The room was absolutely adorable. Spacious, clean, and well planned in terms of the layout. I would find it very enjoyable to spend an extended stay there. One of the most comfortable rooms I've ever stayed in, I wish I could have had another night there. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Location, location, location. The hotel itself is very nice. Polite and courteous staff. Clean spacious room. But the morning commute train comes through blasting it's horn four times between 5am and 7am. Unfortunately, I won't be staying here again for that reason alone.

Have not stayed there myself. Only visited family that was visiting. The suits look very homely and comfortable.

Very clean! very nice fully equipped rooms! ive been here for 11mos. Now & ive learned & seen alot of stuff here, good & bad! the 1st month we were here I was robbed of $250.00. They said they're not responsible. There r no safes in the rooms. It had 2b sumone that works here wit a pass key 2 the rooms that saw me leave my room. Also the minute they hear u get loud in ur room they threaten u wit the police! no body is perfect! people do argue sumtimes esp. Wen theyre under alot of stress 2 find a place 2 live! also if u complain about anything more than 2 times, they will call the police! thats how they solve the problem! they make u afraid 2 complain about anything here! they dont like 2b called by their corporate office wit a complaint! they have an all female staff here wit the exception of 1 male & the maintenence man. Some of the staff is very unprofessional & very rude wit the exception of 1 young lady & 1 young man that work hard 2 solve the problem. All they care about is getting ur money! the signs say ur home here but they dont treat u like ur home! also out of all the maids here, theres only 2 here that actually clean ur room the right way. Unfortunatly its only 1 time a week! there is an ant problem here & a bad centipede problem which we r not happy about, however they do spray. They keep the grounds here nice & clean! wish the cable TV had better channels esp. That its an extended stay. Thats it 4 now. 2b continued:

Nice place to stay that was just reno'd Feb '18. Staff are friendly and accommodations are clean. This was our 1st time staying in a Candlewood Suites property and we found it to be very pleasant.

Nice place, good rate, friendly accommodating staff. Will stay there again if our power goes out for days at a time again.

Spacious, functional rooms. Modern look. Clean. Free laundry and small gym. Easy access from main roads. Lots of shopping close by. We checked in last minute due to a persistent power outage in our area and it was great.

This was fully loaded and ready for a long stay. I was very impressed with the staff and the beautiful room. My only thing is I wish we were there longer.

Large rooms, great amenities. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and very comfortable beds.

This hotel is preety good at the room price offered. The room has a kitchen which has a all basic utensil to cook/eat, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator & a sink to wash the utensils. I gave the review a 4 just because it does not have a breakfast which basically could have saved some time possibly in morning when I had to rush for office. Housekeeping is once in a week. Markets such as Rockland Plaza and Targets (Spring Valley market) are within 1 mile. Free self service laundry services available and there's a gym too. Hotel also offers free Wi-Fi. Staff at reception were friendly as well.

Nice place, train track by parking lot, trains run all day and half the night, crossing nearby so train whistle is a real attention getter.

Absolutely love this place. Clean spacious suite for an affordable price. Very nice gym you can do your laundry for free. Friendly staff! Safe and secured place. Very quiet! Costco just beside the hotel.

Train sounds may wake you overnight if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise amenities are standard, rooms a bit smaller than other candlewood suites.

Seems OK, the devil is in the details here though little things like clocks not bring set to the right time in rooms, some of by several hours. Room had a bit of a funny smell, can't quite put my finger on it. Shower heads look like they are rarely cleaned.

Hookers mold in rooms musty smell also pot smoking in rooms the smell is worst on weekends staff is not friendly and do not care about your request they rather get rid of you fast do not bring a family here.

Great place, especially for the price. If you bring a little food, you'll save a bunch and feel really comfortable. Friendly staff. Utilize the facilities! Free Gym, laundry, DVD rentals, cheap food, drinks, laundry soap, etc. If you're staying more then 1 night, this is the place to be. If less than 1 one night, there may be a cheaper place, but this place is still great. Nice kitchen, big desk, nice bathroom. I hooked up my laptop to the large LCD TV and watched Netflix over Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi can get a little slow at night, but its expected with any hotel and trying to stream video. The "candle wood cupboad" can be a little overpriced, but there's a target and liquor store right around the corner. My ONLY request (if I had to ask for one) is they offer more "cheap" food… But lets be honest, its a hotel, not a grociery store.

I booked this stay through Hotwire last week for a business trip. Going into the stay with low expectations I was actually pleasantly surprised, especially given the ensuing hotel I wound up with the following week. All rooms are identical (a good thing to know when booking thru Hotwire) which is to say very nice. They are roomy and recently overhauled, with a mini-kitchen, expansive desk area, wireless (slow speed tho), flat screen TV, huge well-appointed bathroom, and closet. Convenient location. Only downside were somewhat dirty sheets when I arrived. I asked for a spare set at the front desk and changed the bed myself — no issue. I wish I had just booked this place for the 4 weeks of travel I had rather than taking further chances with Hotwire. Oh well.

Nice rooms and kitchenettes but the laundry machines never work right, the gym equipment is worn and broken, no pool, and the "candlewood cupboard" is extremely overpriced.
