Excellent staff service, clean, accessible, and super spectacular location, I definitely recommend it. I would definitely stay on holiday again.

Great place just the room I was in sucks with the window view.

I reserve for 8 nights and 2 days prior to arrive, I called the hotel and they mention that is temporary closed! How is this possible? Never say anything and still receiving reservation that are not going to happen! They are steeling tha money of the people.

Right now it's a shelter home for many people that needs a place to live.

Close to all Broadway/Times Square activity’s, reasonable, clean, friendly attentive staff. I felt very welcomed upon entering.

We stayed here in may last year, looked lovely online when we looked at pictures, rooms small, bathroom shower base was dirty, there was building works going on across road from us hence why we had ear plugs and the corridor constantly smelt of marijuana, for what we paid was disappointed.

We booked this place because of the location and how nice the photos looked. We were shocked when we checked into our rooms. First, the resort fee doubled from when we booked the hotel. Then the room was terrible. It was dirty, dingy, and musty. The wall paper was peeling and bubbled, the bathroom floors were peeling off, and the blinds were fraying. I didn’t want to touch anything. It was gross. We had to check out early because it was unbearable. We ended up staying a few blocks away from Time Square but the extra walking was worth it!

Was quite apprehensive about our stay after seeing some negative reviews but over all our stay was pleasant and I would return again.
The location is great. Rooms are basic but we literally were only in them to sleep n the occasional hour chill out.
there were no hidden costs, staff were more than happy to assist with any questions.
luggage hold was of great benefit too. yes the lifts were below average standard but wasn't anything to get irate over.

A hotel at 2 steps from Times Square, very clean, staff were friendly and the lobby from a fairytale, immersed in a modern design full of blue leds and crystals. The board really.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The fact that this was marketed as a 4 star hotel is laughable. The rooms are the tiniest I have ever been in in New York. There is about a foot from the end of the bed to the wall. The bathroom floor is disgusting not sure if it is stained or moldy or if it is paint coming up. No amenities in the room, no coffee, no ice bucket, no glasses, no fridge. I have stayed in 2 star hotels much nicer than this. Very slow and small elevators. Don't let the beauty of the lobby fool you. It's the only 4 star part of the place.

It was ok. A little pricey. Location is great if you truly just need a place to sleep. Breakfast was not worth the price. King bed was 2 doubles pushed together, not very comfortable. Clean enough. Staff was nice, but not knowledgeable about dining in the area.

Excellent location rooms OK for what you need safe in room super comfy bed very very clean, lovely hotel Chinese restaurant attached to hotel and a bar too woukd definitely stay agsin, Walter was very helpful on reception too x shampoo shower gel provided iron and ironing board in room hairdryer in room towels provided too.

Great location, but way overpriced. Hotel lobby had a very funky disinfectant smell. The rooms are extremely small, there is about 1 foot between the edge of the bed and the wall, only saving grace of the room was that everything is new so the bathroom was crampt but good water pressure. The biggest issues were how much you could here from outside, the ac unit is extremely loud when it kicks on and there is no noise suppression for the doors, so every time an adjacent unit would close a door it would slam and wake you up. Bed is not a king, more like a full and every TV station was either fuzzy or "signal could not be found". Honestly not worth the location.

Right next to the hotel they are building a building. In the rooms facing that street it is impossible to sleep, nor with plugs. We requested room change and got another one. We fixed the noise problem but this one had no curtain. We had no privacy and the light came in. We communicated it and they told us there were no curtains. We asked for something to cover the window and it never came. We had to use our towels and clothes. We were compensated with three free breakfasts. And at those breakfasts we would find more Spaniards who hadn't slept and had requested a change of room.

A wonderful hotel a stone's throw from Times Square, but on a pretty quiet street.
The rooms are small but not cramped. The beds are comfortable, there are enough sockets. The bathroom is small, but if you wash, not dance, then there is enough space. Each room is designed in its own way, original.
The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. We arrived early in the morning, seven hours before the time of check-in, but we urgently began to prepare the room, things were taken to the storage room, and barely had time to have breakfast in a nearby cafe, called to please that the room is ready.

