An absolute joke of a hotel. We booked a room with a jacuzzi tub in it. When we arrived in our room there wasn't a jacuzzi tub just. A stand in shower. When we went down they told us sorry the jacuzzi is out of order had to give you a different room. Which is fine but they couldn't have told us in the first place? and when asked about financial compensation they said they couldn't do anything about it. Ac in the room barely worked it was warm in our hotel room. The management just did not seem to care at all when we addressed our concerns. Highly recommend going literally anywhere else where you'd actually be valued.

This hotel has thin walls. You really can hear the people talking and laughing next to your room. And the Elevator is slow. But the staff were so nice and accommodating. And what's good about this hotel is their location which is very close to the hwy and near the shopping malls.

Perfect placement for a hotel if you'd like to spend time in Spring Valley or drop into Woodbury Common outlets. There was able parking and staff were very accommodating. The breakfast provided was delicious and will accommodate most peoples dietary needs, not sure about the gluten free options. My only request would be to update the bathroom/shower, it is a tough dated. Aside from that little recommendation we had a great start at this Hampton Inn.

Unfortunately it was little bit disappointing. I've tried many Hampton Inn all over the country but this one has lower quality than the typical Hampton Inn hotels. The room supposed to be non smoking but I could easily smell the smoke and it really bothered me the whole night. I mentioned it to the lobby man but he did not solve the problem. Room was clean with high ceiling which I like that part. I don't recommend it if you have other options.

Compared other hotels in the area, this one was a great value when it included breakfast and Wi-Fi, when I arrived on Sunday the hotel was exceptionally clean, breakfast delicious in a. M. With fresh fruit too! Hotel staff there were very nice and accommodating, highway access super close, park & ride transportation to NYC 2 blocks away, My family & I were happy we stayed there! We will come back! Huge nice room. Big table in King room which I don't really need. Comfy bed. Lobby seems "old". Elevator slow. Staff was helpful on a couple minor things I asked. Free breakfast good. Shopping nearby. Nice enough hotel if you're not too snooty expecting "atmosphere".

My family and I stayed at the Hampton Inn this past weekend. It was an extremely hot weekend as a heat alert was in effect. Unfortunately the AC in the building was not working which made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. We were provided a fan which was courteous, but just not cool enough. I'm pleased to say that we were dealt with fairly as we received a free nights stay. I would also like to add that complimentary hot breakfast was better then anticipated and we saved a lot of money travelling with three children. Would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Room was occupied when we opened the door. Other room on first floor was fine but very noisy. Breakfast was ok. Staff was not happy to serve. Was busy morning and they seemed annoyed when asked to please fill milk container.

Always happy with Hampton Inn. The place is always clean, room service is on point. The pool is the second reason I booked with them my kids love spending family time, always clean. They have washer and dryer. And the front desk is always very polite.

They have great service at the front desk. Otherwise, the room is just like any other hotel room, which isn't bad.

Terita at the front desk had a welcoming smile! She was very knowledgeable about the area and recommended several places for dinner options for my family and I as we are from Maine and new to the area. She gave great directions and we found a Dave and busters with no problem! She is an asset to your company. She even saved us money on our room by asking if we are AAA members which we are. I did have to ask what time the pool closed so we would have time to enjoy it and she informed us 10pm. Nice size pool, not to deep and warm water. The room was nice, clean and the beds were comfy. Staff all around was very nice.

This hotel was super nice. I have zero complaints. We had a king suite. The room was clean and designed very nicely. The breakfast they serve is absolutely delicious. I felt like I was eating diner quality waffles and bacon. Wish I didn't get stuffed off of just that cause they had a lot more. We r definitely planning our next weekend getaway.

For this area? Love staying here because of the staff alone and the professionalism displayed by everyone. This is almost my home away from when I'm in Rockland county NY, not the most up to date property but the staff personas makes up a lot for such discrepancies. TJ, the manager, Doreen, K'La and I believe Michelle (apologies if I'm wrong on the name) along with Yvette are all top notch and very respectful and professional.

Stayed for 2 nights while on a business trip. Nothing stood out as overly amazing or terrible. The bed was clean and comfortable, plenty of parking, close to many food options and stores. Didn't try the pool or fitness center since I was on a tight schedule. Breakfast options were limited but better than nothing. Don't have high expectations here but if you just need a good place to sleep, this will fit the bill.

The staff could not be more accommodating. Thank you to all in helping us get thru the 2nd Nor Easter. The room was very clean, and pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed here about 4 times in the last seven years, very friendly staff with good breakfast and comfortable beds, really brings back memories.

Very nice staff. They let me stay early. Rooms were clean and nice. No restaurant and kind of not a very walkable neighborhood though — — hard to cross the street to get a bagel…

Hotel staff was adequately friendly and accommodating. Our room was fine except the bathroom was not cleaned very well and not fully stocked. I noticed the toilet seat had a tacky feel and droplets of some nature all over it. I'm not one to fuss so I clean it myself with soap and water, but that was gross. Also, the normal supplies were not fully stocked, we were missing shampoo and a set of towels. While we were there they had an issue with the main water supply and had to shut it off for a duration of time, that was unexpected and not welcomed. Breakfast was fine, but I have been to other Hampton Inns where the breakfast staff was very attentive to stocking diminished items, this Hampton Inn would get a C-. I had to get staffs attention to have items refilled. I'm nice about it I don't demand things, but ask if they have time could you see if you have more this or that. Other Hampton Inns I've not had to do that either at all or with more than 1 item, this Hampton Inn however was multiple items. Minor irritations indeed, but I would find another hotel next time.

