This place is NASTY! The lady in the office was very rude. I reserved a non smoking room online, when she gave us our room it was a smoking room. Asked her for a non smoking room and she said that was not what you reserved. So we went up to the room anyway. It smelled awful, the room was not clean at all. I looked on the app that I reserved the room from and it was a non smoking room. So I went back to the office and showed her. She got really nasty with me over it. Got a non smoking room, went to the room there was dirty towels in the bathroom and a towel in the fridge. The ceiling had water Mark's from where it had leaked, hair all over the sink. This place is just plain nasty.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The tub did drip and had a rust stain in the bottom. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very bad said one price reg. Then got there about 50.00 more when I did it on line so keep on trucking to another one.

Not recommend I dont know how they still allow the place to be open if you ask me.

My room was clean, comfortable, and affordable… I enjoyed a good night's sleep and felt refreshed as I started the next morning's travels! Randy checked me both in and out… I found him to be very positive with a "can do" attitude!

Stayed for a little over 3 months it was great front ppl was eh but it is what it is.

That place was dirty and falling a part. No access to Wi-Fi as they claim. The bed was hard as a rock. We were left with a half roll of T. P. The water only go some what warm. Our pillows were flat.

Was very upset with the service received. Rented a room for two nights and condition of the room was clean but walls needed to be repaired and tub would not drain when taking a shower. Also we left the room on the fi.

If u can't speak English. Stay out of the hospitality industry in this country.

It is and then owned it sets in the very back lot the rooms are decent no breakfast no elevator I would only stay there if it was an emergency I never know where else to stay.

This was the last place with availability and if I had my time back I would have driven to the next town instead of staying here. They have bedbugs! They clearly know because they rented us a room with encasements. We found a dead bedbug and brought it to the front desk and told the owner how it was infested. He said he would not refund us our money because it was dead if we found a live one we would get it back. The issue is you cannot find live bedbugs, they find you. He kept telling us don't worry we don't have bedbugs. The 12 different nickel sized welps on my body beg to differ. This place was also dirty. The toilet bowl looked like a yellow peppermint where it had not been cleaned. The shower curtain was the same you could see the midew stains in clear stripes. It was as if it was cleaned while the curtain was shut. As we were leaving we walked past a room and there was 7 stink bugs and 1 fly dead in the window ledge. They had clearly been there a while because they bugs where sun bleached white. We learned our lesson and will always look at the reviews because we clearly were not the only one.

We're clean, but they advertised that they had rooms for $39.95 but when I got there the lady said they were out of those rooms. There was like 3 cars in the whole parking lot. So she told me that she only had rooms that were $54.95. I managed to haggle Her down to 45. I feel like the advertisement was a scam. So if you stay there make sure you argue with them on the price.

I booked this blind through priceline, and then after I had read the reviews on here I became super scared of having bedbugs. But we checked the room thoroughly and there was no sign of them. It was actually a nice place, not the absolute best but you get what you pay for. And it was actually quiet (even on the weekend) unlike a lot of other cheap motels I've stayed at.

I actually had a pretty decent experience. I am not much of an avid coffee drinker, but the light breakfast was okay. Since the owner pays out of pocket for any food (since the franchise only allows them to provide coffee on the hotel free of charge. ) I didn't expect a huge buffet for choices. I am a simple woman, toast with butter and some juice or milk is perfectly fine by me. Add to it the fruit choices and other options for breakfast, and it was good enough for me. The owner that ran it was really nice and helpful when my key card wasn't working. The room was pretty decent as well, clean. I got a great price compared to what other hotels close by we're going for, and even had a choice for smoking or non. Overall, Randy the manager was a nice man and helpful, the room was clean cable even had more choices then the paper listed haha! I will definitely have to come back with my fiancé when we come back in October to visit my family. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

It was ok! Had to travel a bit longer to major tourist locations. Had a goon sleep after a long trek… It's more like a motel.

I wouldn't even give this hotel a 1 if I didn't have too! We got in the room about 2:15 a. M. (got tired so decided to rest). With in being so late we just went to bed (didn't even turn the lights on). The next morning when we woke up we find bed bugs on the beds! There were four of is, between us we have more than 40 bites! We go to the desk and tell the man behind the front desk about the problem! His remark was that we could sign this paper and he would give us $20 back! The paper said that we was completely satisfied with Knights Inn! We did not sign the paper! I've called corporate! I am also going to call dhec and who ever else I can call about this! Best advice is to NOT stay at this hotel!

A/C outlet exposed laying on floor. No cover or conduit. Very kid friendly…

Well what can I say? The bathroom sink leaked terribly and soaked the floor every time you ran water. Sink wouldn't drain. Toilet ran constantly. Just all around dirty. Couldn't use in room coffee maker because it was filthy. Bad wall repairs. If you stay there don't get 117

We had a good night sleep but it wasn't a very good continental breakfast toast in an apple just doesn't sit well.

I arrived at 1145 at night, the clerk was helping another customer that was there before me. Another customer came in after me. After making the customer that arrived first call Expedia to get them to refax his reservation the clerk moved on to the guy behind me, even though I had been there a good 10 minutes before him. When I was finally waited on he made me call Expedia to reconfirm my reservation because he said that he didn't have proof of it. The room was hot and took forever to cool down. There was no coffee pot in the room even though there was stuff to make coffee. The room was not serviced while I was out. The cherry on the cake were the bedbugs I found in the bedding.