Worst experience ever in a hotel. My room was extremely small you could barely walk around the bed. I was staying in room 911 for 5 nights and half the time the room AC didn’t work. When I complained to the front desk they told me I had to wait for the engineer. That didn’t happen. There were no other rooms to change too Because the hotel was full. I couldn’t sleep at night because the room was hot. The toilet plumbing broke and the room floor got submerged with toilet water wetting my clothes. I was so upset that I asked for a refund of the remaining nights but they refused to give me one. To add insult to injury the construction in the hotel was so loud that you could hear it from early morning to late at night.

Only reason I didnt give a one star was because location was great. Otherwise our room was hands down the worst room I've ever seen. Smelled terrible. Stained bed and bedding. 1 double bed. Noisy stand alone A/c blocking one side of the bed. The list could go on forever. It was one step up from being homeless. We had room 1001. Looked absolutely nothing like anything it the pictures.

I wouldn't have publicly rated my experience, but I was promised a phone call from management and never received a call. If you need shampoo, be prepared to call the desk. It was never replenished. If you need toilet paper, don't plan on finding a spare roll in the room. If they promise you a king size bed, the rooms aren't long enough to hold a true king size bed. My feet were hanging off the end of the mattress. Don't be fooled by the pretty foyer picture they show you. It's the only modern part of the hotel. The bathroom door covers half the bathroom sink. OH, and that city view you pay extra for? It's a brick wall of another building. I still want to see a non city view if that was a city view. Don't be fooled. The only thing they have going for them is location. Shame on you Night Hotels.

I liked this hotel, it was perfect for our 1 night stay after our tour of NYC. The room was small in terms of space, but it had everything we needed. There was a closet to hang our clothes, an iron with the board, a bathroom with shower and a bed. There was no extra unused space there like most hotels. This hotel does serve breakfast and provides parking both for a fee. They even provided ear buds for a good night's sleep from the city that never sleeps. We would stay again.

Affordable hotel right by time square. They store your luggage for you and let you check in early if there's room available. The staff was very nice and the rooms were a little small but it was clean and nice. There's not much of a view from the rooms but if you're not planning on just staying in your room then this hotel will do. I mean, it is New York and right by time square so a view wouldn't matter much, you're going to be out most of the time anyways.

For a good Walker everything is to be worn… careful work hard to sleep on the morning and impossible to rest in the afternoon sometimes at night. Very long and slow elevator. The room is correct bedding correct, small shower room, tiny wardrobe with a shelf, suitcases on the floor, not efficient air con, Wi Fi (free). The staff is very friendly and helpful. We did not take breakfast $16, Starbucks almost at every crossroads.
Hotel 3 no more, the reception is actually flashy… but we don't sleep there.

Excellent location Right next to Times Square. We chose a superior room and it was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside to the street noise, but it's NY!

Staff was very nice. Room was small which is expected in NYC but have stayed in other hotels in Midtown that were larger and more comfortable. Room was clean but needed renovating badly. Location right off Times Square was great. No restaurant at the time we stayed and no coffee in room or lobby.

We've come for eight days and the. Truth that. I. I'm delighted to highlight the wardrobes a little. Small, otherwise very good attention, very good housekeeping, and. Very good location, I would recommend I would go back.

Breakfast is $16. No pastries after 8:15 while breakfast is served until 10am.
Very noisy both outside and inside. Cardboard walls and air conditioning that makes a mechanical shovel sound only 3 places in the elevator.
Cold and poorly insulated bathroom. Carpet frankly dirty. Dirty windows.
Positive Point: 2 minutes from Time Square Conclusion: Perfect location to visit Time Square but service not up to par I advise against.

The hotel is not recommended. The room is very small, the building sites next to the hotel and overall noise level is so noisy that you can't sleep without Oropax. The windows are neither soundproof nor dense. There is no closet in the room and because of the leaky windows it is either very cold or very noisy due to the air conditioning.
A clear never again.

Room was "Deluxe King Size with City View". Woken up at 7:30 every morning by jackhammering that continued into the afternoon, due to construction directly under our window, across the street. When we asked if a room was available on the other side of the hotel, we were told a manager wouldn't be in until later and would call us. (Never happened). Instead, they brought earplugs to our room. Four days of jackhammering and I couldn't wait to get out of there. On our way out, we filled out a form for the manager to call or email, that did not happen either.