Great customer service, room clean and ready on time and gave great dinner recommendations.

Let me first off say the customer service is great hete. I had a business meeting locally and had to be there at 830. I went to the hotel first to drop off my belonging and found out my check in was much later, the employee at the front counter let me check in and drop off my stuff. Make my life much easier then having to haul around my luggage.

Handy location, not right in the city. Average rooms. Front desk check in was terrific in the days K'la. Night time person was a bit confused. Nice breakfast.

This place is awful. Specifically rented a room with whirlpool and it didnt work. Had no water so they had to know before giving it out. No other rooms available and at first best they would offer was half price! No one ever at front desk they are always in the back office gossiping or on their phones. The heat in room 332 didn't work either had to set thermostat to 80 to get any resemblence of heat in the room! Dont waste your time or money!

Nice hotel with a clean room but needs a bit of updating. Only issue I had was trying to get the heat to work and the first night it only blew cold air. The second night I was lucky and the heat worked. Just FYI there is no FS1 and I wanted to watch the yankees which was on FS1 but that channel was not available.

The staff is great, very accommodating there was a slight problem with the first room and they took care of it immediately.

This Hampton was very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. The entrance was a little hard to see at night. We thought we were turning into it but it was the on ramp to the highway. The surrounding area was good too and we didn't hear traffic noise for being so close to the highway.

Beds were very comfortable, breakfast and tea/coffee set up was fantastic. However the elevator is possibly the slowest in the United States and the shower head and pressure was rather sorry. Overall quite a nice stay. Should of stayed on the 1st floor.

Good breakfast selection. Did not have our room accommodations set up correctly in their database even after calling four hours before to confirm that the accommodations were entered when room was booked a few days earlier. Friendly and supportive staff.

We got a great room by the pool. Breakfast was fantastic as usual. It was a perfect location for us to stay overnight as we were busy shopping in Nanuet and New Jersey. Have stayed here before. Recommend very highly.

Over all stay was good only down here for a weekend getaway the only issue was that another guess was smoking weed somewhere in the building not cool other then that the room was clean and spacious me and the wife love the jetted tube. Thanks for the great weekend.

Our whole family stayed here for a week. We were very comfortable. It's not the Ritz, but it's a nice place.

We were visiting family nearby and needed a place to stay. The Hampton Inn was perfect. Water bottles at check-in, spacious room/bathroom, and a first class continental breakfast. Everything was clean. Many places to shop/eat close to the hotel. Right off of the highway. Can't go wrong here.

Convenient location right off of the highway and close to several restaurants and shopping. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are always clean and comfortable.

We appreciated the attitude displayed by all the staff — from the initial welcome we received at the desk to the helpful disposition of the maids. "We loved our room — the king size bed was perfect for a good nights sleep to refresh us for a full and busy work day. " Breakfast: Delicious food! and your kitchen crew works so hard with a happy attitude We know all of this doesn't happen by chance, but reflects a well managed organization with actions that validate a clearly defined mission statement. Hotel was far from being booked and they placed my family in a room next to the elevator with a view of the garbage. Upon request for another room, we were placed in a room down one level right in front of the garbage. Staff acted friendly, but annoyed at the same time. Walls are paper thin, heard the next room's t. V. Like it was in our room. Elevator is extremely slow. It was noted that they can't figure out the problem. Rooms are smaller, at least the ones by the trash, obvious because only one person could go between bed and TV at one time. As well, cleanliness is not as good as other hotels we've stayed in.

I stayed here for 3 weeks while visiting the Rockefeller Archive Center. I loved it! Room was nice and they let me switch to a different room because I wanted a bathtub. The breakfast was nice, and there are restaurants within walking distance, and a large shopping center only about a mile away. There's also a Target and other shops across the freeway. Nice place for a long term stay that's affordable.

Stayed with the family. Chose because of close links to my family and NYC. TBH its more of a functional business hotel. Nice indoor pool and facilities around Nanuet are good for eating and shopping. Hotel is quiet even though it sits right on the highway. Easy to and from though. Good selection of restaurants local and chain too.

Clean room and bathroom. Service people in lobby were friendly and helpful. Walls are a little thin. Could hear baby crys in room above us. Sounded like it was in our room. Other than that it was a great stay.

Had already reserved a room in another hotel, but then found this coupon in the road side service facility. For $50 less we got a very nice stay. registration was helpful, kind, courteous and eager to please. room was quiet. Bed and chairs comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Coffee available 24/7 (and not just in your room). Very good complementary breakfast — not just a continental one. 2 things I would change: clearer indication of how to get into (and out of) the parking lot. We almost ran over the curb because of the confusion with the highway on ramp. And 2, the water from the shower ended up mostly on the floor.

We had a terrible stay at this hotel! Our first room had no air conditioning — in June! When we reported it, they moved us to a new room. This room was cooler, but was completely damp, as if the de-humidifier was not working (we had to turn the A/C full blast just to make the room barely tolerable). The carpet was damp and we just felt sticky when in the room. We complained to the daytime desk clerks and night manager, and they all told us we needed to talk to the hotel manager, who would be in "later. " Neither she, nor the assistant manager, ever even came in during our entire 4-night stay — nor did either of them even call us! The night and weekend managers tried to give us other rooms, but when we checked them out — they were also damp or had no working air conditioning. The final night of our stay, they forgot to make up our beds and do the turn-down service — I had to call for clean towels for the morning. The night manager was nice about it, but seemed powerless to help us. He told us he has complained, but no one (manager, franchise owner or corporate) would listen. All the common areas (elevator and hallways) were also extremely hot. One of the worst (and hottest) hotel stays we ever had.
