We stayed here for my Fiancé’s 60th Birthday and loved it. We rented a hot tub room with a fireplace. We had a balcony overlooking the creek it was so nice and relaxing and very clean and spacious. Office staff was very nice and accommodating. During our stay they had the grab and go breakfast with cereal, muffins fruit, juices and coffee. They are located at the end of the strip down one of the side roads. We were able to walk to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

This is one lodge that we keep returning to every year. Love the balcony over the river. Jacuzzi in the room. And fireplace in the room. Walking distance to great restaurants, and attractions.

Beautiful view of the river spacious rooms very clean.

Good experience, great location, balcony facing mountain streams or creek. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend it & will definitely stay here again. Only downside is small bathroom.

Close in but back just enough to not hear the cars on the strip, easy walking to everything in Gatlinburg. The water flowing outside makes it awesome. Excellent bedding, will go again for sure!

Wonderful place to stay! Great location in walking distance to the downtown area. Balconies overlooking the river and rooms are beautiful and always clean! The office staff is amazing and always goes out of their way to be helpful. Cannot wait to visit again!

This was one of my favorite places that I’ve stayed at in Gatlinburg. The scenery from the balcony was beautiful and relaxing. It is walking distance from all the fun in Gatlinburg. I can’t wait to go back again.

Been here a number of times. Beautiful rooms. Usually has breakfast, but a virus stopped that for now. Lol love this place.

Perfect location for gatlinburg, park or town. We parked car on friday and didnt get back in it until it was time to go. Perfect location, roomy super clean rooms, wonderful very helpful staff, I cant say enough about how great the staff treated us while we were there. Thank you!

This place was just lovely! All the staff we encountered were so nice and friendly. The room was big with a fireplace we really enjoyed and laminate floors which I prefer to carpet in a hotel. The location was awesome, not on the main road but right off of it so we walked almost everywhere. Would definitely recommend!

* every employee I encountered on my week visit was super friendly
* excellent location, just steps behind Ober Gatlinburg on the parkway Cautions:
* Wi-Fi signal strong, but struggled to handle the traffic at times, especially at night when a lot of guests were likely on their wireless devices
* included breakfast is mostly continental (breads, cereals, etc)
* breakfast seating area is tiny; is visiting when lodge is at full capacity, definitely plan on taking food back to room; even navigating the breakfast area to prepare your food requires shuffling around like a human-Tetris game Overall, this hotel is an excellent value at its price point. The attractiveness, friendly staff, and location seal the deal.

We loved our stay this past weekend! All the staff were friendly to us, room was clean, even the free soap was eco friendly, breakfast had an option for gluten free and dairy free people, fireplace was so nice and the seeing the stream from our balcony was Perfect! They even sell $5 packets with maps and tour guides for the national park next door! We loved it so much that we booked our next stay before leaving!

Clean, well maintained. Close to everything but also has a very cozy feel. Would definitely come here again!

We stayed in the Double Queen whirlpool Suite. Very nice, spacious & clean. Big enough tub for two people, very warm fireplace & beautiful view of the river & mountains. Definitely going to come back and highly recommend this place to any that wants to stay near all the attractions.

Love everything about my room! So clean and nice. They messed up on one of our rooms so they gave us an upgrade to the king suite and that room is pure amazing. Will come here again next time I visit.

This is our go-to place for quick weekends to Gatlinburg. I love the location: along the creek, just one street off of the strip. It's quiet compared to places on the strip but still within easy walking distance of everything. The staff has always been incredibly friendly. The rooms have always been clean. We've started here 4 times in as many years and will continue staying here.

Rooms are very clean and nice. The staff is very friendly also. However, changes have been made last year that we were not happy with. First if you want to pay cash upon arrival you are no longer allowed and still must provide a credit card that may take up to a week to fall off… was not made aware at reservation when I specifically said we would use cash. Second, breakfast is no longer a hot continental as it was in the past… eggs, bacon, biscuits etc. When you look at room prices and figure that as part of it as it was in the past its disappointing. Close walk to everything is an upside.