Housekeeping remains to be desired (room 511)

I loved this hotel. The staff are super friendly. It smelled amazing and was decorated beautifully. Only negatives were: No continental breakfast, microwave, or refrigerator. The rooms are small but it's the city, I wouldn't expect a huge room. I would stay again, in a heartbeat. Wonderful place.

Great price for the location, but I definitely felt like I was sacrificing quality. Shower was grungy — I definitely wouldn't step in it without flip flops! Walls are very thin. They did offer ear plugs though, which helped a little, but there was definitely more noise from within the hotel than the city outside.

Excellent location. 30 meters from Time Square. Very good attention. Nice and comfortable room. The shower water comes out very hot and with a lot of pressure. In my room you do not hear the noises of the 2 construction works next to it. Excellent price-quality ratio. Would.

Had to request and have washcloths sent up to the room (they didn't even have any behind the desk). Was told a call would be made when the room was ready (that never came even though the room was ready). There were jackhammers and overall the heat didn't work well. Good location doesn't make up for a good night of sleep. No view to speak off and the elevators were rather small.

This is a terrible hotel. They list themselves as 4 star and they are a 2.5 at best. Our room lacked: glasses, ice bucket, bottled water, mini fridge, bedside lamp, drawers to put clothes away, luggage rack, shelving of any kind in the bathroom, extra blankets or pillows, coffee maker. The bathroom floor has large stains on it. Their management is patronizing and rude. They have two small (max 5 people) elevators that are in separate hallways so you have to run back and forth in order to get downstairs in the morning. Three tries this morning to get downstairs. There is no restaurant and no room service and there is a construction site next door where they start jackhammering at 7 am sharp. Stay away from this hellhole.

Place is fine. Rooms kinda small. Our room was super hot too, had to open the window to cool it down. Elevators are slow too. The front desk staff was very friendly though, gave us ideas for non-tourisity stuff to do and places to eat.

We were told to expect small and crummy hotel rooms when staying in NYC. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our room at Night Hotels. Small, yes. But it didn’t lack in cleanliness, a feeling of security, and a perfect place to spend the night after a day full of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and willing, the hotel has a clean, sleek, modern look to it, and it was perfectly located right off of Times Square. Obviously not a ‘Waldorf Astoria’ but that’s not what I paid for either. Good price, good stay. Would come back.

Decent hotel for tourists. Proximity to times square is amazing, it's literally around the corner, 30 second walk. Room we stayed in didn't reflect the pictures online, and boy was it small! Was a stretch calling this a 4-star, but for the price and proximity it's great. No noise from streets really but bring earplugs anyway, lots of noise from what I presume was washing machines or construction.

Small rooms and bathrooms without windows or Rangers. Only one elevator available with long waits in front. It was a very nice place to stay and the staff were very helpful.

Rooms too small and uncomfortable not even a bench to rest your suitcases but I put 3 stars for the location which is great only 10 meters from time Squere.

Small rooms, barely fit around the bed. When we returned one day we found the door open because the maid forgot to check that it was well closed. Fortunately there was nothing to be taken, we had used the safe…

I arrived before my room was ready, and checked my bags with the bellman to do some site seeing. When I returned, my room was ready. I got my bag, went to the room, and unpacked. That’s when I noticed my makeup bag was missing from my luggage. I called the front desk, and the representative said the room where the bags are held has security cameras, and she would look through them to find out what happened. Later that night, she called to say that she needed help working the camera footage and I needed to wait until Monday when a different manager was on duty. I spent the weekend without makeup, which is kind of a bummer when you’re in hundreds of pictures. On Monday, I received a voicemail from the manager who could supposedly help, and I promptly called back. I was told that manager left for the evening, but a message would be left for him. I’ve called 3 times since then, and the manager that can supposedly help me is conveniently never there. It’s been a week. About the hotel: The room was postcard tiny. The shower never got hot. The heater sounded like a freight train. Only one elevator worked and could only fit 3 people. Stay at Night Hotels Times Square at your own risk. And certainly don’t leave any valuables with the bellmen.

