Big appartment, very nice decorated, everything very clean and very well maintained. The staff is very helpful and willing to help. There is available coffee and tea the complete day. It was a fantastic stay.

It's got everything you need. Not just a hotel room. Kitchen area with fridge/freezer and all facilities m; bathroom; seating area separated from the bedroom. Helpful, friendly staff. You can walk to so many places from here. Empire State Building, theatre district, 5th Avenue. There are plenty of places to eat & drink nearby. Perfect.

Excellent staff and the room was incredible. Best hotel I've ever stayed in, by far. The decor was so nice that I took pictures to inspire me when setting up my own apartment.

It's truly home away from home. Our room felt like a condo not like a hotel room. I usually get tired of hotels after 3-4 days and I'm starting to miss my home even though I'm always enjoying my vacations. AKA has designed their rooms to feel like a condo apartment, living room has a comfortable couch, kitchen is supplied with quality dinnerware and appliances. No cheap coffee maker but a good one with a built-in coffee grinder so you can enjoy the coffee you love drinking at home. It's easy to cook, again you have great appliances, gas stove, oven, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Bed and pillows are really comfortable as well. You have two kind of pillows, softer and harder one, so you can sleep almost like at home. Towels are also top quality. Hotel doesn't have restaurant, but they do serve a mini breakfast in their lounge area, every morning you can pickup your fruit: apple or banana, mini pastry: chocolate or almond croissant and cinnamon swirl. Plus tea and coffee, but again we were making our own coffee and tea in our room. Location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, you are really in the center of the Manhattan. Walking distance to Central Park and Time Square. Everyone walks in NYC so you will fit right in or you can take a cab. Hotel has also fitness center, we didn't have time to use it but if I was staying there for more than 5 days, I'd definitely use it. Front desk and door men are always very welcoming and extremely helpful.

Recently stayed here for a month — very impressed with atmosphere and incredible service!

I recently stayed at aka United Nations and had a superb visit. The building was recently renovated and is fantastic! The apartments are brand new and contemporary and the new amenities — cool fitness center, outdoor terrace with fire pit and indoor lounge were great. My apartment had a terrace with excellent views and the team was super helpful. They filled my fridge before I arrived and did everything they could to make me feel at home. Perfect location and place to stay when you need a home away from home for a month or more.

It was home for 6 months. Great staff.

I stayed more than 2 months and the family atmosphere from all the workers there is the most thing that impressed me most and the king size bed is a benefit that I didn't find in every hotel.

In argentina are being sold in kiosks and local mobile phone chips prepayments without asking for any form of identification could that international crimes were committed through them. Are clear, personal, movistar I hope arrived them because I bloqueam the phone.

Rated "O" for over-rated. As a movie-biz professional of over 44 years, I have dealt with these types of facilities many times in the past. This one is emblematic of our times — — as little maintenance as the market will bear, and that enacted only when put upon by vociferous customers such as myself. For example: I got only 2 hours sleep the night I moved in because the bed was literally broken, and it was only repaired by dint of my advising the production office to threaten loss of my business; the internet service was no faster than dial-up; generally poor maintenance shows itself all around. I hasten to add that the help (doormen, front desk, et al) were uniformly understanding, apologetic, and helpful as best they could be given the patently parsimonious style of the owners.

After everywhere in the city seemed to be sold out we decided to give AKA a try. We originally booked for AKA Central Park but upon arriving at that location we were told some of their guests had extended their stay and we had to move to their United Nations location. They gave us $20 for the cab fare (more than enough) and it was an easy check in at the 46th street location. The room was amazing! It's bigger than most 1 bedroom apartments in NYC. All new appliances and furnishings, a balcony, king bed and 2 tvs. While we were getting ready to go out a concierge brought up a nice bottle of champagne to make up for us having to switch hotels. They also booked our car service for us to get to the airport the next morning. I will stay here every time I come to the city. This hotel was A+.
