Would not stay elsewhere! From the time you walk in lobby, and the 24/7 fresh coffee awaits, it is a great time… The beds are so comfortable. The staff are wonderful!

Great place to stay, reasonable prices, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice swimming pool, great shops close by, would suggest more food for complimentary breakfast, however it was free.

The hotel was pretty clean and had well-lit rooms. There was a small pool that was well kept, and the breakfast was also very average, although it was missing sausages and eggs. The TV was pretty pixelated and glitchy, so I really couldn't enjoy it as much. Overall, the room was pretty nice, it wasn't too expensive, and I would come again.

We stayed from 06/15 — 06/17. Upon check in I was charged too much for the room. Should have been charged 332.00 for 2 nights but was charged 381.00. I received the text confirmation from my back the minute my card was swiped at check in. When I questioned the 2 very unprofessional ladies at check it I received a number of reasons this might have happened including that trip advisors charged me fees? Not true or it was a banking error. I returned to my room and indeed it was not charged by Trip Advisor and the only transaction that day was for the Hotel. Went back to the lobby and was told there was nothing they could do. They called the manager who stated he does not work on the weekends. I am now taking up the dispute with the bank and they will go after the hotel for the difference. In the room the toilet would not flush unless you held the handle down for at least 30 seconds and only a few of the channels on the TV worked. Once it flushed we had to lift the lid off the take to have it stop running. I went to the lobby again and they stated they didn't have anyone available to fix it and was told that the cable company sucked in this area and there was nothing they could do about it. The next morning it would not flush at all and there was no water pressure in the shower. I walked to the lobby to find 2 different clerks who were wonderful. They were neatly dressed in there uniforms and very pleasant.

At this price point they deserve the 5 stars. Courteous, helpful, accommodating. Facility is clean and well maintained. This is my second stay in three years. Would choose them again.

Fantastic motel. The management was very polite and courteous and looked after my wife and I. We had a great time in Cherokee!

Baymont Hotel in Cheorkee, NC is wonderful and Staff is so friendly. Hotel was kept clean. They have complimentary breakfast each morning. They have cereals, bagels, fruit, toast, they have a toaster and microwave for your use during breakfast. They always have hot coffee in their lobby. There is a coffee pot also in each room and a microwave in each room. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is quite clean and well maintained. Staff are pleasant and made check-in and check-out easy. Our room was very clean during the two night stay. The location is close to the museum, park, and within walking distance to good restaurants, yet still in a quiet area. Definitely will come back!

Stayed for a weekend to vist all the sites in cherokee. Good location, and very clean hotel. Staff was great, beds were comfortable.

The staff was absolutely lovely. The room was truly spotless, as was the bathroom, hallways and the common breakfast area, which is the most important feature for accommodation for us. Our family of four was a little tight in the space, but the placement of the sink outside the tub/toilet room really helped. The room also came equipped with a fridge, iron, board, hairdryer and a nice view of the woods. We even saw a herd of elk grazing in the back yard. The room rate included a simple continental breakfast with coffee, tea, milk, juice, waffles, muffins, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, oranges, apples and an extensive array of condiments.

We enjoyed our clean, comfortable stay and the friendly staff (everyone seems happy). Nice location for exploring Cherokee, Mingo Falls, Bryson City — — Great Smoky Mountain Railroad (Polar Express), and Maggie Valley. We plan to return next year and/or for one of the other seasons.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet get away. Had a chance for a quick couples getaway and Baymont Inn and suites was the perfect choice. Out of the heavy tourist traffic BUT can be at tourist destinations in five minutes.

The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean. They had a continental breakfast that consisted of cereal, apples, oranges, french toast, waffles, bagels, toast, they also had oatmeal packets, and little cinnamon rolls. There wasn't a lot of protein, but they did offer peanut butter, cream cheese, and Nutella. So in order to get some protein with our meal we toasted bagels and put cream cheese and Nutella or peanut butter on them. They also offered milk and juice. Coffee and tea are available to you all day long and they offer fresh cookies later in the day-I think from 5-7. It was such a clean and inviting atmosphere, we would definitely stay again.

Staff was awesome! If I was still in the hotel business, I would try to steal them away! From the housekeepers to the breakfast attendants to the front desk staff… excellent! The only thing I would recommend is having a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, etc. Otherwise, all was excellent!

Love the rooms overall, beds were very comfortable and pillows are the best! But I don't like the breakfast choices and the toilet was squeaky. I would still recommend though because they have a great view!

Excellent stay. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They serve a nice continental breakfast but it is a good variety of items to choose from from cereal to French toast. I had blueberry muffins. The whole building is "smoke free". The beds slept very well and even the pillows were great. One complaint would be that the cable TV is lacking. Maybe 15 channels. The place was very clean and our rooms were cleaned and beds were made daily. I was very satisfied.

For the price, the room quality was great. The staff are all friendly. The contental breakfast was fine; it wasn't fancy, but you can't complain too much because it's free. I enjoyed the stay.

Easy to find. Very friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. The only reason I took a star away was because the A/C broke while we were there. Reported to the front desk, but we didn't stay long enough to see it resolved.

June 2016 — exactly as pictured, how many times does that really happen. Very clean, friendly, looks newly renovated. Peaceful and relaxing night with a great continental breakfast (you have to try the French toast). Free Wi-Fi was awesome, we face timed and Netflix all evening.

My mother and couple of friends recently visted Cherokee and due to me booking their hotel with my credit card and not on the trip with them they were unable to complete the registration and check-in. I explained to front desk clerk that I was three hrs. Away and this was my my mother first vacation after a long illness and I needed to do whatever I needed to complete her registration. I personally want to commend Chris whom went over and beyond helping me with this situation. I was able to fax what was needed. My mother stay was comfortable and she reported accommodation for handicapped was outstanding. Thanks again Chris for your exemplary customer service which is greatly appreciated.

Dont stay here. So k was going to take a spur of the moment trip to harrahs casino. I couldn't find any rooms anywhere, finally I found a room at the baymont inn. I reserved a room and they did held a authorization fee of 175 the price of the room. I show up and I pay cash. We then go to the casino and I try to pull money out of my account using atm. I check my online statement and I saw I was charged 2 times of a 175 room fee so I called the front desk and all I got was I'm sorry I don't know what happened. So now I've officially payed for the room 3 times. The next day I go to the front desk and no one seems to be able to help me. I frequent the casino quite often and I expected some kind of compensation because not only did they charge me three times but because they did I went over my limit of the day and my card was useless so I had to end my night early at the casino. It has now been 2 weeks and I did receive my original deposit back but the other 175 has seemed to disappear. Once again I repeat they are completely unprofessional and the rooms are under parr.