A beautiful hotel a couple of minutes away from times square. Looks fancy as soon as you walk in. The rooms are nice and clean but very small! Shower could barely fit 2, but for the price is worth it. I recommend it for a short stay! I'm giving 4 stars because of the small rooms and that the window was overlooking a brick wall. Other than that a nice spot!

Very good location in the area of the Hotel. The rooms are very small, basic but functional. Located in the center of Manhattan, it allows you to have all the most beautiful attractions of New York within walking distance. Convenient for a few days stay.

Horrible stay, really small and dirty rooms. The so-called "City View" is a scam, it would be better to definable "yard view with Noise".
The lobby is a bit tacky in the years ' 70 style, the staff at the front desk are helpful and friendly.
The breakfast leaves to say the least to be desired. The room where the meal is held is a construction site! It is open to the outside and continue to pass workers who are building, also the choice is miserable: A couple of quality cereals, some muffins and that's it. A lady asked if she could have a boiled or scrambled egg and she was answered no, even if she had brought it herself to be baked.
The bathroom is tiny and dirty, there is not even the mat to put out of the shower.
The worst thing is the cleanliness of the room, there were (as in the picture) the fingernails cut off of what stood there before us. The cleaning of the next room were still there!
Some of the others who were in the group found towels stained with lipstick.
The rooms are not soundproofed and the works wake you up early in the morning.
An unbearable stay, hotel strongly discouraged even to my worst enemy.
Don't waste time and money on this nightmare trap.

I thought it was beautifully decorated lobby/bar area. Had a great experience there. Staff was friendly & helpful. I only hung 1 item in the closet, forgot all about it until a week later. I called the hotel & got a return call from housekeeping the next day. She could not have been more helpful. She had my dress & sent it out Fed Ex right away. The location was perfect! Steps from Times Square & close to so much. 1) lights from TS taken by the front door 2) beautiful lobby decor.

After staying one night in the Hotel Pennsylvania (it’s a long story) this was a luxurious upgrade. Although the room was small it was clean and we had everything we needed. The power shower was amazing and the location was perfect. Would recommend.

Very good value for money. Close of Times Square. You can walk to many of the tourist sites. I do not put 5 stars because the Windows insulate badly and you hear the noise of traffic and the works that are doing next.

DO NOT STAY! My friend & I both had money stolen from us that we left in the room. Yes, they provided safes so our fault for not using it. You hear stories of housekeeping stealing from guests but never imagine it happening to you. I’ve travelled & stayed in many hotels yet this has never happened to me until now. We hesitated on reporting it since there are no cameras in the room, it would be hard to prove. But we finally did & when they finished their “investigation” they told us this has never happened before & that the employee who did service our room has been an employee for about 10 yrs. So his word over ours right? Makes me feel like managers are in on it too. They gave us a voucher for drinks & breakfast but that does not make up for it at all. Would have been an OK hotel had this not happened.

Rooms are pretty small. Just quaint enough for 1-2 people. I have nothing against the staff for my rating but the CONSTANT construction outside my hotel window is driving me insane. I have been traveling by car for over a week now and wanted to finally sleep on a nice cozy bed but NOPE that didnt happened. The city that never sleeps is a big understatement. I called the desk to see if anything could be done about it the noise but the only solutions were to switch this tiny room into an even SMALLER room or she can send up earplugs. Now personally, I cant sleep with earplugs or earphones. I am paying for a hotel room where I cant even sleep in!

If you're looking for a place to lay your head and don't plan to be in the room much, this is the place for you. Rooms are TINY and I was in a Queen Superior room can't imagine anything smaller. Location is PERFECT. This is near times square so it's loud and bright. Lots of construction and unfortunately the rooms are not extremely sound proof. Bring ear plugs and an eye mask if you're a light sleeper. Rooms are clean. Hotel lobby is neatly designed. There's a restaurant downstairs as well. Good amount of food for the price.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The price was right in line for the small but pleasant hotel. The staff could not have been kinder or more pleasant. They helped me out of a serious situation! Loved my stay here, it is located steps from Time Square and the subway taking you to the rest of the city. Highly recommend.