Nothing bad to say about this place whatsoever me and my husband had a weekend getaway from all of our kids, I reserved this hotel for us due to the river view, fireplace and jacuzzi! Needless to say it was just what we needed and so perfect! Beautiful and clean! Reasonably priced! Also free cookies from 4 pm-8 pm! Great place to stay, highly recommend.

This is an awesome place to stay! Convenient to everything! CLEAN! Comfortable! And most of all the office staff were the friendliest, most helpful, and accomadating folks with which I've ever had the pleasure of doing business.

I can't recall a time I've ever had such a warm welcome during our entire stay at a hotel. Everyone from the front desk, maintenance man and housekeeping continuously made us feel so welcome! Our room was so nice and clean. Our beds were amazingly comfortable! Everything is in walking distance of main strip of Gatlinburg. We walked it 3 times during our stay. That made it so nice not having to drive everywhere. The breakfast in the morning was nice with a variety of choices. I can't wait to book another stay at Old Creek Lodge! I would definitely recommend this beautiful lodge!

Very nice and cozy place to stay. All the furniture is made out of real trees that make it very neat. Balcony over the river is very pretty. Comes with fridge and microwave. I am from Atlanta and some of the five star tallest hotels in the city are a rip-off compared to this place. The pool here is tiny and not appealing but the rooms are worth it especially to be right within walking distance of EVERYTHING! Definitely will return! ☺

Rooms are clean. Staff has great customer service. Pool is small but it serves it's purpose. In walking distance of several food places and bars. Would definitely recommend.

Room was clean, beds were nice and location was excellent! My only problem was that 1 guy at the front desk (not sure of his name) NEVER spoke, said good bye, cracked a smile or anything. There were 2 guys there when I checked in. 1 very tall and a shorter one. The tall/slim guy was incredibly amazing and helpful. The shorter guy only looked when I spoke to both of them. He was also there the next morning with a woman who was very nice. Again, he never spoke or anything just looked mean. He then printed my receipt, handed it to me and never said anything. I love this place but that particular employee shouldn't be at the front desk. Complete turn off to customers. If I return I might consider staying next door. I was there last weeked 7/4/18.

Brought my mother and daughter here for my daughters birthday wkend. Check in was fast and simple, and the room, which I was expecting not to be ready til 3pm, was already available at 1pm, so that was a great surprise. Loved the room, the bathroom is awesome… and the creek outside the room provided a wonderful sound to put me to sleep… and the beds are by far the most comfortable I have ever had in a motel room. Great experience and will be a many time returning customer.

Just got home from a wonderful weekend in Gatlinburg. We stayed in the King sized Suite at Old Creek Lodge. We Loved it there. Excellent location, clean rooms and the staff were very friendly. They set out fresh baked cookies for the guest and always had a smile on their face whenever we went into the office. We already checked out but went to Ober Gatlinburg and when we returned, one of the staff met us in the parking lot and said that my husand left his brand new pair of sleep pants there but he bagged them up and hung them on our car so we wouldn't leave without them. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family members and will come back again.

This is by far the nicest/cleanest room I have even stayed in! Every employee we came across was very polite and had a wonder attitude. It is within walking distance from the strip. We parked our truck on Friday and could have gone till Sunday without getting back in it. I would recommend this place to anyone! Outstanding!

Very nice, professional and we'll informed staff. Nicely appointed rooms with a lodge-like bed and breakfast feel to. Room had nice balcony overlooking fast running creek. Water sound very relaxing. N ice view of mountains, the tram and the chair lift from room. Whirlpool and fireplace in room. Will return in fall and spend more time. Had the feel of a more expensive bed/breakfast or resort room. Free breakfast was good but almost frozen out by air conditioner over counter. Need more tables probably. But no big deal. Overall very good experience. Define tell very convenient walking distant to main drag in Gatlinburg!

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff. From the minute you check in until you walk out, you're well beyond taken care of. The rooms all have river views. Ours was the spa king suite… All I can say is WOW. Large room overlooking the Little Pigeon River (as previously described) with a cozy fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, spacious shower, and all the other amenities one would expect. Can't give this place any more than 5 stars, but it deserves it. Can't wait to come back.
