a nice vacation before I left for school again. After checking in and placing all our stuff down, we went out and checked out all the shops in Gatlinburg, TN. Later on that night, we returned back to the hotel to rest up for the next day. It was barely 11 pm when I noticed something crawling on my pillow. It was a bed bug! We were moved into a different room on a floor with a bunch of dogs. My mom had a heart transplant in September and she can’t be around many dogs. Anyway, we decided to cancel our stay at this sorry excuse for a hotel and we decided upon the Quality Inn down the street. It was much cleaner and it didn’t smell strongly of chemicals. Do NOT stay here.

The staff has been very helpful, and friendly. The breakfast service is on par with what I've come to expect at a hotel like this. The room we are in is clean & comfortable, but could stand some updating.

Nice pet-friendly hotel! We had to leave the Quality Inn due to the uncleanliness, spider webs and bugs. We came to the Laquita at 1AM and they got us right in. Normally pet friendly rooms aren’t as cared for as regular rooms, but at this hotel that was not the case. Our room was clean, the breakfast was fabulous (especially the biscuits and gravy). I can’t say enough about the lady that checked us in, she was so helpful.

Very nice, clean hotel. Loved the spacious room. Breakfast was delicious and there were so many options. However, I was under the impression there was an outdoor pool but that is not the case. The pool is indoors and closes by 10. Evening staff wasn't the friendliest or most helpful but morning staff made up for it. PLEASE do away with the reservation call center! They couldn't answer any of our questions about the pool or breakfast or even the location in regards to distance and travel to Pigeon Forge. Customers prefer a more personal experience and dealing with someone in CA (or where ever) to inquire about a room in TN is ridiculous.

I paid half price for a baseball tournament so it wasn't bad for that. Would hesitate to pay the full 160.00 though. The staff was very nice and the hotel was clean but not many extras to warrant the 160.

I loved LA Quinta Inn & Suites because of several things. I was looking for a pet friendly motel in the Pigeon Forge area, that was very clean, had good customer service and was well lit for safety. I found all of these to be true when I stayed at this LA Quinta on 2428 Winfield Dunn Parkway, Sevieville, TN. I would highly recommend this motel to travelers. — Patsy.

This hotel was great. Lots of dogs, I love a good dog friendly place. They have a little doggie area behind the pool with poop bags and trash such a plus. The hotel was clean and smelled great. The breakfast was great and everyone was so nice. I would recommend this place to anyone especially someone traveling with dogs.

La Quinta took me, puppy and boyfriend in with grace. We had just left our cabin and needed to stay one more night in Tennessee, they did. Price was extremely affordable, there is no pet fee. They were nice to all the guest that had pets. The pets were are walking round. It is extremely clean, staff was friendly. I was very surprise and impress. Definitely for pet owners. Of sound give them a 10 star if I could.

Came to the hotel for labor day weekend. Stayed in room 321. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Everyone has been great at this location, staff are friendly and super helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The Wi-Fi was a bit weak in our room but there are computers downstairs free to use. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it to stay.

It was a pretty nice place. They have breakfast in the morning, and they had computers available for use, but the computers were heavily infected with viruses. It was so bad that the viruses had more control over the computer than you did. One prevented you from watching YouTube unless you downloaded another virus. It would probably be wise for them to invest into some sort of software to take care of that.

The stay was good with friendly staff. The bed and pillows could have been better but was not terrible. The room was clean and the bathroom was very spacious which I like very much. I would stay again without question.

We we're only here about 7 hours, but we had a great stay. Helpful staff and good hot breakfast. The only thing we didn't care for we're the very, very firm mattresses! However, we would recommend to stay here.

The hotel and rooms were well appointed and clean. The only drawback was that the lobby is currently under construction and the breakfast bar left some to be desired for choice.

We stay here every year when we come down to East Tennessee. The staff is always kind and courteous; especially the night staff. The breakfast has a wide variety and is pretty tasty from a hotel food standpoint.

Other then the day shift clerk smoking dope outside in front of my children and evening shift never around and when you did find him he was always pissed you found him, never answered the phone else was great. Breakfast staff and maid service very friendly. Remodeling the hotel but never heard any noise.

Overall I was very impressed with this hotel. It was a very clean hotel even allowing pets. It didn't smell like dogs at all. We didn't hear any dogs barking either. The hotel staff was very friendly and they had a very nice breakfast set up. Would recommend and will be returning in the future.

Hotel is under some maintenance, and beds were a little firm. Staff was so friendly, rooms were clean, pet friendly, safe clean area, and had a military discount. Overall great experience!

Even though they were renovating, it wasn't inconvenient or uncomfortable at all. The staff runs the property smoothly. The place is already nice, so it's got to look amazing when I come back this fall. The room and bed are clean and comfy. There's also an indoor pool and fitness center. The hot breakfast room has good options. It was crazy and packed with kids and parents on spring break, but again the staff was able to keep up with the demand and continue to serve food and drinks.

Great place, nice staff, good breakfast. Would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel over the weekend with our 3 grandchildren. It is convenient to I-40 as well as Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. It was very clean with a nice decor. Staff was quiet friendly. We all had a great time and I would stay there again without hesitation.

This is my second time at this hotel and it was a joy to stay here. The staff is friendly, the attractions around town are great, including the zipline up the road. I loved the convenience to the highway and the continental breakfast was delicious.

Stayed here the night before the spring Bristol race. Price was great given that all other hotels jack up prices on race weekends. Very clean, odor free rooms and comfortable beds. Good location not far from the attractions of seveirville/gatlinburg/pigeon forge, but far enough away to stay relatively quiet. Try to get a room on the backside of the hotel as many people in this area drive loud trucks and it can keep you up at night pretty easily. Breakfast was very basic without a lot of variety but on par with a 2-3 star hotel.

Pet friendly, If you don't like dogs barking from sun up to sun down don't stay there. I expected the hotel to smell like a pet store, it smelled fine and was very clean. Its been newly remodeled so its really nice there. The breakfast was fine, and the laundry facility was also clean. The staff was super nice. The Hotel was about 15 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and 25 from Gatlinburg and 35 to the Great Smokey Mountains. Stayed from 4/2/15-4/5/15