Location is unbeatable … rooms are 'meh' Located just a few steps away from Times Square is truly remarkable. The price point during my visit was very affordable which made it almost too good to be true. Don't let the swank hotel lobby fool you though because once you enter the room, you'll see the full picture. Well, you have no choice because you can almost touch all 4 walls while positioned in your room. I get it, space and room size in NYC is expensive but if you have any claustrophobia this is not the place for you. The medium quality bed consumed about 95% of the room space and you'll likely have to stack your luggage on top of itself to access anything else. Don't bother with asking housekeeping for anything because they will just look at you and nod in agreement although they have no idea what you're saying. If you can score a deal for $100 to $150 a night and you're on a budget it's perfect. Just make sure you pack lightly.

Great place to stay in a great location! The room was spacious on New York standards, clean, and, comfortable. Lots of street noise compared to central Texas but I got used to it. I had a king, city view room with two nice windows. Some rooms looked like they must not have any view-looked into a light shaft/skylight. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay that is well appointed and convenient to Times Square, the Theater District, and the subway. $32 gets you a week long, unlimited subway pass. Great hotel.

The place is in an awesome location, which is the most important thing when staying in NYC. Shuttle service to Newark airport costs 22$, this is awesome. Thank you for offering this service. Starbucks right across the street (it is kinda hard to see, just cross the street and go east, just before the next avenue) Blue Bottle Coffee is also very close I had no problem finding the Subway for line B, F, R, W and I am sure there are more, all in a walking distance. Other than that: 1. The room is small, but I would not expect anything else. 2. In my room the view was to the next building's wall, no way of telling if it is raining or what the weather is like before you head out… 3. Maintenance is not that great, door handle was flimsy, the floor near the restroom was sunken, AC was noisy. 4. Most disturbing was the poor lighting in the room and restroom which is also the thing that is the easiest to fix. Overall a great stay, I would recommend this hotel and also may consider a second stay if NYC and I will ever cross paths again.

The hotel is a few steps from Time Square. There is a Starbucks located in the official NHL store a few steps from the hotel. The staff is nice. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The lobby is nice.

The insulation is poor, we made two different rooms and none was properly insulated (noise and cold). The public car park next door is full time and creates traffic jams in the street which generates a symphony almost H24! The building next to the hotel is under construction. The carpet and bedding are vieillantes, cleanliness not always at the rendezvous.

Don't bring your cat it would be very disappointed if it wanted a swing, tiny room no tub, very very poor breakfast buffet at $16 per person, no natural light which gives the room a dungeon feel and all looking and feeling a bit run down, I toyed with the idea of booking The Hilton at the Rockefeller Center where I have stayed twice before which was actually a bit cheaper than this place but foolishly thought the location would be better. It isn't!

Hotel Super well located 100m from Time Square, decent breakfast buffet. The rooms: Clean, some are antiquated (bringuebalants floors). The bathroom small but functional. On the other hand a lot of waiting at the elevators (2 small TT at the hotel) and narrow staircases. But the kindness of the employees compensates these inconveniences to 200%

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel in downtown New York. The location is exceptional, 2 steps from Times Square, impeccable services and clean hotel. Small rooms but for the price paid great value.

Excellent hotel for our stay excellent. All very correct and clean. The operation of the air conditioning and Wi-Fi of the correct hall. Comfortable rooms for rest of the day visiting NEW York. He attended us in Spanish, which facilitated the check-in.

From check in at reception to the lovely room and the great bar downstairs, the hotel is great. Then add in Evergreens just next door for breakfast and Times Square just the other way makes its location brilliant too.

Staff are very friendly and has a nice feel to the hotel, The only downsides are that it takes for ever to get the elevator, the tv's are soo back dated and if your a light sleeper than you are screwed and it still very loud of an even. The major downside was that my room was on top of a building site where they started work at 6am in the morning, and no within the booking did it inform to this, which would of put me of staying here tbh.

Excellent hotel with a perfect location directly at times square. One could call it a designer hotel with the nice lobby and (smallish) clean rooms. Good luggage storing system when arriving/living. Very friendly staff. Only negative point: Slow lifts.