Warning! Knights Inn will knowingly rent you a room with BED BUGS! We arrived around 10pm. I ask to see the room before paying to make sure there was enough room for my wife as she is in a power wheelchair. There was enough room but I ask if we could get one of the obvious empty rooms that were closer to the wheelchair ramp from the parking lot. I was told they were all rented, but the curtains are pulled back and no one was in them. I thought whatever and proceeded to move into the room. After I wheeled our luggage in I began checking the beds for bugs. I found bed bug debris and then several live adult bed bugs! I removed our luggage quickly and got my wife out of there. I then easily caught two of them and took them to the front desk. The desk clerk looked at the live bed bugs running around in a cup and without showing any emotion or condolence offered to get me another room. I said no and he gave me a full refund. Later he admitted that the other rooms weren't rented they were just full of bed bugs. I can't believe they would knowingly rent a room with bed bugs! I went to a nearby Hotel and was told that he's had bed bugs there for a very long time. But they asked me not to mention who they were. I will never go to a Knights Inn again and after I post all of this on Facebook I doubt any of my friends will ever go to a Knights Inn.

I prefer motels where the door faces to the outside and my vehicle is just a few feet away and this is one of those places! Guy at the front desk was nice, my assigned room, 213, was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Location is good in that many restaurants and stores are nearby. Had some trouble finding the motel as you need to drive through what appears to be the Waffle House parking lot. The downside was the air conditioning! It didn't work well and the room was uncomfortably hot and I did not sleep well. I'm sure I could have moved to another room but who wants to do that in the middle of the night?

This dump is way over priced. My wife got locked in the. Bathroom because the lock on the door was so rusty you couldn't turn the knob. Toilet paper roll falls out of the wall there's are cockroaches basically all around places in nasty Hotel.

It needed to be updated but overall it was clean an quiet.

Its the cheapest place in town, and theres a reason. Holy bed bugs, look at the pictures to scare you away. Its horrible. Were thoroughly disgusted and calling the health department. I feel sorry for everyone else who is staying there and didnt know to check. Hope This helps.

We came in our room and go to bathroom and there was a dirty rag laying in tub. Looked under bed and looks like they never onced cleaned underneath. Plus pretty sure I got bit by bed bugs. Not positive tho. Nasty place.

Wifi was a little weak. Good breakfast options and service.

Paid $60 on a Tuesday night at the Newport, TN location. It was horrible! Roaches and the beds are the worst. Wifi was not accessible in my room which was with the weekly rentals. Do not stay here!

At 6pm on a Tuesday we paid $60 for a night. There were baby cockroaches in the room, no microwave, beds were not even considered one and just overall the worse motel and price I have ever seen!

This motel had coupons in the rest stop coupon books for $39.95, plus $10 if the booking was on a weekend. When we got to the motel the Indian woman at the desk absolutely would not honor the coupon. The rate was over $80 with tax. I asked her why they even print the coupons in those books and she would not answer me.

BEDBUGS do not stay here! I Stayed in room 214 after booking it sight unseen on hotwire. I wouldn't have stayed but there was no refunds. The room was absolutely disgusting. I didn't sleep with the blankets because they smelled. Also mold in shower, the air didn't work and when it did come on I thought someone was breaking in the room because the horrible sound it made. All together the worst place I've ever stayed, I'd rather slept outside honestly. I woke up with bugs crawling in my bed and im certain that im going to have to see a mental therapist after staying there. They also suggested a steak house down the road and said if we mention them we get 10% off our meal which didn't happen. Needles to say the food was also horrible.

Disgusting! My husband and I stopped in exhausted and we're given a room that looked clean at first. Until we pulled the sheets back and found a toilet seat covered in hair and urine. I immediately went back to the front desk to inform the clerk who offered us another room around back. As we were unloading our truck a young couple came out of their room and told us to leave asap. They said their room was disgusting and they found BEDBUGS on their bed. My heart sank but my husband was desperate for sleep after our long drive and suggested we at least look at our room first as the clerk assured us this one had been freshly cleaned. Should have run. The second room looked clean as did the first, until my husband turned on the water in the tub to take a shower and LITTLE BUGS SCATTERED! We packed up immediately and I went to the desk to get our money back. This time the clerk was extremely rude, she said "let me see, our rooms are always clean". After the whole experience that statement baffled me but I waited while she checked. She came back defiant, insisting the room was clean and she could do nothing for me. No refund because we had been there more than 15 minutes! So now I'm taking this to their corporate office. I refuse to pay for a room that was unsanitary and home to bugs. Do not stop here!

Yes there's a hole in the sheet it's clean the floors are carpeted and clean with modern carpet I personally see no issues that I would complain about. Bed is comphy not old and broke down. Fridge is cold microwave works ac works. Tvs are dated in the room I'm in but it works fine good picture. The only problem I have is I'm nearest the interstate I can hear the trucks but I feel like it's not going to be an issue. For the price here I'd stay again.

This place is very disgusting. I do not recommend this place for staying. I found old pizza behind the recliner. There was mold on the floor as well as the shower curtain and the walls. When I went to turn the showers on, the water was brown. The people at the front desk were very rude. There were holes in the sheets and blankets. This is not a place I would go tell other people to stay in.

MORE BEDBUGS! Walked in with family. Lights overloaded and fire hazard in rm 214. Also had rented rm 216. I was locked in the bathroom for 20 minutes while owner went to get a screw driver to open door. He said "see no problem it wasn't locked"! I was in there 30 minutes and doorknob would not turn! Poop on wall beside toilet paper holder. I flushed toilet 5 times and nothing went down. Paper still did not flush when owner held down handle 2 minutes. Black mold all over bathroom ceiling. Soap residue in tub. And the clincher was the bed bug of bottom mattress at head of bed! Will call county health dept Monday Am when they open. What a dump! Site will not let pictures be added or all stars taken away.
